Whenever Ahmed is baking pizzas, it's always good. The staff behind the counter are generally friendly. Delivery seems to be a bit of a letdown, but I always order takeout. At least your food is always hot and fresh. 👌🏻

Ordered pizza at 11, delivered at 11:30, pizza was tasty, not greasy, nice and crispy (4 cheeses) with some toppings, I'm satisfied 👌🏻

For the 10th time I ordered a drink and received a different drink than what I ordered. The food arrived cold. The pizza was completely stiff and hard. I ordered a doner sandwich and received a sandwich with vegetables and a bite of doner meat, even though I ordered a doner sandwich and didn't specify that I wanted vegetables or salad on it, and yet that's what I got. When I called the store, I got a very rude asylum seeker on the phone with a very big mouth who said it was my own problem and that I had to sort it out. I should have said that I didn't want a salad, even though I ordered a doner sandwich and not a doner sandwich with salad. The quality and customer base of this store has seriously deteriorated over time and is certainly no longer what it used to be. I definitely recommend you not to order from here, a waste of money, yuck, yuck.

I ordered from Lezzet Vlaardingen for the second time and again received no cutlery, even though I'd clearly indicated I was in the car and they should have taken that into account. After calling, I received a ridiculous response: "We can't do anything, you didn't actually ask for cutlery." Seriously? This is called basic service. If you treat customers like this, you don't deserve a repeat visit.

Terribly poor service and childish staff who have absolutely no respect for customers. Unfriendly, arrogant, and just plain antisocial behavior on the phone. The food was inedible and arrived incredibly cold!!! I've definitely been to two or three other places before. Outrageous! I'll never order from here again!

WORTHLESS!!! I ordered food, and it didn't arrive for an hour, and by then everything was cold. When I called to report this, I was met with rudeness. Instead of an apology, I was met with comments like, "What do you want?" and "What should I do?" Absolutely OUTRAGEOUS behavior. Bad service, cold food, and absolutely no respect for customers. I’m on holiday here in Rotterdam and i made a mistake as to which door was my house. I accidentally wrote the address of the neighbour across the street. The delivery guy called me angrily and told me to come down because he had been knocking for 5 minutes (which isn’t a lot btw). When i opened the door and apologised, he immediatly walked up to me and put his phone in my face saying « SEE, YOU DIDN’T PUT THE RIGHT DOOR. YOUR ORDER IS AT THE OTHER DOOR». When i went there, i found my order hanging on the doorknob. Also, i couldn’t know he had been waiting because he didn’t confirm the delivery. On my phone, it still says he is on his way. I’m very disappointed for my first day in Rotterdam.

Typically, you're halfway through your doner sandwich. Lots of asking and little giving. They're expensive. In the Westwijk district, you get two days' worth of food for that price. This is a lousy place.

I've ordered food several times, and there's always something wrong. Every time I call to ask what's missing or wrong, they say, "Next time..." What a mess. Cooled down Turkish pizza. Paid for extra container of sambal, not delivered. Paid for extra container of garlic sauce, not delivered. Extra cheese on the Turkish pizza, there isn't even cheese on it man. Luckily they added a half tough dry cooled down pistolet with a very empty container with caked on aioli sauce. Unbelievable, you guys have really changed man. Never again. Stingy Dutchmen.

Turkish pizza was black on the outside and looked like cardboard…. The minced meat on the inside was full of fat and the sauce squirted out at the bottom…

Food ordered at 7.15pm did not arrive until 8.30pm. Called after an hour to find out where the food was. Operator indicated that the delivery person was on his way. Called again after 20 minutes, same story. Finally, I called the last time to cancel and then the food suddenly almost arrived.

After asking for extra vegetables on Turkish pizza. Totally delicious! Finally someone who clearly does extra vegetables. So that was nice. We were asked if we wanted sambal/garlic sauce. We said yes. Unfortunately, almost no/hardly any sauce on it. I also thought the food was good.

First time and the last time, I ordered grilled chicken for €19.99 and thought it was with salad and rice, but when I saw the chicken I was really not satisfied, it was old and very small, it looked like a pigeon. And by the way, natural pizza was nothing short of stingy for a few tomatoes and lettuce. Worst pasta I've ever eaten! This is supposed to represent pasta with chicken and cream sauce, no cream sauce? Dry pasta without sauce and without cheese. Just boiled pasta with some shawarma and mushroom pieces in it.

I was politely called to ask if it could be delivered earlier and indicated that it was possible, then checked where the food was and it turned out that I had given the wrong house number. New permanent place for us. The pizza bolognese is not normally tasty. Dough is well prepared, the toppings are just right (I do take double bolognese sauce every time, but that is my own preference). You can also order in advance for Iftar and collect it on time

My go-to to order. Super tasty large (and cheap) pizzas, and the hair salon is always good here. Crispy fries and lots of meat. Its super fast 9 times out of 10, I also live quite close but still, usually 20-30 minutes.

1 big drama, customer friendliness is hard to find

Never received food, always put it in my order, call my number when you get there. Have 0 missed calls, haven't received any food and have an unfriendly guy on the phone. But on the other hand, I do get a discount on my next order, boohoo. Can't even get the money back, unbelievable, never experienced that before.

Order via uber. Mixed grill that is not fresh, the kofte or kebab comes from the freezer, you immediately notice it in the shape, color and texture. Everything about the food is lifeless. Fries are limp and tasteless. Kapsalon is not fresh, the lettuce on it is brownish and visibly old, the meat is indefinable with a sweet aftertaste. I don't know what kind of meat it's supposed to represent. Too bad but not recommended.
