These people get it. On all fronts. Just a cracking good chip shop, let's start with that. Extensive range. After a few times you'll be recognized as a regular customer.

After ordering from Kwalitaria, we unfortunately had to wait far too long before we got our food. When we finally opened it at home, everything turned out to be cold and dried out. That was a big disappointment, especially because we were looking forward to it. We live just a minute's walk from Kwalitaria, so it is really incomprehensible that the food could get cold in such a short time. We find this downright scandalous. The combination of the long waiting time and the mediocre quality of the food means that we will not be ordering from here again for the time being.

I ordered around 7.10 pm, delivery was there in 20 minutes, I ordered 2 frikendellen, I thought they had both been calculated, but that was not the case, the owner called me personally. My apologies for this error and I will certainly continue to order from there. Chris and your team good luck.

It took two hours. After waiting for more than an hour and a half, I cycled to De Gaard and at that moment they were going to put it in the frying oil, that was the message. Why not call or email? The email states "Please have the order number and this confirmation at hand when you contact us, so that we can assist you more quickly." The question is how to reach them, because the email is from noreply@. Tried calling for another half hour, but no one answered (they do call themselves, because sometimes it was busy), then stopped. There is (structurally) insufficient people. Instead of adjusting communication accordingly, close your ears and ignore those difficult customers. All in all an unprofessional team, I assume that not all branches are underperforming. Website is unreliable. If you switch from delivery to pickup (same location), everything is gone. Nice start over. After searching the site hangs, it is impossible to navigate. Privacy is also a mess, even though you don't want cookies, TikTok, Facebook, etc. (10 others) are still sent to you (EFF's Privacybadger).

Ordered via Uber Eats. We are now 20 minutes after delivery time and have heard nothing about the quality. Even when we call there is no answer. It is a good idea to inform your customers of the status if something goes wrong.

Great service and delicious food

Edit: They have different fries now, those real snack bar fries! So 5 stars now. A real asset to the neighborhood! Food is always delivered on time, varied and changing menu and the portions are large. Personally, I think the fries are too crispy and dry, otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

The owner thinks along with you (calls if the order can be picked up earlier, informs you about products if you have an allergy, etc.). The other staff are friendly and the atmosphere feels like a nice place to learn.

Nice cafeteria where we ate a bamiburger sandwich today, very tasty and we had it. For dessert we had a soft ice cream. Nice and quick staff, see you again soon, but we don't live nearby, but we will definitely come back again.

Top place, top food. Every burger can be made vegetarian and is absolutely delicious! Owner is a sweetheart of a man who wants the best for his customers. Very customer friendly and nice atmosphere in the business. It is also a bonus that everything is packaged without plastic.

We were allowed to taste the halal croquettes and we really liked them! We first ordered a vegetarian croquette online, until the owner called and asked if we wanted to taste the halal croquette. It was really well received! In addition, we often order from Kwalitaria because the service and food are really good!

Great chip shop, fries taste fantastic, are properly cooked and always warm upon arrival. Snacks the same. The manager(?) is a friendly man who is very helpful, the staff is also nice. Once an order was placed online for a certain delivery time, a follow-up call was made to determine whether the delivery time had been entered correctly or whether it was the first option online, otherwise he could send a delivery person sooner.

I regularly order from Kwalitaria De Gaard. The fries are great and the service even better. With my previous order something went wrong while redeeming my points. I was contacted about how I could get my points back. Now I forgot to go after my points and never thought about it again. When I picked up my order two weeks later, the owner immediately came to me to tell me that I had not yet gotten my points back and offered me a milkshake as a good maker. This service is really fantastic.

Ordered via Uber eats, delivered within twenty minutes. I called five minutes after the end time to see if they had an indication of when it would arrive. Received a stressed person on the phone who said he had no idea when my order would arrive because it was very busy. I understand that it is busy, but we have a child who needs to go to bed and just want to know where we stand. Won't order here again. Update: half an hour after the phone call, the order still hasn't arrived. Child now goes to bed with a sandwich. Latest update: the food finally arrived 45 minutes after the time frame in which it was supposed to be delivered. I really liked the cheese souffle, but unfortunately the fries were very dry and tasteless.

Delicious food, freshly baked sandwich by sandwich, healthy, richly filled and special wishes are taken into account. Also liked Kapsalon gyros and delicious soft ice cream! Staff friendly, even during rush hour. Definitely doing well there with the team 👍🏻 Highly recommended.

Friendly help and the waiting time was not too bad despite it being rush hour. Unfortunately, I thought the fries were too crunchy and I prefer the old-fashioned, familiar fries, but maybe they no longer exist? I only go to the cafeteria once a year and the tastes of the youth may be different. The hogweed with satay was delicious and that made up for a lot.

Upon entering it appears to be very busy with online orders. The result is that it took country before we got our food. The new computer system didn't really help. Considering the amount of people in the kitchen, it is chaotic and everyone is busy with each other's work. The food was fine, but everything was very salty. If you then show a menu on a screen, don't advertise in between... And it doesn't work to call people an order number, after waiting 20 minutes it turned out that I had remembered the wrong number...

Unfortunately, the sauce was forgotten for the second time with my order. The manager called me and kindly looked for a solution. 10 minutes later he was personally at the door to give back the money for the sauce and a milkshake! Correctly!

Order: Queen's Burger Menu, roti croquette and fries steer meat. Pro: fries were forgotten when ordering, helpful manager quickly arranged new fries and even included a milkshake. Burger was very tasty Con: fries were limp, pickled meat and croquette had little taste. Final verdict: excellent food, but next time I'll go to Mister Shi

Curry special: fries and Curry sausage were tasty. Grilled vegetables were missing. Just some fried onions and arugula. That was a pity!
