There was frying oil leaking from my fries, the burger was covered in sauce, yuck.

Always forget something with the order

A classic. However, the service was quick and the place was clean (normal but rare in McDonald's).

The toilet is really dirty and there was a blockage

Bad service. I went through the drive-thru for a veggie McChicke and a strawberry milkshake, but I got a milkshake without the strawberry syrup and a chicken burger instead of a vegetarian one. I went back, and after a long wait, we got a new burger, only to find out it was chicken again. We went back again, and finally got a veggie burger and a free fry, but the staff didn't seem to care. I'll never be back!

They didn't give me my fries at the McDonald's drive-thru. I filed a complaint, but they never responded. So, the service is terrible.

We received moldy chicken nuggets

Quickly grabbed a quarter-pounder burger at the drive-thru. It was only five minutes before I was served. The cashier even gave me a Christmas scented pendant for my rearview mirror. The bun was excellent. See photos.

The atmosphere is warm in winter, and the prices and food are reasonable.

The atmosphere here was great, but the food left much to be desired. The burgers we received were cold and dry. The fries were old, and the orders were incomplete. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and helpful. And the icing on the cake: a pickle has been stuck to the ceiling for quite some time.

Shortly after consuming this meal, we experienced severe nausea, after which we vomited several times. This was very unpleasant and caused considerable discomfort. I would like this to be seriously investigated so that it can be determined what went wrong. I would also like to hear what solution you can offer.

nice and calm place, clean toilets. there were also electricity sockets. packaging of the hamburger was not good.

Bad experience at this Drive-Inn. Did we mind driving back to order another Coke? "Because we're not giving away a freebie." We don't want a freebie; we want to be able to have a normal conversation and not be treated like we're ripping people off. Because our order wasn't taken correctly, we were sent away and treated with anything but friendliness and hospitality. This is the last time we'll be here.

The quarter pouder was well prepared but the taste cannot be compared to the smash burger from Friet van Piet.

I've been through this drive-thru three times in the past month. Each time, something went wrong: the cola was just water with ice. Then a quarter pounder had a completely different meat on it??? And today they gave me a different order. Then I had to wait, and they forgot about me. After fifteen minutes, I finally got my order, and what do you know, it was the wrong items again? Bizarre.

Food was good, hot, and fresh. Lots of litter in the parking lot.

I find it inappropriate to have such a messy business environment with litter.

Many times, orders were incomplete. Check your orders carefully. Portions aren't always the same...it's often dirty. The staff are usually rude...in short, they're terrible.

It's 9:20, the place is still closed. The woman just walks into the place and slowly pretends to clean.

I was helped with ordering via the computer, but I couldn't do it, which was different from Beverwijk where you had to figure it out on your own.

Unfortunately, the food got cold quickly. Coffee too. I sat there for less than five minutes. I'd also paid for a croissant, but once it was brought to the table, they didn't tell me it was gone. A blond guy with glasses doesn't know how to communicate with a guest. I asked for extra milk for my coffee because they'd run out at the self-service counter. I politely greeted him and asked for it. The young man didn't greet me back or respond. He simply bent down, grabbed one, and extended his arm. Not another word. I had to get up and go get my croissant myself, even though they knew it was gone. There was also a dog in the restaurant. In my opinion, completely unhygienic.

Haven't been here in a long time. They've since renovated and now have McCaffee. Downstairs looked good.

Great. Table service was also very fast. I only had to wash my hands in the restroom. The menu was on the table as I was coming down the stairs.

Probably the nicest and most spacious McDonald's I have ever been seen. And it is in Amersterdam- not America.

Two fish burgers are €11.40, even Domino's is cheaper than McDonald's for a meal, and they have a 50% discount every Wednesday and Sunday. I'll never go to McDonald's again. It's incredibly expensive.

I saw the mouse in the oil with my own eyes. Whenever I eat at this restaurant, I always get a stomach ache, and now I know why. Also, the service is very bad, and the workers there are rude and have no respect for anyone.

The milkshake we ordered and received was only half full. The employee noticed this and corrected the mistake by filling a larger milkshake and giving it to us. Fantastic.

Once a week we eat here, out of 10 times 2-3 times the error in the order, they often forget to put something or not at all what I ordered, you ask to do it without onions - they forget. And here again, they ordered a double cheeseburger, they forgot to put the second cutlet and cheese, we learned this already at home. More often, errors occur in MacDrive. Always check your order without leaving the cash register!

Gnome wanted to have coffee and an ice cream together with Kwebbel. Too bad about the messy impression when you drive into the parking lot. But it is very busy. Inside very nicely helped by the staff members who were very busy. Very nice.🏆was done with coffee and ice cream to pick up. 👌

Maybe 2 times out of 10 the order is correct. Every time I placed an order via Uber or thuisbezorg there's something wrong with missing stuff and additions not respected. Tonight I placed an order, the driver was assigned and then, out of nothing, it showed the order again in progress. I called the restaurant and the worker that picked up the phone hung up twice. He first said there's no order, then he said it was delivered and then again no order. Choose your employees better.

You just get screwed at this specific location, you often get the wrong products and now for the 2nd time in a short time we have received a wrong order via home delivery, the first time it was still an option to pick up the missing product, today we had an order for €51 and received a completely wrong order and only with a value of €21, the only thing that was correct about the order was the drink and delivered without straws, after calling the employee could not do anything, he said, not even then we suggested that we come by ourselves to pick up the correct products with proof of payment, but he was not allowed to give anything away for free and that we should ask for a refund via home delivery (while you do not ask for a refund unless you cancel your order yourself before the delivery person leaves) or call back in an hour and talk further with upper management, I pointed out to the young man the fact that she is legally obliged to offer a suitable solution since we have already paid or will give a refund.

Things go wrong with orders every time. So we really never complete an order. They are also simply not available by phone. Mc Donalds charges €0.15 plastic surcharge but you will receive a paper cup 🤷🏽‍♀️. Really WORTHLESS

Please ask your employees to learn what a breakfast menu is and how to correctly punch a receipt at the cash register. It should be considered as a DISCOUNT menu, not coffee separately and McMuffin Beef & Eggs separately and, accordingly, more expensive

You order 5 MC Flurries from Uber and receive 2 colas. You then have to go to the mac yourself to get the food that they should have already delivered. Not even an apology. For the umpteenth time an order was not good, but this was the best pfffff.

Always quite busy, but employees are polite and deliver orders properly, although sometimes we have to wait a little longer when it is busy, but the place is clean and tidy.

Mc.Chicken + Mc.Flurry 10.00 euros. "Sorry no menu" I said. The boy assured me that this really only affected the sandwich and that it has become extremely expensive here. I could laugh about it because the staff also experiences the prices that way. The Mc.Chicken was bone dry, little sauce and hardly any lettuce. The Mc.Flurry was half full like a Hague cup. I'm going to cancel my subscription here.

Overall a positive experience. This establishment is consistently clean and the staff is friendly. One point of attention is the accuracy of the orders; it is advisable to check them before leaving the establishment, although any errors are always corrected correctly. However, we often forget to do this, with the result that it is only when we get home that we realize something is missing or incorrect. The last order was missing an item from the Happy Meal.

After I got home and it turned out that a drink was missing from the order, this was neatly resolved! I called to report this and was asked if I could come by for the missing drink, when I said that was possible but everything would be cold, I received my entire order again. And while waiting I also got a free ice cream 😉 great solution.

You order something and something else comes and they say what can happen is not normal

Hamburger almost no sauce and no pickle, chickens were vegetarian instead of the regular ones, because of the crowds you notice that they have too few staff.

One of the last good mcdonalds that left out there. Service is fast. Lately fast food restaurants are not that fast as they suppose to be. This one is an exception. Good job keep up the good work.

Nice MC where you can eat and drink in peace. Everything is neat and clean. Your order will be delivered to your table in no time. The cappuccino is delicious. I enjoyed every sip. There are usually enough parking spaces where you can easily park your car and sit quietly. I was asked if I wanted to use 65 plus coffee, which I thought was very thoughtful of the lady. I really enjoy going to this McDonald's while I live in Amsterdam. I recommend everyone to come here and enjoy a nice cappuccino.

LOOKS LIKE A JOKE! When I get home, I see in my BigMac that a bite has been taken of the 1st meat and half of the 2nd meat is missing? Been coming here for years but this is going too far... Think there are children working inside :)

Never going back there I got a double egg with bacon it was a little bit bigger than a 2 euro coin no bacon barely heated fries and a medium Fanta that was barely a mouth full strongly recommend that you never go there a complete disgrace and a major waist of money

The problem with this McDonalds is they have a poor attitude to the customer. There is always food missing from the bag and the restaurant is usually dirty. It is always overstaffed with bored teenagers standing around doing nothing while older staff members run around trying to do everything. This place would be better if you just sacked all the young kids and hired like 3 more older workers who actually work. I've lived near other branches of fast food where I've ordered regularly and all around NL/other countries - this Zaandam branch is easily one of the worse ones.

It was nice and quiet in the mac. I wanted to charge my phone but I didn't have a charger. Friendly employee helped me and offered me his block. There was 1 free twister fries with my normal fries. We were very hungry and now our bellies and phones are well filled :)

Today we got voucher 472,,, at Big Mac it was incomplete and cold and we ordered a chili chicken burger twice, but only received 1, which is a pity!

This McDonalds smelled completely clean when we walked in. The staff at the counter worked very smoothly and were very friendly and polite. The food arrived very quickly and tasted good. Nice and warm and crispy. Then ended with an ice cream, which was served immediately for me, so I didn't have to wait separately for it. Finally, our tray was even cleared for us when we had just finished and were chatting at the table for a while. I have never come across such a nice McDonalds before. Really great, big compliments!

Madam manager Karmin, don't understand how this lady became a manager. I scan my coupon at the device and I can't pay because there is a system problem. If I go to the manager, I will report it because her colleague saw it too. Answer them yes, I can't do anything for you, this is the head office's problem. We got food from McDonald's today, but when we got home with our order there were no shrimps. Our large chocolate milkshake was a strawberry but worst of all was the veggie mcchicken which was not veggie.

This restaurant was completely empty. I ordered one small burger. After 12 minutes, I asked the manager to give me my money bac, because it’s taking so long. She did, but didn’t even said sorry. They don’t give a s*** about their customers.

i get mistakes happen, but really forgetting the paid for sauce, when it's quiet inside is a new level of annoying.
