The ordering website never works. It's not affiliated with Thuisbezorgd, so I have no other option. Fine, I'll order from somewhere else.

We went here to get fries for 3 people, the bag was not even close to what was in it for 3 people and the fries were also very soft and pale and we had ordered 2 croquettes and a fikandel speciaal with it, but both croquettes were very soft and lukewarm, so to speak, a waste of money. They really need to learn how to properly fry fries and snacks the way they should be. And if you say fries for 3 people, it should be for 3 people and not that there is much less in the bag. The quality here is very poor and the staff could be a bit friendlier and the place could be cleaner, the floor was dirty and also various tables. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN, WHAT A POOR QUALITY AND STAFF AND BUSINESS.

dirty toilet, no toilet paper. tables clean, but floor not fresh. reported that there was no toilet paper, but nothing was done about it. the quality of the food was so poor that it was clear to us that this did not deserve the name qualitaria and we would not come back here again.

Always fine. However, the fries are not always perfect and can sometimes be improved with a slightly longer frying bath.

Ate fries and stew. Stew was reasonable, but the fries were overcooked and much too dark in color. Unfortunately, a miss.

Good food. Real Dutch ultra processed food. Delicious potatoes and burghers. Nice staff. Very nice environment. The best you could get in the cultural center of Zwolle.

The name qualitaria was not honored with this order. The bami disk was a mess and the croquette fell apart when you picked it up. See also the photo. I had different expectations. Once but never again. The speed of delivery was okay. Anyway, let's end on a positive note.

It was tasty, but that's all. Too bad it is so variable in taste and atmosphere. I have often eaten and sat at Kwalitaria AA-Landen there and the atmosphere and taste there are better than in Stadshagen. Sorry for the 3 stars. It's certainly not super bad, but it could be better.

How do you treat your staff? Ate here today. Was okay, but gosh, a bit expensive. Then you order from a menu...it doesn't even include drinks. With 3 people just 50 euros poorer...

We think things have been better at this location. Perhaps the music could be turned down a few notches, because unfortunately the word BIG for BIG fries was not included, so we came home with small fries. What you get is not much, but this was very little. The music was very loud and the employee behind the cash register often had to repeat or ask other people things. - Price/quantity ratio is a bit off. - Previously it was always a well-oiled machine. Now, due to many delivery orders, waiting times for pickup seem to have increased considerably. - Food was also fine.

Excellent fries and snacks. We didn't really know which croquette was vegetarian and which one with meat. A phone call provided the solution, Leroy knew exactly what both croquettes looked like. Fine!

Ordered a number of times, it went fine at first, but if I order well in advance I still have to wait an hour and a half.. I don't live that far from this branch so it can't be explained. Too bad, because the quality (if they are on time) is better compared to the competition. There are no updates when it's on its way, when you might expect it. This is not done compared to the prices of the food. If I order something from a snack bar from the center of Zwolle, it will be there within half an hour. Do better.

I had a medium fries special ordered. Once home, it turned out that it was very little (a small one, right?) and the fries were rock hard. Obviously twice baked. That's really not possible for that kind of money. Called, went back and asked for and got my money back. I won't be back there again.

Ordered on Friday at 5 p.m. Delivered at 6:40 PM. Cold weak fries, weak croquette, special frikadellen upside down. I sent a message and called. Complaints are not addressed.

It took 1.5 hours for some fries and 4 snacks. They were cold and the fries old. And see the photo of the frikandel... You will not receive any further notification about the delivery time. Unfortunately, the delivery person was also unfriendly; more than a cold “please” doesn't get away. We will order from Taste of Joy again next time. That is the better chip shop in Stadshagen. Very bad!

Want to pick up an order around 5:45 PM on Saturday? Bad idea. The line was almost out and the rest of the places were full. It would be useful for the customer who collects his order if he had a place close to the counter. It may also be useful to indicate somewhere where you need to be or where you need to report as a customer. I had to wait more than half an hour and the cashier had forgotten me too. In the end the order received was received cold, which is a shame.

The crispy chicken is very tasty. As well as the soft ice creams and milkshakes. No experience with the negative reviews below. Delivery always on time and friendly staff.

Very loud music, you can hardly hear each other. We ordered two large fries and got two regular fries (which you only find out when you get home). The cashier couldn't understand us either. Very expensive and long wait due to all the online orders that come in between. A few years ago it was a great snack bar, but it has deteriorated rapidly.

The price-quality ratio is not okay. Really expensive. And we had 2 children's menus, 1 with a whole cheese souffle and the other with chicken nuggets. Only there were only 3 in there! We had to pay 6.95 euros for a bit of fries, 3 chicken nuggets, a bag of drinks and a crying child. Then I had to share my vegetable croquette and my son and I, who were the only ones who had had that croquette, threw up all night. We won't be coming back here again.

Price quality is particularly poor. Those prices are ridiculously high and the quality and quantity are only decreasing. NEVER again quality city hedges for me. Make everything fresh in-house.

We had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes for the food which was way too expensive. The chicken burger and croquette came out of the container crushed and wilted. The fries were limp and cold. No more quality for us. It's better to invest in a good deep fryer.

It was/seemed like chaos during the preparation. There was a lot of already hot food waiting for orders to be completed. That's a shame because the food then cools down. But it was messy and dirty. Junk and food on the floor. There were a few wooden forks on the counter and an employee 'shot' them off with his fingers onto the floor towards the table where we were eating. Very crazy. Our food itself was fine.. The experience was special....

Very nice quality restaurant where you can sit comfortably. Had dinner there with my daughter that evening and it was tasty! Very nice staff walking around.

Het is relatief duur eten. Voor 4 mensen patat en 1 hamburger € 19,95. (weet niet of ze familie zak patat verkopen?) Hamburger was wel lekker. Personeel is vriendelijk.

De patat heeft heeft het vet amper aangeraakt. Da’s écht niet lekker, maar aan de overige reviews te zien had ik dit kunnen weten. Ik verwacht van een Kwalitaria meer dan dit in ieder geval en hier zou absoluut wat mee gedaan moeten worden. Snacks, sauzen, snelheid en service overigens dikke prima. De s van softijs moet ik nog checken.

Lekkere snelle hap waarbij je ,als je een menu besteld, zelf je salade mag samenstellen. Lekker fris. Ook zit een milkshake of frisdrank bij de prijs inbegrepen. Aardige en attente bediening. Al met al ,goed te doen.

Hoe ze hier de order afhandelingen doen is gewoon over na gedacht. Hier kan menig snackbar van leren. Het team is duidelijk op elkaar ingespeeld. Het was dikke prima, maar vandaag 3-03-2023 voor het eerst in 6 jaar teleurgesteld. Ik bestel altijd hetzelfde Patat voor 2 personen, maar dit keer was het gewoon niet genoeg voor dezelfde hoeveelheid personen. De patat miste gewoon minimaal een halve tot hele portie. De zak was ook maar half vol ten opzichte van andere keren. Het resultaat was dat het gewoon niet genoeg was. Erg jammer. Ik hoop dat dit een foutje is geweest en niet een vermindering van porties.

Weer eens besteld bij Kwalitaria Stadshagen. Mijn ervaring: aardig personeel, een beetje aan de dure kant en de patat is helaas altijd te kort gebakken. Het zijn bijna altijd wittige slappe patatjes. Niet zoals het hoort. De bestelling staat overigens bijna altijd precies op tijd klaar. Netjes. Maar ik schat in dat daardoor de patat altijd te kort gebakken is. Mijn tip aan de eigenaar: ga eens bij snackbar Alberto in de stad in de leer. Daar bakken ze werkelijk altijd perfecte frietjes. Snap dat dit tegen iemand zijn eer in gaat… maar doe het dan voor je klanten…

Nette snackbar, veel keus. En heerlijk softijs. Vriendelijk geholpen.

Jammer dat openingstijden op site niet kloppen, op 1e paasdag voor iets er heen gereden omdat ze volgens hun site open waren, en op stel en sprong iets anders moeten verzinnen om te eten

Vlotte service en heerlijke friet!!

Onze huisburger + 120gr MRIJ online besteld, op de afbeelding zag het er feestelijk uit met verse en frisse ingrediënten, bleek een droge hamburger te zijn met een beetje saus en een paar gesnipperde uitjes(ongebakken). Gezien de naam en wat online zichtbaar was, had ik een soort visite kaartje verwacht qua hamburger. Maar helaas. Ook de Kwalibox(kinder) zitten geen verse tomaatjes bij, wat wel word vermeld op de site. Ik dacht werkelijk even dat mijn bestelling niet klopte of dat ze wat waren vergeten. Echter na telefonisch contact, bleek alles te kloppen. De pinda-saus vond ik ook erg tegen vallen, maar dat is natuurlijk smaak.

Prima personeel bij mij was er een meisje genaamd noami wel erg knap. veder geen mannelijk personeel. Veder het dak was niet mooi afgemaakt en de vloer was redenlijkvies stukjes patat op de grond bah. Veder goeie patat helaas mayo niet zelf gemaakt en de kinderspeeltjes waren helemaal niet mooi

Redelijk snel met afhandelen van bestellingen. De patat en de snacks zijn prima van smaak, maar wél vrij prijzig! Helaas is de satésaus niet echt lekker en kan die mijn inziens wel 10x beter qua smaak..

Goede patat. Jammer dat ze daar ook nog plastic tasjes gebruiken.

Ze hadden de drinken in een papieren tas gedaan die nat werd en scheurde en waardoor ik een partij onderweg er uitviel en kapot klapte

Service is goed, maar de plaatsing is niet zo spetterend. Als je buiten zit kijk je tegen een parkeerplaats aan. Niet echt gezellig. Eten smaakt wel prima trouwens. Binnen heb ik niet gezeten, maar zag het er naast dat het niet zo groot is, wel goed uit.
