I always come here whenever I'm craving Kapsalon or a pizza; I never have to wait long and the staff are very nice.

That bald cook makes really tasty food.

Ordered pizza for the umpteenth time; you think it’s just a pizza, but surely things can’t always go wrong, right? This is supposed to be a veggie pizza, but where are the vegetables? On one slice, a bunch of bell peppers and some black olives!? A waste of money if you expect value here! This is really a shame, especially since the dishes are tasty, but they really need to make the effort to prepare them the way they should be!

I ordered a Turkish pizza from you, but I am very disappointed. There was far too much sauce and salad on it, and the Turkish pizza was folded and packaged so poorly that when unpacking, all the sauce ended up on my sick father's shirt. That is very annoying and could have been prevented if the order had been folded and packaged properly. I hope you will do something about this and would like to hear how you intend to resolve this.

First and last time there is no respect for the customer here

The food, sorry, was really terrible, sorry, the food was too salty, the fries weren't fresh, and the doner was really just the leftovers, you could really taste it. Too small, not warm, the lettuce was also the leftovers, didn't taste any garlic sauce, and I didn't see or taste the cheese either. I think it's a real shame. One container was 11.25 euros and I got 5.

Very disappointing experience. I placed my order at 23:33 and at 01:08 I still had not received it. The estimated delivery time had already passed, and there was no useful information about the delay. What makes this even more frustrating is that my order contained only drinks. There was almost nothing to prepare, yet I still waited over 90 minutes without receiving my order. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I even went to the restaurant myself and was told that the courier had already left with my order. Despite that, the order still did not arrive. Waiting more than an hour for a simple order is unacceptable. Poor communication, poor service and a very frustrating customer experience. I will think twice before ordering from this restaurant again.

If you want to eat quickly and want your order delivered properly, you shouldn't order here on busy days! This is also questionable on a normal weekday.... They are then brought later (causing someone else's food to get cold or the person waiting to eat alone), or you can choose to have it added next time (this isn't convenient either if you order for 6 people and there's nothing included for one person). This is, of course, very unfortunate if you want to show off the delicious pizza restaurants in the area.... :/ Normally, I would think: okay, once can happen, twice can happen too.... after the 3rd time it goes wrong, you go there yourself to pick it up because you don't want it to happen again, but when you are busy and tired, you choose to have it delivered anyway, and then it goes wrong again.... So yes, I am writing about it now; it is certainly the 6th time the order has gone wrong. At the door, they indicate that it is busy, which means the order is incomplete and has to be delivered later, and they aren't open tomorrow, so sorry... That is of little use to you. Then you open your order and it's wrong again.... That really dampens the mood, so you call. And one item just wasn't what anyone liked at all.... The answer is: we'll make it right next time.... I just made a sandwich.... It's not cheap at all, and if you want to watch your pennies, you're better off getting takeout and ordering at the counter. Because the food is generally very tasty, but ordering is simply extremely disappointing in terms of quality. Just like the communication when something is wrong.

Do not try to order food from this hell. 2 hours of waiting for pizza (we been 2km distance) when delivery guy bring the food, he just left it on the place, and walk away. At the same time a was on the phone with them, and they was saying that food on the way. When Food actually was somewhere on the place, cold. Service it’s incredibly horrible, feels like I’m the service and they the guest. When I called them for the last time, to explain the problem, he said “I’m Busy chao bye.” Crazy

I ordered here for the first time, but it will also be the last time! The pizzas were delivered ice cold. I called them to tell them the food was cold. He replied, "Ma'am, it's cold outside too!" Whenever Ahmed is baking pizzas, it's always good. The staff behind the counter are generally friendly. Delivery seems to be a bit of a letdown, but I always order takeout. At least your food is always hot and fresh. 👌🏻

For the 10th time I ordered a drink and received a different drink than what I ordered. The food arrived cold. The pizza was completely stiff and hard. I ordered a doner sandwich and received a sandwich with vegetables and a bite of doner meat, even though I ordered a doner sandwich and didn't specify that I wanted vegetables or salad on it, and yet that's what I got. When I called the store, I got a very rude asylum seeker on the phone with a very big mouth who said it was my own problem and that I had to sort it out. I should have said that I didn't want a salad, even though I ordered a doner sandwich and not a doner sandwich with salad. The quality and customer base of this store has seriously deteriorated over time and is certainly no longer what it used to be. I definitely recommend you not to order from here, a waste of money, yuck, yuck.

I ordered from Lezzet Vlaardingen for the second time and again received no cutlery, even though I'd clearly indicated I was in the car and they should have taken that into account. After calling, I received a ridiculous response: "We can't do anything, you didn't actually ask for cutlery." Seriously? This is called basic service. If you treat customers like this, you don't deserve a repeat visit.

I’m on holiday here in Rotterdam and i made a mistake as to which door was my house. I accidentally wrote the address of the neighbour across the street. The delivery guy called me angrily and told me to come down because he had been knocking for 5 minutes (which isn’t a lot btw). When i opened the door and apologised, he immediatly walked up to me and put his phone in my face saying « SEE, YOU DIDN’T PUT THE RIGHT DOOR. YOUR ORDER IS AT THE OTHER DOOR». When i went there, i found my order hanging on the doorknob. Also, i couldn’t know he had been waiting because he didn’t confirm the delivery. On my phone, it still says he is on his way. I’m very disappointed for my first day in Rotterdam.

Typically, you're halfway through your doner sandwich. Lots of asking and little giving. They're expensive. In the Westwijk district, you get two days' worth of food for that price. This is a lousy place.

What a mess. Cooled down Turkish pizza. Paid for extra container of sambal, not delivered. Paid for extra container of garlic sauce, not delivered. First time and the last time, I ordered grilled chicken for €19.99 and thought it was with salad and rice, but when I saw the chicken I was really not satisfied, it was old and very small, it looked like a pigeon. And by the way, natural pizza was nothing short of stingy for a few tomatoes and lettuce. My go-to to order. Super tasty large (and cheap) pizzas, and the hair salon is always good here. Crispy fries and lots of meat. Its super fast 9 times out of 10, I also live quite close but still, usually 20-30 minutes.

1 big drama, customer friendliness is hard to find

Never received food, always put it in my order, call my number when you get there. Have 0 missed calls, haven't received any food and have an unfriendly guy on the phone. Order via uber. Mixed grill that is not fresh, the kofte or kebab comes from the freezer, you immediately notice it in the shape, color and texture.
