These spring rolls and snacks from Truc di Tran changed my life. I came for a snack, but left feeling like I'd just taken a spiritual journey through Southeast Asia—without even parking my bike. The outside is crispier than my ex's, and the sauce is so addictive I'm seriously considering a subscription. The super friendly League of Legends-playing off-meta Mordekaiser guy behind the stall asked if I wanted sambal, and before I could answer, I had tears in my eyes—from happiness or spiciness, I'll leave that to you. In short: Michelin, call these people!!!! P.S. What an incredibly beautiful logo they have! 😍❤️🤩

100% not homemade. Disappointing. Not traditionally prepared as stated on the website... This is an insult to your roots... Came all the way here and was so very disappointed. The service was okay, we got plenty of napkins and friendly people :)

They are such lovely people. Professional but always time for a chat and a smile. Spring rolls are like no other They taste fresh, the outside is crispy and the sauce goes well with them. Menu is very extensive and quality is consistent. Sometimes very long lines but well worth the wait!

We were visiting friends and went into town for a while because we were hungry. I saw a very long line at Truc di Tran, so I thought: this must be good. And yes, the spring rolls are very crispy and full of flavor. We also ordered the homemade chicken chip and pangsit with chili sauce. Staff are also very friendly and helpful. An extra reason to visit our friends in Alphen more often!
