A lovely restaurant! Hospitable, friendly, attentive, cheerful. And you know, they can really cook!

Delicious! A bit small, though...

We used to eat out regularly with friends, but haven't in recent years. I really don't feel like giving a restaurant a negative review, but this is simply unacceptable: What could have gone wrong went wrong here. We were seated near the stairs above the kitchen, and the staff was walking up and down. We ordered coffee but wanted tea instead, but that wasn't possible. There was no explanation. Then the staff bumped into everything, dropping everything from upstairs to downstairs, leaving a blob of food on my coat. No apology. A toilet visit upstairs via the same stairs almost went wrong. Afterward, I was walking back to the stairs, and the kitchen door slammed open, and it brushed past me with food that just barely made it. No consideration for customers or giving them priority. It was obvious from everything that it was all happening in a hurry, with no regard for the customer. Then the food: An hour wait for a simple bruschetta appetizer. Which, in the end, was actually the tastiest. The main course didn't take long, while one person received their dish within 10 minutes (a pizza, yes, waiting that long for a pizza) while the other had to watch. "It's nice and cozy," so eating for two doesn't apply here. The salmon dish was bland and, in my opinion, one that came out of plastic wrap from the supermarket freezer. Little attention was paid to the preparation, other than reheating it in the oven. It was also served with a few cooled potato wedges with too much spice and a small amount of soggy-looking vegetables, the size of a single bite or marble. This would all be gone in about five bites. We therefore wanted to order some extra food to at least fill our stomachs. The staff indicated that the order wouldn't arrive until much later. Given the experience of the starter and main course (in terms of waiting), we declined. Incidentally, we weren't asked if we wanted a drink until the end of our meal (read: an hour and a half after our first drink). We were also asked if everything was to our liking. We politely addressed this above, focusing mainly on the long wait and the timing of the service. To which the inept/inexperienced server replied, "Yes, we're busy." We didn't need that drink until it was served after our meal. And that took the fun out of it. Conclusion What we received was very mediocre in both quality and quantity, and the customer service was extremely unfriendly and, above all, incompetent. How we were "helped" was beyond our expectations. They didn't even offer feedback on the bill, but it's clear that the inept waitress can't handle this, and the owner/head of service doesn't care and can't manage his staff on a busy night. Not to mention the food. This was terrible. The restaurant simply can't handle it. Hire an extra server. We still had to pay for the second drink, even though we didn't drink it and it was clearly refused. €60 lighter, we left the place, disillusioned and with an empty stomach. Definitely not recommended and I can't think of anything else to do with it.

This place truly stole our hearts! That feeling of being completely away from it all, yet coming home. The warm welcome and the space to spend time together. You almost want to keep it all to yourself, but you grant it to everyone. The dishes are honest and delicious. How wonderful to have such a place in the hustle and bustle of life!

Small Italian restaurant with tables on several floors. The food is varied and good. The service is a bit chaotic, but in the end, it all works out well.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Carpaccio di Tonno, Bruschetta al Pomodoro, Ravioli Tartufunghi and the Quattro Formaggi Speciale.

Perfect service, great taste and especially great for people with celiac disease, all dishes are prepared gluten-free in a separate kitchen.

The food was delicious! We sat upstairs, but it was perfectly manageable with a toddler and stroller. The atmosphere was great, and the food was truly delicious! We'll definitely be back.

My experience was excellent. The attention from everyone on the team was spectacular. The Carpaccio di Manzo with Grana was a delight, but a special mention must go to Sofía, who understood our needs at every turn and provided us with a jug of Peroni gelata just the way we needed it. Finally, she delighted us with a Paesana pizza that took away all the sadness in our souls and left us with a desire to return, something I hope we'll soon be able to overcome. The best Italian in Zwolle, and almost in Holland. I highly recommend it.

I have come to this restaurant more than 8 times and every time the taste is just as good. I love pasta and it is a dish that I order in many restaurants and here in the Netherlands this is one of the most delicious and the Pizza is also delicious.

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We arrived at 6:00 PM, but it wasn’t until 6:50 PM that we got our starter and second drink. This felt like a long wait, especially considering the restaurant wasn’t full. We both chose the carpaccio, but it was sliced ​​so thinly that the plate was visible through it—not the quality we’re used to from this restaurant. Fortunately, the main course, which arrived after 45 minutes, was fine. It’s a shame that the pace and quality of the starter wasn’t up to our expectations. Hopefully this was an isolated incident, as we’ve had better experiences here in the past.

Went out for dinner with some friends. Luckily we made a reservation, because it was busy. Almost all the places were occupied. We ordered a pizza per person, prices are around 15 euros each. Excellent pizza, tasty, the base is a bit thick, could have been a bit thinner. The taste was good, and I would definitely come back. The pizza could have been bigger, the size was not particularly big. The food took a long time, as did the speed of the service. We were on the top floor, and it was very warm there despite the windows being open, but the ventilation was limited and unfortunately very warm. I would come back for the pizza, but not to sit upstairs.

Had a great meal in a nice place. The flavors were soft and full. It tasted like it was naturally seasoned, without too much fuss. That made it extra nice and pure. And very nice service. We will definitely come back here.

Om een of andere reden dat ik hier kom krijgen we iedere keer beneden een tafeltje op de zwarte banken. Pizza`s zijn erg lekker hier, echter dit keer een pizza met parmaham was net een tikkeltje té zout. Bediening was oké, echter verwacht niets speciaals. Een van de betere pizzeria in Zwolle

Mainly went here for the gluten free pizza. This tasted good. Too bad it was a lot smaller than a normal pizza. The desserts looked very good and tasted delicious too. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that every second they came to our table to ask if everything was to our liking and if we wanted anything else. But other than that it was great and I would go here again.

Top restaurant, delicious food. The service was very nice, no complaints whatsoever. And don't forget the wine was delicious 👍👌

Very cozy and delicious food in a cozy environment

What a pity! Last Friday (21/2) we went to La Liguria for our Valentine's dinner (on the 14th we had the infamous flu, so it was a week later). Due to rave reviews, it seemed like the perfect place and we were super excited. We arrived at 7pm. It was quite busy, and you could tell that the service was a bit stressed. Anyway, we were taken to a table quite quickly. And that was the last time we saw the ministry. We waited 45 minutes. After 20 minutes I physically stopped someone from the service, because everyone around us had received menus and had been allowed to order drinks, even though they all came in later. In the meantime, we tried 100 times to make eye contact to subtly call someone, but he couldn't, so we tried a little more directly. Then I got an irritated 'okay now what do you want to drink' from the waiter. Anyway, got a drink and received menus. When we were still not allowed to order almost half an hour later, we left. Tried again after 100 times to make eye contact and wave to us, but no one responded. When we left we were given no questions nor explanation as to why no one had come to the table in almost an hour. Even though other people were helped. So that sucked. We didn't have the idea that it was anyone's intention, it rather seemed that no one from the service had the idea that we were 'their' table, and therefore paid no attention to us. But it was a bummer. We ended up eating somewhere else.

La Liguria now has a special meaning for my girlfriend and me. The first time we came here was after my job application in Zwolle and now a beautiful milestone later, we wanted to celebrate this again at this nice location. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the staff incredibly friendly and the food wonderfully authentic. Everything is prepared with care and you can taste it. From the starter to the dessert, all top dishes. Thanks to the whole team for the great service and delicious food. We will definitely come back here more often!

Het eten was heerlijk. Vers sausje! Groente karig en 5 patatjes. Ambiance gezellig, bediening traag. Kaarsje op tafel zou toe gevoegde waarde hebben ook qua verlichting.

I love Italian food and this place is a good one BUT I went with my friends, we ordered several dishes to try different ones. 3 of the 4 that we ordered were good but one specifically was very bad, the cannelloni. The meat was broken, it tasted so bad!!!! We told the waitress and she just ignored it. Only two of us tried it and one of those end in the hospital with a septic shock due to a bacteria in the meat! Worst thing is that we called the restaurant to Make them aware and they were super defensive not even trying to understand what just happened. It’s a pity that these kind of places reacted like that, they should appreciate when someone is trying to give feedback and we can easily proof that the bacteria that my friend got was meat related. Anyway, be careful with the restaurant and if you eat something that doesn’t taste fresh better skip it and order something else, that’s the least you can do.

It is precisely because of the nice atmosphere, friendly service and of course the delicious food that it has become our regular pizzeria in Zwolle. Great team of people and the tastiest pizzas in the area! Absolutely recommended...

I've been here several times with my husband. Nice atmosphere and fast service. The pizza was also tasty and when I asked if they wanted to cut it into pieces, they did it immediately. I will definitely come back often.

Ate here for the first time and chose this restaurant based on the positive reviews. What a good choice this was. We had pasta and a pizza. How delicious it was. Very tasty and it looked good to the eye. The atmosphere was cozy and the service was very nice and prompt. We will definitely come back someday.

Definitely a nice place to eat a pizza. Pizza is made fresh in plain sight. Very tasty pizza, which they adapt to the wishes of the customers. Staff was friendly, although we did get the impression that there was a difference between hired staff and family. The boy at our table was friendly, but his face became more and more dark as the evening went on. Costs +/- 50 euros for two pizzas, 8 drinks and one dessert. Good value for money in my opinion. Update 2024: Delicious food again. It has become a little more expensive. But price quality is still good. Recommended!

Made a reservation for four people, 2 adults and 2 children. At 5:30 PM, despite the early time, there were already quite a few people there. Reception and atmosphere was good. Pizzas were tasty and well topped, the bases were thin and crispy. You notice that there is a lot of turnover, tables are empty and then full again. People quickly eat their pizza and leave. Friendly service. Small remark We sat upstairs, there is little or no extraction, when you opened the oven downstairs you sat upstairs in the smoke of the baked pizzas. Perhaps something could be done about this. The staff wears a mix of clothing, which does not necessarily have to be a problem, but the restaurant would radiate a little more if it were uniform. Also, all service involves a mobile phone in or half in the buttocks.

It was wonderful. I haven't eaten Italian food in years. Came in without a reservation with 3 people. Were on our way further north. There wasn't actually a place, but they did find a place for us. Very sweet owner (I think) who personally arranged that. Recommended, don't let the place fool you. Make a reservation if you want to be sure. Or take it with you and eat it in the car. You won't be disappointed. It's in our bookmarks.

Een grote tegenvaller als je italiaans wilt eten. We hadden 1 van de 2 menu’s genomen. Helaas niet alles konden ze serveren omdat het op was. Toen we onze gangen kregen had dit heel weinig van italiaans eten weg. Het leek of het assortiment van Hanos geserveerd werd ipv lekker italiaans. In de bediening vielen ook heel wat steken dus vanuit ons zeker geen aanrader

Vanwege een aantal dagen in Zwolle op zoek geweest naar een Italiaans restaurant. Dit kleine boutique restaurant heeft een gezellige en ontspannen sfeer. Had niet gereserveerd en kon alsnog tijdens drukte terecht. Personeel denkt graag mee als je iets anders wilt en geen enkel probleem. Zeer schappelijke prijs voor een restaurant en de porties zijn goed. Waar voor je geld!

We hebben hier een lekkere lasagne en een pizza quattro stagioni gegeten. Het restaurant wordt gerund door echte Italianen, dat geeft toch een goed gevoel. De kaart biedt een uitgebreide keuze aan Italiaanse gerechten. Het restaurant is niet zo groot, vooral boven is de loopruimte beperkt. En je kunt het beste even van tevoren reserveren.

Lekkerste Italiaan van Zwolle, beste pizza die ik in tijden heb gegeten. Ik zou er elke week willen eten.

De pizza,s die we besteld hadden waren heerlijk. Het sorbetijs dat we als nagerecht bestelden kwam zo uit de diepvries zo hard was het. Bij het fruit wat erop zat kregen we gratis ijskristallen bij😉. We waren wat laat met reserveren en hierdoor was er alleen maar plek op de 2e verdieping. Deze verdieping had geen uitstraling dat je bij een pizzeria aan het eten was. Nog een tip, Op de tafels bierviltjes zodat je niet overal waar je het glas neerzet kringen krijgt. Bediening was top.

Erg goede authentieke Italiaanse pizza's. Restaurant wordt gerund door Italianen en dat is duidelijk terug te proeven in het eten. Lekker om ter plekke wat te eten of af te halen!

Vriendelijk personeel. De zaak ademt weinig sfeer, we zaten helemaal bovenin, dicht op elkaar. Geen muziek dus je kunt elk gesprek om je heen duidelijk verstaan. Verlichting was sfeerloos, beetje gevoel of ik een studentenhuiskamer zat. Eten was niet bijzonder en voor mijn vriend zeker te weinig. We hadden carpaccio vooraf, een pasta pollo en canneloni. Rode wijn was lekker en glazen goed gevuld! Als je op zoek bent naar een romantisch Italiaans restaurant waar je knus kunt zitten zou ik dit niet aanraden. Als je gewoon even snel een goede pizza wil eten is t prima!

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr leckere und reichlich belegte Pizza. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Hier gibt es sehr leckeres italienisches Essen. Die Pizza ist ausgezeichnet, das Lokal wird von Italienern betrieben. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch die Pizzabäckerin ist Italienerin was man auch an der Qualität merkt. Das Tiramisu als Dessert war sehr gut.

Heerlijk gegeten in een echt knus Italiaans restaurant. We werden gastvrij ontvangen aan de deur zelfs. Daarna naar boven gebracht door een lieve nette dame. Direct ons drinken gekregen gebracht door een spontane jonge gast die gewoon leuk een gesprek aangaat. Super Nice. Leuke gasten maar moeten volgens mij wel hard werken daar. Daarna pizza en pasta gehad gewoon super nice. Afgetopt met een tiramisu en koffie. Dus al met al een aanrader als je knus en gezellig maar ook goed wilt eten .

We hebben heerlijk gegeten. De lasagne was ook zalig! De dames van de bediening waren ook heel vriendelijk. Kortom, lekker eten voor een prima prijs.

We bestelden een broodplankje als voor gerecht , stond niet op de kaart maar hadden ze wel . We kregen een wit bordje met daarop 6 stukjes stokbrood met kruiden boter wat uit de koelkast kwam en dus niet te smeren, werd in de magnetron gesmolten waardoor het een vettige pap werd. Op de kaart stond een lichte sprankelende rosé , dus die had ik besteld , maar het was een donkere rosé die erg bitter smaakte . Heb hier ook melding van gemaakt dat het niet de zelfde rosé was , als wat op de kaart stond . De pizza was belegd met 3 stukjes spek 2 plakjes, ik denk, salami maar het had niet echt een uitgesproken smaak dus zou ook cervelaat kunnen zijn en dit alles lag in een vrij vettige substantie van kaas en nog iets Toen de serveerster onze borden ophaalde en vroeg of alles had gesmaakt , heb ik ook aangegeven dat ik het niet bijzonder vond . dit vond ze vervelend . maar ze hoopte dat als we weer een keer kwamen het wel naar wens zou zijn .
