Mark's Snackkar in Wijk 39 Binckhorst

In English, they'd call this a "diamond in the rough." It looks a bit grim, but true connoisseurs (all the construction workers and other laborers in the area) know this is the place to be. Fresh fries, delicious satay sauce, and wonderful homemade meatballs and other snacks.

From now on I will drive 100 meters further towards the Binckhorst.

Delicious chicken schnitzel sandwiches with delicious katjang sauce and a wide range of sandwiches. The fries with various sauces are also recommended. A neat display case and friendly staff.

I love the fries from here! That is about it because very limited options for vegetarians. I also find that the prices are a bit on the higher side.

De beste broodjes die ik ooit heb gegeten. Als je een broodje warm vlees besteld is niet alleen je broodje gevuld maar heel je bord. En dat voor een zeker betaalbare prijs. Altijd vers. En er hangt een leuke, vriendelijke, Haagse sfeer. Eet hier je broodjes als je trek hebt!
