I popped in for some fries during my break, the lady behind the counter was very curt (not a problem for me, I'm not one for chatter) but it could have been friendlier. Then I sat down. I got my fries in a container. And everyone in the store got a plate, cutlery, and a glass. Very strange, I would almost say racist...

Favorite snack bar, lovely people and food is 10/10!!

A very nice and cozy cafeteria with a wide variety of options on the menu, from sandwiches to snacks, so something for everyone. The owners are also super friendly! I would recommend the kiwi milkshake, it's delicious.

My father, who has dementia and Parkinson's, comes here occasionally for ice cream. Now that he's slowing down in a world that's becoming increasingly faster and more complex, this is becoming an increasing challenge. He told me with tears in his eyes how kind, patient, and helpful the man at the snack bar was when he was having trouble paying, and how much that made him feel. Thank you for your humanity at the checkout in a small moment that had such a personal impact. 🙏

I've been going there for a long time. The staff is always friendly and polite. I've never had a problem with anything being brought to me or placed on the table. All in all, a nice and good cafeteria and definitely recommended for a quick bite.

This is a questionable establishment. First of all, their food consists of fries and frozen snacks—nothing tasty or healthy. They were also rude to a pregnant woman and refused to let me use the restroom, rudely showing me the door. I was about to pay or order a cup of coffee. In my opinion, the service is poor, the food is low-quality, greasy, and the staff is rude.

Best fries in Amstelveen! And the patio is a great place to relax, with a parasol included. And yes, smoking is allowed on the patio. So is the owner ;).

I'm sitting quietly on the terrace of Zulle We eating an ice cream, when the owner of the place comes out, sits down almost next to me at another table and starts smoking a cigarette. Delicious, an ice cream in the cigarette smoke.

Best half chicken in Amstelveen

Waited in the dining room for 15 minutes. The service person didn’t bother to greet, ask what I would want, though he came couple of times for the other table. They have a small take away setup and busy with those customers. But why bother to keep dine-in open?

Walk past today and there are 2 children sitting on the chairs on the terrace, which is otherwise completely empty, a pregnant woman is standing next to it, clearly it was too much for that poor woman. Owner walks outside and says that if they don't order anything they will have to hurry. Heartless guy and a matter that I will only give a wide berth to from now on

This is without a doubt the best cafeteria in Middenhoven. The reception was very friendly, the room was very clean, great prices for what you get. They have good quality snacks here! A friendly staff! Real good cafeteria!

Ate for the first time today, neat, modern snack bar. Friendly staff, the food was tasty but little and expensive! That's why I won't be coming back here anytime soon, unfortunately. We paid €16.75 for one special fries, a fries war, a cheese aufflé and a portion of flames, I thought the portions of fries were far too small for that price! (Nice and crunchy by the way)

smells like cigarettes, staff very unfriendly. the food was terrible and cold that man also kept staring at children all the time, very disrespectful to teenagers too. the snack bar itself was also very dirty and looked like it had never been cleaned. the food was also very expensive. I will definitely never spend my money here again!!

Went again yesterday after a long time. The owner doesn't even know how to make fries because they were soft and limp! The frikadel sandwich was not fresh and very little mayonnaise. I remember why I haven't been there for a long time! Worthless! That of Waardhuizen, on the other hand, is 10 times better!

You don't get any value for your money at all! Pikanto was still cold inside and the peanut sauce was very hard. It is very expensive and the owner should do something about those nasty stains on the floor! Never again for me. L Greetings Kaya

Relax on the terrace in the summer with a beer or ice cream. There is also a pleasant space inside. Service is nice and the fries are always perfect. (I don't like satay sauce)

Last night I ordered a hamburger sandwich and fries and ate it. After half an hour I had a runny nose and vomited everything out. And the night had yet to start, I went to work but am now home sick

Snacks are so expensive (2.10 euros for a cheese soufle), you would think you could do without a napkin. Not so, you can still ask if you can get a napkin with it.

Had a very bad experience. The owner seemed very intimidating when we took a sip of our own drink, after which we were sent off the terrace even though we had just placed a large order. Fries were tasteless, barely salty. Meatball was lukewarm on a dry bun and way too much mayonnaise. Not recommended

Not super fast, but super clean and tasty

Small store of it kind in the neighborhood and can be visited for small shopping. It is the part of Middenhoven complex, very near to the Brink Metro station. Car and Bike parking are available and are good in number. Staff is also friendly and helpful. Just went once and had a good experience. Looking forward for future visits. Hope this helps. A cozy neighborhood snack bar for a tasty bite

The creepy owner kept staring at my girlfriend. She felt very very uncomfortable. And this is not the first time. Maybe keep your creepy stare with the fries yea? This is certainly the last time my gf and i will ever spend money there.

Nice and quite place in the neighbourhood with very friendly owner and staffs and great service. In summer, nice place to seat outside. Food and drinks are also reasonably priced and nice.
