Dylan's is always a treat. Excellent food, but above all, the enthusiasm, humor, and expertise of the staff make it a real treat.

Al eerder positief over geschreven, maar er is nu een duidelijk uitbreiding van het menu en dat is heel positief. Goed personeel, goede wijnen en andere dranken en schitterend vlees, met name het Wagyu Steak.

Requested a table 2 weeks before a big birthday to celebrate it there. Stated that we were bringing a small dog. The date was confirmed shortly afterwards. On the birthday itself, I received a rejection in the morning because dogs were not allowed. This is not apparent on the homepage. After a telephone conversation to explain the annoying situation, we were not met. On a big birthday you have better things to do than spontaneously look for a restaurant/table. For us, customer service looks different. 1 star is too much for this service.

Daar zit je dan thuis en je wilt het ultieme voor jou en je meisje. Google, google, Tripadvisor, tripadvisor. Nou zoek maar niet verder. Alles is hier top. Het begint al bij het parkeren. Na de slagboom voel je het al. Er is gewoon plek voor je en aan de andere auto’s te zien is het hier op niveau. (..dit mocht ik vast niet zeggen maar ik doe het toch) Het wandelingetje naar de entree voelt door alle Kerstlichtjes als een sprookje en eenmaal binnen word je uitermate vriendelijk en gastvrij ontvangen en wordt je jas keurig aangenomen. (Lekker ouderwets maar dit is precies zoals je het wil) Eerst maar eens een drankje aan de bar. Keurig personeel (in het zwart gekleed) zorgt ervoor dat je binnen 1 x knipperen je drankje voor je hebt en de rest van de serveersters stonden keurig op een rijtje te wachten om de gasten naar hun tafeltje te brengen. (Ook trouwens allemaal keurig in het zwart) Drankje op en naar de tafel. Daar waar het meiske dat je bestelling opnam er niet uitkwam met de wijn werd dat naadloos overgenomen door een collegaatje die er meer van wist. De kaart is leuk. Voldoende keus en helemaal top was het plaatje van het rund en welk deel je kon bestellen. Maar nu komt het: voor diegene die door mijn brij van woorden heen zijn geworsteld: het voorgerecht ‘Hert’. Ik ben echt overal (wereldwijd) geweest maar dit is met stip het allerlekkerste voorgerecht wat ik ooit gegeten heb. Dit samen met een van de Goddelijke wijnen van de wijnkaart laat je weer even beseffen waar je het allemaal voor doet.

Heerlijk gegeten en mooie ambiance, rekening klopte niet (de fles wijn stond niet op de rekening). Maar eerlijkheid duurt het langst dus geef ik dit aan. Geen sorry of dank u wel of iets, alleen 60€ extra betalen graag. Volgende keer zal ik dit dus niet meer melden.

It was a nice and relaxing atmosphere. Very attentively served by host Bas. The food was well timed and patently delicious. It is definitely recommended for anyone who wants to experience good service. We will come back here!

Topdiner in een ongedwongen, klantgerichte entourage! Wat een verrassend goed restaurant in Noordwijk. Erg gastvrije en gezellige entourage met een leuk team. Bijzondere gerechten zoals palingmousse, gambas en steak Dylans. Mooie wijnen. Kortom, moeite van het omrijden waard als je iets bijzonders zoekt. Vergeet het digestief niet in de sfeervolle lounge. Wij gaan in ieder geval terug!

Very tasty and great weather ambience

We had such a lovely dinner at Dylans! The staff members were so friendly, the service was very good and the food was delicious. We stayed in the Alexander Hotel and the restaurant and hotel are empowering each other. We will definitely come back!

Fancy place, but a bit expensive. The staff was fantastic, very cheerful and nice. The meat was too cheewy for the price, but might just have been unlucky with the piece we got. The entry was great though. Recommend for nice pricy dining.

We had made reservations at Dylan's as hotel guests. Welcome in German, menu also in German, very pleasant. There are different main courses with different side dishes, so far, so good. For example, Dylan's steak with quiche, fries or other side dishes can be ordered separately, but they cost extra. The fillet steak includes vegetables (in Dutch: groenten and also correctly translated in the German menu) and fries as a side dish. Regardless of whether only one guest chose this meal or both guests, you only get one bowl of fries. Instead of vegetables, there is also a quiche here, although there is a clear distinction on the menu. It was simply too expensive for that and we were very disappointed, even though the quality of the meat was okay and the cooking point was right.

We were served very nicely last evening with a very good atmosphere and humor by Bas. he made sure it was a great evening. We also had a very tasty meal!

We recently visited this beautiful place and I must say that everything we ate was absolutely delicious. From starter to dessert, each dish was prepared with care and perfection, enhancing the flavours. The ingredients were fresh and of high quality, and every bite was a testament to the chef's skill. The service was also excellent, with attentive and friendly staff making for a pleasant dining experience. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Voorgerecht eendenlever mousse; voornamelijk zoet zonder smaak van eendenlever. Andere gerechten waren lekker. Ambiance deed meer aan als een van der Valk hotel. Bedienend personeel te onervaren om adequaat je als gast te bedienen. Glazen leeg, brood zonder boter, koffie zonder suiker of melk. Bijna alles moest je vragen ip dat dit aangeboden werd. Het deed hectisch aan. Totale rekening boven de 100 euro pp. Is het eigenlijk niet waard.

Geen gastronomie maar een erg lekkere keuken Vriendelijk personeel dat zijn of haar best doet om gast te verwennen Dure visgerechten!!

The restaurant is located in the Hotel Alexander. It is very stylishly furnished and the food is more like an upscale kitchen. What was positive was how we dealt with allergies. Requests were made immediately and implemented. The food was great, the service too. Very friendly staff. The bread as an appetizer is so delicious!!! We'd love to come back!

We actually wanted to eat in 4 star Michelin in Noordwijk. But their kitchen was already closed. Strange but true. . . Dylan opened the question and prepared the most delicious Steak. Deliciously prepared in the oven with Keltusch Sea Salt medium - rare - rare. He melted on your tongue. Dimitri and Bas (I called him Jasper, don't know why. Perfect restaurant, price worth and great employees.

Quality of the products is convincing, service is quick and friendly

Great design, friendly staff, good food. We had the Dylans steak and the beef tenderloin, and the apple and vanilla dessert and the cheeseplate. All beautifully arranged and tasty. The one thing that could be improved is the cocktails - my Negroni tasted like 100% Campari.

A delicious meal in a nice atmosphere with friendly service. But nice service must also continue to do the job well. Despite several signals that seemed to arrive in my opinion, after more than 45 minutes, yes almost an hour, of waiting, I got up to ask where the dessert was. “Oh, I'll go take care of it.” Of course, this should have been done two signals earlier, and at such a moment it is really too late and no longer necessary. And of course a comment that they take the dessert off the bill no longer makes sense at all. Oh yes, we also received 2 drinks for free, but the evening ended disappointingly. Too bad, because we would have liked to try the cheese dessert and a few Irish coffees. Shame.

Op zich heerlijk gegeten in een leuke atmosfeer met aardige bediening. Maar ook aardige bediening moet wel het werk goed blijven doen. Ondanks diverse signalen die in mijn opinie wel degelijk leken aan te komen, ben ik na meer dan ruim 45 minuten, ja bijna een uur, wachten toch maar eens opgestaan om te gaan vragen waar het dessert blijft. “Oh, ik zal het gaan regelen”. Dat had natuurlijk al twee signalen eerder moeten gebeuren, en dat is dan op zo’n moment echt te laat en ook niet meer nodig. En een opmerking dat men dan het dessert van de rekening afhaalt slaat dan natuurlijk ook helemaal nergens meer op. O ja, we kregen ook 2 consumpties gratis, maar de avond werd teleurstellend afgesloten. Jammer, want we hadden graag nog het kaas-dessert en een paar Irish coffees geprobeerd. Zonde.

Nice food, we had pata negra and beef tenderloin in salt crust which was very tasty. The service was fast and friendly. Definitely recommended if you want to eat out a bit more elegantly. There is a convenient parking lot for parking.

The high price does not equal the quality. Also very annoying loud lounge (atmosphere) music. Certainly not a bad experience, but not memorable either.

Parking is easy at Dylans! They have offer free private parking in the front and back of the hotel. We started at the bar with some drinks and snacks, nice. Bartender was really friendly and took great care of us. The atmosphere in the restaurant is nice; enough space to enjoy private conversations with a little buzz from the other tables. The restaurant has good lighting. The menu is large enough. They don’t offer menu’s so they also don’t offer a wine pairing. But we did get good advice about the wines. The food was tastefull but portions quite small. We enjoyed the dinner and our evening. Prices were a bit too much in my opinion; we spent around € 125 per person of a bit over. Of portions are a bit bigger this would justify prices and a higher rating. Still a solid 4*!

Wat een prachtige zaak, hippe lounge en cocktailbar, zeer vriendelijke barman. Een feestje voor wie van vlees houdt, wij aten ossenhaas in zoutkorst, zeer zeer lekker, nu gaan wij toch regelmatig op restaurant maar nog nooit zo lekker vlees gegeten. Mooi gedecoreerd met groeten. Vooraf de snow crab, prachtig bord en zeer lekker. Ook de meisjes in de bediening, zeer vriendelijk. Wij hebben een toffe avond gehad.

In die Jahre gekommen, aber das Essen war gut!

We were a group of 9 people from different countries at the restaurant. The dessert was very good. I warmly recommend this restaurant.
