I would like to highlight the dark guy in the kitchen, he introduced himself as Nikita, brought the food so quickly that I didn’t even have time to sit down at the table, a very nice and sociable guy

Waited a bad 20 minutes for an ice cream and a milkshake. Asked twice and finally got them, and we didn't get a receipt.

Five stars; our order was ready quickly in any case. When my son knocked over his drink, someone came to help quickly and he even got a new drink, super nice!

Like every MC, the staff is nice and fast. Everything is clean, plenty of food for a quick bite.

I got a free Oreo shake after I dropped mine. I am very happy.

Fantastic McDonald's! Everything is very clean and (I think) the manager is a really friendly woman. She even brought coloring pages and masks for the kids. The food also arrived quickly and was fresh!

The cleanliness is poor. When I visited at 11:30, there was messy powder on almost every table. I couldn't pay by card at the kiosk, so I went to the counter to pay. The taste was the same. There were plenty of parking spaces, and it is free.

Enjoying McDonald's... we don't do that often, but it is just a little moment of happiness in our busy lives.

We took the food with us; otherwise, we wouldn't have been able to eat a bite. The entire floor was covered in food and discarded trays. No one seems to feel responsible for cleaning it up.

Looking for the entrance. Small drive sign indicates where to go. We arrived at a quiet time. The food was good. The restaurant was neat and well-maintained. The trash cans were neatly sorted. It was safe to eat inside with the updated restaurant. Video table and bookcase!

McDrive was fast, friendly staff

They are quite quick with serving, the ice creams were good. Not too busy towards the evening. The place was quite clean.

Located relatively close to the highway, perfect for a quick break. Very modern, plenty of parking, a pleasant atmosphere, and very clean! A really nice McDonald's! Grumpy person behind the counter who apparently has little desire to help a larger group of people. Been here often with the same group, but now we are going to look elsewhere.

Since the new restaurant, it has been a nice experience. One of the better McDonald’s. Good, generous portions compared to others. And the iced frappe is the best here. No coarse chunks of ice. Just absolutely perfect.

We waited more than 25 minutes for two ice creams to never even arrive at our table. Order after order came to other tables. Apparently they “forgot” about our order and “did not see” our order come in… meanwhile the employees were more busy talking and fooling around. Asked for my money back. I definitely don’t recommend eating here. Very poor quality service and disinterested workers. I would rather spend my money at places where I actually receive what I pay for.

The food was so delicious! I had a Big Arch menu with fries and a red lemonade; they were really tasty! Especially the Big Arch, and I also had 6 chicken nuggets with the new jalapeño ranch sauce—highly recommended! It was very tasty, definitely worth a visit!

I was here with my family and we had ordered 7 menus, but unfortunately we only received 6. I went to the pickup point afterwards to report this, and of course, I received the missing menu after all. I understand that we are all human and that mistakes can happen, but this is now the 10th time in a row that I have received an incomplete order at a McDonald’s restaurant. Something is almost always missing, which means I have to double-check my order every time. I find that very unfortunate.

Although McDonald's is a sort of emergency option for me for a quick bite, it is also very convenient. Especially when you are short on time, via the McDrive.

Fast and hot and just good, real Mac

Now that those kids aren't so little anymore, I hoped I would never have to go to a McDonald's again. Unfortunately, due to the incomprehensibly good image of this chain, whenever there is something to celebrate, we will descend upon this place. With every bite of the unimaginative, tasteless, soft, salty, saucy bite of Nothing for way too much money, I ask myself time and again why people spend their money on this.

Very good McDonald's compared to Macs in Amsterdam: faster service, friendlier staff, enough parking space. They give you a pack of napkins, not 1 piece like in Amsterdam. I definitely recommend it

One of the best McDonald's in the Netherlands! The restroom is very clean. Staff are polite and friendly. The interior is super beautiful. Especially the bookshelf for reading. The food is delicious as always. Woooow. Thank you McDonald's team👌

Hot food, served quickly. Nice as a stopover; we were there late in the evening, but there is also a play area for smaller children outside.

Worst McDonald's in the Netherlands. The staff is very unfriendly and grumpy. I had a question about adding points, because I couldn't get it to work. At the counter, I received the answer "you should have asked for help". Furthermore, they had forgotten items from our 5-person order. That can happen, but friendliness was nowhere to be found there.

Last night, I went to McDonald's with two friends at the McDrive. While I was standing in front of the ordering machine, I said hello, and the woman greeted me back. My friends were discussing what they wanted to order, and I was told "Hello...?" again in an arrogant manner. Does she have any patience as an employee? This is completely rude. Then I placed an order, but I accidentally misplaced it and tried to change it, and she sighed. Totally disrespectful. This happened around 11:50 PM. Terrible service from McDonald's.

Ordered a Big Mac for the first time in ages. Cold... yuck... Now I remember why I stopped going... Update 2026. The new building isn't an improvement. Still boring, and Sundays can't taste more chemical than here. Too bad.

It's a shame McDonald's in Woerden can't be given a 0, because it hasn't gotten any better. After walking back to the counter twice for the wrong order, the sauces were still wrong, cold and limp. I had to throw up on the chicken nuggets, the milkshake was watery, the fries, chicken, and burgers were cold and limp. A few years ago, after McDonald's, I was admitted to the hospital because of chicken bacteria. I thought they would have learned by now. The conclusion was not to eat it and everything was thrown away. 31 euros wasted money, yuck, yuck, we won't be going back there again. Kind regards, Silvana

I didn't wait long, which is a plus, but I was very surprised by the order I received. Two Chicken Sensation sandwiches were hamburger buns. The fries were quite cold and had to wait. The fish or fillet probably also had to wait. I'm very surprised.

Late at night the food is old, no hot burgers and some drinks were not available. Drive was fast, but not the best.

Around 6 p.m. and not very busy. You still get this thrown in your bin.

Nice McDonald's, if you drive through the MC drive, watch out for the high sides.

Well, it's a Mac. Nice and quiet, though.

A bit of an odd location. Ordered two Happy Meals and two McSmart menus. The Postmix cola was undrinkable, ran out of syrup, and wasn't delivered on time. Happy Meals came with three months' worth of nuggets. Only the McNuggets arrived on time, and thankfully, they were replenished to four. We discovered PostMa after we'd already left. We didn't feel like driving back. We also had to wait for the order, which meant crossing the road, which can be really dangerous.

Friendly staff. We also got 12 nuggets instead of 9, so that's worth 5 stars too.

Location was not really clean, too bad.

We missed our order. When I picked it up a bit late, the fries were cold. An employee discovered the fries were cold and gave us warm ones. Great service! It's also clean and has a nice layout. The staff is friendly. The food is ready quickly.

They deliver incomplete orders and are annoying about it (too late, when everyone is already eating, and spending without priority and in denial).

Difficult to access due to confusing traffic routes. The restrooms were extremely unclean, and many of the tables were both dirty and unpleasantly smelly. Overall, the cleanliness of the location needs serious improvement.

Could be better, tip for this McDonald's is really to go outside rush hour because it is extremely busy at those times.

McDonald's Woerden is easily accessible by car and there are sufficient parking spaces right in front of the door. The food and service are as you would expect from McDonald's: tasty and fast. What could be improved is the hygiene. The floor, tables and benches could be cleaned more often. We had to sit at a table where there were still food remains, because no one was walking around to clean.

I really liked it! Large and spacious room, high level of cleanliness - the tables shine. The order was prepared very quickly, and everything was extremely tasty. I recommend it!

We bought 2 Mac croquette burgers. My husband found a long black hair in his burger … went inside and presented it. No apology or anything, on the contrary an angry reaction and got another burger kind of thrown on the counter! And another thing we bought two ice cream cones… 1 topping… yes we bought and so no begging! There is still a battle to be won with this MAC!!!!!

Only branch of the McDonald's chain. Clean, cozy and spacious (which is unusual for the Netherlands). The food always comes quickly and on time, exactly as you would expect. The regulars are mostly teenagers from 8 to 16 years old - a kind of social meeting place. Everyone behaves properly. The behavior towards the employees also seems to be respectful.

Really great, we were here with a car breakdown. My son was able to charge his phone there. Because it was empty and waiting under the ANWB without a battery was not very convenient. Then I gave him money to get him and his brother an ice cream. But he just had too little, then the employee came up with a great solution and he therefore had enough money with him, her reaction was really sweet, according to our son... Great McDonald's, I went through the drive-through in the evening and was kindly helped by the staff. The only downside is the area around McDonald's - there is a lot of trash and it looks messy. Too bad, because otherwise the experience was fine.
