I agree on not always clean tables. I always come when i dont want to cook or order take out. Funny how the salad is more filling than their burgers! Tasty!

What a complete culinary disaster! The fries I ordered were an insult to the art of frying - half raw and limp, as if straight from a bucket of cold water. Every bite was a battle between my teeth and the tough, unbaked potato. The croquette sandwiches were no better - served on dried out bread so hard it could be used as building material. The texture was reminiscent of cardboard that has been left in the sun for weeks. It was so inedible that I was forced to simply throw away a large portion, something I would normally never do. The name "Alla Famine1945" would fit this establishment perfectly - even in times of extreme scarcity, this meal would be considered substandard. It seems they have completely forgotten the basics of food preparation. If this is the standard for their dishes, I wonder how they retain customers in the first place. My advice? Unless you're nostalgic for the darkest days of food scarcity, look elsewhere for hunger relief.

Hair in the food. Operated by someone with earphones in??? People couldn't distinguish which croquette was which. A mini bite of stew on your fries and stew. Limp, dirty fries. And then we paid 42 euros for 2 people. We will never go here again.

Ordering online has proven to be a disaster for the umpteenth time. First it takes more than an hour for the food to arrive, then half of it is not delivered, so several people have to contact us by telephone. Standard tune: “delivery guy is on his way” I think he is lost, because he still has to arrive. It is also not possible to receive a call back. Worthless.

When we came in we were helped quite quickly which was very nice, we had ordered milkshakes of which all 3 were the wrong flavour. We did get new ones that were good. Our food was very mediocre, the fries were limp and my girlfriend's meatball was 70% raw!!! Luckily we got a new one that was cooked. The service was excellent everywhere, but the food was very disappointing. Do not recommend this place

Dirty place, there are a lot of staff walking around and it was very quiet. Yet there are fries and dirt everywhere on the floor. Come the kitchen/warehouse is littered with fries on the floor and other filth. And then they stand and chat with each other a bit.

Food was packed in stages, so all the fries were cold and so was the meat. Only what was last baked was still warm

Get food for 6 people at the construction site. Fries and meatballs. No napkins, no forks. You can eat fries with your hands, but not really meatballs. By the way, those balls were cold inside and not the best quality. Those cheap wholesale balls. But they cost 3.25 each.... All in all, poor quality.

The 'qualitaria', but quality is hard to find. Just like the meager ingredients on the burger by the way. They can just be found with a magnifying glass. Fries and snacks were all bland and limp. There is more quality in the chip shop at home than at this place. Extra star for the friendly ladies behind the counter!

Ordered food via the site. Delivery was very fast and faster than expected. Unfortunately, the packing and preparation of the food was not handled with care. The frikandel special was upside down in the container, so all the sauce was through the bag. The meatball was also upside down in the bag... finally I started on a bami disk, but first I had to remove a large burnt part... very unfortunate

Unfortunately I picked up a brie sandwich that was very sad, bare bun with 4 slices of brie and 2 slices of cucumber. The menu promised a rich sandwich with arugula, honey, brie, and bacon. Not worth the money at all to eat such a plain sandwich.

Definitely not a positive experience. We were 6 people. Food came in stages, which made it seem like they forgot the 2 people. Food was also tasteless. Sandwiches could not be ordered after 5 pm (baguettes were just on the counter, so strange) young and inexperienced staff and no atmosphere. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else where they understand quality and customer service

Dirty tent, shoes stuck to the floor. The menu cards are too dirty to handle. Had to make a different choice of menu three times, because there was almost nothing in stock. Food is disgusting, we won't be back.

Ordered online, had to wait no less than 1 hour and 15 minutes. Fries lukewarm, so soggy. Frikandel floated in the fat and croquette and cheese soufle were pressed flat in the bag. A bowl of cold applesauce had become warm in the bag. Never again (had gone wrong before).

I usually only do positive reviews, but enough is enough. Yesterday, for the 4th time in recent months, I did not receive everything ordered (and paid for). Fries limp, undercooked and therefore gross. Other times either the fries or the snacks were cold because it took too much time to complete the order. In my opinion, the reason is that there are too many staff (more than customers) who mainly enjoy each other's company. Update: things have been going well the last few times. Quality also seems to have increased somewhat. Not too greasy and too salty. Ordering online is still not recommended, it can take 1 to 1.5 hours

I won't go through all the incidents, but an example is that with certain expensive ice creams you have to ask for the sauce yourself (which is shown in the image). It's a bit lame to get such a reaction when you discover that it's not over. And you can't handle it anymore because you should have reported it. It seems to me that it costs 'nothing' and the customer's feeling is different.

Ordered from Qualitaria last week and again today. The first delivery was more than 15 minutes late. Today it was no less than 30/35 minutes late, they forgot to make our order. The food is fine, but the delivery time is terrible. Unfortunately, we will never order from here again!
