Delicious and light, I bought the small size and the quantity is very large.

There is usually a line but it moves very quickly It is very cool that there is a code from the menu and you don't have to panic and choose from the screen when it is your turn I don't recommend taking two sauces because it turns out very greasy But our first option with Amsterdam sauce and parmesan was incredibly delicious We took one medium portion for two It was very tasty

The best fries ever! I love the truffle mayo 😍 I wish there was seating available, because it's not easy to eat when you order the sauces separately.

The fries are fantastic. The portions are huge. There are 26 different sauces. It's extremely crowded, but worth the wait.

I had a medium-sized portion of fries here. They tasted okay, but nothing special. The preparation was quite the show, which was nice to watch, but didn't really enhance the flavor. In my opinion, the portions are quite expensive: a medium portion with sauce costs almost €10. Personally, I think that's too much for fries. You can try it once and form your own opinion, but for me, the price-performance ratio isn't quite right.

When I said “two medium potatoes,” there was an awkward laugh, as if potatoes were the only thing you sell. I assume you may not know this, but I’d like to point out that you also sell croquettes as snacks.

It's good, but not the best. There are certainly quite a few places across Europe that serve this level of food. Even the Munich, Germany, chain Pomes Frunde offers this level of quality. Still, the taste is not bad, and the fact that they offer a wide variety of sauces is a plus.

We found it on the street, so I'm not sure if this is the branch we went to, but the line near the station is so long that I recommend eating here. The smallest portion is generous, the fries are warm and crispy, and the sauce is delicious. It's worth a try, but even if you don't try it, you won't regret it. You should eat it on the street, but the smell of marijuana and cigarettes makes it hard to fully savor the flavor. I recommend going to a restaurant and eating somewhere else.

Great fries and sauce, but just really, really expensive. The prices are posted everywhere, so it's certainly not a surprise, but it's still steep when you look back! Over 8 euros for a medium-sized fries with sauce. Your own fault, tough luck!

I don’t recommend. Potato is not tasty, like it was just freezed potato from supermarket, almost tasteless. Cheese sauce is a disaster. We could not finish it. Never again.

We ordered large fries. It was difficult for two people to eat it all. They were delicious with the sauce. The fries were hot and tasty. Sometimes there's a queue in front, but it moves quickly. There's one person preparing the orders and one person at the cash register. Orders are prepared quickly because of the division of labor. You don't have to wait long. You should definitely try them if you're in Amsterdam.

I tried the mustard flavor and the truffle flavor, and they were both just okay. There was nothing special about them.

It's a takeaway chip bar, with optional sauces (€1.50 extra). We went there as we had seen a review that they were gluten free - which they are. The chips were hot and filled a gap on a cold day. The server was very polite and the service was quick. The chips are served in cardboard cones, with a choice of small (€6), medium (€8) and large (€10) Warning - if you ask for a sauce make sure you like it, because the chips are practically swimming in it.

We arrived and want to eat something, we have seen big line so we decide to stop. Chips and souse was good because it’s fries but probably the worse I’ve ever had. Cheap Frozen ones are better

The best place you can try for French fries. They have different sizes, and even better, they have a huge variety of sauces. The only downside is that there's always a long queue, and it's halfway up the road.

Tried this place as it’s one of the popular ones, first time in Amsterdam. We ordered small chips, with fritesauce and truffle mayo. €8.50 I’m not sure if this was overpriced however I feel like it was slightly. Truffle mayo just tasted like mayo with pepper. Fritesauce however was really good. Fries were fresh and hot. Good chips. However there was a little too much sauce for me, next time I’d ask for a little less. You queue in the middle to order and pay, then queue in a different queue to collectS Whilst we were in the queue to collect, there was one guy shouting at all the customers to queue in the middle for ordering, then turnt to his colleague and they kind of laughed, I understand must get frustrating but make it clearer!! It’s not very clear at all.

Definitely the best chip shop in Amsterdam. The staff are funny and friendly.

This place is chaos in the best sense of the word. Chairs creak, someone sings off-key, glasses rattle. The staff rushes around but keeps smiling. You can tell everyone comes here for more than just food or drinks—for the feeling. A bit of a movie, every night. Not perfect, but memorable.

Very tasty fries, with various sauce options. Unfortunately, you pay extra for these. The prices are a bit on the expensive side, but that's understandable in Amsterdam. Medium fries are filling enough for most people. My girlfriend had the largest and couldn't finish them. You can easily eat these for two if you're trying to save money.

I tried chips with cheese and the special ketchup sauce, and I loved it.

This place is totally overrated. The fries are dripping with oil, dry, and have no flavor at all. The sauces just mix with the grease and turn into a sticky mess, making the whole meal heavy and unpleasant. Very disappointing experience, definitely not recommended.

The service is fast, no matter how long the wait is, the service is fast, you don't get bored while waiting. The fries are delicious and the sauces are varied. I tried the cheese and the samurai, and it was delicious, but it was too spicy and salty. I recommend the small size because it's very big.

It was very tasty, you get the feeling that you're running into an overhyped tourist trap, but I can assure you that if that's the case... the Trzdm fries are really good and reasonably priced (in my opinion).

It's not a place where you'd pay around €10 for a potato with sauce. And after waiting for minutes at the door, you might wonder if the potatoes were delicious, but what are they really worth?

I thought i could finish big size as a fries lover, i couldnt even finish 1/3 IT İS HUGE GUYS, no one warned me, so hear me out, DO NOT GET THE BİGGEST SİZE BC U CANT. it was nice taste, but because i forced myself i didnt wanna see truffle mayo for a long time

If you ask for the sauce on the side, they'll give it to you. Maybe it's because I've eaten so many French fries at restaurants, but I don't think they're particularly delicious. I think Dutch and Belgian fries are just okay anywhere. 🤣

Location of the shop is very central and can easily reached from Grand Palace. It is only for take away. Their portions are very huge. A small size costs €8 but the size is huge for one person. Service is very fast to address the waiting people in the queue and fries are fresh.

Everytime we walked past this counter-style Fry purveyor there is a line and a crowd. We finally decided to give them a try. The line for orders and then to pick up the fries moved very quickly. In just a few minutes we had our paper cone filled with a generous portion of fries. To us...the fries were a bit limp and could use longer in the fryer. I prefer a crispy fry instead of those that are more like a roasted potato inside. I like ketchup instead of mayo on my fries but to each their own. A fun stop but in all candor...I prefer McD's french fries. Billions and billions served.

We ate those famous potatoes in Amsterdam. The taste was not bad, but I was expecting them to be crispier. However, the staff was so sweet and kind that I loved them.
