Lebkov & Sons in Rotterdam Centrum

Het is gewoonweg ongelooflijk dat een eiersandwich met letterlijk niets erin 7 euro kost.(zie foto).. Zou het kunnen dat er mensen zijn die bewust betalen voor deze onzin? Als dat zo is, dan ben je de grootste idioot die er bestaat en dankzij jou kan Lebkov dat soort idioten gebruiken.. Ik ben vandaag een idioot geweest en nooit meer... Je zou je moeten schamen. En dan heb ik het nog niet eens over het feit dat je wel 15-20 minuten op één kopje koffie moet wachten.

Zou om 6:00 open moeten gaan. Sta je daar om uitgeslapen een ontbijtje te pakken. Gewoon nog een kwartier dicht. Eenmaal binnen is er één medewerker die volledig achter de feiten aan loopt.

Kom hier al jaren maar laatste maanden gaat de service en vooral de snelheid onwijs achteruit. 10min wachten, koffie die vaker tegenvalt.

Heb 25min plus gewacht op 4 kaascrossaintje en 2 drankjes en ook heb ik er 35 euro voor betaald dat is toch absurd………………….

Had to wait for the bus so I ordered a tea to go. The employees indicate that they will close in 10 minutes, so nothing more can be ordered. I often came here to study because it was such a chill location. But from now on, do I have to come 1 hour before closing time for tea?😂

Perfect location, clean and staff is friendly. But everything is very expensive, I paid 5€ for tea in a cardboard cup. Sandwiches were fresh but prepacked, boring and completely unseasoned. I felt like I was eating at the airport.

The sandwiches were tastier... a pity that it has diminished somewhat. But still a great place for breakfast or lunch.

It used to be the place where I buy a sandwich before I take the train. It’s a nice food but totally overpriced now, a thin, small triangle cut bread with few pieces of fillings €9.25. Crazy. And it’s not even bio. I will not come back.

This is one of good spots around Rotterdam central station and it has a cool atmosphere.

Coffee is fine here but unfortunately that's the only thing. Came here on a Sunday morning and the seating areas in general were extremely dirty. There are crumbs everywhere and I don't think the stairs to the top have seen a vacuum cleaner for more than a few months. When I wiped my own spot with a napkin, there was immediately a black layer on it... unfortunately the seats are extremely uncomfortable and the available sockets they have are actually just an old dirty extension cord lying across the floor. The WiFi, on the other hand, had good range.

Super pricey for the food served. Not worth it at all. Service was great since you serve yourself.

What a scanty tent. You think you get tasty pear juice… well… water with a few drops of pear flavor. Then paid €10 for a spicy chicken and what do you get? A damn chicken breast sandwich with a meager sauce. I love food but this was by far the worst place I had breakfast at. For the amounts they ask... shame on you...

Never seen such a grumpy person working behind the bar. So there was this guy with glasses taking my order and I was ordering a warm drink and he seemed annoyed by anything I asked him. He forgot the lid for my drink (which is no problem ofcoursr) but then hr just threw it on the bar. No thank you, no nothing. Not coming back here. Unfortunately,The drink was good tho. I went here on 8/10/24 at 12:00

First visit at Lebkov & Sons and very disappointed by the service that was very slow, the food is good but nothing extraordinary either but it’s clearly overpriced. The place itself is nice but unless you have money to loose, avoid it!

Price/quality ratio is completely skewed. 2 Toasted white sandwiches with some slices of chicken and cheese for €9.50. Cheese could no longer be found. And that takes 5 minutes. I don't come here anymore.

I have never had such slow service for 2 coffees. Sometimes I really thought they were being so slow on purpose. They didn't feel like it at all and the place wasn't cozy at all.

The €9.95 sandwiches were not even worth €1!! Dry bread, hardly any toppings and no taste! The flat white was definitely not a flat white, more of a cappuccino with milk, the coffee was nowhere to be found! Terrible scam, don't do it!

The coffee (we had cappuccino and latte) was excellent. The same cannot be said about the salmon sandwich that we decided to have for breakfast. The photo shows that there are practically no fish! I'm very sorry for wasting money.

I was disappointed, especially the sign outside is saying "good food". The staff was unfriendly, like he wanted to get rid of us, ignored when we said thank you. The sandwiches are way to overpriced, and I worked in a similar café in central Berlin in a crowded area. The difference is we used high quality sour dough bread and selled TWO HALVES of sandwiches for less than the cheapest single half sandwich here. There were no signs as to where to get sugar or tissues, we hesitated to ask him anything. Other staff seemed friendlier though.

One of the staff was really unfriendly. He almost did not talk to us at all, when I said 'thank you' out loud he just turned his back and went away. Also, we saw some other customers being served with plates under their sandwiches but that guy just gave us the wrapped sandwich and went back (we had told him that we would be eating inside). I get that people who work in cafes can be overwhelmed sometimes or are just not having a good day, but it wasn't a busy hour at all and we were super nice to him, so I do not understand this treatment. The place in general is overpriced. I'm not saying the food and drinks taste bad, they're mid-good, but the prices are just too high.

2 cups of coffee for €14. That’s insane. Not again

Very nice atmosphere and coffee. The lemonade was nothing special but still relatively nice. The prices are quite okay and even with quite a busy cafe, service was fast. Only thing I would mention for those coming to work or study, there is a general lack of power outlets. The queueing is rather strange since it comes from two sides of the bar and the baristas do not really communicate over where the orders will be taken resulting in some missunderstanding between customers. Other than that worth a visit if you're by Rotterdam Central!

Bought something for the first time today, a slice of carrot cake for 3.95. Which I think is quite expensive for a slice of cake. I usually love carrot cake and especially because it said it was home-made, I bought it anyway. Unfortunately it was very disappointing. It really wasn't tasty and the cake itself was undercooked. I have never eaten carrot cake that tasted like this and I don't mean that in a positive way. The frosting was nice and the service was friendly.

Lebkov was actually always a regular at the start of our holidays or weekend trips with a starting point at Rotterdam Central Station. Unfortunately I have to withdraw my five star review and last Thursday was the last time we visited. For 27 euros we received two small cups of juice and the saddest sandwiches ever. Dry, tasteless, no sauce, little toppings. What a disappointing experience. Too bad Lebkov, but even the AH to Go has better sandwiches.

Dry, old, bread, no butter. Just not good. I'm willing to pay €16.50 for two sandwiches, but then it has to be of quality. This just wasn't worth it. Too bad, I've seen better from Lebkov, but I have serious doubts about next time.

Very disappointing. I ordered a carpaccio sandwich, a lemonade and chocolate milk. The chocolate milk and lemonade arrived immediately and were extremely dirty. After waiting half an hour I asked where the carpaccio was. I immediately got a brood from the refrigerator. It was one of the worst sandwiches I have ever eaten in my life. I didn't even taste the carpaccio. NOT RECOMMENDED!!

Tried again after a number of years, but again a huge disappointment. The bread is dry and the crusts tough and that for €9.25 for 1.5 slices of “kasino” style sandwiches. That you dare to ask for that. I'll never come here again.

I like to come there for coffee to go, great coffee! However, the entire process from ordering to receiving your order is soooo slow. The person who takes your order also prepares it. It would be more efficient to have a few people take the orders and then have others prepare the orders. Now you sometimes have to wait unnecessarily long because the person in front of you has ordered something to eat that still needs to be prepared. If you are in a hurry to catch your train, I would definitely skip Lebkov

The place looks like it hasn't been cleaned since it was created. The walls are dirty, there's a lot of dust, there's a coffee stain from the counter all the way to the floor. And it is advertised as a coworking space but it only had 1 outlet connection.

Bad service. Coffee orders closed at 7:22? And the restaurant closes at 8pm!??

The Lebkov cafe, conveniently located next to the central bus station, offers outstanding service and delicious sandwiches. The friendly staff ensures a pleasant experience, making it a great spot for a quick, tasty bite. Ideal for travelers and locals alike!

Dont expect to have early breakfast here. There's no point in opening at 6h if you're not ready to serve customers at 6h. There is nothing to eat - even the coffee machines still have to be turned on. The waitress was glad to see me walk right back out so she had time to start up her shop.

Unfriendly service. Outside on the terrace, the drinks had to be in a take-away cup, not very hospitable. I asked if this could be done in a mug, but this was not possible. I expected better coffee (cappuccino) based on all the reviews, but not special or strong. Also had hot chocolate. With real chocolate, but not very creamy.

Vandaag bestelde ik bij Lebkov & Sons locatie Stationsplein 50 te Rotterdam 2 broodjes BLT en 2 iced latte's. Tijdens mijn derde hap van mijn broodje voelde ik iets snijden in mijn lip, bleek een lange lichtgekleurde haar te zijn. Ik wilde de haar van mijn broodje afhalen, maar de haar zat zo goed vast dat de stukken brood er gewoon in de lucht aan bleven hangen. Dit vond ik zo ontzettend goor dat ik toch even het restaurant heb gebeld (vandaag om 11:05). En dat ging als volgt: De telefoon wordt opgenomen: Hallo? Ik zeg: Ja hallo, is dit Lebkov? Dame aan de lijn: Ja. Ik leg het verhaal uit, en dame haalt er een manager bij. Op de achtergrond hoor ik de dame zeggen: mevrouw heeft een haar op een van haar broodjes. En vervolgens een heer die zegt: ja, dat kan gebeuren. Vervolgens diezelfde heer aan de lijn. Hij zegt: Hallo? Ik zeg ja, hallo? Hij zegt: Ja? Ik zeg: spreek ik nu dan met een manager? Ja. Ik zeg: wilt u nu het verhaal van mij horen? Hij zegt: Ja, ik heb geen idee waar dit over gaat!!! Ik zeg: oh nee? Ik hoor u namelijk net op de achtergrond bespreken waar dit over gaat. Ik had een lange haar verwikkeld zitten in mijn brood, en vond het dusdanig goor dat ik dit toch even wilde melden. (Want een goed manager wil vast weten dat personeel met lange losse haren broodjes aan het bereiden is?) Hij zegt, dat is vervelend, kom je dan nu een nieuw broodje halen? Ik zeg: nee meneer, ik heb juist broodjes laten bezorgen omdat ik daar niet toe in gelegenheid ben. Daarom heb ik een melding gemaakt bij Uber Eats. Meneer zegt: Prima, dan krijg je daar vast geld van terug. Ik zeg: ik vind het ontzettend vreemd hoe u de telefoon op neemt. Hij zegt: Ja, ik heb het heel druk, ik heb een rij staan tot buiten. Ik zeg: dat is vervelend, maar dit is niet heel hygiënisch, en ik vind het raar dat u niet eens even de naam van de zaak noemt bij het opnemen. Meneer zegt: Wij zijn hier geen callcenter! Ik zeg: pardon? U bent geen callcenter? Ik mag toch verwachten dat u op hygiënische wijze mijn broodjes bereidt en dat u op een normale manier de telefoon opneemt? Meneer blaft mij af, dus ik vertel hem dat dit de laatste x Lebkov voor ons is en dat ik hem succes wens met de drukte. Ik kreeg een doei! En de verbinding werd verbroken. Ik ben geen onredelijk persoon, en had (mits ik normaal te woord was gestaan) nog best willen zeggen, dit kan een keer gebeuren, maar goed dat jullie er nu van op de hoogte zijn en extra kunnen opletten op het vastmaken van het haar in de keuken. Nog nóóit maar dan ook nóóit ben ik zo in- en in dieptriest asociaal te woord gestaan door iemand! Wat een onprofessionele gore rotzaak! Botte boer aan de lijn die zegt dat hij geen callcenter is omdat je hiervoor naar de zaak belt. En dat durft dan een boterham met bacon en lange haren te verkopen voor een tientje! Wij bestelden hier wel vaker, maar dit was de laatste keer.

Today I ordered 2 BLT sandwiches and 2 iced lattes here. During my third bite of my sandwich I felt something cut my lip, which turned out to be a long light-colored hair. I wanted to remove the hair from my sandwich, but the hair was stuck so tightly that the pieces of bread just stuck to it in the air. I thought this was so gross that I called the restaurant. And it went like this: The phone is answered: Hello? I say: Yes, hello, is this Lebkov? Lady on the phone: Yes. I explain the story, and the lady calls in a manager. In the background I hear the lady say: the lady has a hair on one of her buns. And then a gentleman who says: yes, that can happen. Then a man on the line. He says: Hello? I say yes, hello? He says: Yes? I say: do I speak to a manager now? Yes. I say: do you want to hear the story from me now? He says: Yeah, I have no idea what this is about!!! I say: oh no? I can just hear you discussing in the background what this is about. I had a long hair tangled in my bread, and I thought it was so gross that I wanted to report it. (Because a good manager probably wants to know that staff with long loose hair is preparing sandwiches?) He says, that's annoying, will you come and get a new sandwich now? I say: no sir, I just had sandwiches delivered because I don't have the opportunity to do so. That's why I reported it to Uber Eats. The gentleman says: Fine, then you will definitely get money back. I say: I find it very strange how you answer the phone. He says: Yes, I am very busy, I have a line outside. I say: that's annoying, but this is not very hygienic, and I find it strange that you don't even mention the name of the business when recording. Sir says: We are not a call center here! I say: excuse me? You are not a call center? Can I expect you to prepare my sandwiches hygienically and to answer the phone in a normal manner? The gentleman barks at me, so I tell him that this is the last x Lebkov for us and that I wish him good luck with the crowds. I got a bye! And the connection was broken. I am not an unreasonable person, and (if I had been spoken to normally) I would have liked to say that this can happen once in a while, but it is good that you are now aware of it and can pay extra attention to securing the hair in the kitchen. Never before have I been spoken to by someone in such a deeply and deeply antisocial way! What an unprofessional piece of crap! Rude farmer on the line who says he is not a call center because you call the company for this. And they dare to sell a sandwich with bacon and long hair for a tenner! Unfortunately, it is not possible to upload the video of the dangling bread, but at least a photo. We have ordered here before, but this was the last time.

Carrot loaf is NOT a carrot loaf! Coffee takes a maximum score of 4/10. Price is unjustified expensive! Toilet was not working.

They don’t even get your order without letting you wait for minutes

A true definition of "mid", the ham and cheese sandwitch had one piece of ham and a little bit of cheese. Ginger tea had a big chunks of ginger, so the tea had almost no ginger taste. And the sweets had almost no flavour. So apart from the beautiful place, the spot is like a station restaurant, not good but you get what you need in medium quality. Also the staff was better, but still messed up the order and needed to be corrected at the cashier desk.

Ridiculous! I've visited the place early in the morning for some early breakfast. Payed 10€ for a croissant and an Americano, and when I sat down, I asked the girl who brought the order to the table if I could buy some bottle of water. She volunteered to bring me a glass of tap water. After an hour, cause I sat there to read, I asked very, very kindly, for a second glass of tap water. The same girl denied, saying that to get a second glass of (no more than 200ml!!!) tap water, I have to buy some new stuff! I would have zero problem to buy some more, but I was planning to go, so buy some stuff just to get some water to drink? Moreover, I hadn't stayed there the whole day for Christ's Shake neither was the place full of people, to assume that she tells me that to leave or to get me to buy sth new in order not to keep my table crowded for no reason... This kind of service although perhaps applied with polite words, is the most impolite and the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard, anywhere in the world. These guys really need to re-evaluate the whole meaning of the word "hosting". Disgusted.

Most of the unfriendly staff, the boy who took the order didn't feel like it. The 5 of them were working and just chatting. Think maybe 1 lady who just worked hard. I got my tea and didn't even say anything, if you don't feel like working then find something in your life that gives you meaning, because serving customers with such energy is not a pleasant feeling and certainly not worth repeating. At one point customers walked away, I think that says it all.

One of the best coffee places in the area, but service is incredibly slow. I know employees should not be rushed by stress of customers, but this is way too much in my opinion- often waiting 10 minutes when there is only 1 or 2 persons before you in line. Especially since it’s a take out place for many people before catching a train… Nevertheless I keep coming back, since the coffee is really very good. And even though they are slow, employees are not unfriendly :)

One of the best places to sit and work in Rotterdam

This is a cute place with amazing coffee but I've never in my life seen people move so slow! Especially In the morning when people wait for their coffee to go to work. Zero mindfulness of who is waiting in line. The guy who took my order this morning was stopping in the middle of making a coffee to have a laughter which is all cute and nice until I am late for work because he has a bonding moment. Then he just smashed my cappuccino on the counter. Anyway one bad experience can cancel all the other nice experiences. Unfortunately this experience changed my view on this place.

Very good coffee! I am really sorry to say that the sandwiches are really overpriced. There are better ways of preparing sandwiches but these are toasties. And these get sold for 9,50 “spicy chicken”. 1 slice of chicken and just enough cheese to fill the sandwich and chili sauce to make it spicy. 9,50 i would expect vegetables everything. It made me so angry because the coffee was too good in comparison to the sandwich. Mixed feelings but I hope u improve:)

place to avoid. no service at all, availability of food did not correspond to the menu, fruit juices without any label or prepared on an unknown date, nothing else to drink. I had a toasts with ham and cheese... and I also found a super spicy mustard... and who has it required? at least be warned! I paid a lot and neither I nor my wife and son ate...

On Friday the 23rd of February in the morning I visited your Rotterdam location and ordered 1 x Oatmilk medium Latte macchiato 1 x Regular medium Latte Macchiato 2 x Medium Orange Juice 2 x Warm Ham & Cheese sandwiches 2 x Avocado sandwiches (We’re talking about 50 euros and that’s a lot of money for a student like me) After 14 minutes of waiting (I was told the sandwiches would take 6 minutes but since it was busy I figured it was taking longer) for my warm sandwiches my bus arrived and I asked if my two warm sandwiches could be checked upon as they had to be prepared fresh. The employee informed me that the kitchen did not check their tickets and did not see my order. I therefore had to settle for two cheese sandwiches, which were cold and not what I wanted. I had to come up with the solution as no solution was provided to me. I love your brand and the products. I even reached out to you via Instagram to explain the situation but I have never heard back from you. Needless to say, this has been a really disappointing experience.

One of the saddest and pricest sandwiches in the entire city I’ve ever buy. Not worth it at all.

The café is located opposite the station. The place is quite large, but the tables and benches are quite uncomfortable. For breakfast there isn't much choice, among other things I was served a croissant from the day before, at the same price, after waiting twenty minutes. The prices are decidedly high also considering that there is no table service.

It's such a good place for writing or working, but the food is sad and very pricey for what it is. Coffee is decent, but everything is self-service and the servers don't seem to like their jobs much 🙈... Might just be my bad luck though.

I called Lebkov on Thursday at 5 p.m. when I got someone called 'Marith' on the line. I called to ask if they were still looking for part-time people, and if so, where I could go to send my CV. I was immediately hung up on twice even though I introduced myself very nicely. Very strange way of communicating this girl and it makes me quite angry to be treated as if I were some annoying salesperson. Big kiss from me

A nice coffee shop that is a stone's throw from CS. With lots of light, plenty of seating/work places. The seating, order taking and toilets are wheelchair accessible.

Sells very tasty Tostis but does not have any sauce. A cardinal sin.

Great sandwich place! Always fresh. The coffee is great. The place is also spacious with decent seating. Can get very busy on weekdays between 12 and 13 so maybe best visit outside these hours.

A bit expensive, but that's to be expected given the proximity to the train station. But the store is a nice place to wait for your train.

Uncomfortable benches, my matcha latte tasted odd and I received my drink in a paper cup (?). It wasn’t even to go, they said itself because they don’t have regular large cups. I just think that’s weird and wasteful.

De koffie is erg lekker. Personeel lijkt de laatste maanden niet vooruit te branden. Zelfs zonder wachtenden voor je, duurt het gerust 5 minuten voor je een bestelling kunt plaatsen. Personeel komt ongemotiveerd over. Ik haal voortaan mijn koffie ergens anders.

Personeel zegt geen gedag bij binnnekomst en werkt traag.
