It is always busy there. Especially on a sunny day. Which means the food is of good quality. Plus, there is a lot of choice.

Unbelievable. There are four people (actually only women) working, and fewer than 5 tables are occupied. We were sitting at a table, and after a few minutes, I walked inside to ask if we should order inside or if it would be better to wait for table service. We were told that someone would come to us. 15 minutes later (!) someone finally came to our table who looked uninterested and only came to wipe down our table. There were no menus on the table either. Every time this lady came outside, she kept going to a table and then back inside, which was unnecessary. After cleaning the table, she still needed 10 minutes to come by with a tablet and take the order. All in all, you sit there watching for the first 25 minutes, and not hard-working staff. The order is taken and brought to the table. There wasn't much to complain about here. When paying, it also took a while before someone came to the cash register, and the attitude was uninterested as well. Apparently, they weren't interested in making a profit either. Not a good experience, and it's the last time I'll be going there.

Had to wait 45 minutes to be served while there were only 6 customers in the place and 3 or 4 employees. We walked out and went to eat somewhere else. Never coming here again.

Order placed. It was fifteen minutes earlier than stated in the app. I hadn't set my satay sauce or the table yet. The result: soggy fries. Which, according to the order, were supposed to be salt-free (tip: Always order salt-free fries; salt attracts moisture, making your fries even soggier). My disappointment lies in the "bear bite" (a type of Dutch snack). It should simply contain proper onion rings, not just onion as a garnish. Instead, there were just a few little bits missing. You should be ashamed of this.

Lots of choice here. Takeaway or eat-in, inside or outside on the terrace. By the way, it isn't really getting any cheaper: fries without sauce 3.90 and a croquette 3.45. And those are the takeaway prices 😯

That soft ice cream is delicious, nice and creamy, and on warm days it is a pleasant surprise.

I waited half an hour in the restaurant today and no one came to the table. So I just left without eating and went to another restaurant. A bit of a shame.

Ordered food online to pick up in half an hour. Then the food was ready 20 minutes late, and I waited half an hour only to receive cold food. There are plenty of other snack bars in the area; I certainly wouldn't go here.

I've had fries before but they weren't quite fried properly. 30 seconds longer would probably be just a little bit better; you can still taste the softness now, so please fry the fries just a little bit longer.

Unfortunately, the benches are still chained up, so you can't sit on them outside. The cappuccino is poor quality, and has been for several years now, but you pay €3.60 for it. The foam is a loose bubble. You can never make a heart shape with this foam, for example. Perhaps the machine needs a cleaning. Otherwise, I enjoy sitting there, but a truly delicious cappuccino would be wonderful.

Everything is fine, but they handle everything with their bare hands while (they have a cold). No gloves. Not fresh.

Also had a delicious snack today. Spring roll special menu with a delicious fried egg on the spring roll. Served complete with tasty fries and a delicious salad. Beautifully served on a large plate with the fries in a basket.

Placed a delivery, arrived on time. The food was good too. Later I realized that my drink was missing; called the restaurant and was told it would be brought immediately. After an hour, still nothing arrived… this is very disappointing.

I always find the food good, and it is often busy there. The staff is friendly. I just think the place looks messy.

Delicious snacks, coffee and sandwiches

After waiting over half an hour for a panini, they even delivered the wrong one. When you told them you couldn't handle it, there was no apology or anything.

Had a delicious Original Burger. The fries were also cooked perfectly, and the ice cream was delicious. The staff were very friendly. Jan van der Kolk, Senior Guide 5. Zwolle.

Two really nice young men worked at this small snack bar. It was delicious, clean, and nicely decorated. No chip shop vibe. Price was okay, portions were okay. Parking was right in front. So, all in all, perfect.

It's okay. It's a fairly expensive snack bar, and the size of the large fries is a bit disappointing. Other than that, it's okay.

Friendly staff and a wide choice on the menu

On my way to the center of the beautiful city of Zwolle, I stopped by this lovely café for a coffee. Quality and a great atmosphere go hand in hand. A delicious cookie (a kind of cream puff) complemented the exceptionally good cappuccino! Highly recommended for hungry travelers... and shoppers, of course!

The mango milkshake doesn't taste like mango at all. Not tasty.

As mentioned before: Délifrance is an excellent and, to my knowledge, the best starting point in the area; waiting time is of course necessary, but certainly not too long.

This is a great place for a bite to eat. Not fast food, but quick. Excellent food, friendly service.

Hugely ripped off with the oreo milkshake crunch at 4.30, literally got a small cup with vanilla milkshake in it! And a little bit of topping oreo pieces! I spoke to the owner and he nodded stupidly. Qualitaria without quality. Have it delivered today. Nice, crispy fried fries, as they describe themselves, are dirty, limp, fatty, sometimes even undercooked fries that taste like soap. Large portion of peanut sauce ordered separately, there was little in the plastic cup but everything in the bag. Expensive frikandel special at €3.70 cheap tasteless frikandel. Hogweed peanut sauce below standard for the amount of €4.40. All in all I spent €15.25 and for this amount you can expect something, but it was far below par, very poor price/quality ratio. I will never order from here again.

It is a DeliFrance sandwich shop and snack bar combination. We sat down and it took a very long time before anyone came to the table, unfortunately this is repetitive and familiar. I should have walked to the counter to place my order. There were tables that needed to be cleared, but that also took a long time. The staff is (very) young and generally always friendly. The entrance is wheelchair friendly. The quality of the food is good and the serving speed is usually also fine. Prices are average and acceptable. They also deliver.

Really dirty. Waiting 20 minutes for fries and hot chicken for €10. You get dry fries, unseasoned chicken fillet with a little chili sauce and mushrooms. No sauce, nothing, tasteless chicken. Gross, not worth your money!

We regularly get our fries here...9 out of 10 times we get soggy fries. The snacks are also not crispy. But the service is very slow... They take their job very literally. Per snack, per fries...The quality food elsewhere in Zwolle is of better quality...How?

Ordered and picked up chicken satay menu on February 6, no satay, just dry chicken! Shame! the fries and salad were great!

Have fun eating fries... either out of hand or on a plate. Also enjoy a kind of happy meal with the grandchildren with a bottle of soft drink. Simple, but cozy...

My orders have never been delivered on time. I always have to call and then it has to be prepared.

Ordered an 1838 burger at the cash register. Upon entering I noticed the mess, old dishes on the tables and dirt on the floor. That should have rang a bell with me, but due to the good reception, I ordered it anyway. After waiting a long time, I was served kindly and the hamburger turned out to be raw. I think that is below par for 8 euros and I was thinking on the spot about reporting this to the food authority (Because I now think that this review goes a bit too far to inform).

Unfortunately a disappointing experience with this quality. At 6.17 pm I ordered two French fries and two frikandel special, one of which without onion. I received my order at 6:55 PM. Unfortunately, 1 frikandel was not special, but just a 'bare' one and it was still cold inside. Moreover, the waiting time for such a small order is really too long. It seems as if the business has become too big: indoor and outdoor dining, takeaway and delivery. A size too big and without (many) experienced staff. During the waiting time, several people also returned with forgotten items in the order, a completely different order, etc. In short: I would like to drive to Het Patatje in Holtenbroek or to Paradiso on the Hogenkampseweg. Things are better organized there. By the way, this review was reported for allegedly inciting hatred or containing swear words. This shows that the owner is not happy with the review, which meets the requirements. Trying to manipulate your reviews in this way is a shame: it would be better to work with the feedback given, I think ;)

I visited with my 1.5 year old daughter. Because I wanted a simple fries quickly. I then had to wait almost an hour for that. Just like many others on the terrace were already complaining because they sometimes wait an hour for a drink. Staff consists of only teenagers who had no control over the service at all. That waiting is simply not possible with a toddler. So don't think I'll be going there again anytime soon. Maybe it was a wrong day, but this wasn't "fast" food anymore.

Ordered food to be delivered to home, called after 1.5 hours of waiting to ask how things were going. Could take another hour. Order canceled because I also have children who have to go to bed and so I have to go to the store and cook. As an extra service, you can arrange your own money back from Kwalitaria. Update: After 5 days, not even a response to the request to refund my money.

Varying quality, sometimes the fries are perfect, sometimes limp. Citizens are very well organized. Today they forgot my kipcorn, but after calling they gave me two more instead of one. Nicely resolved.

I've been here several times, quality varies. Long wait and ignorant, confused staff. What I think is worst is the Chinese owner who doesn't bother to greet you or take your complaint seriously and always hangs his head down. Arrogant! Good example for the staff too!

Food took over an hour to arrive. And when it arrived, fries and snacks were as good as cold. I thought it was anything but a pleasant experience and I dumped almost everything in the container, a waste of money but... I don't need cold food, only the shawarma was saved so we could fry it up and eat it anyway. used to be. Too bad I thought Kwalitaria stood for quality but....nothing could be further from the truth.

Bad delivery. You order your food at 5:00 PM to have it delivered at 6:00 PM and then it is not there at 7:00 PM and cannot be reached by phone. Don't order anything if you want it delivered.
