Good authentic Italian - but more of a place to pick up than to linger

I can't judge the atmosphere because we ordered. But honestly: what delicious pizzas, generously topped! Really Yum.

What beautiful, warm, enthusiastic Italians, Dani and Simon, we met when picking up two pizzas. We also brought a bottle of red wine for home. What a taste sensation. So in and in Trieste, to hear that these two top performers will not get an alcohol license. They adjust everything in their restaurant and then it is still just not enough. Now another piece of the counter has to be removed. Who comes up with these rules where we can't taste the delicious wine there while waiting for your pizza and they miss out on a lot of turnover? I sincerely hope that this can now be arranged so that you can walk in there, just like in Italy, for a delicious piece of pizza and an excellent glass of wine.

Delicious food for a fair price, and we could just sit there for a long time. That has become exceptional in Amsterdam. Sandwich and tiramisu from the house. And friendly service. What more could you want? Although it doesn't look fancy, it's a great restaurant. I'd say just try it!

Definitely not recommended. Or maybe yes, if you want an extremely greasy and thin pizza. €1 extra charge for chili peppers on the pizza, but only spices from a jar. That makes me a little sad. It's definitely not worth the €13 per pizza. If I were the owner of La Romana, I would walk around Bussum with my hands over my eyes out of shame.

I don't know about the atmosphere, but the food was delicious and delicious.

Altijd goede Italiaanse pizza’s, werkelijk top. Vandaag kwam de pizza iets zwart aan de onderkant aan. Even bellen en binnen 15 minuten stond er een nieuwe pizza voor de deur, die ook nog eens TOP was. Goed werk La Romana!

Ottima pizza italiana con Ingredienti italiani in Olanda! Padroni (e pizzaioli) italiani, disponibili e gentili. Peccato aver pernottato per poco tempo nelle loro vicinanze altrimenti sarebbe stata tappa fissa !

Dit is een absolute aanrader. Deze pizza’s zijn super lekker. De smaken van de toppings zijn fantastisch en zelfs de bodem is heerlijk. Je proeft de passie van de makers.

Incredible Italian food in Bussum. We had the salami picante and putanesca, both were brilliant and freshly prepared. Only host indoors on weekends, otherwise it's takeaway.

I never write reviews. This was way above expectations. Top 3 best pizzas I’ve had on the Netherlands. Crisp, great toppings and high quality cheese. I had the blue cheese with walnuts pizza and added Nduja, spicy sausage. Fantastic work. 9/10.

Io e il mio collega volevamo solo mangiare rapidamente una pizza e una calzone. Per caso abbiamo trovato la Pizzeria LaRomana . Siamo entrati nella pizzeria e siamo stati accolti molto cordiali. Anche se LaRomana funge principalmente da servizio di consegna della pizza, è stato anche molto cortese con noi. Si possono solo raccomandare i fratelli. E la cosa più importante, si sorride sempre. Heerlijke pizza’s! We passen op een huis en kids van vrienden in Bussum en zochten online naar goeie pizza’s in de buurt, die bezorgd konden worden en kwamen toen bij La Romana uit. Zelfs de kids waren blij verrast dat ze deze nog niet kenden. Lekkere bodem (eentje iets te krokant), goed belegd en uitzonderlijk lekker beleg en erg opvallend lekker gekruid. 1 ding viel me op, op de Salame zou Spianata Romana moeten zitten, alleen het leek wel ‘gewone’ salami, Spianata is een stuk grover dacht ik (is de zaak misschien ook wel naar vernoemd!?), maar was ook gewoon lekker, dus niet een ding 😊 Bezorging was 10 min vroeger dan aangeven, zou een uur duren (Vrijdag), fijn dus, maar Ryanair geeft ook altijd een latere tijd aan zodat ze te vroeger aan lijken te komen #verwachtingsmanagement 😆 (wederom geen ding, maar viel wel op haha

Nu ik voor de derde keer vanuit Hilversum een pizza bij hen heb opgehaald moet me het na 30 jaar pizza-ervaring in de hele wereld van het hart: La Romana is de beste pizzabakker van de wereld! Ongelofelijk deeg, knapperigheid ottimo en daarbij fantastische ingrediënten! De noci e porcini is daarbij mijn absolute favourite. Hoop er nog vaak van te kunnen genieten

De pizza Margarita was een heerlijke ambachtelijk gemaakte pizza en de spaghetti Bolognese was van superieure kwaliteit. Dit restaurant is een aanrader voor elke liefhebber van goede Italiaanse gerechten.

Heerlijke pizza’s 3 verschillende en allemaal top! Ook bezorging was sneller dan waar wij op gerekend hadden en dat kwam goed uit.

This is a staple in my family every Sunday! Fresh delicious pizza made in the true Italian way, throughly recommend the Pizza Diavola (spicy salami)! Usually delivery takes a while around 45 minutes, they're a popular place with many orders, 2 truly Italian guys with a passion for what they do!

Haven't visited yet, but ordered A LOT during Covid. I'd say best pizza in Bussum, when on Thuisbezorgd I wouldn't order from anyone else, congratulations, you made me your loyal addict :D

Best italian place in not only Bussum, but in het Gooi. Every dish is made with fresh products/ingredients. All sauces are self made. Perfect to go for dinner, delivery and takeaway. I rather go eat there since the owner and his staff are super friendly and make you feel very welcome. Love it here.

Erg vrolijke en vriendelijke eigenaren . Overheerlijke pizza's met verse ingrediënten & uiteraard de aller lekkerste cannoli ! Altijd een feestje om hier te eten.

Erg goede pizza. Goed deeg,goede ingrediënten. Dunne en krokante bodem. Heel erg smaakvol en toch niet duur.

Kwalitatief zeker de beste en allerlekkerste pizza’s in ‘t Gooi. En beide eigenaren zijn ook nog eens ontzettend aardig. Ik krijg er altijd een vakantiegevoel van.

Nous cherchions une pizzeria pour un repas du soir en famille. Nous avons trouvé par hasard ce restaurant. Nous n'avons pas été déçus: super sympa, peu d attente, très bien servis, bonnes pizzas et prix tout à fait corrects. Nous y sommes d ailleurs retournés le lendemain soir pour goûter les pâtes cette fois, même constat. Très bien!

Wij halen hier regelmatig pizza’s en hier word je nooit teleurgesteld. Echte Italiaanse pizza’s, belegd met verse ingrediënten. De pizza’s worden altijd warm en snel bezorgd. Genieten!
