Here, she offered a varied selection of sambals and Asian spices. It wasn't long before Vietnamese spring roll stalls started popping up all over the country. Naturally passionate about cooking and especially about experimenting with various dishes, Tran followed her culinary curiosity. After a thorough development phase, her unique recipe for the fried spring roll as we know it today emerged.

The outside is crispier than my ex's, and the sauce is so addictive I'm seriously considering a subscription. The super friendly League of Legends-playing off-meta Mordekaiser guy behind the stall asked if I wanted sambal, and before I could answer, I had tears in my eyes—from happiness or spiciness, I'll leave that to you. In short: Michelin, call these people!!!! P.S. What an incredibly beautiful logo they have! 😍❤️🤩

They are such lovely people. Professional but always time for a chat and a smile. Spring rolls are like no other They taste fresh, the outside is crispy and the sauce goes well with them. Menu is very extensive and quality is consistent. Sometimes very long lines but well worth the wait!
