Moana Poké in Binnenstad-Noord

Ordered two poke bowls and a bubble tea. It arrived 40 minutes later than the maximum delivery time indicated on Thuisbezorgd. The rice had turned into rice porridge and was soaked in soy sauce. The containers were also very greasy on the outside and smelled strongly of fish. Almost as if they did this on purpose? The wrong bubble tea was delivered, and the tapioca was a large block instead of individual balls.

Worthless company. Ordered through Uber Eats and was supposed to be delivered at 5 PM. Still nothing by 6 PM. You can't call them either because none of the numbers work. I got my money back from Uber. And they're going to kick this company off the platform. Tip: never order anything!

I used to come here often when it was in a different location in Leiden and I really enjoyed the bubble tea but now it's completely different. Quality of food is underwhelming and last time I ordered bubble tea from the menu it came with just the base (tea and jellies) without the extra bubbles they offer AND without the components that come with a drink. The tea istelf had a very suspicious after taste like it was there for a while already and not freshly made 😳 Very disappointing.

Ordered food at 6:50 PM, supposed to be delivered between 7:20 and 7:40 PM. It's now 8:31 PM and I still haven't received anything. I've also tried calling several times, but no one answers.

Maybe stop selling coffee. I ordered a cappuccino and got a cup with almost half a liter of super-hot milk.

The poke bowls are super delicious with fresh ingredients! Great atmosphere and very friendly service! The plates are full and also include delicious bubble tea that you can create yourself. I definitely recommend trying their delicious poke bowls there.

The poke bowl was fine, nothing special. The service was terrible; they were easily an hour and a half late, which isn't too bad considering the other reviews. They don't answer the phone, don't answer, or even push you away. They also don't deliver your full order. The spring rolls were missing, but to compensate, there was an ant and a beetle in the bag with the food. Enjoy! Long story short, please go get your poke bowl somewhere else.

Nice service but that's it. The food is not worth it, it was very dirty and when we received the food the shrimps turned out to be spoiled and chicken was full of weird watery substance while it had to be fried. Not sure when the sanitary inspection was there last

I ordered two bubble teas from you today: one coconut milk with mango pearls and one taro milk with lychee. Unfortunately, this was very disappointing. The coconut milk tasted like regular milk and had no recognizable coconut flavor, and the mango pearls seemed to be missing. The taro also had little to no flavor and there was no lychee in it, as ordered. I wanted to share this with you, because I am normally a fan of bubble tea and was hoping for a nice experience

Unfortunately the service was very bad. They were busy with each other. The boy who made our bowls had very dirty gloves and the bowls looked dirty. When I said something about it, he tried to wipe it away with a napkin which unfortunately did not help... then I just left with the food. Not satisfied. Would actually like my money back.

Really so poor. I ordered 2 poke bowls and a bubble tea. For one poke bowl I had chosen tuna as protein, for an additional charge. There were literally 6 cubes of tuna in it. In the other bowl tuna and salmon, both for an additional charge. Just as poor. For more value for your money you can better order a poke bowl somewhere else and skip this one. The bubble tea was also disappointing. The straw was too small for the tapioca. When ordering online I asked for extra brown sugar syrup in the drink. Unfortunately, that was not included either. Plus point: the poke bowl was tasty (but also hard to mess up).

Interior is really cute, but unfortunately, that's it. Came here to get Boba, but don't let its nice visuals fool you; it was unfortunately undrinkable. The milk tasted like literal sausage water?? So disgusting that we couldn't even finish it. The music blasting from a singular speaker located on ear level when seating added to our stay being nothing but uncomfortable.

A minimum order amount of €25.00 is already a bit above the amount I have in mind for 1 meal for 1 person. The delivery costs of €2.49 is average for Leiden <=> Katwijk. The type of food is not immediately my favorite. So it does not come to an order, due to my personal selection.

Bubble tea not recommended! Tasted very watery and both even tasted a bit sour. Dirty floors, ew.

It will make you full if you are hungry and in a hurry. However, some of the ingredients do not taste fresh and for the quality it is overpriced. The music, dust and fake plants still with the price label do not create a very nice ambient.

I worked in Leiden for 10 days and wanted healthy dinner options. This was the perfect choice! The medium sized meals were perfect for me and I have a big appetite. Overall, great healthy food, reasonable prices and friendly staff.

I've worked at bubble tea store in Dublin, and this place's bubble tea was TERRIBLE I've ever had. There was no syrup so that the taste was literally just WATER flavour, the tapioca pearl stuck together and didn't even come off. We wasted our money :/ don't try bubble tea at this place

If you have an order with 3x chicken, make sure you take off your dirty fish gloves, the containers stink of fish and you can see the greasy fingers on them, ruining the whole meal because you get the smell through your nose while you are eating. 2. It took 1.5 hours for the pokebowl to arrive, so a cold bowl of food doesn't seem to take very long..

Ordered last night in Katwijk, it took 1 hour and 40 minutes before they arrived, but in the end it was disappointing. Too bad you can't give half a star... they were definitely worth it.

I will never order from here again. Order arrives with everything missing: no Dubai chocolate bar, no chopsticks (I also paid for it, which I find ridiculous), not the right toppings and no extra salmon (also paid 3.50 for it), also no soy sauce ( also paid extra). Then there is a piece of avocado in it that is not ripe, which looked like a brick (again paid €1 extra for it). Finally they brought the chocolate bar... Dubai chocolate bar is so dirty I don't understand how you can sell it.

Ordered a poke bowl tonight at 6:15 PM and still nothing arrived at 8:10 PM. Called at 7:35 pm, the standard response was that the order had gone out and it was busy and then the phone was hung up! Called again at 8:30 PM and was told my order would be delivered within 60 minutes from now!!!! With the excuse that it was busy! Very unfortunate because the food is always good, but I think waiting more than 2 hours for your food is very long! Ultimately my delivery was delivered at 8:50 PM with an apology and a free can of coke from the delivery person, but in the end he couldn't do anything about it.

Ordered online at 7:00 PM for collection at 8:00 PM. We got there at 7:50 PM and then had to wait until 8:30 PM for 2 poke bowls and 2 sides. Staff were not necessarily nice and the atmosphere inside was not very pleasant. Very slow and unfortunate. Nice food :)

I ordered online via Uber Eats and I received 2 hours later.

I've been here 3 times to get boba drinks. I got a lot of ice cubes, so I finished the drink in no time. Also very bad service...the people were not customer friendly and it seemed like they didn't feel like it at all, which made you feel very unwelcome. I experienced this 3 times, so I don't recommend coming here...

Delicious bubble tea, although expensive, but that's the case with everything these days. Service is terrible, been here three times and all three times someone looked like they just had no fun helping me. Last time the cash register didn't work, and neither did the self-scan… “then I can't help you”. While there were all kinds of people eating. But they were employees, so that was all possible. Had to work hard to get help - with a little thought. I don't come here anymore.

Ordered from this restaurant for the first time today, 2 poke bowls, a snack bowl and some gyoza. The problem started with delivery, because half (the poke bowls) were given to the delivery person, who did not receive the rest of the order. 2nd problem is even getting hold of this store, the connection was constantly disconnected because the line was busy. After a lot of trying and some luck, we finally got someone on the phone, explained the problem and were promised that the rest would be delivered. After more than 45 minutes I tried to call again repeatedly, without any result. It is now a quarter to 9, no one can be reached, no idea where it is, or whether it is still coming this way at all. At 9 o'clock the delivery person is finally at the door with the rest of the order; soggy, limp and cold. I strongly suspect that the repeat order has also been waiting for an hour until I can receive it. What a circus.

This place is terrible. I did not get the food i ordered and i payed much more than what i got. They are thieves and do not respect their customers. Never again from this place there are many other better Poke bowls restaurant available and you will not be scammed like this place!

We ate a bowl with chicken and a bowl with salmon here. A bit underwhelming. The staff is friendly. The food could be better. The rice was dry and hard. The salmon was not fresh and unfortunately the chicken did not come straight from the fire. Unfortunately not recommended

Been coming here for my poke, about once every 2 weeks for the past 3 years, mainly for the convenient location. THIS PLACE IS A 50/50 GAMBLE. Half the time you will get a great, full and flavourful poke served by truly lovely employees. The other half, you will pay for it and only after be told that your selected protein (salmon, probably the most common poke choice) is not available and you'll be offered chicken instead. You'll be given rice warm enough to cook whatever fresh ingredient you picked. And all of it served by girls who so clearly do not care to be there - I get it, but you don't need to show it to the client... The lack of consistency is a shame, cause when they do good, they do really good. But when they do not, it's really not worth the money. Good luck!

Cozy restaurant with friendly staff. This is the second time I go to this restaurant and I really like the poke bowl. The bubble tea is a bit disappointing. The taro milk tea tasted a bit like cardboard, but the Jasmine tea was tasty. Highly recommended! (Loud music)

First we had to wait fifteen minutes before we were helped. No apparent reason for this other than lethargy. The American behind us suggested we get a mattress and a bed. In the middle of the restaurant, a fallen shake was scattered on the floor, not cleared away. The poke bowl itself was quite mediocre. The ingredients each had a different temperature, from cold to lukewarm. Not cheap either. Shame!
