Mano Bowls in Stationsdistrict

Ordered online at 6:15 PM for 6:45 PM. Still hadn't heard anything by 7:15 PM, so I called. They arrived 20 minutes later, but it was the wrong order. I called back, and they brought the correct order. The poke bowl was fine, although they used smoked salmon instead of sashimi salmon, which wasn't specified when ordering. The food was fine, but I wouldn't order from them again.

I had a poke bowl here. The poke bowl itself was just as good as the service! Perfect!

I recently ordered a salmon bowl here through Uber Eats, but the salmon wasn't there. When I tried to contact Mano Bowls, the number was out of service. I also couldn't get through to the number in Alphen, so I tried emailing them. Days later, still no response. The food is fine, but unfortunately, the service is nonexistent...

I got a call saying an ingredient in the bowl would be replaced, which is fine. It's a shame I then received a completely different smoothie than the one I ordered.

One of my worst experiences ever! Literally! I have waited for an order about 3 hours! Called many times! After a long waiting time they told me they lost my order! Even worse, they were laughing at me like it was a joke for them! And the dish came in a bad shape eventually!

Waiting over an hour while only 35 minutes was stated when ordering, food quality very mediocre vegetables not fresh full of seaweed very overdone and crispy chicken was ice cold and not crispy at all, more limp... waiting a long time for your food is not bad at all if the quality is ok or good, this was not ok waste of my money never again and not recommended!

Delicious food, and they called promptly to say a product wasn't available. Highly recommended!

For the third time in a row, something was wrong with my order, so I filed a complaint through the website. I was promised a response within 48 hours. Three days later, still nothing. I definitely wouldn't recommend Mano Bowl.

It was 2 hours late and they didn't have our ingredients?!

After more than two and a half hours of waiting, the delivery person finally arrived. The number does not work (perhaps overloaded due to all the complaints). In the meantime, of course, I ordered other food and asked the delivery person to come upstairs to solve the problem. The delivery person simply drove away.

A truly disgusting business. They've completely lost their way. This is the third and final time I've ordered from them, and they haven't delivered three times, and I can't get in touch with them. When I call the next day, I get someone on the line who gives me a standard story about needing to contact the head office. "You'll accept my order, so just deliver it. If you don't, don't saddle me with this problem."

Bad service, order simply did not arrive.

Great and cheap food, good choice of toppings and convenient location

First and last time. Food was OK. Tad dry. However we waited an hour for our delivery. When we called we were lied to. The person said "5 minutes", turned out it was 20 more minutes. Get more staff.

The service is terrible. They promise delivery times between 20 and 40 min but deliver the order after 1hr30min

Your delivery choices are completely ignored here. In my case: - wrong sauce - no extra soy sauce, but paid for it - no cutlery, but paid for it

Ordered, took much longer than stated. We forgot the sauce and reluctantly brought it back. Food was quite dry. So I'm not very happy, unfortunately!

Entire order not delivered after 2 hours and they are not available

I ordered here about 15 times in total. About half of those times, they got my order wrong. And although they were willing to deliver a fresh bowl with the correct ingredients instead, they seem to have a lot of trouble getting things right the first time. This time, however, I’m done. My bowl came in, I was enjoying it, but I noticed the tomatoes tasted weird. I ended up having to spit it out and I realized that the tomato I was eating was MOLDY. Furthermore, all the other tomatoes in my bowl were spoiled. They were disgusting. I gave these guys many chances because their food CAN be good. But this is unacceptable. Never ordering from here again.

They messed up my order at first but then came back and asked me to repeat. The boba tea was great so 4.5 stars in total.

Aardig personeel, ik werd goed en snel geholpen. Ik had alleen een bubble tea, dus ik kan niets zeggen over de smaak van het eten. Het zag er wel goed uit. Het drankje was heel lekker.

Ik bestel vaker een pokebowl bij Mano en ik vind ze erg lekker! Het ziet er lekker uit, het smaakt goed. Aanrader!

Pokebowl is delicious. There is not enough fish in there based on the price.

1 van de 3 pokebowls had een extra topping die wij niet wilde, ook waren de avocado’s veelste hard en niet eetbaar. Voor de rest waren de pokebowls erg lekker

Een smoothie en een pokebowl besteld, zeker een aanrader!

Dit was mijn eerste keer bij Mano Bowls. - Positief: De ingrediënten waren vers, en alles smaakte prima. - Negatief: Ontbrekende ingrediënten (die deels extra kosten): Ik heb hier een maand geleden twee poké bowls ter plekke besteld en afgehaald. Ik kwam er thuis achter dat er bij beide bowls (verschillende) ingrediënten ontbraken; o.a. bij één bowl de vegan zalm, die extra kost. Dat het verschillende ontbrekende ingrediënten waren is opmerkelijk omdat het qua bestelling identieke poké bowls waren, behalve de saus. - Neutraal/Negatief: Viskuit op vegan poké bowl: Misschien mijn fout: ik dacht dat het duidelijk was dat dat ik vegan poké bowls samenstelde (vegan zalm, etc.), maar de medewerker wees me er niet op dat de topping die ik bestelde viskuit was. Het heette "Orange masago", dus ging ik ervan uit dat het iets fruitigs was. Gelukkig zijn we niet allergisch, dus hebben wij het gewoon gegeten. - Neutraal: De sushi rijst was lauw, wat een bekende variatie is. Ik heb een voorkeur voor afgekoelde rijst. Het zou mooi zijn om de keuze te hebben. - Neutraal: Het personeel was redelijk behulpzaam, maar ging er teveel van uit dat ik wist hoe hun systeem werkt. Bijvoorbeeld staat nergens hoeveel ingrediënten je kunt kiezen in "stap 3" (en dat dat afhangt van het formaat bowl). Toen ik het begreep, moest ik wel zeker twee keer herhalen of bevestigen wat mijn bestelling was. Die was standaard behalve de vegan zalm (voor beide bowls), en hij had het opgeschreven. Dat ingrediënten ontbraken lag volgens mij dus niet aan mijn bestelling. - FYI: Zeker bij afhalen kan je niet makkelijk nagaan of je bestelling juist verwerkt is, omdat de bowls dicht getapet zijn (wat an sich natuurlijk handig is). - Conclusie: Ik wil het nog een keer proberen, maar dan moet de bestelling juist verwerkt worden.

Wát een slechte service. Het eten is prima, maar het zeker niet waard. Ik heb hier nu 2 keer besteld: de 1e keer anderhalf uur gewacht en de 2e keer meer dan 2 uur. Ook het telefoonnumer is niet te bereiken dus bellen om je geld terug te vragen kan niet. 👎🏼

Ik moest een hele tijd wachten voor iemand kwam helpen omdat er niemand achter de balie stond (er was ook geen belletje ofzo), maar de poke bowl zelf was super, ruime keuze aan ingrediënten ook!

Heerlijke bubbel thee. The bowls kan je zelf samenstellen.

prima poke bowl, keuze uit meerdere toppings en sauzen (ik had courgette maar die was nog gewoon rauw, dus raad ik niet aan). Er waren ook genoeg vega opties!

Slechtste bubble tea ooit. Proefde als water met een scheutje melk en met knoeperharde tapioca balletjes. Pokebowl was oké.
