A delicious 4-course BBQ menu for 10 people, specially created for us by Max. The original dishes were already prepared, so we only had to finish them off with his helpful BBQ tips. Our guests loved it, and it was a huge success. Thanks, Max! ---

No diss to my mom, because she's a much better cook than yours anyway. But I wish her fried chicken were as good as Chicky Moon's. Chicky Moon chicken pieces and hot wings are world-class. The meat is perfectly cooked and tender. The crust is nice and crispy and really sticks to the skin. God is my witness, and if I could ventriloquize, my stomach would have said the same. Keep it up, guys! But please, don't go up in price :)

It's unfortunate that the opening hours are incorrect. I drove there for nothing with family, even though I'm temporarily in a wheelchair. P.S. I've never eaten here, so my only complaint is the incorrect opening hours.

Our party of 6, Christmas Day 2025 set dinner menu experience at Brass 20 was shocking to say the very least, where the food was completely substandard for what was charged and paid. One of the starters, a tuna dish, was caked with so much garnish/seasoning (cracked pepper and sesame seeds), it needed to be scraped off for it to be edible. A second starter, duck, was served so rare that the majority could not be eaten, and a main course, pork ribs, was again served so undercooked (rare), where 3/4 of this dish could not be eaten, considering undercooked pork is a serious health risk. When stepping away from the table for a short period, and without having the chance to personally raise this issue, this dish was removed from the table and thrown away, without question of being finished or reason as to why this was not finished, furthermore remains completely unacceptable. When this issue was eventually brought to the attention of staff, including the chef/owner, nothing was done to resolve this, however charged in full within the final bill. Having been patrons of this establishment for over 3yrs, and in noting a steady decline over the last year and a half in the quality of food served, we will no longer frequent nor support Brass 20 again, especially when there are so many restaurants in Bussum that deserve public support that offer a far better dining experience, including the quality of food one expects in respect of the cost.
