Ordered/picked up the monthly menu. Food was incredibly tasty! And large, or rather, very large portions! So we ate from it for 2 days! Conclusion: Perfect value for money!! We were on vacation here, but if I lived here, I would know what to do! Super! This Chinese restaurant proves that good doesn't necessarily have to be very expensive.

We ordered via Thuisbezorgd at 5:30 PM to beat the rush. The estimated delivery time was 20 minutes, which later became 40 minutes. In the end, we had to wait almost 1.5 hours. We called twice to ask where our order was, but both times the phone was simply hung up. For an order of nearly €100, you expect at the very least to be spoken to properly. Additionally, the quantity and quality were very disappointing for this price. For us, this was the last time at Long Shu.

After waiting over an hour and a half for the food, I called. No, it wasn't on its way yet, it still had to be prepared. It could easily take another 40 minutes for the delivery driver to arrive. Absolutely terrible service, no apology, even though I could pick it up, and it would be ready in about 30 minutes. I wouldn't order from here again anytime soon. Two hungry children were sitting at the table waiting. I had to get my money back through Thuiszorgd, and the order would be canceled.

We ordered food tonight with an expected delivery time of 20-45 minutes. Shortly after, we received an email saying it would take 1.5 hours. In the end, our food wasn't delivered for another 3 hours! No apologies, no communication, nothing. The food was mediocre, and the experience was downright frustrating. Long Shu is truly not what it used to be. Extremely poor service and absolutely not recommended.

Order before 5:00 PM, delivery before 7:30 PM. Don't order from here; there are plenty of alternatives in the area.

Previously the food was fine. Now it's mainly sauce and hardly any meat if you order simmered meat. Tjap tjoy contains 2 small pieces of chicken. Babi pangang was old and tough, it was barely possible to cut through with a knife... :( Oh yes, and your order is simply hung at your door and delivered lukewarm, even though you pay enough for it. This was the last time for us.

Fantastic Chinese restaurant!! Yes, seriously the best restaurant in Sneek. Just picked up delicious babi pangang with satay sauce at a super nice restaurant on the Singel canal! Quite pricey and more of a Chinese takeaway

We were spending a weekend in Sneek and were craving Chinese food. If you enjoy traditional Dutch Chinese, you'll love this place. The restaurant's interior could use a makeover, but the food was delicious. We had menu B for 20 euros per person, which included soup, various dishes, including super crispy babi pangang and nasi goreng, plus coffee for dessert. That's certainly not expensive! The staff at this family-run restaurant are friendly and helpful. So, if you're looking for a good meal at a reasonable price, this is a great place.

Really good Chinese restaurant with very friendly service. We mainly take away because it is the only Chinese restaurant open on Monday afternoons. However, this does not detract from the quality. They also have a very diverse menu. So we will come back many more times.

Good Chinese food, I usually get tasty noodles there with pangang meat, the ribs are also delicious and taste good, instead of take-away I now eat there in one word, delicious Beijing duck with noodles, everything is more than enough, excellent service

Unfortunately, our visit to Longshu in Sneek was anything but pleasant. As soon as we entered the restaurant we were a bit confused because there was a slot machine in the entrance area - not exactly what you expect in a restaurant. After we were seated, our drinks were received relatively quickly, although it took a full 30 minutes before we finally received them. We then ordered our main courses, but another 45 minutes passed before the food was finally served. During this waiting time, the service seemed to disappear. There was no option to order additional drinks or anything else. This was particularly incomprehensible since there were only two other guests in the restaurant besides us. So it couldn't have been due to a full house. When the food finally came, we were very disappointed. The Thai dishes we ordered were far from authentic – both in taste and presentation. This was particularly disappointing for my wife, who is native Thai and knows exactly what these dishes should taste and look like. The food was so inedible that we didn't even finish it. To make matters worse, the price was completely unreasonable. We had to pay over 60 euros for two small dishes (with a slimy consistency), two drinks and a bottle of water. Given the poor quality of the food and the poor service, we felt this was a complete rip off. Conclusion: Our visit to Longshu was a disappointment across the board. We definitely cannot recommend this restaurant and will prefer other restaurants in the future.

This is definitely not Thai. It is Chinese with a Thai ingredient (basil), furthermore it is very hot and thickened like Foe Yong Hai. What does not belong in Thai cuisine. It is known for its ingredients, stir-fried separately and not in a thickened sauce.

Restaurant is old and dirty, has no atmosphere. So we only do takeaway here. Prices have become a lot more expensive, but you get less in terms of portion and quality. Prawn crackers seem to be fried with old oil. Very dark in color and weird smell and texture. Babi Pangang, hard and dry, sauce very thick. Chinese Cha Siu, very small and thin strips, and often very hard, not as it should be. For Lam, again, very small and thin slices, and dry. (Mini) spring rolls, fried with old oil. The food here has become a lot worse. Shame!

I pick up or have it delivered here. Food is fine, it's just annoying that they don't have a mobile pin.

The spring rolls special were 10 minutes late, 6:15 PM instead of 6:05 PM, but that's no problem, they are always really tasty, but there is also satay with 4 socks and peanut sauce, also excellent but now it comes, previous times there was always prawn crackers with it but not now, my wife and I looked at each other and could laugh about it, but next time I would like to have some prawn crackers with it, greetings, Joke and Cees.

What bad service. 3 weeks ago I ordered food, which I normally did 2-3 times a week here. Well, after an hour I called to see if it was ready yet. Fantastic restaurant, compared to our previous Chinese, highly recommended. Nice and spicy, hot, delivered quickly, less expensive and the babipangang in particular excels because of good meat, instead of fatty pieces with meat. This is now our regular Chinese!
