Lunchroom ITaly is a small and super cozy spot for drinks or lunch, with friendly staff. The food and sandwiches are delicious, and the dessert is also top-notch!

The tiramisu was very disappointing in taste, I was afraid of food poisoning afterwards, it was soggy, not very fresh and tasteless. Maybe I was just unlucky that day. The place looks nice and local, the service is nice and friendly, but too slow

Just had a delicious lunch at lunchroom Italy, sandwich was delicious, drank delicious Italian lemon soda and had chocolate taarr and tiramisu for dessert, omg that was so tasty...and the service is great, siper friendly and fast, will definitely come back

We had breakfast here several times and were delighted every time. This is a family cafe with an amazing selection of delicious breakfasts and lunches. The Italian bread is wonderful: Focaccia is served warm, bread with olives is not heated. They cook vitello tonato very tasty. They make delicious coffee. From desserts we tried chocolate cake - it is ideal. In the mornings the cafe is full.

It is a small business that is often pleasantly busy. The last time we sat down for a small lunch. I think half a family ran the business there, which, in addition to the excellent coffee and good food, evokes the atmosphere of Italy. It also raised the question why we hadn't been here more often. That has to change!

What a good breakfast/lunchroom with freshly offered original Italian sandwiches with a wide choice and small dishes that are delicious. The prices are reasonable and the service is smooth, you will be served quickly by pleasant staff with a smile. It is clean and you feel good, your appetite for food is strongly activated by the ambiance, although you are cramped together (it is a small approx. 12 m2 floor space) it is not an unpleasant feeling as the guests behave nicely . Highly recommended for a delicious quick stomach filling. A big 9+ on a scale of 10.

Love it. Looked real Italian. Which means you have to wait for your food for a long time. It just feels like that's part of the Italian experience. High quality high waiting times.

Unfortunately, 6 stars is not possible because that is what this family business deserves. We received a very friendly welcome and had a delicious lunch here. We actually only came for a sandwich, but afterwards we were so overwhelmed by the quality that we ordered a delicious bowl of delicacies. There are various meat plates on the menu, but we wanted a bit of everything. This was arranged for us. We enjoyed it and will definitely come back.

A hidden gem in the suburbs of Amstelveen! I have passed this place many times throughout my life and now I finally have had the possibility to have lunch here and oh my, should have come here way sooner! Run by passionate italians who want to share their amazing cooking skills with the world. I can highly recommend trying the almond cake and their lasagne, definitely the best I had outside of Italy. All the other things we had off the menu were also delicious, will definitely return!

Unfriendly owner, water from tap is free. We had to pay very antisocially without knowing. Free water is normal with coffee.

Small family run eatery but big in being authentic Italian, a hidden gem in Amstelveen. We are first time customer but certainly not the last time. U can taste the homemade flavors and freshness. Ask for the daily pasta special 😋 buon gusto!

It’s been a while since I last found a place for authentic Italian sandwiches in the Netherlands. Lunchroom Italy is definitely a new favourite of mine with their genuine flavours and fresh ingredients. They serve great coffee too! So I know where I’ll have lunch next time I’m in Amstelveen!

Nice sandwich house with a wide choice of Italian-style sandwiches. Ideal for lunch and a terrace when the weather is nice. If you have time and the former owner is present, you can bring back beautiful memories of Italy. Collection is currently possible during corona times.

Had a nice lunch. The pasta pesto was tasty, but it would had been nice if there would be at least 1 veggie in it like tomato or spinach. It was a bit plain this way. We also had a mozzarella and fritata sandwich which were both tasty. A great recommendation is the 'Italian Fanta' which was very tasty!

Discovered this little gem on Van der Hooplaan through my dear friend! Delicious coffee and delicious sandwiches and delicacies. Last night she brought a delicious whole Tiramisu, which was simply divine! Hopefully we can visit again soon and sit on the terrace!
