Waited almost two hours! I mentioned it was taking a long time, but no free drinks or anything. Terrible place, don't eat here!

A truly poorly organized pizzeria! First, they had made a double reservation, so we (4 people) were asked to wait outside until a table became available. A little later, we were able to go to the basement, where they had a spot for us between two large groups. We could barely hear each other because of the echoing of all the people huddled together. Luckily, a table upstairs became available, so we moved there. After waiting an hour and a half, we asked when our pizzas would finally arrive. Another table that had come after us had already received theirs. The staff said it was busy. After another almost 15-minute wait, we finally received our pizzas. The staff didn't seem to notice anything and barely apologized. A free drink would have been nice as compensation for the long wait! Unfortunately... Waiting 105 minutes for a pizza that takes 15 minutes to eat, because we were already very hungry, is disproportionate, and we were completely fed up with it. The pizzas were fine, but we will never come back here!

Restaurant Bella Napoli in Zwolle sounds promising, but unfortunately, Napoli probably lagged behind in Italy… and only Bella Uio has survived here. Because honestly: mountains of raw onions float on almost every pizza, as if you'd had soup beforehand – as if the chef tearfully started an onion-slicing contest and forgot the rest. The pizza pescatore was utterly tasteless: a crust that was too hard (I almost made a dentist appointment), a tomato base so bland I thought the herbs were still stuck at Naples airport, and to my surprise… no garlic. In an Italian kitchen without garlic, you almost feel like you're in Efteling – everything is fake. Normally, at a pizzeria, you smell the aroma of fried dough, melted cheese, and herbs that embrace you like an Italian mama. Here, you smell… nothing. Maybe a hint of onion. A real turn-off. A Neapolitan would be deeply ashamed. And I'm sure Momma would give the chef a good smack with her wooden spoon, followed by a crash course in "how to flavor a pizza." To be fair: the service is friendly and the place is small and cozy. But hey, you don't come for the chairs or the smiles alone. The food doesn't get much better than a meager 3. Culinary highlights? No. At most, a tall pile of onions. Where is the flavor from almost 40 years ago?

We waited two hours from the moment we sat down until we ate our main course. They started preparing our dish an hour and a bit after we ordered it. The waitresses were very friendly, and the food wasn't bad, but the timing was terrible. If I had known this beforehand, I'd go to any other restaurant before this one. Everyone around us ate before us, having ordered later.

We've been coming to Bella Napoli for a long time, mainly for the excellent pizza with perfect crusts. Unfortunately, the quality is declining. The food is increasingly mediocre and the ingredients are watered down. The desserts were downright awful. Vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce and eggnog has been downgraded to cheap ice cream with a spoonful of chocolate sauce and a molecular amount of eggnog. This is no longer an Italian restaurant with beautiful products, such a shame! Raise the prices a bit and make it back to what it used to be: simply good.

We had an excellent meal tonight. A delicious, crispy thin-crust pizza and salmon tagliatelle. The service was excellent.

3 pizza’s afgehaald. Smaak is prima, maar de pizza’s zijn zo dun dat je er bijna doorheen kan kijken en zo klein dat er wel 2 in een doos passen.. erg teleurstellend weinig product voor zoveel geld.. 👎🏻

We had made a reservation and arrived on time. When we still hadn't received anything after ordering, 45 minutes later, we had to approach several employees before action was taken. The pizzas were burnt?! Strange story. Then we were given a pitiful bread basket on the table and only my partner got a drink. Friendliness is hard to find. I never saw the drink I asked for. No. Not recommended in terms of service. Food good.

Op 24 mei was het onze trouwdag, voor deze gelegenheid hadden wij op 10 mei online een tafel gereserveerd voor zaterdag 24 mei. Zo wilden we onze trouwdag gezellig afsluiten met een etentje bij Bella Napoli. We hadden om 17:00 uur een tafel. Daar aangekomen staan we voor een dichte deur, ze zijn gesloten, dus besluiten we voor de zekerheid te bellen. Een bandje wat aangeeft dat ze zaterdag 24 mei gesloten zijn. Wat een teleurstelling en meteen de avond verpest. Geen berichtje, niets van ze vernomen dat ze gesloten zouden zijn. Nog nooit zo’n vertoning meegemaakt. Maar waar kun je op zaterdagmiddag nog een tafel krijgen om toch nog iets van het einde van je trouwdag te maken. Op zondag 25 mei gebeld om hierover een klacht in te dienen, behalve een voorzichtig sorry kwam er niet veel meer uit de dame die ons telefonisch te woord stond, alsof het haar niet veel kon schelen. Na meer dan 30 jaar klant te zijn geweest zonder redelijke uitleg en verontschuldiging, hebben wij besloten niet meer bij Bella Napoli te gaan eten, voor Italiaans gaan we nu op zoek naar iets anders. Jammer dat het zo heeft moeten lopen

Heerlijke pizza’s gegeten met zeer vriendelijke bediening. Eén van ons heeft een glutenallergie en was aangenaam verrast door de uitgebreide glutenvrije keuze. Hij noemde het zelfs één van de lekkerste glutenvrije pizza’s die hij ooit heeft gegeten. Bedankt!

We waited over 40 minutes for our food, nothing special, just two calzones. We were about to leave when the plates finally arrived. The bill also took an excessively long time. We felt that communication between the kitchen and the waitress was lacking. The food was okay, but only okay. We would have expected some kind of goodie, especially since the restaurant was far from full. I don't want to know how long you have to wait for food when the restaurant is full.

Pizza was okay, excellent base. We sat upstairs and it was small and very warm (no air conditioning). For the best experience, it is best to sit on the terrace.

We have been coming to Bella Napoli as a family for years. I am vegetarian and my husband likes meat. We both love Mediterranean and Italian cuisine. Bella Napoli has an excellent menu with something for everyone, the food is well prepared and delicious. In winter we sit comfortably indoors and in summer we sit on the terrace.

I definitely recommend the Bella Napoli restaurant to others. The atmosphere is very cozy. It's not super big, but that makes it cozy. The Italian music in the background creates even more atmosphere. The service was also good. You were served kindly, they regularly asked if the food was tasty and if we needed anything to drink. You didn't have to wait long for the food. The food was tasty too. The portions are proportionate, the food is also served nice and hot. The price was not that bad at all, so the price is in proportion to the food you get.

Ordered through Homie. We always order that 60*40 pizza. Genius and it creates a pleasant way of eating.

I have been coming to Bella Napoli regularly since the late 1980s. It's always good food, cozy and nice and warm! The top floor has remained the same over all these years and that feels wonderfully familiar. Definitely recommended if you don't want fancy food but you want a very cozy and delicious meal.

An Italian as an Italian should be: hospitable atmosphere, rustic decor, good food. Be sure to ask if the pasta can be al dente, otherwise you will get the 'Dutch version' (read: cooked longer/too long).

The lasagna and desserts we ate were wonderful.

Pizzas were not tasty. Salty and way too soggy with fat. Service and terrace compensate somewhat. Also positive that they offer gluten-free pizza. They were just rock hard.

I had the pleasure of dining at Bella Napoli recently, and it was a truly fantastic experience. From the moment we walked in, we received a warm and welcoming welcome from the friendly staff. The atmosphere in the restaurant is cozy and authentic, so you really feel like you're in Italy. We started with the bruschetta, which was wonderfully fresh and full of flavor. Then we enjoyed a perfectly cooked pizza Margherita and a creamy pasta Carbonara. The flavors were truly delicious and it was clear that the dishes were prepared with great care and love. To finish we opted for the homemade tiramisu, and I can honestly say it was one of the best I have ever tasted. Everything was taken care of down to the last detail, from the food to the service. Bella Napoli is without a doubt a must for anyone who loves authentic Italian food. I'll definitely be back!

We had to wait a long time for both the starter and main course. Don't go there if you are used to real Italian food, there was lettuce with the bruchetta and the tagliatelle was sliced, this is not normal. There was also little flavor to the pasta.

I ordered 3 pizza’s waited 40 minutes. The edges were rock hard, we couldn’t cut it with a knife and the middle was wet and tasteless. All the ingredients fell of the dough. Secondly, one of the pizza’s was salty!!!!!! I couldn’t taste the sea food only salt! On top of that - Italian restaurant that doesn’t have olive oil is a disgrace. Asparagus on the pizza was disgusting. I called the staff yet only a waitress came, they still put the pizza on my bill.

It takes too long for the food to arrive. You can make better use of your time at another catering establishment.

We came with six people instead of five. Indeed not ideal, but this was solved by putting a family on a different table. We are enjoying our drinks at the table, when suddenly an employee comes and tells us that we have to pay for the drinks of the family that had to move. Without any consultation. The female employee didn't seem very fond of her job, so she "splatted" the beer mats on our table. The drinks were then actually credited to our bill. And thanks..

Accidentally reserved for 5 instead of 6, because a family now had to switch tables with us, the owner expected us to pay for the drinks from this other table. At first we thought she was joking, but this turned out not to be the case and these drinks were indeed on our bill. Very inhospitable, strange course of events. The pizza was tasty

We come all the way from Italy and feel like home ins this place, really good service all the stuff were really kind and nice all the time even when they were very busy, whit this been said, i will recomendó Bella Napoli to every single person !

We had a delicious meal and we had 2 hours, but when the time was up, they said that we had not made a reservation and that the next customers were arriving, but we were not allowed to quietly drink our pizza and beer, it turned out that way. took the nose away from sorry your time is up. Not exactly customer friendly

Very mediocre. Went with a group of 14 people. Waited an hour and a half for a starter, then another hour for the main course. We immediately received bread, which later turned out to be for the pasta. It also took a long time before everyone got their plate. Dish from the oven on a cold plate: the food was lukewarm... Side dishes were not enough, we had to divide them... Management did their best. That wasn't the issue. Not recommended.

We wilde met z'n 4tjes pizza eten. De eerste op google was Bella Napoli. Mooi bijzonder pand van buiten en binnen. Vriendelijk personeel en niet te vergeten heerlijke pizza. En is het te veel neem je het lekker mee naar huis.

Het personeel is heel vriendelijk! Het eten is goed! De sfeer is leuk, zeker als je boven kan zitten. Echt een aanrader!

Sinds meer dan 10 jaar weer eens hier gegeten. Het was best aardig. De pizza was goed. Het jonge personeel is verrassend professioneel. Een ander personeelslid straalde weinig vriendelijkheid uit. Was overduidelijk geïrriteerd door gasten zonder reservering en was verder ook kortaf door gasten die wel een tafeltje hadden. Kan natuurlijk een momentopname zijn. Maar dat maakte het geen best momentopname.

Dat dit Italiaans restaurant favoriet is was te merken aan de klandizie. Alles bijna vol en dan moet je ook even wachten op je pizza. Dat wachten was het met dan waard. Goed belegde pizza zonder en dikke rand.

De lekkerste pizza's inn Zwolle. Helaas was de bediening niet zoals we gewend zijn .Vanwege drukte. Maar heerlijk gegeten.

Heerlijk gegeten, 3 senioren dus alleen voorgerechten gegeten. Voldoende voor ons..

Ik had gereserveerd voor 5 personen, bij binnenkomst werd er gezegd dat we voor 6 hadden gereserveerd. En voordat we iets konden zeggen werden we meegenomen naar onze tafel. Hier gingen we toen zitten. Een van ons heeft helaas moeten afzeggen. Dus zaten we ineens met 4 aan een 6 persoons tafel. Toen de kok (?) Dit zag werd ons op een passief agressieve manier gesuggereerd dat we voor 6 hadden gereserveerd. Wat dus niet zo was, zie foto. Hierbij geraakte hij in een soort passief agressief gesprek met een van zijn medewerkers en hij praatte tegen haar alsof ze dom was dat wij aan deze tafel zaten. Toen moesten wij van tafel verplaatsen, prima. De manier waarop hij dit naar zijn overduidelijk onzeker personeel communiceerde was gewoon een beetje onnodig en awkward. Als vooraf bestelde we 2x stokbrood. Maar we kregen er maar 1. Want het werd voor ons ingevuld dat we aan 1 genoeg zouden hebben... het eten verder was lekker, daar is niks op aan te merken. De sfeer was verder ook prima alleen de medewerkers kwamen erg onzeker en gestresst over. Wij denken dat deze man hier een grote rol in speelde. Maar dit kunnen wij ook verkeerd hebben opgevat. Het zat ons iniedergeval niet lekker. Voor ons dus geen tweede keer Bella Napoli...

Lekker eten en een snelle en goede service Leuke locatie en een prima prijs

Met een collega gaan eten op een doordeweekse dag. Het terras en restaurant binnen zijn gezellig en sfeervol. Mijn eten, een pasta zalm, was op zich wel lekker maar had wat weinig smaak. Ook de kruidenboter bij het brood was redelijk vlak van smaak. Qua prijs kwaliteit verhouding is dit voldoende. Personeel is heet vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

The service is great, the people are really nice and friendly. The pizzas are great but they aren't absolutely incredible. The tiramisu however is absolutely delicious. I have never tasted a teramisu that came even close to how amazing it is at this restaurant. I love coming there, not too expensive and good cozy atmosphere inside :).

Vanavond hier met zijn 2en gegeten. Bediening was erg vriendelijk. Vooraf een broodje met goede kruidenboter van het huis gekregen. Hierna beide tortellini besteld goede porties en erg goed van smaak! Als dessert tiramisu gehad die zeker een aanrader is! De cappuccino was echt top! Schuim was super mooi dik! Alles samen is dit zeker een aanrader

Wat een koude douche…kom je terug van vakantie; met de ervaring van buitenlandse bediening (hartelijk en klantgericht) ga je eten bij Bella Napoli… De eigenaar bediende ons. Afgemeten en ongeïnteresseerd nam hij de bestelling op. De mevrouw die de drankjes bracht was wat vriendelijker maar had ook haast. Bij het afrekenen toch een fooi van 4,- op een rekening van 50,- gegeven. De jongeman kon er nog net iets uitkrijgen van een schamele bedankt (hoeft echt niet door de knieën maar je krijgt het maar). Het eten was goed. Niets mis mee. Dus als je goed wilt eten en geen belang hecht aan vriendelijke gastvrije bediening dan is Bella Napoli the place to be.

Bediening niet op orde, persoon vraagt 5min na bestelling nog even hoe ver de filetto willen hebben, schrijft niets op waardoor er maar 1 persoon krijgt wat ie hebben wil. Heb de. Filetto medium geaccepteerd maar genoten heb ik er niet van. De bediening was niet blij dat er één persoon z’n filetto rare niet accepteerde. Jammer jammer jammer. Dat je een stukje vlees zo kunt verzieken. Last but not least, 3x de rekening teruggestuurd omdat die niet klopte.

We aten met twee kleine kinderen op het plein twee eenvoudige pizza's van Bella Napoli, ze waren fantastisch. Bovendien waren de mensen er heel vriendelijk toen onze kids tegelijkertijd naar de WC moesten, iets wat we niet verwacht hadden. Echt top.
