Excellent! The food was truly delicious and perfectly seasoned! Every dish was carefully prepared and tasted authentic and fresh. The atmosphere was wonderfully cozy, especially with the sunset in the background, which made it extra special. The service was top-notch: we were helped by a fantastic Antillean woman who was super friendly and attentive. She really made us feel at home. Absolutely recommended!

Nice place and nice service. We were there around 2 pm, there was no problem with a table. I ordered a cod fillet, fries and a salad. Tasty, well served. We didn't have to wait too long. I recommend this place ☺️

Was there for a birthday. Expected more Caribbean. Thought it was a bit Caribbean/European fusion dishes. When we were there it was very quiet, we were with 8 people.

It's not enough for a second visit. We had the boiled chicken (once vegetarian). We didn't like it, and the value for money was absolutely not right – regardless of the restaurant's location! The salad was far (!) too simple as a side dish and served in a small plastic bowl. They need to remove this dish from the menu or significantly improve it. We left really disappointed, despite the discount of half a dish.

Very friendly on the phone/reservation. The staff very friendly. The atmosphere good. Very pleasant. The fries we got with it were super tasty. The best in Noordwijk. The liqueur of the house was also very tasty. We will definitely come back.

Very nice restaurant. You immediately bump into it when you come from the beach. Really delicious food and the service was perfect.

One of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. I waited for over 30 minutes without anyone coming to take my order—not even a drink. I noticed other customers complaining about waiting more than an hour for their food. The waitress even told them, “10 more minutes or you can leave.” I was shocked by the complete lack of respect and professionalism. I left without ordering anything, just to avoid getting more upset. Avoid at all costs.

Get a table quickly. Then the service has to wait. After fifteen minutes you can order a menu and drinks. Another fifteen minutes later, after attracting attention, I was able to place an order. Nothing complicated, bickering with fries. After 45 minutes we asked if food was still coming..... It was coming if we wanted something to drink. No, we want to eat. After 1 hour and 15 minutes I asked again. Coming soon. Meanwhile, there is no more confidence in it. Drinks paid and food cancelled.... They remain friendly but that's about it. No food after more than 1.5 hours is worthless. Management also doesn't really know what they are doing and where they should be. and the chefs apparently don't know how to plan either. Once never again. We should have known because the tables around us were also complaining that it was taking so long...

We were there for dinner in November 2024. For the “2for1” event we had ordered a table for two people. The restaurant was very nicely decorated and we were warmly welcomed. As part of the 2for1 there were 2 different starters, main courses and desserts. The food was outstanding and - in all courses - very filling. We each had a whole plaice, cooked to perfection and seasoned particularly deliciously. We were very, very satisfied and will definitely go back on our next stay in Noordwijk.

Sunday October 27, 2024 we had a delicious meal at Laman. Mussel pan was delicious, my table companion had fresh salmon fillet. Nice service, will definitely come back here, great!👌🏼⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dinner at Laman was very nice, we had the salmon filet and the cod filet and both were delicious! Nice staff and good service too :) We will definitely be visiting again.

When I was in Noordwijk, I always had dinner at De Botter, and occasionally at Malegijs. Went to Laman for the first time last September and - not to the detriment of De Botter - enjoyed the super friendly and smooth service, a pleasant chat, and delicious food. I highly recommend Laman and hope to eat there again when I am next in Noordwijk!

We chose this restaurant spontaneously, mainly because of the reviews: we liked the food. Price/performance is right. The espresso martini and the espressos were very good. The white wine should be better chilled. The map as a whole looked promising. The service was good. The atmosphere could be a little more inviting. It seems a bit sterile.

Hear me clear, for the ultimate caribbean feel you must try their fresh fish. I had the “sliptong”. And the cocktails ! My oh my ! Ask them for the Caribbean Rum Punch with a twist! 😉 Everything was truly exceptional. Delicious food, nice atmosphere and the service was outstanding from start to finish.Thank you guys , we can’t wait to come back !

I have no idea where the 4.8 stars come from. I have rarely seen such a bad price/performance ratio. 21€ for a rather mediocre and very carelessly 'glued' burger, where you also have to pay extra for the ketchup if you don't want mayo with the fries - that's not possible. My daughter's Wienerschnitzel for the same price was 'just' a Viennese-style pork schnitzel. You could have guessed that. I certainly understand that it is more expensive in a holiday destination and especially on the promenade, but that was really just snack level. And not the best.

We used to go to Malegis more often and were happy. Now the experience was mediocre. The fish pan was a small pot - more like a fish soup with a filling. The prices were pretty steep for the service. Beer is only available in bottles. We definitely left Laman off the list. You're better off at De Botter next door.

Laman is highly recommended! Fish restaurant where you can sit inside or outside in an attractive ambiance. We ordered the Barracuda fish. My teenage daughter had a Laman bacon and cheese burger and I went for the mussels. We also ate the brownie with ice cream and pancakes for my youngest daughter. Compliments to the chef and the service. We will definitely come back!

We were regulars at Malegijs before. The Laman is in no way inferior and we are already looking forward to our next visit to the Laman. The food and service were excellent. We recommend.

Our third time here since opening. Food excellent each occasion. The first visit, service was exquisite. Second time, young personnel obviously learning. Our most recent visit was, unfortunately, very disappointing. Very dismissive attitude to service, as though we were visitors passing through! This should, anyway, never be the case in my opinion .

What a nice thing! Very attractively decorated. Staff is super friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the delicious fish soup, mozzarella salad and the Caribbean fries. We'll come by again soon.

My family and I had dinner here for the first time on Sunday February 11th and everything was delicious! It is a beautiful location (even in winter) with a nice atmosphere, and the food was super tasty! Especially the Brownie S'mores dessert! I think it would be nice if there were more Caribbean-inspired options such as plantain, funchi fries...

Ate a good portion of delicious shrimp! The restaurant has a nice, “beachy” and cozy atmosphere. Service was excellent!

New and cozy restaurant on the Noordwijk boulevard, good service and good food. We had the chili Laman tempura and calamares as appetizers, vispannetje and kipsaté for main and the angel lemon bar and amaretto sunset for dessert - a very satisfying meal, we will be back!
