Nice frying pan. Friendly staff, tasty fries and many homemade dishes.

The owner has his own little laugh, and is very friendly. Time was too short for a 3 time, after eating there 2 days in a row, the variety is large, ‘Crockets’, schnitzel. Fries, Sauces all recommendable. Enjoy😀

Ordered a cold buffet for 40 people from Wassenaar Snacks for my 80th birthday. The various salads, including the fruit salad, were beautifully presented and tasted very tasty. I received enthusiastic responses from my guests about this. The preparations and delivery also went well. In short: Wassenaar Snacks: ALL PRAISE!!

Super nice people and they have a vegan kroket! It was made this week for the first time and it was delicious! Also all snacks are made by hand not just bought from somewhere! If you're vegan you should definitely try this place (also if you're not, because who doesn't want good service and handmade snacks?!). There's also a lot of vegetarian options btw!

I can just say: try it yourself. One tastes better than the other. We tried plenty different snacks. A clear recommendation 😁

The cheap alternative to the beach. The food is typical and good for this classic Dutch "chip shop" The two older gentlemen are very nice. We ate there several times during our stay in Scheveningen.

Coming from the US we wanted to try some local food and it was amazing!!! Definitely worth it and affordable. Everything is made in house they cook everything on the spot and in front of you. Definitely try it out!

Typical Dutch chip shop! All dishes on offer seem very fresh, there are seats! Fries were great, as were the Dutch specialties!

We have been coming here for more than 35 years, and all that time we have had delicious snacks, satay and salads, especially the noodles and nasi snacks. Everything is always fresh and homemade and the staff is very friendly and pleasant. If it were possible, I would give you a big 10

It had been on the list for years, eating a bacon sandwich in The Hague. because in Haarlem it is nowhere on the snack bar menu. In fact, not in the rest of the Netherlands either. Referred to Wassenaars Snacks through an acquaintance from The Hague, or in his words "You must be such a Broohdju." So we took the train and tram, left the circus and 5 minutes later we were at Wassenaar Snacks. A nice little cozy snack bar with ditto service. We hesitantly ordered a bacon sandwich, because perhaps it was a myth and not a dish. "with chili sauce?" add the funny guy on the other side... um... yeah I guess... He deftly took something from the display case and started cutting it, an action I had not expected. We went into the chip shop and we took a waiting position on the wooden bench in front of the snack bar. 5 minutes later our sandwich was served, a soft white dot with what seemed to be a Babi Pangang-like content. It smelled delicious and after a "three two one go" we took our first bite at the same time. Crunchy, sweet, salty and juicy at the same time, our eyebrows shot up in pure happiness, and after the first bite we unrehearsedly said in unison HOLY MOLY THAT'S DELICIOUS. There was probably also some relief that we didn't travel to The Hague all the way for Jan with the short surname. After the first, of course a second, the man behind the counter who now realized that it was a serious test joked "Just one more then?" To which we replied with a resounding yes! Oh, I was just joking... he replied laughing, well not us, the third was almost even tastier, but a fourth is really out of the question, we said afterwards. Top place, go here for a bacon sandwich, we haven't tasted any other things, but that's probably tasty too!

Heerlijkste patat! Al jaren vaste klant. komen er alleen niet heel vaak, omdat wij niet in Den Haag wonen. Als wij op visite zijn bestellen wij online en laten het bezorgen. Update 26 februari 2023: de laatste 2 keer is het 2 maal verkeerd gegaan. Eerst zijn er 2 artikelen niet geleverd, maar wel betaald. Het teveel betaalde bedrag hebben wij opgehaald. De 2e keer hebben wij zo ontzettend lang gewacht. Het kan natuurlijk druk zijn. Daar hebben wij alle begrip voor, maar de telefoon wordt ronduit genegeerd. Terwijl wij wilde weten of het bestelde al (foutief) geleverd was. Er kan altijd iets fout gaan, maar dan kan je ook de klant bellen/op de hoogte brengen. Ook moet er dan een blok op de bestellingen komen, dat ze het niet meer aankunnen, zodat de klant weet dat het te druk is of een tijdklok hoe laat de bestelling geleverd gaat worden. Na anderhalf uur eindelijk telefonisch contact gekregen, ja we hebben het druk en hebben u bestelling nog niet gezien, maar gaan het zo afleveren. Wij hebben zo ontzettend lang gewacht (1 uur en 45 minuten) op een (kleine) bestelling, dat wij hebben besloten, dat dit de laatste keer is dat wij wat gaan bestellen of kopen bij het Wassenaartje!

Heerlijk patatje met, mexicano maar bovenal de aangeraden frikandello gegeten. Zeker een aanrader. Daarbij maakt het personeel echt de tijd om een praatje of grapje te maken met de klanten en kennen ze echt hun vaste klanten bij naam. Als je in de buurt bent, vooral even lekker wat gaan eten hier!

Geschmacklich ok bis gut. Preisstruktur undurchsichtig. Kam uns nicht mega teuer, aber auch nicht mega günstig vor. Bedienung wirkte etwas genervt.

Ik kreeg hier kleine porties patat. Leek wel goed voor een kind. De patat wordt logischer wijze steeds duurder met inkoop maar ga niet bezuinigen op de hoeveelheid van een portie patat Wassenaar snacks

Wat werken de heren hard en snel! Altijd klaar om met een lach je te woord te staan voor je guilty pleasure. Is altijd moeilijk om je in te houden. Zo veel lekkers🙃

Lecker, günstig und freundlich.

Hamburger was heerlijk, frietjes waren perfect gebakken. Lekkere zelfgemaakte katjang blijkbaar, geweldig. Vrolijke toffe kerel achter de bar! Al met al een goeie ervaring, voor herhaling vatbaar dus.

Nog net zo lekker als 50 jaar geleden.

Patat portie was echt heel klein. Zat heel veel zout op ook. En ik kreeg de verkeerde bestelling. Personeel raakt alles onnodig vaak aan met blote handen. Voor mij geen aanrader dit.. helaas
