According to the sticker on the door, they have the "best ice cream in the Netherlands." Well, that's not too bad. The vanilla ice cream has a good texture and tastes good, but the pistachio ice cream tastes a bit watery. There's not enough pistachio paste in it. That's understandable given the price, but it just lacks flavor.

Very good ice cream. The flavors are missing in English. The sorbets have a delicious fruity taste.

Said its open but its closed. Next time update open hours correctly.

Delicious ice cream, just the way it should taste. My husband had chocolate and vanilla, both rich flavors made with real chocolate. I had pistachio and lemon ice cream. I've never had such delicious pistachio ice cream, not even in Italy. The lemon ice cream tasted strongly of lemon, too. And what a lovely owner! She recognized me from my last visit, even though it had been a while.

The strawberry sorbet was amazing!! It was just the perfect balance of sweet and sour.

Die Waffeln sind lecker, auch das Eis. Leider wurden wir völlig unmotiviert und unfreundlich bedient.

Peu de choix mais d'excellentes glaces fait maison avec des parfums originaux. Elles sont plus chères qu'ailleurs mais les portions sont généreuses et le prix est mérité !

Absolute Empfehlung. Super leckeres, selbstgemachtes Eis.

Must be the best icecream in Maastricht and surroundings! Their products aren't made for the eye but for your taste buds - here you won't find big heaps of multi-colour icecream, their ice cream is stored in cylinders with a lid (often a sign that such a place is worth trying). Innovative flavours - but selections such as "olive oil with basilicum" or "gin with raspberry" are not gimmicks - they really are delicious. Definitely an ice-cream parlour to visit!

I only have the best to say about Marks. I was so excited to find dark chocolate vegan ice-cream, which turned out to be delicious. Berry and coconut were amazing as well, creamy and refreshing. Others I did not taste but I am sure they would be as fantastic as the ones I had. Super friendly people as well, cannot wait to go back.

Ambachtelijke gemaakte ijs en chocolade. Echt een aanrader de smaak zeezout met caramel. Ijs zoals ijs moet smaken dan moet je hier zijn. Zelf ijs hoorntje heeft een bijzonder smaak, dus neem geen bakje. Midden in centrum van Maastricht geen parkeerplaats voor de deur.

We got a stroopwafel and some ice cream. The stroopwafel was perfect, warm and tasty, but the ice cream was nothing special. A bit pricey too.

Heerlijk ijs, proef zeker ook eens de zelfbedachte smaken zoals bijvoorbeeld olijfolie, basilicum en Jopen bier. De sorbet smaken zijn zo goed dat het lijkt of ze gepureerd fruit hebben bevroren maar ook de bonbons zijn door een Maastrichtse chocolatier handgaakt. Kortom kwaliteit nog met hoofdletters geschreven op het meest knusse plein van Maastricht.

Echt een hele lekker ijs. Beter had ik in Nederland niet!!! En is vegan!!
