Little Asia Voorburg in Bovenveen

We go to Little Asia often, and this time we had a reservation for Christmas Eve at 4 p.m....we literally waited an hour and 10 minutes for our food...which is absolutely ridiculous! Other people also waited too long, and even the order from the other table was wrong, and they even got their food before we did, who had been waiting since 4 p.m.! At Little Asia, I waited this long for the first time, and it turned out that, according to Little Asia, home delivery has priority over guests waiting in the restaurant. It's truly appalling, and we didn't even get a discount because we waited an hour and 10 minutes for our food—no apology or other options. They've lost one loyal customer...we won't be going there again!!!

We went for the first time on Saturday, and it was quite full (luckily we had a reservation). The food was ready fairly quickly, tasted amazing, and the staff was friendly and approachable. The only downside was that it was a bit cold in the restaurant.

Ate here for the first time. It was very disappointing on Sunday evening. Disappointed with the food. The stuffed tofu was very dry and the sauce was very thick, the dish had no flavor. The mixed vegetables looked good but were also flavorless. The rice was also bland and very grainy. It was a good idea that there was a children's movie on TV, but our child was distracted from eating. The staff did their best to bring everything as quickly as possible. Parking in front was free and no problem for our small car. I read here that the food used to be good, and I hope they'll cook at that level again, but I won't be back.

We have been regular customers at this restaurant, visiting about 11 times in the past three months. Unfortunately, we have consistently noticed that the staff are unfriendly. Today, one staff member was openly discussing us with other customers, which was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. While we initially enjoyed the food, the poor service has made the overall experience unpleasant. As a paying customer, I expect a welcoming environment, not one where I feel unwelcome or talked about. Sadly, I won’t be returning.

The food tastes awful now. Maybe they've changed chefs. It's a shame, because the food used to be Katonese Chinese, and that was delicious! Now I'm off to The Hague again.

Unfortunately, our experience at Little Asia in Voorburg was particularly disappointing. It started with the long wait: we had to wait 55 minutes for our food. When we said something about this, we got a standard excuse that it was ‘busy’, while the restaurant was not particularly full in our opinion. To our surprise, other tables that came in later did get their food earlier. The food itself was not very good: tasteless and certainly not good value for money. What made it even more unpleasant was the attitude of the staff. Unfriendly, hardly speaking Dutch and at times downright shouty. There was absolutely no sense of hospitality or service. In any case, we will not be coming back here and would not recommend it to others either.

Delicious fresh food. Friendly people who serve you well and also very fast. Atmosphere you don't pay attention at all because of the delicious food.

You smell the toilet spray and all the odors from the toilet while you are eating 😷 and when you ask for something or indicate something there is an angry aunt/grandma 🤣

Walgelijk! The delivery guy (from the restaurant itself) farted on our food as he rang our doorbell!

The guy farted on our food. Absolutely disgusting! We had ordered home delivery via thuisbezorgd and it’s always the same guy who delivers but this time he took it upon himself to fart on our food. Walgelijk!

Unfriendly Staff!!! ( old lady ) I have been a regular customer at this restaurant, visiting 11 times in the past three months. However, I was extremely disappointed with the service during my recent visit. One of the staff members ( The old lady), made a big fuss over serving a spoon of chili paste for our leftover takeaway box. This left a poor impression regarding how the restaurant values its customers—especially loyal ones. Unfortunately, this experience reflected the worst customer service I’ve encountered.

The food is really good, the service is fast and the place is cozy. I recommend it.

I paid 30 euros and she said I only gave her 15?? If we paid too little, how can you even deliver food? By the way, the food is cold and very bad! You deserve an NVWA inspection!

Great food. Top quality and great service

I used to enjoy coming to Little Asia. Now the prices are out of proportion to the portion size. In the past, you could share a dish with two people and it was affordable. No wonder they halved the portions and raised the prices. Unfortunately, the taste has also deteriorated. I don't come here anymore.

My wife and I had a delicious meal, everything was served hot. Ordered Tjauw mein with cha chieuw, lots of meat and good taste. My wife really liked the roast duck. Recommended

Toilet is terribly dirty and the trash can is rotting It stinks all the way to the tables. There are only 2 toilets, how difficult is that to clean.

Six people came in, all sitting at the round table. Food was perfect. There was a Chinese group behind us... a good sign...

Yesterday I got shrimp tjap tjoy, among other things. Only filled with 1 piece of broccoli, 2 pieces of carrots, 2 pieces of mushrooms and 3/4 with pak choi for €21. No further flavour. Picking up 2 containers of Chinese food has never made such a hole in my takeaway budget before. Unfortunately, the tasty, affordable Chinese food is no longer available. 😒. BTW, the nasi was tasty. I could use a little less fat. No more Chinese food for me for the time being....

Food here is delicious. Enough choice

Helaas moet ik zeggen dat mijn recente ervaring bij Little Asia teleurstellend was. Ik had verschillende gerechten besteld, maar geen van hen voldeed aan mijn verwachtingen. De mais soep en hot & sour soep misten beide smaak en waren te waterig. Het was teleurstellend dat zelfs de basissoepen niet goed waren bereid. Het vlees in de gerechten liet ook veel te wensen over. Zowel de Char sieuw als het babi spek waren smaakloos. Ik had op zijn minst gehoopt dat het babi spek een krokante en zoute korst zou hebben, maar helaas ontbrak dit ook. De Mihoen met kip was een ander dieptepunt. Het leek erop dat het gerecht slecht was gewokt en het resultaat was verre van bevredigend. Het enige lichtpuntje was de garnalen loempia, die wel lekker was. Wat me ook opviel, was dat de kwaliteit van het restaurant is afgenomen in vergelijking met de vorige generatie Little Asia bij Scheveningen, die ik altijd als veel beter heb ervaren. Helaas heeft de nieuwe generatie het niet waar weten te maken. Na deze teleurstellende ervaring ben ik niet van plan om terug te keren naar dit restaurant, en ik zal ook geen positieve mond-tot-mond reclame meer maken. Ik hoop dat Little Asia in de toekomst de kwaliteit van hun gerechten kan verbeteren en weer de geweldige plek wordt die het ooit was. Tot die tijd kan ik het niet aanbevelen aan anderen.

Eten was lekker maar helaas moesten we 1 uur wachten. Tafel plakte en was niet echt gezellig ingericht. Ik zou lekker vanaf huis bestellen maar niet hier op locatie gaan eten.

Wat een kwaliteit wederom,geweldig!Ik eet hier regelmatig en onlangs mijn verjaardag met een etentje en een paar vrienden bij Little Asia gevierd.Sommige waren hier voor het eerst en zijn nu ook onder de indruk van het eten,de vriendelijke bediening en gemoedelijke sfeer.

2 uur gewacht voor koud eten. Alles gefrituurd en vettig. Harde rijst. Clearly catered to western take out tastes and not authentic.

So tasty duck! But I prefer to eat this with pancakes. Will be good to have this extra in your restaurant. I didn’t find in delivery this option. Also with duck will be good to have a hoi sin sauce instead of soya sauce. Spring rolls are big and delicious as well! Order will be with me after 40 min in Voorburg, perfect! Driver was nice 😊 thank you .

Eten is altijd goed en lekker. Haal regelmatig af en het stelt nooit teleur. Zeker een aanrader! Je zal niet teleur gesteld worden.

Chapeau voor dit restaurant. Wat een geweldige ambiance. Hier kom ik zeker nog een keer terug!

Blij om ook authentieke Chinese smaak te vinden in Voorburg. Wij hebben meermaals bij Little Asia afgehaald. Puur vanwege de Peking eend, die is namelijk erg goed, mits besteld op de juiste dag. Heerlijk gemarineerd en met krokante huid. Daarnaast vooral de authentieke Chinese gerechten besteld, zoals aubergine met zoute vis en die was ook goed gewokt. Als je van een stevige smaak houdt, is dit je restaurant.

De eerste happen die je neemt zijn lekker maar na een paar minuten kom je erachter dat het een zoute bende is. Toch eet je door en dat terwijll je weet dat je spijt gaat krijgen. Na afloop een liter water drinken blijkt helaas niet te helpen. De hele avond hik je tegen een zoutbuik aan en echt lekker slapen doe je ook niet meer. Volgende keer weer gewoon naar Rose Garden.🌹

Gezellig eenvoudig restaurant. Goed en vers eten. Soms is de Chinese bami iets aangebakken. Vriendelijk personeel. Voor de deur parkeren met eeen blauwe schijf!

Good portion and great taste chinese food in Voorburrg

Although there's a menu version in English, they don't speak English. Communication is tough. Good portion is big and tasty.

A lot of these Chinese restaurants have gone, so that's why I'm glad they here. And I must say one of the best food and taste in this category small restaurant. I love their nasi goreng. This is such a simple dish but from a lot of other places i don't like it. Just not the right rice and taste. This nasi goreng I simply love to eat because it's prepared with care, taste and texture are great. Today i also had vegie fu yung hai and sate. The fu yung was also great. Last week i came here for the first time and I had sweet n sour chicken, was also yummy. In a review a saw this guy talk bad about the service, that it was unfriendly. Not true, they are very friendly, polite and nice people. The food comes quick and now I'm gonna eat for the second time today :-)

Meeste gerechten waren lekker, maar een was te flauw of gewoon niet lekker. Jammer.

Goede maaltijden en gebakken rijst met gezouten vis is zeer lekker, en aardige bediening wel mis ik de heer Eddy die wegens ziekte niet meer aanwezig is

De foe yon hai met veel garnalen was prima, de rijst was ook goed. De kiploempia´s waren redelijk. De Pekingsoep kon beter, die heb ik weleens lekkerder gegeten. Ik liep in een goede stemming door het mooie avondlicht naar huis dus het geheel was goed
