Ordered food, waited 2.5 hours, and then it came out cold. We waited another 45 minutes for new pizzas, which we didn't get because we'd already thrown the cold ones away. Never ordering from here again!!!

We ordered from here via Uber Eats, and it arrived after an hour and a half instead of 45 minutes. The pizzas were cold (so we threw them away) and the fries were soggy. We were supposed to get new pizzas, but because we threw away the previous cold ones, they wouldn't give us a replacement. If I could give 0 stars, I would have :( The delivery driver was also in the car with two other people. If the other two people don't work at Mario, then it's not covered by insurance.

I ordered food and after two hours, I received a cold pizza. We then called and were told we'd get a new one. Then the man arrived and started yelling at us. Never order from here, and make them go bankrupt.

The pizza order took 1:30 to arrive. The pizza was cold and disgusting when we received it. We then called for a new pizza. They came by but refused to give it to us because we had thrown it away because it was disgusting and cold. We called again, and they scolded me and told me I was lying. The pizza was terrible and the service was terrible.

This place is absolutely crap. I waited 1 hour and 40 minutes for a pizza that was cold and disgusting. After that, they yelled at me and refused to cooperate. I would never order from here.

Got two pizzas, they were hot and delicious. I've been coming here for years and they're good. Even the kapsalon is better than at DemDem. One area for improvement: the menus you order from are old; you pay more than what's listed. They really need to update them with new prices. Keep up the good work.

This isn't even worth a star! I ordered spaghetti carbonara, and the delivery person aggressively handed it over. When I opened my spaghetti, I saw a dead rat in my food! I should have gone to the hospital. I was sick for three weeks. This is the first and last time I'll ever come here!

Horribly bad store. After waiting 2.5 hours for a kapsalon, some small snacks, and a pizza, only the kapsalon and the snacks arrived. The snacks were fine, but then came the kapsalon…! We shared the kapsalon because the pizza hadn't arrived (we called, and it was supposed to be sent, but it never arrived). But after 3/4 of the kapsalon, we saw that the chicken was almost rawer than when it was in the freezer. This isn't worth €30, let alone food poisoning!! Never order from here!

Bad experience – never again! After waiting over 2 hours for our pizzas, we tried calling multiple times – without success. It took six attempts before we finally got through to someone, who claimed that the delivery guy was “on his way”. Well, if that was the case, he must have left India, because it took another hour for the order to finally arrive. As if that wasn’t enough, I ended up with a dry, tasteless Sahara pizza that was anything but fresh or tasty. Really outrageous. If you don’t want to starve and be disappointed with a cardboard meal, definitely don’t order from here. Not recommended.

After literally waiting 2 hours for my pizza, "something" was finally delivered. Pizza or what should pass for it was hard and badly burned. This used to be a very good address but this was really a waste of my money. A big no-go. . . .😒

Never order or go there in your life I could call 48 times to get them on the phone twice The first time I called was because it takes almost 2 hours for them to deliver The second time I could call because the pizza was cold According to that you get the answer because it is busy the pizza cannot be warmer than 20 degrees Which pizzeria does not get their pizza warmer than 20 degrees Then you are yelled at on the phone and you are told to shut up and eat your meal It is ridiculous for words After half an hour everything has come out from the front and the back

I ordered pizza through a good delivery app and they made me wait for 2 hours for a couple of pizzas and I never got it. But the money was deducted for the bill. Don't ever order anything from here. Worst ever!!

I order via uber eats, but they not sent any food. I call them, they answer and ask for wait 10 min for delivery. After that nobody pick up the phone. SCAMMERS

I ordered a kapsalon and a Coke, but the kapsalon was very dry and without sauce. They also forgot the Coke, and there was an antisocial employee who pretended it was coming without asking for the address. I also told them to call me instead of ringing the doorbell and they ignored that too. I paid, so I expect to get everything. It also took quite a while even though I live very close by. NOT RECOMMENDED.

What disgusting people work here. The female employee is very antisocial and belittling. I saw this woman put a hairdresser that had fallen on the floor back into the container and give it to the delivery person. Bahbah!

I ordered two pizzas and a mixed grill dish for about 40 euros. This mixed grill dish should consist of chicken, kebab, shawarma and merguez for 22 euros. After I was told that the kebab had run out, I was promised that I would get extra merguez, which in practice was only 2.5 merguez. The shawarma was also terribly dry and old: it looked like a mountain of rat tails (so it was definitely not worth my money). The pizzas, on the other hand, were quite tasty and also for a reasonable price. I ordered late in the evening with an additional instruction to call me or knock softly when the delivery person would be there. This was completely ignored and the doorbell was still rung. In short, I will not order here again.

Forget all the extra sauce you bought and when you call, the kitchen is already closed, then you want to know where and then say "well, that will take so long". Okay never mind. But we will never order here again. Big nonsense

Ordered pizza tonno, the tuna was spoiled, smelled extremely bad and was absolutely unedible!! Called and explained, but they didn't want to solve the problem and didn't want to look at the pizza either!! Absolutely do not order completely unreliable spoiled tuna on the pizza!! They also indicated that they bought the tuna fried and replenishing stock can never be fresh and good!!

I've never done a review before but what a WORTHLESS THING this is!!! Do not order here!!! Lousy service, waited almost 2 hours for my order only to see that my order was incorrect. Contacted the company but unfortunately could not find a solution. After waiting more than an hour for our order, we called and the gentleman indicated that there was no order for my address. The order was not accepted by Mario's so we waited for nothing. The gentleman indicated to prepare the order now and deliver it as soon as possible. I did not agree to this. Want my money back, sir indicates that this is not possible and we have to arrange this via an ultimatum. Called an ultimatum today and was told that the restaurant must confirm this in order to refund the money. We will never order from here again and come and get my money personally, those people are completely screwed!!!!!!

Food ordered is cancelled, they blame Uber, while it clearly states that Pizzaria Mario canceled it itself, never again a junk restaurant.

The 1st and 2nd time the pizzas were delicious and well filled. But last Saturday was very poorly filled with shawarma and salami, onions and what came with it paid 32 euros. So it doesn't work anymore. Unfortunately.

Our family ordered late from Mario. We were informed twice that the doorbell was NOT allowed to be rung due to a sleeping and sick baby. Yet the doorbell rang and I am now sitting on the couch with a crying baby. I wanted to go to bed after my pizza. That's canceled now because some cookie-cutter delivery person rang the doorbell.

Ordered many times from this place and they never disappoint, amazing food amazing service and the friendliest staff.

Na jaren weer een keertje in de buurt en met de vele files besloten om hier weer een pizza te eten. De beide pizza's waren echt heerlijk en de jongeman die ons serveerde was zeer vriendelijk. Maar het enige wat ons stoorde was dat het niet veel meer van een restaurant heeft maar meer een bezorg/afhaalhonk geworden is. Het plafond is voor een deel open gehaald en het lijkt niet alsof het eerdaags weer dicht gaat en de bezorgfietsen staan tijdens de openingstijden gewoon binnen. Al met al......voor de sfeer moet je het niet doen, maar voor de prima pizza's natuurlijk wel. Daarom nog steeds 4 sterren.

Het eten was niet te eten heb eindstand zelf wat gemaakt en weggegooid ! HD aangeven dat ze mij moeten bellen bij aankomst drukken ze nog steeds de doorbel in geen aanrader

Eten was redelijk we hadden de calozone met shoarma en 1 met kip, de calozone was kleiner dan voorheen en ook veel minder gevuld dan voorheen. De pizza was lekker en alles wordt goed warm bezorgd, de shoarma broodjes zijn heerlijk en de knoflooksaus is ook heerlijk en niet uit een zakkie maar zelf gemaakt. Bezorging is altijd netjes en vrij snel. Al met al geef ik deze zaak een 8+ Voor de kwaliteit en service.

Super lekkere pizza en pastas hier woon mischien in de buurt bij bezorging stoom en warmte uit de piepschuim bak waarmee ze de pizza bezorgde aardige mensen aan de telefoon en bezorging netjes bestel sinds dien alleen hier heerlijk eten echt een aanrader gelukkig zijn er nog zaakjes die in deze tijden nog normaal en lekker bezorgen

Snelle bezorging en ondanks dat ze al gesloten waren toch nog even mijn bestelling opgenomen echt een aanrader hele aardige mensen 😁

Pizzas besteld netjes aangegeven wat wel wat niet er op.... doos is te klein bezorging was 10 min te laat maar weet je kan gebeuren vooral in weekend daar heb ik begrip voor maar voor mij geen pizza meer sorry. Wel me respect na de bezorger uit.

Heerlijke pizza's en schotels! Vriendelijk personeel. Jammer dat ze op een vrijdag maar 1 persoon hadden ingezet, waardoor de wachttijd aardig opliep!

Was Goed in her begin erg beleefd je kreeg je knoflooksaus voor je pizza maar op eens kwam de gozer en zei hij tegen mij wij geven geen saus maar voor deze keer wel terwijl ik vaste klant ben. Wie probeer je in de maling te nemen ??

In het restaurant gegeten met onze dochter van 7 super vriendelijk vooral naar haar en lekker gegeten. Onze dochter vroeg meteen of we hier niet vaker konden heten

Weet niks over hun pizza's maar was een biertje gaan drinken en heb de fruitautomaat leeg getrokken :)

Kapsalon zoals altijd fantastisch. Daar kunnen een hoop zaakjes in de buurt wat van leren!

Als je een rustige plek zoekt op heerlijk te eten raad ik dit restaurant aan!!!!
