Very clean restaurant, fast service. Restrooms are clean and smell fresh.

Only been open for 3 days and now I'm already finding all sorts of rubbish from this place in the neighbourhood

Recently renovated, with a state-of-the-art interior and just the simple but delicious McDonald's snacks. Double drive-thru and plenty of parking.

Late at night the food is old, no hot burgers and some drinks were not available. Drive was fast, but not the best.

Around 6 p.m. and not very busy. You still get this thrown in your bin.

Nice McDonald's, if you drive through the MC drive, watch out for the high sides.

We were able to place an order at the Mac drive-thru just one minute before closing time. Great service :)

Well, it's a Mac. Nice and quiet, though.

A bit of an odd location. Ordered two Happy Meals and two McSmart menus. The Postmix cola was undrinkable, ran out of syrup, and wasn't delivered on time. Happy Meals came with three months' worth of nuggets. Only the McNuggets arrived on time, and thankfully, they were replenished to four. We discovered PostMa after we'd already left. We didn't feel like driving back. We also had to wait for the order, which meant crossing the road, which can be really dangerous.

Friendly staff. We also got 12 nuggets instead of 9, so that's worth 5 stars too.

Location was not really clean, too bad.

We missed our order. When I picked it up a bit late, the fries were cold. An employee discovered the fries were cold and gave us warm ones. Great service! It's also clean and has a nice layout. The staff is friendly. The food is ready quickly.

Good Mac friendly helpful food great parking with camper is possible on the grounds of the Mac 2 places on the industrial estate also possibilities

It takes a long time before you get your food.

Good atmosphere, friendly staff and late opening hours but the price rises too quickly compared to the quality.

July 21, 2025: Enjoyed a delicious meal at this McDonald's. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our order was delivered quickly.

They deliver incomplete orders and are annoying about it (too late, when everyone is already eating, and spending without priority and in denial).

They didn't take my pickle and mustard off the burger

All MC are practically the same, not much to say about them. Always neat and clean. Atmosphere less cozy, has to do with the concept

I recommend the delicious breakfast set.

Difficult to access due to confusing traffic routes. The restrooms were extremely unclean, and many of the tables were both dirty and unpleasantly smelly. Overall, the cleanliness of the location needs serious improvement.

Could be better, tip for this McDonald's is really to go outside rush hour because it is extremely busy at those times.

McDonald's Woerden is easily accessible by car and there are sufficient parking spaces right in front of the door. The food and service are as you would expect from McDonald's: tasty and fast. What could be improved is the hygiene. The floor, tables and benches could be cleaned more often. We had to sit at a table where there were still food remains, because no one was walking around to clean.

I was helped at the macdrive on June 27th around 8:15 pm by a very friendly gentleman!

Only branch of the McDonald's chain. Clean, cozy and spacious (which is unusual for the Netherlands). The food always comes quickly and on time, exactly as you would expect. The regulars are mostly teenagers from 8 to 16 years old - a kind of social meeting place. Everyone behaves properly. The behavior towards the employees also seems to be respectful.

I really liked it! Large and spacious room, high level of cleanliness - the tables shine. The order was prepared very quickly, and everything was extremely tasty. I recommend it!

We bought 2 Mac croquette burgers. My husband found a long black hair in his burger … went inside and presented it. No apology or anything, on the contrary an angry reaction and got another burger kind of thrown on the counter! And another thing we bought two ice cream cones… 1 topping… yes we bought and so no begging! There is still a battle to be won with this MAC!!!!!

Ordered a large menu and got a medium menu, eventually got a large desk but a coke which was supposed to be fanta

Really great, we were here with a car breakdown. My son was able to charge his phone there. Because it was empty and waiting under the ANWB without a battery was not very convenient. Then I gave him money to get him and his brother an ice cream. But he just had too little, then the employee came up with a great solution and he therefore had enough money with him, her reaction was really sweet, according to our son... Great McDonald's, I went through the drive-through in the evening and was kindly helped by the staff. The only downside is the area around McDonald's - there is a lot of trash and it looks messy. Too bad, because otherwise the experience was fine.

The large fries were very poor. I immediately walked back to the MC drive. Received a difficult story about how it should not be so full and that this would be the standard. I couldn't speak to the manager either. Gave up because my food got cold. Very expensive fries for the contents of the container!

Best McDonalds experience ever. This was our first time Mac in Woerden and we were not disappointed. The friendliest McDrive employee there is. Not unimportantly, our entire order was correct and the fries were also warm. Even a cucumber on the wrap instead of tomato. Our day couldn't be better.

In Woerden the manager is super customer friendly and fast, really a nice location to go to the Mac

What a terrible mess here! We arrived at a time when it was not really dinner time, so the place was not busy, but all the bins where you have to put your waste in afterwards were overflowing or there was a lot of rubbish fallen next to them. Tables were dirty and the toilet was also filthy, there was toilet paper everywhere on the floor and wet spots on the floor. There were quite a few staff and they were mainly chatting with each other. Fries and hamburger were cold. Had to ask for napkins ourselves and you really need them here because it's really terrible to eat here without getting dirty! You pay big money for some fries and a piece of meat that you just have to stuff down with your hands. You have to aim your fries sauce onto a napkin or something to dip your fries in, really gross!! I understand that children may love eating this way, but for elderly people, cutlery would not be an unnecessary luxury. It was also terribly cold inside and we were constantly in drafts. So a next visit to you is no longer possible for us 👎👎👎

Order done, (mccrispy menu and 9 nuggets) First, my pick-up order is clicked away, I have to walk to the counter to ask why my order has been clicked away I finally get my order, I walk to a table, I open my bag, there is no sauce, I walk back, I get my sauce. Finally I finish my nuggets, I start working on my menu, there is no paprika powder + bag (ordered). Then I want to drink my pain away with what is supposed to be a banana milkshake, it is a block of ice without flavor. Really extremely worthless here, won't come back here again

One of the few Macs where they DO NOT bring the order to your table, but that's fine, could it be due to a shortage of staff? Everything else is just fine.

Luckily, like in Germany, there were these terminals that you could also set in German, but unfortunately they weren't translated well. Unfortunately there is no table service here. Toilets are fine, just a little too narrow.

Sandwiches cold and fries cold and limp I'm used to better

In many Macs you order inside, pick up a plate with a number and they bring it to your table. Not yet with this Mac ;-) maybe they are still behind in the overall concept (because the same concept is in neighboring countries), but hey, it doesn't detract from the quality and atmosphere. Still has potential to grow to 5 stars!

Always good. One of the few McDonalds where nothing has ever gone wrong with the order. I mainly come here for the McDrive and always park the car to check the order (had many bad experiences in the past), but I have never been able to catch them making a mistake here. Been coming here for over a year now 👍

It was nice, but recently there was an employee who looked at all the orders and said all kinds of things about it. (Example: a caramel iced coffee, he said it was actually caramel with ice in a blender) it was a bit annoying but otherwise never had anything like that before. Update: I order a triple chocolate cookie. They were gone, so without asking they give the other kind. It's a shame that they don't discuss it first or ask if I want something different, for example. Table service does work

Easy to reach and plenty of parking. Great food, just like any McDonald's. Toilets very dirty for ladies. Trash bins are overflowing so you can't even throw away your remaining waste properly. Clubs of children running on benches, screaming and cursing in a family dining room.

Mac is centrally located next to the A12. Tasty food. The only disadvantage is the few parking spaces... then the MC drive is faster in the end

What a terrible tent First the staff pushes you aside and then we see our order arrive at the counter and it wasn't much, two sandwiches, two fries and a box of nuggets But a sandwich fell out of the box on the counter and fell apart and we sit there, gather everything together and put it in the sandwich, close the box and put it in the bag, after which my husband says I hope that is not for us Yes, she says Well, we won't eat that With a lot of pain and effort and no excuse, another sandwich was obtained. McDonald's, in general, always ends up disappointing. The pictures on the ordering screens look good and tasty, but what you get is always less in quality and quantity. for example ; you think it comes with salad, but that turns out to have been an option. The atmosphere in the evening is truly dystopian.

Man, over 10 euros for 2 pathetic McChicken sandwiches. That's not possible. No, you have lost me as a customer. I think this is really a shame. The sandwiches are no longer what they used to be. Much less filled and much more expensive. The sauce on it remains tasty. Too bad, too bad, too bad!

The bathrooms were so gross. There was pee all over the floor, and the smell stayed on my shoes the whole drive back home.

Fries that were too salty, rat traps everywhere around the McDonald's and my burger exploded from the ketchup. But especially rat traps everywhere.
