The Lunch Xperience was simply amazing. From arrival to departure, we enjoyed the hospitality. The dishes were beautiful to look at and delicious. The tea pairing made it perfect; I definitely recommend it. Thank you for a wonderful afternoon.

In a word, fantastic! From arrival to departure! These people truly know what they're doing, from the host/hostess to the kitchen. The flavors of the products are truly pure and fantastic.

Last Friday we had lunch at Latour. We chose the Fruit and Vegetable Experience. We absolutely didn't regret it. What beautiful paintings we were presented with. Every dish tasted fantastic. The staff came to our table to explain each dish, and the sommelier paired it with the perfect wine. It was a truly wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

Together with restaurant “Joelia” from Rotterdam, "Latour" offered on 9 March another culinary highlight within its series “The Sunday Vibes”. Not only the excellent food creations were spectacular. Also, the dedicated and professional work of the two young chefs Kenny Friederichs (Latour) and Sofiane Bons (Joelia), including their explanations of their dishes on the table, have been an unique experience. It was surprising to see how two chefs, each an expert in its own restaurant, can jointly compose a six-course menu in a harmonious way where every course is coming up with a new taste sensation. All-in-all is the Sunday Vibes concept an pleasant and convenient way to get known to other high-level cuisines of the Netherlands. Last but not least: a visit to “Latour” is always crowned by the perfect service of a highly skilled and dedicated team, working like a clockwork to make the guest feel like embedded in different universe – what an enjoyable break from the daily routine. Thanks a lot!

Wat een avondje uit! Dit is werkelijk waanzinnig! Super personeel die exact weten waar jij behoefte aan hebt. En de keuken maakt het eten met toverstokken zo lekker.

Hoewel de setting van het restaurant, gelegen op de eerste verdieping van hotel huis ter duin, erg klassiek aan doet, werden we verrast met een opeenvolging van moderne, érg lekkere gerechtjes in het 5 gangen experience menu. En zelfs met een 6e (zalig gerecht met paling en oester) én een zevende gang (kazen), voelde het menu helemaal niet zwaar aan. Iets waar we in andere sterrenrestaurants wel eens last van hebben. En graag nog een extra vermelding over de somelier: wat verstaat die man zijn vak! Stuk voor stuk lekkere wijnen die perfect elk gerecht naar een (nog) hoger niveau tillen. Wij komen nog terug!

Both the dishes and the wine were top notch. The service was also perfect, which may have been distorted because it was very quiet in the restaurant. This is why we experienced the atmosphere as average. How is this possible that there were so few guests, it cannot be the quality.

As a frequent fine dining guest celebrating a special occasion (40th birthday), I was quite disappointed with the pre-dining communication. While the restaurant's reputation is well-known, their response to a simple celebratory dinner inquiry was surprisingly cold and dismissive ('we cannot guarantee anything' - though nothing was actually requested to be guaranteed). If this is their approach to customer service before the actual visit, I'd rather celebrate elsewhere where genuine hospitality and warmth are part of the experience, not just the food. A missed opportunity for Latour, but plenty of other excellent restaurants in the area that understand the value of making their guests feel welcomed and appreciated from the very first interaction

Op 7 oktober werd een middag om niet snel te vergeten. Chef Lenny van Latour en chef Julien van Parkheuvel hebben samen een prachtig 6 gangen lunch voor ons bereid.

Wij hebben genoten. De bediening is heel professioneel. Daar waar nodig stonden ze direct bij onze tafel. En nooit op een storende wijze. Wat mooi als je dat zo goed kunt. Dat je de gasten optimaal tot dienst bent. De gerechten zijn subliem. Elk gerecht is een surprise op zich. Zo creatief. En dan de smaaksensatie! Perfect! We zaten in heerlijke stoelen en de omgeving is stijlvol. Het was er warm genoeg, vestje was niet nodig. Het is geen diner op zich, het is een complete belevenis. Al met al hebben we er drie uur doorgebracht. Een absolute aanrader, wij kijken uit naar de volgende keer. Dus tot ziens!

We dine on Thursday evening in the fantastic ambiance of restaurant Latour. The Latour Xperience is a beautifully balanced menu, in which the eel with oyster, codium and buckwheat and the sweetbreads stand out for their rich taste. A Les Clous from Domaine de l'aigle à deux têtes (Savagnin, 2018) and a Clau de Nell (Cabernet Franc, 2019) make beautiful combinations with the dishes. The friendly brigade and the sea view complete a festive evening.

With a party of three, we had something to celebrate on Sep 6th, and we did celebrate! This was more than a dinner, and yes, it was an experience. The courses we had (we chose a selection, as our capacity is limited) were a feast- every one in it's own sense- and the variety of taste and flavours did max out our senses, in some cases even more than we could handle. Variety could maybe have been a little less, but this was also what we chose for. Quantities did seem small, but the end of the entire dinner proved us wrong. Service and presentation were excellent, with amazing knowledge and explanation of the ingredients and composition with each and every course. Thanks- this was an evening very well spent, and an experience to not forget. Compliments to you all! That was last year's review. This year, exactly one year later, it is hard -if not impossible- to make any changes: on the contrary: service, ambiance and the menu were to -at least- the same standards. We plan to be back! Again one year later (yes, we have been back each year - a good tradition), things have changed and we enjoyed it with a party of five. More taste sensations than we have taste buds, and excellent service, good explanation and solid answers on questions we had about food and drinks. The variety that the chef was able to present has made this experience a special event as well. Note that the non-alcoholic drinks arrangement is definitely worth trying, as it goes way beyond non-alcoholic "wine" and flavoured ice tea. Well done!

Wat een geweldige avond was het weer. Voor de 2e keer tijdens ons verblijf in het hotel hier gegeten. Het was weer een smaakexplosie van allemaal heerlijke gerechten. Super bereid, perfecte bediening en een onwijs goed advies over de wijn maakt het weer een perfecte avond. Michelin ster waardig. Het zal echt niet de laatste keer zijn.

The Latour Xperience is truly an experience. This is not the first star restaurant I have eaten at, but it is the best I have ever eaten at. Every bite is an experience in itself. We also had the matching wine with each dish. It always seemed made for the dish itself. Compliments to the chef, the sommelier and the entire staff. A great experience!

We had dinner here in honor of our 12.5 year wedding anniversary. It was a fantastic evening. Delicious dishes and wines and the service is more than great! You really enjoyed an evening out, we enjoyed it. As a surprise for our wedding day we received delicious chocolate.

Truly terrific dining experience, was a fantastic 5 course deal with the Dining with the Stars month of June. Bites and courses alone were terrific but what blew us away was the terrific pairings of wines from non-traditional locals.

Ein stilvoll eingerichtetes Restaurant, das den kulinarischen Anspruch eines Sterne-Restaurants absolut erfüllt. Nicht ganz zufrieden waren wir mit dem Service. Das Fehlen eines Maitres war auffallend. Keine richtige Begrüßung, gewisse Unaufmersamkeiten, Zuteilung eines Tisches ohne Aussicht, obwohl „bessere“ Tische den ganzen Abend leer blieben…. Abgesehen davon ein hervorragendes Menu höchster Qualität - hier gab es gar nichts zu bemängeln.

Wir hatten das 7-Gänge Menü(optional auch 6-Gänge oder einzeln a' la carte. Eine wunderbare Abfolge von optisch und geschmacklich ansprechenden Höhepunkten. Nichts auszusetzen, dazu ein exzellenter und kompetenter Weinberatungsservice. Vielleicht sind ein paar mehr offene Weine(by the Glass) als Erweiterung eine denkbare Option.

A very cozy and dignified location. Very extensive wine list, delicate cuisine. One star less for the missing children's menu. The kindly offered fries were a break. Something like that doesn't fit here at all.

We had dinner here yesterday for my wife's birthday and our experience was extremely good! Very friendly hosts and a truly culinary experience. The fact that they have 1* is absolutely worth it.

Beautiful experience, great service. We have been here several times. People think along with you, food in Latour was fantastic again. The pairing of the menu with the wines was especially great. The vegetarian menu was also excellent. A single dish component was very cold (straight from the freezer?) It's nice that Marcel van Lier himself can reinforce the renewed acquaintance.

De Sunny Vibes lunch van La Tour (Marcel van Lier) en Kelvin Lin was ongelofelijk lekker! Wij waren al met beiden bekend en hebben vandaag genoten van een middag vol heerlijke gerechten! Borden letterlijk schoongelikt. De bediening was perfect, zoals altijd.

A wonderful evening in a luxurious restaurant with great dishes, matching wines and very friendly staff. In my opinion, an update of the interior would be welcome, but that is also a matter of taste.

Well worth the Michelin star! Perfect dishes, perfect service. Not cheap, but that was not to be expected given the beautiful, chic location and the menu. Nice wine list and choice of three types of champagne. Service pays attention to every detail and makes you feel really welcome. The appetizers were fantastic.

There are places that we visit that are clearly worth the Michelin Stars and some that aren't. Latour is definitely one that deserves it. We visited for a late dinner after a challenging day. Though we were too late for the full tasting menu, the team was so focused on improving our day that they provided us with a modified tasting experience. Each course, from the amuse-bouche to the final digestif, was beautiful and well-presented, but the seafood dishes were standouts for me. What also made the difference was the exceptional service. Every team member was not only polished but also showed good humor and grace. I hope to return soon.

We had 5 course dinner with 1/2 wine pairing. The wine selection was great. Enjoyed all the wine. Food is presented very beautifully but some dishes are too salty (and I like salty food normally). Service is top notch by some personnel but some doesn't seem not too friendly/ too business like. We enjoyed the view of the beach/ sea from our seats.

Wederom een geweldige ervaring met heerlijke gerechten, bijpassende wijnen en mooi ambiance. Gastvrijheid o.a. door Beau en haar collega's zijn top. Ze weten wat ze serveren en ook nog met een glimlach. De smaken zijn verfijnd en oogstrelend. Graag tot ziens !

Met vrienden hemels lekker gedineerd in Latour. De Tonijn met o.a ponzu en shizo was een ware smaak sensatie. Ook de Langoustine met curry en verveine was van een grote verfijning. De vegetarische voorgerechten Gele Biet, Cashewnoot en het hoofdgerecht Bloemkool waren super. Ook de hoofdgerechten Zeebaars en Ree waren minimaal twee sterren niveau. Als nagerecht, buiten de kaart, een uitstekende Dame Blanche. Kortom een geslaagde culinaire avond !

Heerlijk gedineerd in restaurant Latour ! Prachtige ambiance, uitstekende bediening. Bij ieder gerecht en/of wijn werd ons uitleg verstrekt . De gerechten waren een sensatie voor de tong met de bijpassende wijnen. Een aanbeveling !

Eten was weer super en de bediening buitengewoon attent. Achtergrond muziek niet te luid en zeer goede keuze van muziek genres.

I gave a six-course dinner as a present to my father and mother for their 80th birthday. They had an absolutely magical time and were made to feel very welcome. They couldn’t stop talking about it on the way home. Everything just the way they like it. Very well mannered staff, knowledgeable sommelier, exquisite food and plating and impeccable restrooms. Also, the communication beforehand was very friendly and helpful. No, this experience doesn’t come cheap, but it’s worth every penny!

Very enjoyable atmosphere with excellent food and the right level of service

Wij zijn gaan eten met 2 volwassenen. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen. De grote ruimte zorgt voor een luxe gevoel. De tafels stonden ver genoeg uit elkaar. Grote eettafels met grote fauteuils. Prachtig uitzicht over de zee. Dit alles draagt bij aan een luxe gevoel. De service is goed, er wordt in de gaten gehouden of er iets aangevuld moet worden. Als je naar het toilet gaat, word je servet netjes over je stoel gehangen. Bij terugkomst van het toilet werd ik naar mijn tafel terug begeleid. Het eten zag er prachtig uit! De complexe gerechten zorgden voor een smaakexplosie in je mond. Het was een heerlijk avondje uit. Zeker een aanrader!

Geweldige avond, 4 gangen diner met bijpassende wijnen. Vooraf 4 amuses, gevolg door 4 geweldige gerechten met dito wijnen. Hoogtepunt voor mij persoonlijk de hachimi. Wijn en water werden attent bijgevuld bij "leegstand". De sfeer was heel vriendelijk, het was echt een avondje verwend worden.

Wij hebben een heerlijke avond gehad. Eten was heel erg goed en omdat ik zwanger ben werd er een heel leuk alternatief geboden ipv wijn kregen wij bijpassende mocktails bij onze gangen. Ook het personeel is zeer beleefd. Wij komen hier zeker nog eens terug.

I can say that LaTour earns its Michelin star, the service is delightful the food is delicious and the wine list is expansive. Wonderful location with an excellent view allows one to enjoy the sea while enjoying what the sea gives us.

We hebben echt heerlijk en meer dan voldoende gegeten. Een ware smaakexplosie!! Ook de bediening was fantastisch. Niets dan lof.

Dineren bij Latour is een beleving. Het eten is van geweldige kwaliteit en zeer fraai opgemaakt. De bijpassende wijnen smaakten ons uitstekend. En niet als laatste de bediening en service is top. Kortom wij hebben een geweldige avond gehad.

Das Restaurant ist ein einmaliger, ganz besonderer Ort. Das Essen ist ein Genuss. Der Sommelier stimmt die Weine perfekt auf die Menüs ab und hinterfragt die persönlichen Geschmack. Die Weinkarte ist so vielfältig, dass die Beratung des Sommeliers hilfreich ist. Das Personal ist Zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Auf Nahrungsunverträglichkeiten wird sofort registriert und die Menüs angepasst. Die Atmosphäre vermittelt Ruhe und Entspannung. Immer wieder gerne.
