Very tasty pizza at a good price. And very old olive trees on the terrace.

We've been eating here for several years. Very tasty food in a pleasant atmosphere. The service is always there and even notices an empty glass. The tomato soup could be a bit more seasoned. Unfortunately, the pepper shakers in our vicinity were empty. It can happen to anyone. You should definitely make a reservation!

We had pizza. Unfortunately, it had nothing to do with a real Italian pizza. The service was good.

Five of us went out to eat yesterday. We had an excellent pasta dish with fresh seafood, mussels, and shrimp, a great pizza, calzone, tiramisu, and bruschetta. Everything was delicious, and the service was excellent. We sat outside and had a really good time. I highly recommend it.

We ordered takeaway. The pizza was very dry and quite burnt; you couldn't even eat the crust. The pasta dish for 19.50 was a total disaster. The pasta was poor quality, tasteless, and completely overcooked. The sauce was watery and tasteless. The only good thing was the shrimp. We definitely wouldn't order from there again.

Everything was nice and well-made. Clean. Friendly staff. However, I found the prices to be a bit too high, at least in terms of value for money: the antipasti platter (or slices) costing €13 each and the 0.5-liter beer costing €8.10.

Very nice restaurant, located right next to the dunes in Westkapelle. Our starter was beautifully served. The main courses completely convinced me and my wife. Our dog was also welcome. On weekends and holidays, you should arrive early or make a reservation in advance. We have to give it a small deduction because the Aperol unfortunately didn't suit our taste.

Really good Italian restaurant, had pasta twice. Absolutely delicious, and the price was right. We went back two days later; it was simply delicious. We had beef steak and pasta, which were very, very tasty. And a great dessert for dessert.

Whenever we're on vacation in Westkapelle, we always get a pizza there to take home. We think it's the best pizza we've ever eaten. Delicious and not greasy. We're always happy to come back!

We had reserved in advance and asked if one person could have gluten-free pizza. Because of the announcement, that wasn't a problem. Gluten-free pasta is always available here without request. All pizzas were freshly prepared and very tasty for Dutch pizza. A highlight is the coffee/espresso from the portafilter machine.

Apart from the pizza, the food wasn't particularly worth mentioning this time. The spaghetti carbonara in particular was swimming in a watery pasta cooking water sauce. Wasn't always like this🤔

Thanks to the ladies from the service. The starter of garlic bread was promising, but the garlic was missing! A natural olive oil and a spicy olive oil were served with this. The La Piazetta pizza was very good and was ordered twice. Unfortunately disappointing for our taste. Seafood and the spinach ordered with it were frozen. Unfortunately the peppers are not fresh but pickled sweet.

Small restaurant full of charm with a beautiful terrace, ideally located between the square and the highest point of Westkappel on the main axis next to a bancontact. The setting is calm and cozy, while the terrace is large and spacious with special attention to bringing our 4-legged friends with a bowl of water always available for them. The lady who takes care of room service is very kind and attentive despite the language barrier. As for the kitchen, the visual is perfect between balance of quantities and presentation. The presentation is elaborate without being exuberant, the balance is perfect. From the taste we can immediately tell that the ingredients are fresh. That the cuisine is artisanal in both dishes and desserts. In summary, an address to remember, with unbeatable value for money!

I was thrilled that I got gluten-free bread as a starter here. Gluten-free pasta is also possible and if you call a day in advance, gluten-free pizza is also available. I'd love to come back :)

We came here through Google. We were warmly welcomed and well served. The pizzas were delicious as was the cafe/cappuccino afterwards. The music was pleasant and the atmosphere in the restaurant was relaxed. If we are in the area again we would like to come by again.

Picked up spaghetti for lunch, rarely had such a bad bolognese. Pasta tasted like cardboard, and the bolognese ragu was watery and really tasted of nothing. Hence the ridiculously large amount of cheese you get, because without it the pasta would be unedible.

Nice restaurant, the prices are slightly higher but within the usual range in the Netherlands. Pizza was very good, friendly, courteous service. Unfortunately, due to space constraints, we only sat in the outdoor area, which is right on the main street... so the ambience can only be rated to a limited extent.

Reviews volgend kwamen we hier terecht. Super lekker gegeten. Een bruschetta vooraf gevolgd door een pizza en tiramisu. Zo klassiek Italiaans als het kan. De pizza’s hebben niet van die dikke broodbodems en zijn zodoende lekker smakelijk. Je zit niet bomvol en proeft alles meer waarmee de pizza is bedekt. We komen terug. Tip: affogato met een likeur ipv wijn😉

Leider waren wir dieses Jahr von den Pizzen enttäuscht. Ziemlich dröge und der Boden recht hart. Eine der Bedienungen teilte uns ziemlich unfreundlich mit, das wir unseren Hund gefälligst unter dem Tisch halten sollen und nicht auf dem Boden neben der Sitzbank. Vielleicht war es ja nur ein einmaliger Ausrutscher...

Here you can get soft ice cream with a variety of sauces and toppings to choose from. Plus pizza, pasta and soft drinks to take to the beach, for example. Prices are typical for a Dutch coastal town.

Lekker eten en gezellig zitten, jaar in jaar uit. De bediening is vriendelijk, snel en correct. Het eten is heel erg goed en de prijzen zijn nog heel vriendelijk vergeleken met de omgeving.

Food was amazing and everyone was sooo friendly. You can switch to vegan cheese, which is amazing. Dogs are allowed too! Definitely going to eat here again. Update: we did eat again and it was pretty disappointing. Instead of dried tomato’s we had a lot of tomato sauce on our pizza which tasted like sour ketchup and the dough was different too.

Very tasty pizza, almost like in Italy. We go to Walcheren all year round and are happy that we finally found this good pizzeria. Prices match Holland. Since the restaurant was very full, we opted for To Go and ate on the beach. The pizza could be picked up after the promised 20 minutes. Simply EVERYTHING perfect 🍕

Food good, service very friendly and quick

After a week of Dutch fast food we wanted to eat something “real” again and ended up at La Piazetta, the reason being that they had Birra Moretti. finally a drinkable beer again, here in NL. The service was very quick and the beers ordered and the pizzas came quite quickly. Now you can really make compromises with the pizzas, they certainly taste like they do in Italy, but you don't eat in Italy where the pizzas are juicy, the dough is thin and taste like more. Unfortunately....! Because the toppings on these pizzas are bland and the dough is hard. I love it when you cut off a slice and the pizza flexes with the toppings and melted cheese. The only thing that was convincing was the beer. Well, the price/performance ratio is completely excessive for the quality you get. And anyone who writes here that they have never eaten such good pizza should go to Naples and eat your pizza, it would be even cheaper there.

Nice restaurant in Westkapelle. The menu is large and has a wide selection. Schade is used in typical Italian dishes such as carbonara cream and leeks. My pasta al ragu was good, but the sauce could have been a little less liquid. The panna cota was a blast. Nevertheless, I can recommend the restaurant.

Delicious Italian food. We have been surprised here several times now. The pastas are delicious. The lasagna is excellent, but the Calzone pizza is also sublime. And recently they have their own home-made limoncello ice cream. To die for. We can't wait for next time. You understand; highly recommended.

If the kitchen cannot cope due to the crowds in the restaurant, you have to close the takeaway. 55 euros for 4 dry pizzas, really a waste of money
