We both ordered the tenderloin, and it was very well prepared and incredibly delicious. The service was very friendly. It was my partner's birthday, and the staff paid attention to it in a nice way.

Nice Argentinian restaurant with very friendly staff and delicious food! It is best to make a reservation in advance, otherwise there might not be a spot. We were lucky, partly because it was just the two of us and we were quite early.

We spent several years in Buenos Aires experiencing the amazing culture and dynamism of this metropolis, as well as the fantastic Argentine food such as Bife de Lomo and empanadas. La Rosario Heemstede matches the same class in terms of taste as the restaurants in BA. Delicious! Compliments to the chef! The service is super friendly and very customer-oriented. The food was reasonably good, but it all took a very long time. As soon as I have to order my food in English, I'm basically done with it. I think it's a bad thing that the staff doesn't speak standard Dutch, or at least show that they are trying their best to speak Dutch.

I had a really nice experience here. The food came out fresh and full of flavour. Every dish we tried was enjoyable. The staff were welcoming and attentive.Overall, it's a great spot for a relaxed meal, and I'd happily come back to try more from the menu.

We had a delicious meal and friendly service. The empanadas as a starter were distinctly Argentinian and particularly tasty. My wife had three types of grilled fish and I had beef tenderloin pieces with bell peppers, onions, and pepper sauce. Delectable! The coffee with Argentinian liqueur for dessert was also delicious!

Best service in the Netherlands and a very delicious meal! The staff were so attentive to us, which sadly is very rare in the Netherlands. We’ve spent no moment waiting for our drink refill. Individually food preferences were indeed considered. It was a last minute birthday dinner reservation and our bday boy got a complimentary bottle of his favorite red wine. I had been curious about this restaurant for a while. I read good reviews, so I just had to experience it for myself. I went there with my daughter, and the quality of the meat met all expectations. We were greeted warmly and started with some bread and herb butter. The bread was nice and fresh, though not warm. That was a shame, but the herb butter was delicious. For starters, we both had the meat empanadas. Homemade, and they were really very good. Nice and crispy on the outside and well-filled with deliciously seasoned minced meat. For the main course, I had the Argentinian beef tenderloin topped with melted cheese and onion rings. In hindsight, I should have left out the cheese option. In my opinion, it didn't add much. It lacked flavor, but... the meat! That was truly buttery tender and perfectly prepared. Exactly how you like it. My daughter's meat was also perfectly prepared and buttery tender. You can choose between two side dishes, and in our case, those were fries, baked potato, and corn on the cob. We both had the large steak, and with everything else, it was really a substantial meal. The sauces you can choose from are also homemade. We really had a delicious meal. Just go for the meat. Pure. That is the best advice. I do have a few tips for the restaurant, though. Maybe slightly less harsh lighting above the tables. Perhaps dimmable or softer lamps. And the reflection on the menu is quite intense due to the lighting, making it a bit difficult to read. Despite the staff shortage, we didn't have to wait long for anything. The pace was fine. The service was very friendly. Definitely worth it.

A fantastic evening at La Rosario! If you are in Heemstede and in the mood for a good bite, you really have to stop by here. We had a delicious meal: the empanadas and nachos as starters were super tasty and just right and crispy. The star of the evening was the mixed grill. The meat is served at the table on a warming rack, so everything stays nice and hot until the last bite. The spareribs were top-notch and the steaks perfectly grilled. What also really stood out: the service was lightning fast. Even though it is a grilled dish, we didn't have to wait long at all. We finished with a rich chocolate mousse and some fresh pineapple with vanilla ice cream. Full bellies, great atmosphere, and prompt service. Highly recommended!

The food is what it’s really all about, and it certainly does not disappoint. Everything tastes fresh and well-seasoned, with generous portions that leave you truly satisfied. The combination of flavors and the presentation, in particular, make it just a little bit more special than average. The price-quality ratio is also excellent. You really get your money's worth, which is no longer a given everywhere these days. In short: definitely recommended if you want to enjoy a delicious meal in a pleasant setting. I will certainly be back here.

Good meat, very friendly service, but... the appetizers are small, the courses arrive at a breakneck pace, and sometimes plates from the previous course haven't even been cleared. The desserts are subpar; the hot chocolate isn't warm, and the crème brûlée is partially runny. But again, the meat is excellent and well-prepared.

Today I ate at La Rosario for the first time with a friend. The service was impeccable; upon arrival, the waiter (a bald man) politely opened the door for us and offered to hang up our coats. Once I was ordering, I asked the waiter (because I'm on a low-carb diet) if I could replace the fries with a salad, and that was no problem at all! The waiter kept my diet in mind with every dish, which I really appreciate! I haven't had such personal service as here in a long time. On top of that, the food was also delicious and perfectly cooked. The mixed meat I ordered was served on a mini grill with a glowing coal in it. Very nicely done, and never seen that before at any other steakhouse. When we left, the waiter was at the exit to open the door for us again. He handled all the service, and I never felt forgotten. Thank you so much for this evening!

an Argentinian steakhouse that reminds you why food’s worth living for. Fries so crispy they could file for assault. Baked potato? Buttered perfection. The T-bone and tenderloin? Straight-up religion on a plate. Even the salad had swagger, that dressing could make cardboard taste gourmet. Real food, real price, zero ego. These guys don’t cook to impress, they cook because they can. Respect! And … Well Done 😉

Had a great meal at LaRosario. The service was great and we were always asked if everything was to our liking. We had a comment about a piece of tenderloin from the mixed grill, which was clearly of a different quality than the tenderloin we had ourselves. No problem was made of it and a new piece was quickly put on the grill and offered to us. Excellently resolved. The dishes were sometimes brought by a girl who could only pronounce the names of the dishes but who you did not have to ask a question because she did not speak basic Dutch, which was not really necessary for her work. The dishes and side dishes and sauces were all great. Everything was brought to the table quickly. We will definitely come back. Reservations are necessary at the weekend because it is very busy.

If I say that I would gladly pay double for the delicious red wine, that says it all. The tenderloin? Perfect. Super tender, beautifully red on the inside and still nice and warm. Exactly as you hope to get it. The service was supremely good. In particular the student from Sri Lanka: I sincerely wish her the best of luck with her studies here in the Netherlands — hopefully this compliment will be passed on to her. And of course the wonderful, spontaneous host who served us: with exactly the right balance between a joke and professional service. Class. So why 3 stars for the service? One point for improvement, which still costs two points: inside, every table and every dish or drink on the menu had a number. And to be honest — that feels a bit like you're at a Chinese restaurant. A shame, because this is such a beautiful Argentinian restaurant. That detail simply detracts from the experience. But otherwise? Everything is worth a good 5 stars. We will definitely be back! P.s. now don't just answer with "at your service" as standard. Make it a party, just like in the restaurant for love and passion.

Very friendly welcome by the host. Spareribs are divine, fall off the bone. Took a bit longer before they were on the table, but this was not very disruptive. Waitress does not speak Dutch, but was friendly. The host was there for questions. Everything was certainly to our liking, we will come back again.

Had a fantastic meal on Boxing Day, with 6 people, the meat was super tender, I have never eaten such delicious meat and yet I am not really a meat eater, but the other 5 certainly were, they had never eaten such delicious food, we will definitely come back However, a longer ramp will need to be installed, because getting in with my wheelchair was a bit difficult, but the staff helped me excellently.
