NO Nothing's happening, and no waiter is taking orders. If this were authentic Dutch, I'd be worried about the Dutch hospitality industry.

I don't know what this entrepreneur was thinking, but it was awful. The fries were floating in salt, the pancakes you pay €4.50 for come from a microwaveable package containing about eight, bought at the supermarket for a few euros, and they charge €4.50 for them (outrageous). To make matters worse, I also ended up in the race for a healthy sandwich that also costs €7.50. In short, a deeply sad story! We won't be back!

A good place to grab a bite to eat while shopping. They offer sandwiches, etc. The prices aren't cheap, but they're reasonable compared to other restaurants around here. Sitting outside is nicer (weather permitting), while the atmosphere inside is more like a cafeteria.

I came to Dutch Originals for the first time and the customer service leaves a lot to be desired among the girls who have been working there for some time. There was a Dutch girl with a brown tail who is very judgmental and looks for no reason, if you ask a question about the food she looks at you very strangely for no reason. It's bizarre, while these are normal questions for dining establishments. The food is also not preheated, if you want to eat something and they are already open, you have to wait another 30 minutes for a simple fries. Very strange, are you so lazy to prepare before opening time? The fries also seemed like supermarket quality and it was just store-bought sauce. Very bizarre, at least make your own fries or sauce. This way, anyone can start a business, just get stuff from the supermarket and then charge three times as much for it.

A gem among all the major stores and restaurants! The 12-uurtje is highly recommended, as is the smoked sausage sandwich.

Definitely not again next time! The coffee was mediocre, the stroopwafel latte was hard to find except for a few crumbs as a topping. But then the service, I thought it would be a nice day out, but it started off with quite a damper. After a long car ride I had to pump (this can be done with a wireless pump without anyone doing it). After this I asked if there was a possibility to clean my things, rinse with cold and warm water. The wait staff had to discuss this with us, they were already talking with the tray in front of our mouths so that we could not see what was being said and the whole time they looked at us with a not exactly friendly look. This did not give a good feeling. The lady in question came back and told me that I should go to the public toilet because they only had cold water in the shop. I indicated that this is not really an option due to hygiene, I got an arrogant look and I had to deal with that. So I said that I find this anything but customer friendly and we paid and left. But none of the staff could have had a good day.

Bad, bread carpaccio at 9 euros is so poor that you have to look for the carpaccio. I've never had such a meager sandwich before. Tea stands for 3.35 with an image of a jar, but unfortunately a glass mug with a bag of pickwick tea. The sausage roll was also very pale and could have had more color in the oven for a little longer. And we doubt whether the orange juice was really fresh. In short, a lot of money for the 'quality'...

3 tables occupied on the terrace, waiting half an hour and no order yet taken, while the waitress was walking back and forth. More than 3 tables have left. I will never sit here again!!!

Waited 15 minutes then left, had no service. Employees were clearing tables, but they didn't help!

We left the restaurant without ordering. After waiting fifteen minutes, my wife asked if we could order but was turned away. When 2 more tables were served with people who had just arrived, we left. I think we sat there for almost half an hour. There are plenty of staff, but without checking the tent.

Voor ons bezoek aan museum Batavialand hebben we na een flinke autorit hier een kopje koffie gedronken met een lekker stukje appeltaart erbij. Het is een keurig ingerichte zaak met vriendelijk personeel. Ervoor is een gezellig terras. Omdat het vrijdagochtend was, was het er nog niet druk.

Die Bedienung hat ca 25 Minuten gebraucht, um unsere Bestellung aufzunehmen. Nachdem das Essen ca. 20 Minuten kam, hat die Kellnerin das ganze Essen EINER Person vor die Nase gesetzt. Da das Essen trotz Allem gut war gibt es 3 Sterne.

We loved the place and the service. The Salted caramel Mocha was delicious. The crispy chicken sandwich was good. I really like the bread which was crunchy and soft. The service was great.

heerlijk gegeten, het personeel is heel gezellig en gastvrij. het eten was er snel, en mijn koffie ook (wat tevens heerlijke koffie was). erg leuk dat ze elke maand een andere special hebben. niet alleen voor de koffie maar ook met een broodje. in deze tijd, ook zeker niet duur! het personeel doet veel moeite voor de klant en gaat snel te werk. het was erg druk, dus waarschijnlijk ben ik niet de enige die er zo over denkt! een superleuke tent om is een x een kijkje te nemen.

Heb hier echt heerlijk gegeten en ik heb coeliakie en de bediening (Jeroen Nikki stephanie) waren echt hier heel attend mee. Kan het 100% aanraden!

Vriendelijk personeel schone zaak.

Laten we zegen een lokatie in een outletcenter, daar verwacht je niet veel van en is ook niet veel. Jammer want de Vermaat groep heeft op diverse ziekenhuis lokaties veel gezelliger en smakelijkere formules.

Lekker eten en lieve personeel!

Een bijzondere tent. De bestelling werd opgenomen en het duurde wel lang voor dat onze drankjes kwamen. Het eten wat wij besteld hadden duurde nog veel langer. In die tijd dat wij op ons eten aan het wachten waren hebben wij zeker drie stellen gezien die binnen kwamen gingen zitten en wachten tot dat ze de bestelling op kwamen nemen. Dit duurde zo lang dat hun weer gingen. Wij hebben op het gegeven moment het personeel maar even aangegeven dat er nog een stelletje al zeker 20 minuten zat die ze nog niet eens geholpen hadden. Het is dat wij onze drankjes al hadden anders waren wij ook opgestapt. Daarnaast heb ik mij kapot geërgerd aan het personeel wat achter de counter aan het werk zou moeten zijn. Er stond een heer en een dame achter en het leek wel een verliefd stelletje. Tevens was de heer achter de counter meer druk met zijn telefoon dan zijn werk. In plaats van dat hij met zijn telefoon bezig was had hij de prullenbakken in de toilet ook wel kunnen legen. Op het eten was niks aan te merken. Kortom voor ons geen tweede keer.

Geen fan van het concept. De uitstraling binnen is koud en niet gezellig zitten. Fel licht, koude kleuren/materialen in de aankleding. Qua menu aanbod doet het meer denken aan een snackbar dan een koffie/lunchzaak. Tijdens de hele duur van mijn bezoek was ik er de enige klant wat uiteraard niet bijdraagt aan een gezellige sfeer. De kwaliteit van het eten en het personeel heeft in deze beoordeling de sterren verdiend: steeds erg vriendelijk, kundig en attent personeel die je van lekker eten/koffie voorzien.

zeer slechte service. Geen personeelstekort maar juist relatief veel personeel. Ze hebben alleen geen idee wat ze aan het doen zijn, staan met elkaar te kletsen terwijl verschillende klanten nog hun bestelling moeten doorgeven, simpele bestellingen duren tijden voordat het geserveerd wordt... Heel slecht dit.

Wie ein verzehrbarer Suveniershop. Nur "typisch niederländische" Gerichte. War recht lecker. Hätte auch flair gehabt, aber es war super laut, da die Küchentür permanent offen stand, musste die Musik Lauf gedreht werden, worauf hin sich die Gäste laut umzerhalten mussten. Hatte etwas von Kantine. Eher nicht nochmal.

Ziet er leuk uit en prima voor mensen die geen dieetwensen hebben. Ze hebben alleen overal staan dat dieetwensen geen probleem zijn. Maar pas na onze bestelling (met 8 personen, waarvan 1 een glutenvrij dieet moet volgen) kwamen ze na tien minuten vertellen dat ze niks glutenvrij hadden. Bij navraag of ze niet iets kunnen bedenken, al is het vers fruit, kwam een heel bot en snel antwoord ‘nee’. Ze probeerden totaal niet mee te denken. En waren met betalen ook totaal niet schappelijk. Heb er spijt van dat we niet zijn opgestaan en weg zijn gelopen.

Klein hapje gegeten, een nadeel we moesten heel lang wachten voor een broodje en een salade. Dus geen tweede keer
