Service could be better, food is terrible. Pizzas are way too greasy. I asked for small fries and got a large one for an entire orphanage. Staff seems to barely understand Dutch.

We went for breakfast with friends, but the food was stale and made us long for a real Turkish breakfast. They need to change the menu urgently. I also find it disgusting that you have to pay for a plate upon arrival. It's like being handed plates in a dormitory cafeteria, which is awful.

The place was big and clean. The food was also delicious and the people working there were friendly. We would love to come back.

The worst hospitality ever! There was only one table occupied so it wasn’t busy at all when we arrived but it still took them almost 20 minutes just to bring the menu. Although we asked the woman behind the counter after waiting for some time. She said she will bring it to us but then kept doing her stuff and finally a waiter realized we haven’t gotten a menu. It also took long for them to serve 2 premade desserts, one coffee and one tea. The desserts we got also were not tasty at all. It is just a waste of time and money.

I loved Ms. Sude's profiterole, it was delicious, well done.

Especially the chocolate sauce desserts prepared by Ms. Sude herself were legendary🥳🥳🥳

As regular customers who have been coming for years, we've decided that today is our last time. The food has deteriorated significantly over the years and months. Little flavor and budget-friendly Turkish food. It's so bad that the person I was with got sick and nearly threw up (see photo). After five minutes, I finished my meal and left, and unfortunately, I also left feeling sick. The staff were friendly!

last time I was here I tried to pay in cash, to my surprise they didn't want to accept money and the reason was we don't touch the money (because the money can be infected with viruses) ... when I saw and heard that I thought, I will never come back here and I want to let everyone know as soon as possible that MADO follows the AGENDA 2030 of Klaus Swaab and Bill Gates GET AWAY globalist fascists....

Well friends I don't know where to start but it's not mado but more like ado :) I think this is the worst baklava I've ever eaten in my life, it's more like yufka than baklava, those who like dry yufka can go there, they put yufka in between, probably Eindhoven style, I would say don't even pass by.

Disapointed by the service, no manners of the workers. Number one rules are not in the Mado. Which one should I start. No tray when they are serving to the table. Staff is wearing slippers which is not acceptable for a restaurant 100 rules.. The product was not good when we ask to change it no taste. A kind lady came to table we asked for the manager. The Lady said "I am the manager." She bent over the table and put her fingers on it with her body language. We escaped from there not to be beaten.. deserts are ok

Everything was wonderful. But Ms. Sengül and Ms. Sultan were something else entirely. I would like to express my special gratitude to them; I couldn't have lived without them.

It's Turkish, and therefore strange for an elderly Woenselaar. We go here for the excellent coffee.

You wouldn't want to downgrade a Turkish business abroad, but unfortunately, it's very bad. By the way, I gave it a 2, not a 1, just because it's Turkish.

The lady at the counter was very helpful. She was friendly and polite. The breakfast was delicious and nice. They took very good care of us even though we were a little late. 🙏

I don't understand the logic of this business. They put the unsold bagels, baklava and pastries in the open buffet breakfast after they have gone stale. They charge extra if you want fresh. We don't come to the open buffet because we are poor or to eat stale things. Why do you put leftovers instead of serving everything fresh? I think it needs to evaluate itself.

Table’s are not cleaned, the service is slower than a turtle.

A beautiful restaurant with a warm atmosphere and excellent service from the staff

Large free parking in front of the premises, delicious food. We were in a group of 7 people but I think the maximum number of people is 9 or 10 because the lady added one table for us to fit in. Nice staff who know Turkish and English. The toilet is located near the entrance to the kitchen. The drinks are also great, although when I ordered a citrus drink with a strawberry flavor, I got an orange or grapefruit flavor.

Delicious food, somehow better than in other Mados in the Netherlands. Breakfast is amazing, great variety of delicious Turkish food, we also visited for dinner and it’s great for meat lovers but also good for vegetarians. Desserts are tasty, staff is always friendly and welcoming. Parking available in front of the restaurant.

They serve melted ice cream. When we complained about this, they rudely said that the ice cream cooler was not working. I was going to ask, “Then why do you continue to sell ice cream?” but I didn’t want to argue with the ignorant. Instead, a good enough answer would be to never come back to Mado again.

There can't be such a careless business, the ice creams came late and melted, probably kept outside. Their teas were already filthy but the ice cream was important... Addition: When we told them that the ice cream had melted while paying the bill, we saw that the woman on duty said that the machine was broken but that the problem was fixed and presented it as if it was a problem specific to that day, and you can see other comments about the ice cream being served melted. If it was melted, we wanted to state that we could have at least been informed about why it was served in advance and asked if we wanted to have it, but the woman started to get nasty, so we left the place so that the situation wouldn't get any worse. In short, it's the worst place you can go to in Eindhoven.

Service is getting worse by the day and is becoming more and more self-service. Handling and treatment is very cheap. Does not fit Mado as in other countries. Breakfast buffet: you have to pay in advance. Cheapest IKEA plates and bowls available and a piece of broken plate. You get a plate, a bowl and a basket for bread in your hands. You have to walk with it to a free table. Do you want to eat different things (buffet), bad luck you do it all in one plate.

The employees are very friendly, the patisserie team, the waiters, the manager and your assistant manager make a very solid team, thank you for everything.

Unqualified servers. On a monday evening, not even a quarter of all the tables occupied, 3 servers fail for at least 10 minutes to receive incoming customers. After we find ourselfs a table, it took 15 minutes before one of them noticed us sitting. Meanwhile no menucard, just lost 25 minutes (and our appetite) for nothing. The drama continued with too much to mention here. To summarize; to me it seemed that the personal never even heard of a restaurant etiquettes; speaking of dining serving rules, anticipate quests, clearing the table, presenting the check promptly or even thanking the quests.. As a customer I felt more of a burden to them while waiting and waiting. Terrible experience, no more MADO Eindhoven for us.

Frankly speaking, the cleanliness is zero, the service is the same, and the prices are very expensive. I ordered kunafa and tea. The kunafa was burnt and not good. It was all butter.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience with you. We were waiting outside and asked in a friendly manner what you thought was the tastiest dish. Instead of a normal answer, we were told that we would be better off choosing something different than what we had in mind. I thought that was strange. We then ordered food and drinks, including sarma and a few other dishes. After a long time we only got the drinks and sarma, but the rest of the food never came. We literally waited an hour. My friend finally walked in to ask what was going on, and was told that the chefs hadn't even started taking our order yet. How is that possible? Despite this poor service, my girlfriend still paid the full amount. I think this is absolutely not correct and certainly not customer friendly. Moreover, it was not busy at all; there were only two other customers in the business. This is really a shame to me. I'll never come back here again. You have disappointed us enormously.

We had to wait far too long for our food (40-50 minutes), and we only got our drinks after the food was already on the table. We were not given any cutlery with the starter and had to ask for it ourselves. We even had to walk to the cash register or kitchen for drinks. We have gotten up to ask for something more often than the service came on its own. The service is friendly, but that does not make up for the long wait and poor service. The food was ok

I was there tonight with my family for iftar dinner. they offered a special menu for remezan. The soup was very thick and for dessert I ordered baklava. We had to wait a long time until they brought it, the baklava was dry and raw, underbaked, straight white dough from the inside. I tried only one bite and returned the plate. I explained to the woman who welcomed the customers and she said that this is normal because now they took sago out of the oven, she even apologized after my reaction, she only said that she took out the baklava from the bill I paid 150 euros for three three. I do not recommend this place. I will certainly not go back there.

They are a famous chain in Turkey and they don't disappoint here in Netherlands either.

I was really looking forward to trying MADO in Eindhoven, but the experience was honestly disappointing. The staff was indifferent and not welcoming at all. We waited a long time to order, and even longer for the food — which turned out to be cold and bland. The dessert looked fancy but tasted artificial. For the price, I expected way more. Sadly, it felt like a tourist trap with no real warmth or quality.

Ate there for iftar, we wanted the house lemonade... they didn't have it. It was freezing in the restaurant, which was a shame, it should be pleasant in a restaurant. The food was very tasty. I then had the Sebastian cake, but it was a bit grainy so I don't think it was fresh, which is a shame.

Great restaurant with delicious food! I recently had dinner at Mado in Eindhoven, and it was a fantastic experience. The dishes were fresh, tasty and perfectly prepared. The grilled dishes and the dolma were especially delicious, and the dessert was a wonderful end to the meal. An absolute must for anyone looking for a wonderful dining experience in Eindhoven!

A Culinary Surprise at MADO I went expecting a standard Turkish shawarma or grill place, but MADO turned out to be so much more. The extensive menu offers a diversity of delicious dishes and authentic flavors. What a positive surprise! The quality, atmosphere and service made this first experience special, and I'm sure it won't be the last. An absolute must for lovers of Turkish cuisine!

We are regular customers. We went again yesterday. My wife ordered baklava, 4 pieces, 1 portion. The baklavas were so dry and tasteless that he couldn't even finish one of them. Later, when we explained the situation to a lady working there, her tone and response really shocked us. "Oh yes, they were like that, but we put a new one in the oven..." Even though you know that a product made by you is bad or tasteless, how can you present it to people for 3 kuruş(!)? (4 baklavas 10 €) With the hope that you will provide service worthy of your name and quality... Regards🙏

Bad baklava. The baklavas are not freshly made. They come to the branch frozen and are baked there. The baklava I ordered was not baked properly. Tasted like nothing. The pistachio in the baklava had a weird taste. It was anything but fresh and delicious. Service was also slow.

Shared place with kebab restaurant. There is no pistachio in the baklava or it is of very low quality. I ordered Burmese baklava, it's literally doughy and doesn't have a gram of flavour. The worst mado in my life

Good place. For Turkish breakfast we visited here. We enjoyed a lot for eating. Per person 17€. And self service breakfast ☺️😋

First time I was here today and it was an okay experience. The staff was pleasant but it was not enough to offset the poor food standard. Especially the Menemen it was really tasteless. Other than that the all the other ready food such as simit, cheese etc was all delicious. The cheesy biber dolması was my favourite absolutely delicious but I certainly do not think it was value for money overall with everything.

Really nice breakfast/brunch place with unlimited buffet! Lots of traditional Turkish dishes with many options, primarily savoury but also some sweet ones, and at a very good price.

Had to pay 45 euros for 5 takeaway soups. Those prices are already quite high when sitting in the restaurant with service, but for a soup in a cardboard container it is really too expensive.

Impossible! Waiting time for a Künefe 1 hour…. Taste wise a 0, definitely NOT worth it. We were hardly noticed at all by the waiters. And unfortunately it was also the worst künefe I have ever eaten in my life. SHAME!

We came from Belgium and had a very nice evening in the Netherlands. I definitely recommend it.

Had dinner via social deal 3 course menu, delicious food, large portions, nothing to complain about, staff super friendly and helpful, you get value for money. Speak nothing but praise for this restaurant!!!

He said that there was no order in the kitchen and that it could be made right away. I waited at least 40 minutes for one menemen. My mother asked for water borek. They only put 2 small pieces of borek into the borek that they bought for 10 euros. She cooked the water borek in the microwave that much. When he heated it (I saw it because the microwave oven was in front of me), it was very bad. The structure of the borek was completely damaged and it was completely dry. There was no egg in the menemen they bought for 13 EUR. They just put the canned food in the pan and grated cheddar on it. They claimed that it was for menemen without eggs in it, and when I told them I didn't like it, everyone was very happy, first of all, you "You didn't like it" and the employee replied as if he was doing it to his father's advantage as if I wouldn't pay him. I couldn't fit such amateurism into a corporate company like Mado, it was a total fiasco....

We had a breakfast buffet. The brewed tea is very nice. Simit is fresh. The pastry was very cold, maybe a day or two old. I expected good Turkish sausage and better cheeses. Baklava was also too dry. Additionally, the staff member asked us when we were leaving before we even started breakfast. This is the first time I come across something like this.

I always go with my boyfriend, nice place in general. But honestly, for clients who come every week, what they have done today seems terrible to me. That half of the order didn't arrive, I took it normally because they were full, no problem, but we asked for the bill when we saw that I was still not eating because I didn't want to wait any longer and he had already finished, so a waiter appears and tells us. He insists that it will come out in 3 minutes, that we want a drink, making it clear that as an apology they were inviting us to the drink. I said no because the truth is that my hunger had gone away but my boyfriend, as always, said well... In the end, the last drinks were on the bill. I don't care about 6 euros, but honestly when he tells me to go eat or have an ice cream I will say no, it seems super stingy and a dirty strategy. Because on top of that you were going to lose your command, it didn't cost you anything to make the gesture.

The food is good but a bit expensive compared to the Dutch market. I definitely don't compare it to the meat doner kebabs. You can eat the original European menus at a more affordable price, including a beer and a wine, but for those who miss the quality of Turkish kebab, you can go once a year. But the real problem is in the space. It has 3 beautiful tables, the rest are in the corridor and it always feels cold as the giant door opens. It's very uncomfortable, unfortunately... the nice place is of course the parking lot.
