It was truly a wonderful experience! This was our first time at Lalezar Restaurant, and it far exceeded our expectations in terms of both flavor and service. The appetizers were fresh, and the kebabs were perfectly cooked; the Adana kebab and freshly baked lavash were especially delicious. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive. This is one of the few places in the Netherlands that offers such high-quality Turkish cuisine; we will definitely be returning.

Yesterday, my wife and I came for dinner. We ordered the mixed grill from the chef. It was for two people, but the presentation was nice. The Adana kebab tasted terrible. The gasoline they used to light the coals and the smell of the smoke was so strong. We didn't eat it, but they didn't change it even though we told them so. I won't go back, and I won't recommend it to anyone. The service is zero.

Bad service, food was cold. They keep an eye on you as if you are going to steal something from the open buffet. Especially that Bulgarian woman is very rude, she has no respect. Not a nice atmosphere, very uncomfortable. Not recommended!

During my visit to Lalezar I was completely wrongly accused of taking products. A lady working there (Bulgarian, I understand) accused me without any basis or evidence. This was not only embarrassing, but also disrespectful and hurtful. I was shocked by the way I was treated. Customers should be treated with respect - not based on assumptions or prejudices. I will not be coming back here for a while.

It was the worst place I've ever been to in my life. There is no interest and they serve iskender with oil, not butter. And not the menu you asked for, another menu comes. I strongly do not recommend it, and since I paid a lot of money, I couldn't eat it anymore, no matter how halal it was on the menu. I gave this one star for posting because they don't deserve it.

Went here for breakfast but there isn't much option, it seems like they had refilled all the leftovers from the day before, it didn't taste fresh. You have a lot of choice of olives, but not much else, and the choice of bread is also very limited. You are always welcome to come and enjoy it. Very bad disappointment

Just had dinner here with my girlfriend and her niece. The food was honestly close to perfection, when we wanted to smoke a cigarette outside they accidentally brought some to cover the table while we were still planning to eat, they served this again for us so the service is really great!

We went to Lalezar with a group of 7 ladies from Enschede in the morning for breakfast and for dinner last Saturday. Breakfast buffet was very varied and super tasty. The ladies in the kitchen are good cooks, everything tasted excellent. We also had a delicious meal in the evening. Simply a taste explosion! I've had adana with yogurt with eggplant pieces. So well seasoned, indescribable, just eat it once. Compliments to the chef. Very friendly staff.

Went for lunch for the first time today. After lunch we paid. Then towards home. When we were at a full tram stop, one of the service staff said that we had not paid. I said yes . I have paid. Like everywhere at the checkout. She was talking to one of the staff using an earpiece/telecom. Did she make inquiries? And then she said oh my mistake. I immediately said communicate with colleagues first. And don't let someone be insulted like that on the street. Me and my family will never go there again. We are very offended/lose face.

Unfortunately, we had a very disturbing experience. One of the employees was quite sullen and attitude towards customers. Having to wipe the windows and sweep the floors while eating was not pleasant either in terms of hygiene or customer satisfaction. When we asked for an egg for my little daughter, even though breakfast time was over, they said they would help, but it was really unacceptable that they put chili peppers on the egg that came - even though we specifically stated that it was for the child. When we sat with my friends, we felt as if we were eating and drinking for free and that we were expected to get up as soon as possible. It is impossible to feel comfortable in such an environment. This place urgently needs staff changes and serious service training. I don't think I will ever go again. I definitely do not recommend it.👎👎👎

10/10 for the food and the service! We keep coming back here again and again. This time with the Iftar menu, this was really one out of ten, I can recommend it to everyone! Certainly not unimportant: great service, even for large groups, they leave the table wanting for nothing. The kids also get lollipops or a piece of fruit. Trust me, once you eat here you will keep coming back! Tip: Kuzu sac, adana kebab and MANTI! I have never eaten manti in particular anywhere in the Netherlands as delicious as at Lalezar.
