Always delicious food. The service feels a bit pushy. They genuinely mean well, but they're focused on serving. This doesn't feel right when you just want a relaxed meal. But otherwise, the food is really good! Nice atmosphere and friendly staff.

Such a lovely, cycling friendly place! I'm a long distance cyclist and they offered me to put the bike inside so I don't have to worry about it while I had a really good pizza. I was planning on taking the leftovers with me, but - no leftovers, it was just too good:)

Great meal. Pizza wasn't crispy in the middle but still super tasty. Griglio was wonderful there. The homemade desserts are especially recommended.

We are away for a weekend and are not familiar with the city of Zwolle. Many other restaurants are already fully booked, but we get a table at La Stalla. There is a table at the back, with a view of the garden with waste. Not that charming. Staff is correct. Pizzas good, generously filled, normally priced.

Just called the restaurant to ask if we could have another bite to eat, the kitchen was already cleaning... Then we went to Carpaccio, they were kind enough to think along with us.

Despite our late reservation on the evening itself, there was a place available for us. Even during this busy carnival weekend, the service was friendly and not rushed. We had a fantastic dinner experience😁

I think there is another owner. Since our last visit, a small renovation (for the better) has been carried out. The food was excellent. The only downside was that the person who took the order forgot to pass it on to the kitchen. After 4 'tables' that came in after us had already received their main meal, we inquired to be sure where our food was. A colleague confirmed that her colleague had forgotten to pass this on. When he finally brought the food, he did not apologize or offer a cup of coffee, for example. Could have been better.

Desserts are simple. - the service is friendly and alert - the price is acceptable Improvement points: - time slot (2 hours) was unpleasant (there was no time even for a cup of coffee). Then serve faster. - the pipe drawer with tables near the toilet looks very shabby. Indeed every corner is used. Mistake. - the website states that the restaurant is known for its good Spezzatino ai Funghi and more. Not found on the menu. - publish a menu on the website. - offer carafe of water for free if other drinks are also used. Now you pay more than 3 euros for tap water.

Delicious casual food with enthusiastic and friendly service. We had main course and dessert. The pasta and pizzas tasted great. I haven't eaten a nice carbonara in such a long time. We had bread with spread and olives beforehand, which tasted great. The service topped it off, very nice and provided good advice on wine selection. We had a large table for 6 people and there was a little one with us. He also had a great time and received nice attention from the staff. Had a great evening.

Good Italian restaurant! Delicious food and faster service even though we were there with 10 people!

After several times, this time really disappointed. The creme brulee was the most delicious, but had plastic in it (which can happen I guess). Without making a fuss, just kindly report it at checkout. The response to this was very laconic, it was even simply refuted. We were not taken seriously. I'm not talking about cling film, but really hard pieces of plastic in our mouths. No apologies or discount. Friendly waitresses though! The food was predominantly tomato sauce and then the rest, no love. The (Dutch) bolognese was well... you really can't call yourself an Italian restaurant. Of the 4, 3 were actually not happy with the main course. Once we had the delicious dessert, suddenly no one came to the table, otherwise we could have asked about the plastic. Have eaten here before and always okay, but this time it was substandard: in terms of attentiveness and understanding, but above all the overall taste. The people at the table are better at making authentic sauces and pasta. Friendly staff, again (except for one). But we won't be there anymore.

Excellent Italian cuisine, delicious pizza (thin base!), but you should actually go for another dish, such as the pollo al limone, baked in sage butter, delicious with risotto and fried garlic mushrooms. Take the Grillo as a white wine, wonderfully fresh and much more flavor than the Pinot Grigio.

The food was very tasty, only my dad's mixed grill chicken fillet was very salty, which I also passed on to the waitress. The steak and all the other mixed grill meat, on the other hand, were really perfectly prepared! All pasta dishes are recommended, really delicious! The service was top notch, the food was brought to our table surprisingly quickly within 20 minutes. If my dad's chicken hadn't been so salty it would have been 5 stars, the tiramisu I shared with my mom was a bit soggy and had little flavor so I don't recommend it and neither does my mom. The price is definitely worth it, not expensive at all for what you get as long as you know approximately what you are ordering. 👍

Delicious food and lots of choice!! The pizza is not your normal salami pizza, but with pesto, fried eggplant and much more. A real piece of Italy. The thin base is wonderfully crispy and ensures that you are not super full. Definitely worth it if you are in Zwolle 💗

Refined Italian restaurant. Good food. Service was poor, took a long time and many errors occurred, probably due to the crowds.

Food is very tasty and of good quality. You will be given a limited time to eat (1 hour and 45 minutes). If you want something to drink or coffee afterwards, there is no option for this because after serving dessert they simply don't come by until you have to leave. Furthermore, it is very noisy, so you can hardly hear each other without talking very loudly.

The meat was well done or undercooked. The nightshade vegetables were also not sufficiently cooked at all.

Zwolle has countless pizzerias, but only two are the best; Terra Italiana for the Neapolitan style, and La Stalla for the thin crispy Roman style. Definitely go here, highly recommended!

It was very tasty and good service. Friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere. For good conversations you shouldn't say anything because the only thing said after every bite was: 'ohh delicious!' and then another bite. Highly recommended! We had the pizza genovesa with chicken, tomato, pine nuts and pesto (delicious and unique taste) and the pasta arabiata (nice and spicy), also a good tiramisu for dessert. Together with a drink you spend less than €50.

Attention racist personel !! I went there for an eating pizza. It was Sunay evening. I entered the place and only one table was full. When I enter, I pass almost 3 personel. No one say hello welcome etc. After I sitting somewhere one personel come and asking what I want. Then he say I shouldn’t seat directly because place full booked 😂. Should I wait front of the door for sitting ? You should to meet me when I enter the place. For 10 euro pizza too much drama

The food was delicious! Sandwiches with spread as starters and as main courses sardines with delicious grilled vegetables and a pizza capresa (?). The service was also friendly and fast. I don't necessarily think the restaurant is very cozy, but the food and service more than make up for that!

A complete experience with good food. It started immediately upon arrival where we were kindly received. It wasn't really special per se. The service is friendly and the food is good. When dessert arrived at the end, I came across something special. The dessert was extremely good and made the food here just that little bit more special. All around a good experience and therefore a restaurant where I could return for a good dinner.
