After I asked to please get a refill on my water bottle cause I m just working in Uber on a hot day, the guys there told me to go to the toilet for that so being disrespectful is their policy.

After 2 months of hospital food, I enjoyed the food. However, reaching you in a wheelchair is quite a challenge.

Truly the absolute worst branch in existence. For years. Made the mistake of getting takeout here again. Ice-cold fries, burgers, and of course, they forgot a few things again. Oh oh oh. Shame on you, McDonald's.

Order to take away several things where one of them was Double QP. At home when I opened the bag I found out they put double cheeseburger instead. So I just paid twice as much for something I didn’t want

Second time in a row i take take away and im missing an important part of my meal (my kids meal totally missing except the juice for it). Food was served cold as well. Tried calling them but their phone line does not work

Much better lately, was really terrible at first, really much better now, glad about it because I live around the corner. And that ice cream cone is top-notch at Mac. I've already driven past 3 times for an ice cream and ?

It says it would open at 8 o'clock. My family and I just drove past for breakfast and both the inside and the drive-through were closed. Very unfortunate because we are not used to this and always enjoy the breakfast. Very disappointing!!

Drive through did not deliver the food correctly . Several items missing

And sure enough, cold fries again.... that you dare to sell this to customers.... I still don't get it.... it was also an instant reminder of... what the reason was again why I never go there.

Seriously, what a terrible place. Ordered food. Went inside. Drinks were all over the bag, which was already leaking, and the cup was empty. The food was cold. And the fries were just awful and raw. Disgusting. Truly ridiculous.

I liked it a lot, it's just that the ice cream doesn't have many options.

I paid for a coffee, but never received it! The receipt didn't come out because it was stuck in the payment terminal! I asked a young employee for an explanation, but – since I don't exactly have the friendliest character – I decided to just walk away. Great service and a real bargain!

Just like every McDonald's. Taste is the same. Friendly staff. The toilet, though, could really use a clean.

I have mobility issues, but we really wanted to sit upstairs, so we made our way up the stairs slowly. Once there, it turned out to be locked, and we had to eat downstairs after all. There was no sign at the stairs indicating that it was closed. After the meal, I wanted to use the restroom; fortunately, the disabled toilet is downstairs. However, it was locked with a key (why??), and according to an employee, someone had taken this key. There was no spare key either. So, I had to go back upstairs with aching legs to use the toilet there. I find that very poor, especially since a disabled toilet is mandatory in this setting. I will be skipping this location from now on.

Table service is difficult when your staff is standing around doing nothing in the kitchen. It seems quite common that after 20 minutes you still have to get your (by now melted) milkshake yourself if you have a number for table service. Completely hopeless

They make a lot of mistakes and forget part of your order. And not just once, but almost always.

I come here often and everything is top-notch, tasty too, and made quickly 👍

Everything you get here is cold, soggy, or stale. I strongly advise against ordering here; then you are 100% sure you can heat your food up in the microwave.

Following my earlier comment about the hygiene in the restaurant, I visited again today and saw that it was spotless. Apparently, they read my comment. The food was delicious and the restaurant was very clean.

Uninterested staff at the drive-through. Long wait at the cashier's window with a look from an employee who seemed to be thinking "what do you want here," making it seem as if it was closed and you had to drive on.

The food was great! Hot fries and snacks, our milkshakes were delicious too! It did take a long time to get our food. The atmosphere was cozy and the temperature was nice! The staff were friendly and patient. One of the best McDonald’s my friends and I have ever been to! Top McDonald’s, highly recommended!

The fries from the main menu were soggy and almost cold, the Coca-Cola Cherry Zero was tasteless, and the McFlurry looked more like a milkshake than ice cream. Really disappointing. Furthermore, there were many dirty tables, a lot of trash on the floor, and very messy, dirty trash cans.

Wrong order! You get home, another disappointment! And then you call them, but they recently set up an answering machine, so speaking to a person isn't possible anymore either! But that is understandable: if assembling an order can go *that* wrong, it wouldn't surprise me if they were bombarded with complaint calls every day! This is already the umpteenth time the order is incorrect. It makes me absolutely pissed off! And you pay top dollar, but the people working there are all kids working for minimum wage who make a complete mess of your order on top of that!

Whyuuut does this location *always* forget things that were literally ordered? Seriously, it's just so annoying, but oh well, I'll just have to check literally through the window at the drive-in from now on, but this happens when I have it delivered at home too, so it's just as annoying.

A very pleasant experience at McDonald’s! The food was hot and fresh, and the service was fast and friendly. The restaurant was clean and tidy, and the staff served us with a smile. Definitely recommended if you want a quick and tasty meal. I would love to come back here!

I was surprised by this McDonald's. Nice staff, quick food, and most importantly, the food was hot. That doesn't happen very often at McDonald's for takeout. It's either cold or lukewarm, but here it was really hot. Great, keep it up.

Too much sauce on all the burgers. Low salt content and nasty fries.

The ordering kiosks were not working properly, causing orders to be automatically set to pickup and preventing customers from taking a seat at a table until their orders were ready. MyOrder at the table is also unavailable there.

Fries were soggy..food is placed on the table without a word..tables dirty..floor dirty..female employee making out with her boyfriend in the middle of the place...toilets dirty.. too bad..this could be done differently!!

Fine McDonald's, although sometimes it gets a bit chaotic at the McDrive. It is annoying, though, that you can't order after 5:00 PM.

This is the worst McDonald's there is. In the morning, before 11:00 they nearly always run out breakfast McMuffin with beef for takeaway. So they put in something else in the order and most of times do not even mention it. So now I feel pressed not only to check the order that they often get wrong, but also to unwrap every burger to make sure that it is what I ordered.

Bad service. I went through the drive-thru for a veggie McChicke and a strawberry milkshake, but I got a milkshake without the strawberry syrup and a chicken burger instead of a vegetarian one. I went back, and after a long wait, we got a new burger, only to find out it was chicken again. We went back again, and finally got a veggie burger and a free fry, but the staff didn't seem to care. I'll never be back!

They didn't give me my fries at the McDonald's drive-thru. I filed a complaint, but they never responded. So, the service is terrible.

We received moldy chicken nuggets

Quickly grabbed a quarter-pounder burger at the drive-thru. It was only five minutes before I was served. The cashier even gave me a Christmas scented pendant for my rearview mirror. The bun was excellent. See photos.

The atmosphere is warm in winter, and the prices and food are reasonable.

Service bad, everything else is great

The atmosphere here was great, but the food left much to be desired. The burgers we received were cold and dry. The fries were old, and the orders were incomplete. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and helpful. And the icing on the cake: a pickle has been stuck to the ceiling for quite some time.

Subject: Complaint – Nausea and vomiting after a meal Dear Sir/Madam, Today (26/11/2025), I ordered a Happy Meal + ice cream cone from your Zaandam branch, Zaans Medisch Centrum, along with my niece. Shortly after consuming this meal, we experienced severe nausea, after which we vomited several times. This was very unpleasant and caused considerable discomfort. I would like this to be seriously investigated so that it can be determined what went wrong. I would also like to hear what solution you can offer.

nice and calm place, clean toilets. there were also electricity sockets. packaging of the hamburger was not good.

Bad experience at this Drive-Inn. Did we mind driving back to order another Coke? "Because we're not giving away a freebie." We don't want a freebie; we want to be able to have a normal conversation and not be treated like we're ripping people off. Because our order wasn't taken correctly, we were sent away and treated with anything but friendliness and hospitality. This is the last time we'll be here.

The quarter pouder was well prepared but the taste cannot be compared to the smash burger from Friet van Piet.

I've been through this drive-thru three times in the past month. Each time, something went wrong: the cola was just water with ice. Then a quarter pounder had a completely different meat on it??? And today they gave me a different order. Then I had to wait, and they forgot about me. After fifteen minutes, I finally got my order, and what do you know, it was the wrong items again? Bizarre.

Many times, orders were incomplete. Check your orders carefully. Portions aren't always the same...it's often dirty. The staff are usually rude...in short, they're terrible.

Extremely long waiting times... absurd

It's 9:20, the place is still closed. The woman just walks into the place and slowly pretends to clean.

I was helped with ordering via the computer, but I couldn't do it, which was different from Beverwijk where you had to figure it out on your own.

Unfortunately, the food got cold quickly. Coffee too. I sat there for less than five minutes. I'd also paid for a croissant, but once it was brought to the table, they didn't tell me it was gone. A blond guy with glasses doesn't know how to communicate with a guest. I asked for extra milk for my coffee because they'd run out at the self-service counter. I politely greeted him and asked for it. The young man didn't greet me back or respond. He simply bent down, grabbed one, and extended his arm. Not another word. I had to get up and go get my croissant myself, even though they knew it was gone. There was also a dog in the restaurant. In my opinion, completely unhygienic.

Great. Table service was also very fast. I only had to wash my hands in the restroom. The menu was on the table as I was coming down the stairs.

Haven't been here in a long time. They've since renovated and now have McCaffee. Downstairs looked good.

Probably the nicest and most spacious McDonald's I have ever been seen. And it is in Amersterdam- not America.

They just forget what you put in your order every time you go through the drive-thru. Ridiculous place.

Two fish burgers are €11.40, even Domino's is cheaper than McDonald's for a meal, and they have a 50% discount every Wednesday and Sunday. I'll never go to McDonald's again. It's incredibly expensive.

One of the dirtiest McDonald's locations I've ever been to. Dirty floors, stairs, tables...it looks very unsanitary here.

I saw the mouse in the oil with my own eyes. Whenever I eat at this restaurant, I always get a stomach ache, and now I know why. Also, the service is very bad, and the workers there are rude and have no respect for anyone.

The milkshake we ordered and received was only half full. The employee noticed this and corrected the mistake by filling a larger milkshake and giving it to us. Fantastic.

Once a week we eat here, out of 10 times 2-3 times the error in the order, they often forget to put something or not at all what I ordered, you ask to do it without onions - they forget. And here again, they ordered a double cheeseburger, they forgot to put the second cutlet and cheese, we learned this already at home. More often, errors occur in MacDrive. Always check your order without leaving the cash register!

Gnome wanted to have coffee and an ice cream together with Kwebbel. Too bad about the messy impression when you drive into the parking lot. But it is very busy. Inside very nicely helped by the staff members who were very busy. Very nice.🏆was done with coffee and ice cream to pick up. 👌
