Ordered food yesterday and it was fantastic, I haven't had such a tasty Chinese meal in a long time. Compliments.

After two hours, still no food, they say they're on their way. Then we call and they tell us it's almost ready in the kitchen.

What a disgrace! Ordered, waited two hours. Which is already shockingly long. After two hours, still no food. It was on its way, they said. Half an hour later, still no food. Called again, and after asking again and again...the receipt was lost. The order was never placed. We went to KFC instead. In short, a lousy organization. What the food is like? No idea!

Today, December 11th, at 6:00 PM, we really wanted to eat here. We were working nearby, so we couldn't get takeout. But we weren't allowed to eat the food there, even though there were plenty of tables. So we had to go to the snack bar next door. Such a shame! Lost revenue.

Ordered at 4:30 pm and it didn't arrive until 7:24 pm. The fried food was ice cold!!

The service is incredibly poor. A wrong order, okay, happens. Instead of noodles, we received nasi. No apology over the phone, and we had to pick it up ourselves. Again, no apology or compensation, and we had to wait for that as well, leaving the rest of the food cold.

Ordered at 6:00… arrived at 10:45. After calling twice to ask about the order, we were told we'd get two free sodas as an apology from the company. So, we got our food at 10:45 after a 3-hour and 45-minute wait. The food was cold… and the soda was nowhere to be found. In short, very disappointed.

I used to order from here often. Now I hardly ever do because the wait times are unusually long. I've been waiting an hour and a half for my food. There's no apology or compensation when you call to ask about your order. So this is the last time I order from here.

We checked the website, and it actually said €25. We thought that was a reasonable price. We were quite surprised when we got there and it cost €33. So, pay close attention to the price on the website. If you're told it's from 10 years ago, adjust your website accordingly.

What a terrible place. There were chunks of hair gel in my food. Damn. And then I paid €136 for such terrible food and such terrible service. I ordered at 6:00 PM and they said it would be ready at 6:30 PM. I arrived around 6:25 PM and they said it wouldn't be ready for another hour. That was ridiculous. Absolutely terrible, don't go here.

Closing the business is better for everyone..

We ordered sushi at 5:00 PM and didn't receive it until 7:30 PM. My youngest daughter, 1 year old, only had a sandwich because she got tired and had to go to bed at 7:00 PM (thankfully). My wife, my oldest daughter, and I, who are almost 4, ate sushi at home. You guessed it... it was very tasteless, and the cucumber had a nasty aftertaste. For the first time, we didn't eat everything (at other sushi restaurants, we ate everything, even the crumbs). The order wasn't complete either; some things were missing. But to top it all off, we got sick two hours later after eating the sushi (nausea and severe diarrhea). Thank you so much, Long Sing! We'll never dare take food away from here again; someone else will die here. I don't feel like arranging everything for a funeral after eating Long Sing sushi; that stuff is bad enough.

15-06-'25: 17.08 placed a phone order, would take 5 quarters, called 18.51 where the food was, food was not delivered until 19.36. Specially asked for chicken satay but that was gone so they just served pork satay without consultation. Pineapple was floating in the liquid, beans were almost cold, fried bananas were black and soft inside....downright worthless🙄😤

Order was supposed to be delivered after more than an hour. In the end it wasn't delivered at all!!! Last time we ordered there!

(Below is a conclusion if you don't feel like reading a long story.) Ordered here for a change, I was already worried about the delivery time of 75 minutes.... Ended up having to wait 3 hours. Also called, and they were supposed to be on their way after an hour. No idea in which universe, I think the bag was still sleeping on the counter. The delivery guy was the only positive thing about this whole experience, as he finally handed over the food!👑. Oh yeah, it also tastes more sweet than salty. Maybe they accidentally mixed up the spice jars...? Conclusion: if you have doubts, just choose a place that is a bit better known, then you can also have a nice dinner at a normal time, believe the reviews that have waited hours for little.

You can't sit there, it's take-out only.

Delicious food! We order here regularly, good portions and the kids are fans of the mini spring rolls. Recently they forgot to add the sambal. This was delivered quickly. We think the prices are a bit high, but you see that in many catering establishments these days.

Ordered often from Longsing Leeuwarden in the past. However, the past few times the food has been substandard. Sauces too sour, little taste, meat too fatty, rice way too cooked, no loose grains, spring rolls too greasy, probably fried for too long or oil not hot enough. This wasn't worth the money. We will look for another Chinese

Where is the good service? Stayed, only had one menu, with 4 people waiting for this one in front of me, The staff was nice, but way too young, they were more concerned with their own phone than their boss's, my jaw dropped, I must have been hungry too, because I waited almost 45 minutes for two spring rolls, which were good.....

First: picked up food yourself. This is due to experience with enormous waiting times. Secondly: I had to pay €35.00 instead of €25.00. Apparently I had looked at an old site. That's quite a difference. I asked Mrs. 3 times whether she said 35 or 25. Very poor language use. Told them this was the last time I would order from them. Not very businesslike to make me pay the extra €10. Third, all six meals were quite tasteless. Bay Bay Long Singh.

Ordered Peking duck with spicy sauce. The sauce was a ginger sauce, I think similar to that of Pangsit, not spicy but sweet. The duck was not crispy on the outside while the bacon layer on the outside should have been nicely cooked. Under the pieces of duck there was some cucumber and no other vegetables, but the most disappointing thing was the Peking duck for which you pay almost 25 euros.

We have to wait 2.5 hours for our food. As an excuse "it was busy" we had already ordered at 5:00 PM. They should just hire more staff. We are hungry

Had besteld om half 6 kreeg te horen werdt wel half 8 dat ik het kon krijgen shusi geen probleem kwart voor acht gebeld kreeg ik te horen dat het nog wel een uur kon duren ipv dat ze mensen dan even bellen maar nee hoor slechte service heb alles geannuleerd en tot onze verbazing belde ze een kwartier daar na van we kunnen het nu nog wel brengen ik zei nee doe maar nier heb al iets anders want na 2 uur wachten krijg je toch wel eens honger met een gezin dus dit was eenmalig zeer slechte service

Ik ben er nu wel klaar mee. Wat een waardeloze tent! Drie kwartier moeten wachten op je eten (na een telefoontje). En dan krijg je een lauwe en flauwe hap. Voor bijna € 45,00… We bestellen hier al járen, maar de laatste maanden gaat het constant mis. Als je belt om te vragen waar je eten blijft, krijg je meteen de vraag ‘zal ik de bestelling annuleren?’ Vandaag heb ik tegen de bezorgster gezegd dat ze de bezorgkosten maar aan haar baas moet vragen, als fooi. Te weinig bezorgers, slecht eten. Jammer. Hier bestellen we nooit meer! Als je naar de recensies op hun site kijkt, doen ze het geweldig 🤣

On December 25, I ordered 1 person noodles with a port chicken satay. Only the chicken satay was not included. Delicious food! Delivery time is just insufficient. Ordered at 6:15 PM and selected 7:00 PM as delivery time. Notification that it would arrive at 7:30 PM. Finally it came after 8pm. We did receive extra prawn crackers as an excuse for the long waiting time.

I now understand why I don't actually want to order from Long Sing. We ordered a rice table for 2 people. The Koe Loe Yuk dough balls without sauce. 2 fat oliebollen with a shrimp inside. Chicken curry without flavor and missing piece of chicken. On the other hand, a can of mushrooms. The rest also quite tasteless. Fortunately, there is more choice in Leeuwarden. Ordered food for €70 but it is not worth more than 1 star.

I ordered food at 5:15 PM, I understand that January 1 could be a bit busier. I received an email that it would be there at 6:45 PM. Het eten was super. Had het afgehaald en kwam thuis en het eten was nog warm. De loempia’s waren heel lekker. Zeker een aanrader!

Vriendelijke mensen. Heerlijke sushi en heel goed gevulde loempia. Je proeft dat het vers is en een eigen recept. Snel en op tijd ook.

We used to order here regularly. But now I have had to wait longer than 1.5 hours for the delivery person three times. First, too few chefs (don't take orders if you can't deliver). Then it was the storm, then the delivery man was on his way, well I don't know how he drove but it doesn't take 1.5 hours to get here. Sushi is mediocre, for the price it is now it's really substandard. Price-quality is no longer correct. We will (unfortunately) not order from here again. It sounds like nothing is being done to get the delivery in order. Still a long wait and the same excuses.

Ordered food here today. My mother was treated unfriendly by the two teenage employees behind the counter. Eyes rolled and she was snubbed. They thought filming each other during working hours was more important. This is the last time we pick up food from here. A shame, because the food was excellent!

We ordered food as a delivery…curry chicken, bami etc. Food was very good, tasty and in big portions. I would recommend this comfort food place.

The only customers were "take out" customers. The food was not good. In fact very bad. We had loempia's and they were stuffed with just tauge. They were tasteless; in fact they tasted "weird" Ham? Chicken...all tasted strange. And not fried long enough The Miefang Singapore was also blend, tasteless. I found the noodles in particular very expensive. Price - quality was a bad experience all together. Including not sure to trust the food here?? First time experience. Not sure if we come back. Pity

Ordered online via our own website and indicated in the comments whether extra rice and noodles could be added instead of satay and spring rolls, didn't seem like too much to ask. Once I received my order, it turned out that nothing had been done about my question. Called there 3 times because the first two times the receiver was immediately hung up, and asked if they even read the comments, so no conclusion. Food was tasty but 70 percent ended up in the container. Waste of my money.

Ordered food by phone because we wanted vegetarian. At first the lady was very friendly. Asked twice what the costs were: €32.50. Food is good but delivery is a nightmare. I ordered at 5:30 PM with a specified delivery time of 6:15 PM. Called the restaurant at 7:15 PM because it still had not been delivered. Wilde deze chinees al lange tijd eens proberen, nu kwam het er eindelijk eens van, maar ook meteen de laatste keer. Het eten was niet vreselijk maar dat je er voor nasi of bami (ipv witte rijst) al voor moet bijbetalen vond ik al wat vreemd, de (haaienvinne)soep was één grote peper-drab, de loempia leek mij een diepvries loempia van de supermarkt. Over het geheel vond ik ook de prijs in verhouding tot kwaliteit en zeker ook kwantiteit veel te hoog.

Wij zijn afgelopen jaren bekend geworden met dit restaurant,nooit echt super,beetje zo zo. Helaas slechte ervaring gisteravond. Sushi en stiptheid was goed daarom 2 sterren. De 3 Chinese gerechten waren slecht. Alle drie veel teveel hoisin en ketjap saus, daarbij bestel je varkenshaas, maar je krijgt varkensschnitzel. Long sing was ooit zeer goed, maar nu......

Ze doen hun naam eer aan! Het duurde namelijk erg Long! Om 18 uur besteld en 20:15 uur was daar eindelijk onze bestelling. Niet echt om over naar huis te Singen!

We hebben weer lekker gegeten ! Alleen in het verleden werd je gewoon spontaan ontvangen en voelde je welkom. De laatste tijd een paar keer ervaren dat je er als klant niet meer toe doet. Jammer dat we deze klantvriendelijkheid achteruit zien gaan. Een ander puntje is, wanneer je boven een bepaald bedrag uitgeeft, dat je loempia’s en of kroepoek er extra (gratis) bij krijgt. Nou in ons geval bleek dit niet zo te zijn want het is alleen voor thuisbezorgen. Beetje raar.., want je zou dit toch beter kunnen doen voor afhalers? Nu maak je twee keer kosten. Kosten voor laten bezorgen en gratis producten weggeven.

Duur betalen voor bezorgkosten en alles. Wel heerlijke sushi, maar vaak laat met bezorgen. Nu al 1.5 uur te laat met de bezorging...

Ondanks duidelijk afgesproken tijd toch nog 35 minuten wachten bij zelf afhalen. Bleek dat loempias nog gevouwen moesten worden!!! Geen excuses maar wel extra mini loempias!!! Écht geen reclame!!!

Het mini menu voor 1 persoon afgehaald. Een kleine bak bami, een kleine portie kung po kai en foe yong hai. Was heerlijk! de kung po kai is mijn nieuwe favoriet!

Goed eten. Laatst niet online kunnen bestellen door een storing. Dit telefonisch gedaan. Ondanks aangeven van een online storing geen gratis gerechtje gekregen.
