Snackhouse Twins in Wijk 03 Zeist-West

Zojuist een zak friet voor twee personen, een bakje pindasaus, een bakje mayonaise en een aantal snacks in deze zaak afgehaald om thuis op te eten. Tijdens het bestellen was er al veel chaos te zien bij het personeel en de vrouw die onze bestelling op nam, heeft niet goed geluisterd en de pindasaus en mayonaise is niet doorgekomen terwijl dit wel gezegd is. Thuis zagen we dat er geen saus bij zat. Direct belde ik deze zaak op. Een man nam op en ik vertelde over het ontbreken van de saus. Op de achtergrond hoorde ik een vrouw meermaals schreeuwen dat wij geen saus besteld hadden.. erg onprofessioneel. Over een half uur konden ze saus komen brengen zei de man.. laat dan maar zitten. Dan is de friet al koud. Een nieuwe portie friet brengen met WEL saus was een nettere oplossing geweest. Maar helaas kwam dit niet in hen op. Waardeloze service op deze manier!

Super food and very friendly staff

Good fries, little sauce. I personally don't like pre-cooked hamburgers that go into the deep fryer. Preferably fried on the plate.

Snackhouse Twins has been a household name in Zeist-West for more than 20 years and quality and service have always been of paramount importance to them. I have never had any complaints and can recommend this snack bar to everyone, because of the good food and friendly staff.

Fine, good large portions. Delivery quite quickly. Prices are also excellent, only "cheating" at the quality stores and they are even a lot more expensive when picked up if you have it delivered by Twins. In short, I won't cheat anymore... at least not when it comes to snacks.

When moving to Zeist, I tried almost all the fries. This is the best snack bar in the area, now far. Always good, not too greasy or salty and never a bad mood to help you.

Friendly and hospitable. We were helped quickly and there was water for the dogs. The ice cream and snacks we ordered were very tasty, although the ice cream could have been a bit bigger! 😉 Located along a quiet road, which made the terrace nice and quiet.

Often forget something about the order upon delivery. Taste is great.

Good fries. Good croquette. Fast delivery. Delivered fries can sometimes become soggy. That is not the case here. Recommended!

Took a very long time (which can happen). Fries were really cold and very undercooked. The meatball was still slightly red on the inside. The frikandels were fine. They did, however, bring a new meatball. This was really below average.

Keurig schone zaak en nette bediening. Snacks netjes ik gekoelde vitrine. Ruim assortiment. Friet met vingers gegeten. Geen vette hand. Milkshake was heerlijk. Wel wat ijsschilfers onderin. Nette prijs. Snack, grote frites oorlog en grote milkshake €7,50.

Clean snack bar, especially compared to most snack bars. Unfortunately, our orders went wrong on several visits. Mistakes can happen of course, but it is messy.

Snackhouse twins is een van de beste patatzaken die ik ken. Ze hebben heerlijke friet en een groot arsortiment. En als het slecht weer is of je hebt geen zin laat je het gewoon thuis bezorgen. Een klein nadeel is dat er alleen softijs te koop is.
