A cozy restaurant on the boulevard with friendly staff. The food is always delicious, and our dog is welcome too.

Beautiful location and decor, and delicious food. But the service was minimal. It took a very long time for them to take our order. Then it took even longer for us to get a sandwich. After over an hour, they came back to ask if they could prepare our main course because we hadn't finished all our bread (8 rolls for two people is quite a lot). We had to call someone ourselves when we ran out of drinks. Dessert was also a strange experience. I asked for the dessert menu, my brother for coffee. And then the coffee arrived at the same time as the dessert menu, and my dessert finally arrived over half an hour later. A strange turn of events. The food itself was fine, but I wouldn't go back because of the wait times and the way things were done.

Great location, great service... Quality!

I made a reservation for my birthday with friends and family for 13 people. Even after some changes to the reservation, I was politely answered by phone. Neat tables, fast, attentive, and friendly service, even the coasters were placed correctly. The food arrived quickly, perfectly on time (not too late, not too early), and looked fantastic. Even a frikandel (!) I ordered looked beautiful. The meat was perfectly cooked; rare is raw but still warm, medium is slightly pink but not dry, which doesn't happen often in a restaurant. A double "happy birthday" (I was just using the restroom at the first one!) was nicely resolved. Delicious desserts. In short: highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

Highly recommended! Despite the young staff, you can tell they've put a lot of effort into training them. The welcome and service were fantastic! The food was beautifully presented and delicious. After our appetizer, we were asked if the kitchen could start preparing our main course or if we'd rather wait a bit longer. In other words, a very relaxed meal.

Delicious food, generous portions. Comfortable chairs, plenty of space. When I returned an hour later and wanted to use the restroom, I was initially denied permission. When I told them we'd had lunch there, they agreed.

We were there two days in a row while in Harderwijk. Everything was perfect, from staff to food. We ate chicken satay (which I highly recommend) and their steak grilled on green egg. Steak was tender and perfectly grilled to our liking. Waiters and all personnel were extremely professional, polite and approachable. General atmosphere was very pleasant. Nice view, discreet music from Sonos ERA300 speakers, comfortable seating and restaurant acoustics is very pleasant as well.

We've now enjoyed eating here about 10 times. The food is always good, and the service is perfect! What we especially appreciate: they always ask if they can start the main course; no rushing, no stress... just dining as it should be. As a foodie, you often enter a restaurant with preconceived notions. It's a trendy and sleek place, but here everything is just right. The service is exceptionally pleasant, the carpaccio is just as it should be with real cheese and pine nuts, and the meat from the Green Egg had a fantastic flavor. Absolutely recommended!

A delightful restaurant and brasserie located on the Harderwijk coastline, with both indoor and outdoor seating, you could spend the whole day here enjoying yourself. We had the buttered garlic mushroom and shrimp cocktail as appetizers. Both the mushrooms and shrimp cocktail were delicious, and the plates were finished off immediately with a cold beer. The shrimp, especially the slightly sweet and spicy sauce that came with them, went very well.👌🏻 For our main course, we had cod, a type of fish found in our seas. The boneless cod filleted and cooked to perfection, retaining its juices. The grilled vegetables, sauce, and shrimp on the plate made for a truly delightful dish, both visually and emotionally pleasing.🐟 If you ever find yourself in Harderwijk, LEF & CO has stuck with me as a delightful place that I highly recommend.

Very unfriendly and you feel completely unwelcome. We planned to eat something but first ordered a drink because it was still early. We were given the look that this wasn't really the intention. Using the restroom was absolutely unacceptable. I was told to use the public restroom after being thoroughly examined by the owner (who wasn't wearing a fancy dress that day, but a standard summer dress, which wasn't inappropriate at all). When I indicated I wanted to sit on the terrace, I was let in, but... When I returned, the owner made a very condescending remark with an undertone. Ultimately, I decided not to eat there. If that's how you treat your guests... I've been once, but never again!!!!

We dined here with friends on Sunday, July 20th, and everything was delicious and beautifully presented. What struck us most was the hospitality of the staff. They truly care about their guests and make you feel more than welcome. Highly recommended for lunch or dinner. We're going back for dinner with family this Saturday.

A day in Harderwijk. After settling into the lovely chairs at the edge of the terrace around 3 p.m., it took a while before we could order our proseccos, but they arrived quickly, and from that moment on, we had the staff's undivided attention. We actually wanted to eat somewhere in Harderwijk that evening, but those places were already fully booked. After browsing the menu and reading the reviews, we decided to eat here after our further tour of Harderwijk. Reservations were taken on the terrace – all set. In the evening, the staff immediately acknowledged us with "you're back 😃" and we were seated on the outdoor terrace. Attentive service, service with a smile, timely check-in to make sure everything was to our liking, even when I returned from the restroom to a staff member who hadn't yet been to our table. In short: hospitality is paramount here. The two of us ordered three appetizers to share – all three were excellent, with the Gamba Gratin being the standout in terms of flavor. For the main course, I had rack of lamb and mussels—both dishes served with fries—and finished with a sorbet—simply delicious. Highly recommended.

Very nice and good restaurant, we had mussels but a lot of them were not cooked, sent back to the kitchen, the pan was returned mussels were cooked, only half the pan was filled and not as it should have been the whole pan was filled, very unfortunate but the taste was delicious.

On a beautiful, sunny, warm evening in July 2025, we sat down for dinner here. It was lovely outside on the terrace with sunny and shady spots. The service was friendly. For our starters, we had carpaccio, salmon, mushrooms, and steak tartare. Everything had been carefully prepared. It looked neat, but above all, it all tasted delicious. The carpaccio could have used a little less pesto (but that's a personal preference). For our main course, we had mussels, chicken satay, steak, and flat iron, accompanied by delicious fries. Nothing to complain about here either, and only well-prepared and high-quality ingredients were used. Finally, we had coffee and cappuccino. Delicious coffee from Peeze. This restaurant is highly recommended. Booking in advance is advisable. One point of criticism: we ordered extra peanut sauce with the chicken because it didn't have much on it, and we were charged for this extra sauce. That would have been a welcome addition.

We had a delicious meal of mussels. Enjoyed a nice homely atmosphere. Service knows how it works, friendly, cheerful and interested. I will definitely come back, even if I have to drive half an hour.

Nice restaurant. Good food and very friendly staff. We were placed outside in the full sun (32 degrees) by the chef. When we asked for a shaded table we were allowed to move a spot, but everything else was reserved. Halfway through the evening when nothing was added, several tables were rebuilt and we had to ask twice for a shaded table before we could move. This was a shame. Service could have been better at this point by the person in question. Furthermore, we had a nice meal and the staff who served at your table did their job very well.

Strange place. Enjoying a drink and then being pushed to order dinner. You are asked several times if you want to dine already. Not smart because we felt anything but welcome and after paying a not so childish bill for drinks we went to Monopole for a nice meal where you are always welcome, regardless of what you order. Too bad Lef&Co, working based on nothing but money and fear is disastrous for your place.

This is a beautiful restaurant with a great location by the harbour. The service was very prompt and attentive! Unfortunately, I felt the food was not good. My guinea fowl was very tough and a little bland. My friend’s satay chicken, which was cooked better, had a sauce so thick it was overpowering the meat. Given the prices of the menu here (on the higher end for Harderwijk) I wish we were more impressed by the food.

Great food. Steak tartare and steak Lef en Co are highly recommended. Service was spontaneous, especially Do (without Lef en Co jacket) and Jelle were great. And there was also something with Abel # Abel prepares the jackets for us. Size XL.

Ate on February 23 and enjoyed it immensely. So nice that my anxiety disorder and the request for a table by the window were taken into account. Besides the fact that the food was not normally tasty and it looks like a work of art, I would especially like to compliment the service, a young team who really run their legs out from under their bodies... are very polite and do everything to make you happy. In short, highly recommended.. we will definitely come back.

Delicious food, soup for starters and steak for the wife and I had a piece of cod. Perfectly prepared and served. Worthy of at least 2 stars for the Michelin guide. Not quantity but quality is of paramount importance, we visited with great satisfaction and we will return here again.

It is a beautiful place in a beautiful location. It is located on the beach of Harderwijk and runs along the city walls. It is tasty but unfortunately pricey! For a snack board with bread, dip, piece of shrimp and chicken and more you pay P12.50. I think a lot of money. Furthermore, the service is very nice and polite. I would recommend it!

Nice meal. They are not childish with the portions. Delicious bread for starters, tasty fries. The redfish was delicious, but could have been a little less generous with the oil on the plate. Tip for the hamburger: ask the customer how the burger should be cooked. We had to send it back for some extra time on the grill. Too red for our taste. Also to taste.

Lovely terrace and delicious food. Apple pie that we ordered from the menu (no longer available, but this was not mentioned) and was replaced by a very small piece of apple strudel with a small dollop of whipped cream that would cost €12.5. The friendly lady behind the counter corrected the waiter's mistake after all 😀

Nice food and nice place but we won't be back. Although the place is beautiful and the restaurant looks beautiful and attractive on the inside, we were “sent away” without any decency. We had reserved online in advance from 5:00 PM. We were still having our desert and a cup of tea/coffee and then we were told that the table was ours until 7:15 PM... this was not stated in the reservation and was not told to us upon arrival. But the waitress had received an order from higher up and was actually tongue-tied to announce to us that it was now time to go. Whether we can settle now... This absurd and abrupt moment has ensured that we will not return... Too bad because the food was good and so was the service!
