Super fun and cool place! Small and cozy. Perfect for a good cup of coffee and if you are hungry, the sandwiches are definitely recommended. Price/quality/quantity absolutely great! P.s. Didien is the nicest employee 😄

I love the food, vibe, and servers here! :) I tried the chicken bacon sandwich with whole-grain bread, and it was really good and relatively cheap considering Amsterdam price! They use Lot61 coffee beans and as you may already know it's delicious 🙂 If I lived in this neighborhood, I’d definitely come by more often. It’s a small café, but they bake their own bread, and it tastes amazing! 😋😋

I recently visited this lunchroom, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The place was super dirty, with tables and floors that clearly hadn't been cleaned in a while. The food was just average at best—nothing special and certainly not worth the price. The service was the worst part; the staff were inattentive and rude, and they couldn't even deliver what was on the menu. Several items we ordered were unavailable, and what we did get was not as described. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. There are much better options out there. 👎 Coffee comes with a piece of trash paper that is wet and sticky in the picture

Absolute recommendation. Delicious sandwiches, especially the one with salmon or the one with pastrami & red cabbage. Very friendly service. The atmosphere could be a bit more comfortable, with more comfortable benches and chairs, but that's only marginal.

Cute café and breakfast place. They have easy options to have a good and healthy brunch in town (sandwiches, eggs…). The terrasse is the cutest and never too busy. No tourists, just people from the neighborhood, so it feels very homey. Prices are fine. It’s simple but authentic. 🩷

Looked like a nice place for brunch and breakfast and decided to stop. Sat outside and waited for 15mins, nobody came. Seems that more and more establishments nowadays forget that good service is a must. The last drop was the waitress cleaning her nose with her hand while holding the cake on the other.

Good coffee away from the crowed center of Amsterdam. Located in a really cute neighborhood which is worth to explore :)

De Reuben sandwich van hier is ècht een favoriet, subliem met die meegebakken kaas als korst. Lekker gegeten, sfeertje was iets minder door renovatiewerkzaamheden rondom het pand. Kom zeker nog eens terug na dat gedoe

Good cakes, although not always baked through, nice and friendly staff, but the place is terribly dirty! Everywhere. Big turnoff. The floor is terrifying. Wonder, how do they pass any government checks?

There are no words for their Rhuben and Pumpkin Soup. Really! Do not leave from Amsterdam before visiting this place, I would love to live in Amsterdam to eat their Rhuben frequently.

Enorm vriendelijke en hartelijke bediening, sfeervolle inrichting en heerlijk eten. En de koffie is ook enorm lekker. Wat kan je meer willen? De sandwiches zijn een echte aanrader. Mij favoriete plekje? Het tafeltje met de bankjes links achteraan. Je zit wat weg van de rest van de mensen en hebt een mooi zicht op buiten. Ik kom zeker terug!

My husband and I came here after visiting the Van Gogh Museum! We enjoyed our food so much we came back again a few days later before leaving Amsterdam. Very good food for vegetarians & non-vegetarians.

Ik kwam hier eerder bijna dagelijks toen ik nog in de straat woonde. Ik kom nu speciaal soms naar Amsterdam om hier te ontbijten of te lunchen. Heerlijk eten, goede porties en altijd vriendelijke bediening.

Leuke en fijne plek op een steenworp van het Vondelpark. Gelegen op een hoek, parallel aan de Overtoom. Fijn terras op het trottoir met uitzicht op een bloemist en de reuring van het kleinere kruispunt. Binnen zijn er tevens zitplekken, waarbij direct naast de entree banken zijn om lekker naar buiten te kijken. Snelle en beleefde service. Erg lekkere goed belegde boterhammen. De moeite waard, evenals de koffie!

Small cute cafe with friendly service. Everything is kept very small and minimalist. The food was good, but also not excellent.

Kleines leckeres Café. Etwas versteckt aber empfehlenswert. Die Kuchen scheinen selbst gebacken zu sein. Der Service war sehr nett. Bezahlen kann man nur bar oder mit Maestro. Keine Kreditkartenzahlung möglich!!! Einen Stern Abzug gibt es, da das Restaurant innen etwas staubig war, außerdem sind die Desinfektionsflaschen direkt auf dem Tisch etwas unästhetisch. Aber dies ist nur ein kleiner Kritikpunkt - ein Besuch lohnt sich trotzdem.
