Fine McDonald's, but I had the feeling that the whole place could listen in on our conversation😅

Only went through the drive-in; the ordering kiosk is positioned a bit strangely in a corner, and it took a while before someone came to take the order. The mini wrap was not recommended here, even though I love them at other McDonald's; this one seemed different and was certainly less tasty. I don't think we will be going back here again.

I really hadn't eaten a McFlurry in years and was really craving one after a visit to a nearby store. When it comes to shrinkflation, this McDonald's truly takes the cake. There was literally less than 2 cm of ice in the cup and a few stray M&M's crumbs. It is a mystery to me that they aren't utterly ashamed and dare to sell this for €4.20 at all. Truly scandalous! What a rip-off.

Ordered smoothly and quickly, the order was fine, and it was nice to have a friendly, Dutch-speaking server.

I asked if I had everything and checked the receipt, but now I'm one Mc Tasty short again, and for the milkshake I ordered strawberry but got vanilla.

Absolutely unacceptable. My first McMuffin was served cold, so I politely asked for a replacement. Instead of fixing the problem, I was given another cold breakfast. The cheese was ice cold, as if it had just come straight out of the fridge, and the bacon didn’t taste fresh or properly heated either. I don’t understand how a hot breakfast can be served cold twice, especially after I specifically asked for it to be replaced. This shows a complete lack of quality control and care for customers. Very disappointing experience.

this person so rude. i was asking about my order and answered me with a bad attitude. people that gives you a service should make sure you are enjoying your time there. not making you feel bad.

Even though it wasn't busy, our food wasn't served until 20 minutes later and it was lukewarm... so not very tasty.

Missing 2 burgers, fries and a drink. When telling them the manager was, eventough still cooperating, very rude. When i asked for the drink she didn’t believe me but still gave it. Won’t recommend

Fast food... wait at least 15 minutes, even though your food is ready... among other things, ordered a soft ice cream twice and received it as a water ice; naturally reported this and luckily got a new one, hence the service going from 2 to 3 stars, but the fries were bland and saltless and the McFlurry was only half-filled with a tiny bit of toppings. And the restaurant itself is really filthy, there is trash everywhere as if it has already been neglected.

Getting better! Quicker service and little mistakes in orders.

I ordered a coffee and paid for it. However, they came to the table and said that McCafé was closed and they couldn't serve coffee. I had to accept a milkshake instead. But 30 minutes later, I saw that they were serving coffee.

Ordered hamburgers this morning, they were just like crackers, so dry and stale.

Got a Mc Kroket from the drive-in

Stingy place, I ordered a Big Arch with just bread, meat, and cheese, then I mentioned, "Gosh, I take quite a lot off my burger, can I have extra cheese?" "No, that's not allowed, there's someone at headquarters," so I said, "Gosh, can I speak to the person from headquarters?" And sure enough, the headquarters employee just said "no" too. Imagine you're so stingy that you can't put an extra slice of cheese on a burger.

At 00:30 I was at the drive-thru and no one spoke to me. The doors were closed too. The opening hours are until 02:00 at night 🤔. During the day, the food is fine though.

A bit remote, but great service and clean.

Fast food and plenty of parking spaces

The price of one ice cream sundae in Zaandam is €3.20, the highest in the region. And you get far too little ice cream. I have since realized that every McDonald's has different prices and just messes around with the portion sizes.

They didn't apply the app discounts to my order; I had to pay much more, and when I called, they were rude as well.

Very bad experience. Staff and manager were rude and unhelpful. I ordered a full meal, then added an ice cream for my daughter and asked to pay for sprinkles. They refused and pushed me to buy another €5 item just to get toppings. Despite offering to pay, they ignored the request while my child was crying. The manager turned his back instead of helping. Unacceptable service and poor customer handling

3:11 no McMuffin if there is a car in front of you

Cold food, super dirty toilet! I saw a mouse in the toilet! I spoke to an employee who couldn't speak a word of Dutch, but the manager got angry and after that, the food was super cold. I'll never go back!

20-01-26 17:45 I was very disappointed with a takeout menu and an ice cream cone. I think they put the ice cream cone out first, and then the food arrived, and the cone was completely melted and not tasty. Also, the lid of the cola wasn't put on properly, so the car was covered in cola. This was all very annoying. We normally go to McDonald's in Beverwijk and Santpoort. Much better than this terrible, last time for now.

A really great guy at the window! He was super friendly and we had a nice chat. Our day was made after a nasty New Year's Eve hangover. Thanks! Dinner took a bit longer than usual.

I read a lot of reviews about the mosquitoes, and it's absolutely true! I couldn't even eat in peace. The service was good, though, and the staff were friendly.

This McDonald's is always so exceptionally good at customer service! I recently discovered that my parakeet loves the Apple Pie pieces. I was at this location today and thought I'd just ask if they sell this snack frozen so I can heat one up as a treat sometimes. The cashier was very nice, but she had to check with the manager. Luckily, it soon turned out it was okay! I showed them both the video below, and they had a good laugh. I even got some preparation tips, so it's all good. Everything was great. The place is very clean. Like all McDonald's, they have vending machines where you can place your order and then serve it. The service was fast and friendly. I would go back again; the experience was good.

Got 1 crazy stomach flu never again

We've had good meals here regularly. Unfortunately, today wasn't quite right. Mini wrap with chicken. There seemed to be mold spots on the wrap. Sundea ice cream with noodles, but we didn't get any noodles. McFlurry pistachio. I don't identify the pistachios as pistachios. Very, very little ice cream. And no green sauce 🤔🤔

I wouldn't recommend anyone go there. Last week I went to dinner with the kids, and the child puked up potatoes all night long.

The reviews speak for themselves. Lots of mosquitoes inside, indeed, and they left itching. This place is deteriorating McDonald's' image and quality. A failing grade on all counts.

I've had extensive experience with various McDonald's restaurants, but this one was a huge disappointment. Lots of (biting) mosquitoes in the restaurant. Breakfast here is very expensive compared to other locations, so probably the rest are too. The building is very uninviting, and the outside area isn't pleasant either (lots of noise from the surrounding area). Furthermore, the staff was rather apathetic. I won't be returning.

The food is as it should be. The location is rather bleak. The hygiene is also disappointing.

Coffee 65+ costs 1.50 and I had to pay 2.75 and I don't get 1.25 back, and there is also a Burger King that I go to.

I have to admit that there are indeed problems in this McDonald's, the meals are not very hot, you wait a long time for orders, general cleanliness 6/10. The service is always nice, there is no problem here. I noticed that there is also McDrive and I have to admit that it also affects the quality and speed. I worked in gastronomy and I know that the only problem is the lack of staff. I go there every day because I have this way to work, so improve the standards a bit and I will be there more often 😎

I was charging my powerstation and the employee came. He said I shouldn't do that. The store manager sent this person. They said it was dangerous, but it's not. Because it has a surge protector and I'm a mechanical engineer. According to my expertise in this field, it's absolutely not dangerous. I don't know why they did this. A customer should be able to use the outlets.

A fairly large McDonald's with plenty of free parking. The food (salad and one burger) was ready promptly. Unfortunately, there was hardly any sauce on the burger. It wasn't quite as tidy as other branches.

I visited McDonald’s today and ordered a burger with a beef patty. When I opened the packaging, I discovered that the patty was simply missing. I went back to the counter to show this. Without saying a word or commenting on the situation, the staff member just took my burger, unwrapped it right on the counter in front of me, grabbed a patty from the tray, placed it inside, lightly pressed the burger as if trying to restore its shape, and handed it back to me. All of this was done without gloves. I understand that mistakes happen, and I wasn’t expecting an apology, but I would have appreciated a more careful and respectful approach — for example, replacing the burger with a new one or at least handling the situation with a bit more care. I hope this was just a one-time oversight, and that such situations can be avoided in the future.

We ordered two veggie spicy mcchickens. No one was in drive through and no one was behind us nor was the restaurant that busy but we had to wait over 10 minutes for those veggie burgers and they were not crispy but soggy. Incompetence at its best.

After 20 minutes waiting for a coffee, the person serving tells me to go back to the first window where he was not there for more than 20 minutes. They think they can play with people's time, because they are not wrong, time is respected.

I come here once every month and always order a banana milkshake with my menu and always get vanilla. Last Saturday we ordered 2 banana shakes and 2 strawberries. We got 1 strawberry and 3 vanilla shakes. Sloppy. I have also decided that I will never go there again

First the positives, the fries were at the right temperature and nice and crispy. Then I unpacked the McKroket and to my astonishment the sauce was on top of the roll instead of in between, so it was impossible to handle the thing without your fingers being covered in sauce, sloppy. It was quiet, two customers, but the clerk felt it necessary to constantly sweep around my table. Sorry, but you don't make me happy at all. Was my last time at this branch.

There isn't much wrong with the order. Forgetting things but also receiving wrong ones. You also saw that several people had received the wrong thing.

Often something is forgotten at this branch (Stormhoek 1) when they bring an order, very irritating and you wonder how difficult it can be!. This time only pick up by car. 2X children's menu. I say I don't want any sauce (mayo), yes, this is part of it, she says. I say no, I don't want this, I didn't before and my children don't like this either. When I got home, no receipt and twice the sauce. I'm pissed off with these types of scamming methods!! Total €12.10

You go because the children want to, but you lose a lot of money and are disappointed every time. McDonald's isn't my thing. I prefer to go to a good "normal" snack bar.

Unhealthy and too expensive for the quality that is delivered

This is so far the most beautiful McDonald store I have ever seen. Surrounded by huge french windows. The mozzarella sticks were not as good as our regular McDonald location. The quality of other food met our expectations.

I got a “bad” mcflurry. And I've been back. The McFlurry smelled sour and didn't seem safe to eat. We ordered 2 and compared the two, and there was a clear difference. We drove back and the manager didn't believe me and gave me a new one, and after that I was parked. I find out she almost gave me no ice cream. See photo... very disappointing, been coming here for a while

A top location with delicious burgers, fries, and a wide choice of desserts that you can eat with your hands!

It is useful that food is always quickly accessible, but unfortunately mice are walking around in and around the building.

An ordinary branch of a fast food chain where you can get everything at a fairly high price for what you get for it and the fries are often cold and the burgers are also tasteless, which is a shame.

If you fancy a vanilla milkshake, you get banana. 30 staff for 4 customers but there are still not enough brain cells.
