I waited over 1.5 hours for my order to arrive. When I called to ask where the order was, I got someone on the phone who kept responding in a very dry and rude manner! Not pleasant, and I hung up immediately.

I placed an order 1.5 hours ago and my pizza still hasn't arrived. They might make the best pizza in The Hague, but timing is a really big problem. Too bad!

Service is very bad Very arrogant man at the checkout who thinks people have nothing better to do than wait for minutes on end. On the phone, they say you sometimes have to wait up to 25 to 30 minutes, and once you get there, you have to wait a very long time again because that is when the food is finally prepared.

Chicks are allowed to order food after 1:00 AM, but we, as regular customers, aren't. That's a shame, Ferdi.

Brother, I'm calling that place. He talks to me like I swore at his mother. They don't even know how to deal with a customer. I don't know who it was, employee or employer, but learn how to deal with customers. You work in a professional pizza shop.

It is taking a very long time; I have been waiting for my food for almost 2 hours and they are not answering phone calls, it is awful.

I had a bad experience. I literally called the shop and told the delivery driver to call me when he arrived. He eventually rang my doorbell. I then told him that I had indicated I wanted to be called. He said that nothing was told to him, even though the receipt clearly stated "call." I had also paid for an extra portion of pasta, but the container was just half-filled.

The food is very tasty, but the service is very bad. They don't answer, you wait for hours for the food, and when you finally get them on the phone, they answer curtly and hang up in your ear. They also lie about it being on its way, and then you wait another hour.

I called 1 hour and 50 minutes after I ordered the food... to ask why our order hadn't arrived yet. They said they had delivered the food, but that no one was home... a shameless lie. And my 7-year-old son was waiting for that food... I asked if they would make it again. They said their cat was very stressed and couldn't accept the order. If that is the case, they should close the restaurant.

They keep changing their prices. I was quoted a different price three times in one week. Such a shame!

I don't even know where to begin, you don't deserve even one star, but anyway... I placed the order, it was supposed to arrive in at least 55 minutes, but unfortunately, it arrived over two and a half hours later. The kids were practically exhausted from ordering pizza. I called several times, was always on hold, and on hold again. The last time I called, I spoke to someone rude; they didn't even know how to address women. I placed the order at 4:18 PM, it arrived at 6:45 PM, I sent it back. Oh, and I was called a liar! Shame on you! Never, ever, ever again! The service was terrible.

The pasta is truly delicious, but waiting two hours for it is simply unacceptable. Otherwise, the food is absolutely fantastic!

I often order pizza and pasta from them for delivery or pickup. It's always busy, but the food is delicious. Prepared with care.

Just placed an order, my pizza came without the paid topping, but after telephone contact and good assistance, they made a new pizza and delivered it at my own expense.

I had to wait an hour and a half for food that was cold and tasteless and the delivery person had tipped himself while I was waiting for my change, so the delivery person just left.

Top quality and great service! The food is always delicious, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The delivery is fast and neat. Highly recommended for anyone who likes good Italian dishes (Pasta & Pizza)!

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the poor service we received today. First of all, it took 2 hours for our food to finally arrive. When it arrived, it was cold and looked downright bad. To make matters worse, the chicken nuggets we ordered were also missing. We tried to resolve this with you over the phone, but the person on the line was incredibly rude and even said that “there are always haters.” This is unacceptable behavior and a lack of respect for customers.

Very disappointing! I had to wait 2.5 hours for my order. While your own website clearly indicated 45 minutes. I just see this as a complete scam. Don't come up with all kinds of excuses like yes, it's busy. Then put that on your site. Food was cold and unpalatable. Sad to experience this. You are seriously going backwards. We came in. It was an instant party. Owner welcomed us with open arms. We even got fountains on our cheesecakes! And the food was also super fresh and delicious. This business belongs in the top 10 of the Netherlands and I mean that seriously!

At the Oudemansstraat: Chicken in pasta was old and had a nasty aftertaste. Wasn't edible and left food untouched. Contacted staff about it but did not want to cooperate in a solution. Quality and service have deteriorated significantly.

The man behind the cash register calmly takes telephone orders and delivers to your home, while you have to wait extra long to take your order. apparently delivery is more of a priority for you. There were no other customers inside, but we still had to wait almost an hour for a pasta that you can make in 10 minutes. Never eating or ordering here again.

I have always had positive experiences ordering from you. Both delivery and collection always went smoothly: delicious food and friendly staff. Unfortunately I met the owner yesterday and what a disrespectful man he is! Not only was he incredibly rude and rude to the customers, but also to his own delivery people. Last Saturday I ordered 1 pasta and 3 pizzas. This arrived later than agreed and I didn't think that was a big deal, but when I went to empty the bag with sauce in it on the table I was shocked, an animal fell out!! I reported this but received no response. Rancid..

Just ordered Pizza Pepperoni at 11:58 PM at Vaillantlaan. Found out today that they make the best pepperoni pizza! Dough is nice and airy, soft with a crispy jacket at the end. Tomato puree not too sour, not too bland, just the right taste and filling. Toppings are neatly distributed so you can enjoy every bite! All in all Top quality, the bald man is a winner! In addition to my standard Favorite: Pasta Salmon! Their pizzas are also highly recommended!

I ordered pasta and a pizza a while ago and when they arrived they only had the pizza and told me they were out of pasta. So I asked if they could give me my money back for the pasta on which they responded I had to send them an email about it. So I sent them an email about me wanting the money from the pasta back and I never received anything back from them...

Delivery works abysmally! Ordered food at 7:30 PM and the food was delivered at 11:00 PM! I called twice, the first time at 9:50 PM, they told me the courier would be there in 15 minutes! Another 50 minutes passed, I called them again and they again told me that the courier would arrive in 15 minutes. I don't recommend this restaurant.Hope you close shop soon!

The food is delicious and not expensive, but the delivery is really bad. If I were the owner, I would invest more in additional delivery personnel or carefully check whether the routes are efficient.

Very bad service and very bad food. We ordered pizza and finger food. It was assured that the food would be delivered within 50 minutes. After 2 hours I called and asked where the food was and when it would come. (I was told at most 10 minutes more) We waited until night and after another half hour I called again and was promised 10 minutes again. After almost 3 hours the food was there. The pizza was cold and not really tasty. The shrimp were limp and, like the rest of the finger food, cold and not really tasty. When it came to the demand or the question of refunding the money paid, people just talked around it. Not recommended, ordered elsewhere. Really not worth the money.

We ordered through Thuiszorg at a hotel relatively far from the restaurant on New Year's Eve night and the food came relatively fast, just 25 min longer than the expected time, it was boiling hot so I can't complain considering they had to work on new years eve.

Heerlijk gegeten hoewel ik toch wel iets op de bezorging heb te zeggen wat ik jammer vind. De bezorger kwam aan de deur en zei niet eens gedag maar vroeg alleen maar om een goede raiting (beoordeling). Dit herhaald hij een stuk of 6x. Buiten dit was het eten prima! Volgende keer kom ik het wel halen.

Nous avons commandé des pâtes bolognaises et des pâtes au poulet et légumes (brocolis, champignons, etc). Nous nous sommes régalés, c’était vraiment délicieux. La livraison était rapide et les plats encore bien chauds. 👍👍

Het duurde lang voordat het er was en het toen we het een keer kregen was het een soort ikea pakket. Een kapsalon met de salade en saus apart. Kan het net zo goed zelf bouwen.

Alles is hier overheerlijk!!! Beste pasta die ik ooit heb gegeten! Pizza's ook superlekker! En ook de burgers zijn superjuicy!! En erg belangrijk het is altijd consistent! Fijn dat er nog een vestiging bij is gekomen want hier woon ik vlakbij... dus gaan we nog vaker eten van Mastercheff!!! Blijf zo doorgaan!
