We had a fantastic meal. It's a lovely restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere. The music was pleasant, but not too loud, allowing for a normal conversation. The staff is a young and enthusiastic team and very friendly. The service was excellent, and the dishes were delicious. Even though it took us an hour to get there, it certainly won't be our last meal here.

The service is worth more than 5 stars. The staff is friendly, helpful, and fast. This is the kind of service you'd expect from a higher-priced restaurant. You can order the dishes via a website/QR code, and they were served quickly. The portion size was good, even a bit larger than I'm used to. The quality of the food and its preparation were also good. The menu is fairly diverse but mainly consists of safe options. There wasn't a real standout for us. On the other hand, the prices are competitive.

In my opinion, the best location of La Cubanita! It starts with the very friendly and welcoming greeting from employee Noa. I immediately had the feeling they're doing a great job here. And I wasn't wrong! Delicious food and good service.

It was like stepping into a cooking show with the theme "hot is cold and cold is hot." Steak that resembled a sponge, prawns that tasted like peanuts (perhaps a secret soy experiment?), and ice cream served on a piping hot plate. The atmosphere has been the same for at least ten years—time travel without a machine. In the open kitchen, you mainly see disinterested looks and surfaces that have been begging for a cleaning for days. Eating out is supposed to be a treat; here, it felt more like a practical joke.

It's pretty good, but the food could be a little better, to be honest. The atmosphere feels good, and it really has great potential, but of course, it's a franchise, so you can't ask for much more.

Haven't been for a while, but now with the "new" updated menu, I got curious and went. It was absolutely delicious again. Lots of choices. Friendly service. See you soon!

Good food. Friendly staff. Sometimes a bit of a long wait.

I'm very surprised that this La Cubanita has lost so much quality. I've been a regular customer for the past few years. After having a bad experience last month in Eindhoven (the food was way too greasy), my favorite La Cubanita in Gorinchem has also suffered significantly. The food tasted completely awful. The salmon was sour (flamkuche and salmon with lemon mayo), and other dishes seemed poorly prepared. I had to send the salmon back. I asked the lady at the checkout what had changed. She said they had a different supplier. I hope the wage increase in the hospitality industry isn't causing the quality of the products to decline. The staff were super friendly and fast, but I would have appreciated at least having the two colas removed from the bill. Now I don't think I'll be back. I hope you guys pull yourselves together again so the quality returns to what it used to be. Best, M Vogel

One of the best La Cubanitas I've ever been to! It's a cozy restaurant, and the food is also good quality, although I was more of a fan of the previous menu. Definitely recommended!

Food arrived quickly after ordering. Good quality,. Convenient ordering by phone. Friendly staff. Atmosphere is good but there could have been a little more lighting.

Cozy and attractive 'La Cubanita' establishment in the old historic center of Gorinchem. It is a spacious store with a beautiful interior. Staff was super friendly and hospitable. For a fixed price you can order tapas here for two and a half hours using a QR code (two dishes per person/per round). Serving went smoothly (I didn't have to wait long). You can choose from cold tapas, meat tapas, fish tapas, vegetarian tapas, customized tapas & desert. The cheese croquettes and spicy chicken pieces are my favorite 😉👍

Had a delicious meal with my husband! An attractive restaurant. And what delicious dishes! Even for someone like me who doesn't like anything. And how nice that you have an option to adjust things. I don't like cheese with my carpaccio, and you could order it without it, just like fries. We will definitely come back! The staff was sometimes very diligent in clearing our table, such as a full glass, or another plate of food that we still wanted to eat. But otherwise friendly girls!

Went to dinner at la cubanita tonight. The food was tasty and the service friendly. In September, la cubanita has an all-inclusive formula. It's a pity that they advertise it everywhere, and that you only hear when you enter that many things are not included. Then communicate this honestly and clearly on your website. The desserts that were included in the all-inclusive package were also not all available. This is a misleading action

3 things were tasty and 2 were nasty! Madam manager was not a particularly neat and friendly woman. Didn't let you finish but talked loudly over you and clearly couldn't deal with the feedback. She has never heard of the customer is king. We will NEVER go here again!!

Came in around 8pm, wasn't busy. We were allowed to order three items from the menu instead of two items because we were a little later. Dishes were tasty and served at a good temperature. Service and kitchen both very smooth!

This is an amazing restaurant. My wife and I went here while on vacation in Gorinchem, it was one of our favorite restaurants we'd ever been too. I really missed Cuban food being from Florida born and raised. I grew up with Cuban food, and I think this restaurant does an amazing job at making upscale Cuban and Latin themed dishes. This was my first time at a tapas restaurant though, and I really enjoyed the experience. Ordering the food was easy. Finally the mixed drinks were great. I got a mojito, probably the best mojito I've ever had. My wife got the blue drink with Curacao blue, and loved it. 10/10, will definitely be back if I ever visit Gorinchem again!

Tapas are delicious. Be sure to first read the small print under the advertising hanging in the store, which states 5 tapas for €15 😉

Meh. Food not particularly tasty. We also found the hygiene a bit disappointing. I always find it annoying to write such a review, but I think it is important. Hopefully it will improve and in a while we will be surprised by the quality when we try it again. The staff was very friendly and everything we reported was resolved immediately!!

Nice restaurant, the atmosphere is good, the service is also good, the concept for all you can eat is that you place a small order every time, max 2 at a time And this is delivered to the table (makes it more fun than everyone being away from the table all the time). food is seasoned or with a sauce, but it is not swimming in it and can often be adjusted via the app or staff to leave out the sauce or herbs The food is good and delicious I thought it was a nice evening out.

Niet meer wat het was, garnalen zijn droog en klein. Biefstukpuntjes te ver doorbakken en taai. Meloen te onrijp, aanrdappeltjes net niet gaar genoeg etc etc. Bediening is top.

Heerlijk op 5 december. gegeten. Het was gezellig druk. Ideaal dat je nu via je gsm kunt bestellen.

Erg vriendelijk personeel en prima eten

Misschien wel de leukste La Cubantita waar ik geweest ben. Restaurant is keurig ingericht en niks geen gehaast. Nr 18 was ons beste gerecht van de kaart

Heerlijk gegeten en gedronken met fijne bediening.

Gisteren avond met onze meiden groep wezen eten. Helaas ging het met een iemand van de groep niet goed. Wij zijn hierbij ontzettend goed geholpen! Ook met betalen zijn ze enorm coulant geweest. Wij komen zeker een keer terug om het over te doen!

Ondanks de reservering moesten we toch wachten. Het duurde vrij kang voordat we ons eten kknden bestellen via hun eigen app omdat we errst asngemeld moesten worden doir een personeelslid die lang op zich lietcwachten. Het was te druk voor het deels jonge personeel. Een beetje chaotisch

Heerlijk gegeten bij La Cubanita en de bediening was vriendelijk en netjes. Na een misverstand over het tijdslot voor de bestellingen van het All-In arrangement werd het voor ons helemaal naar tevredenheid opgelost. Dat is pas klantvriendelijkheid, top! We komen graag weer terug.

Zolang je de biefstuk puntjes niet neemt is het goed te eten . De biefstuk was taai ,veel te lang gebakken ,en de pepers zijn met overvloed gebruikt .

Lekkere tapas gegeten in La Cubanita Gorinchem. Met 56 gerechtjes op de menukaart (QR code scannen met telefoon om te bestellen) is er genoeg keus. Bediening was vlot en vriendelijk. Per persoon mag je twee gerechten per keer bestellen. Je hoeft niet lang te wachten op je bestelde gerechten. Keuze uit koude tapas, vlees tapas, vis tapas, vega tapas en aangepaste tapas. Desert is ook mogelijk maar met bijbetaling.

Meeste gerechten waren lekker! Het restaurant was erg donker.

Lekker rustig en zeer goed eten

Ben met een groep vriendinnen geweest, geen van allen zijn we veeleisend, maar dit viel echt een beetje tegen. Personeel was niet heel attent, eten kwam allemaal na elkaar, dan kreeg die wat en dan kwamen ze voor de ander iets brengen. We hadden er meer van verwacht , was jammer.

Eten was weer lekker. Tuurlijk altijd ff onthouden wat je besteld hebt als ze het komen brengen. Lekkere vlotte bediening.

Het is niet meer zoals het geweest is, er worden duidelijk goedkopere producten gebruikt en de over de versheid heb ik ook m'n twijfels.De papieren sausbakjes maken het 'goedkoop' terwijl het dat niet is. Jammer! De bediening is overigens top, daar ligt het niet aan.

Lekker eten, nieuwe kaart na de Lockdown. goed en vriendelijk personeel. Wij komen er graag, het verveelt nooit. De cocktails zijn een aanrader

Qua sfeer binnen waan je je een beetje in Havana Cuba. Het eten is gemiddeld, lijkt soms kant en klaar geleverd en opgewarmd. De mojito's waren wel lekker en de bediening vriendelijk.

Blijkbaar zaten we in een hoek die buiten beeld bleef. Bij herhaling liep de bediening hard aan ons voorbij. Zo bleven we niet alleen zonder eten maar ook zonder drinken. Nadat we de aanwezige manager hier op attenderen kwam zij niet verder dan het toewerpen van een boze blik, het wegrissen van ons blaadje met bestelling en wat chagrijnig gemompel. De rest van de avond werd dit niet beter. Als de manager het toonvoorbed moet zijn voor de rest van het personeel is het goed te begrijpen waarom iedereen met zijn sik op half 7 bij loopt.
