I ordered the Crispy Box, but to be honest, it wasn't quite crispy, and the quality was rather poor. The yakitori skewers and tempura shrimp were good and tasty. The order was delivered on time, but arrived quite messy. All in all, 3 stars, it really doesn't get any higher. A one-time order as far as we're concerned.

I had 10 minutes left to catch my train. I asked what's the fastest way to do it. They whipped up a box with soy sauce and a chopstick in 3 minutes. I thought they were quick and courteous. I ate the sushi on the platform. Delicious.

I make a simple order, just four things and one of those it's a seaweed salad, and I don't know how they forget to put the seaweed salad. The solution from the guy on the phone: 1'30 hours to bring me that missed salad. You can't not expect to get the whole order if you choose this restaurant.

I ate in the store. That is possible, but they are clearly more focused on take-out/delivery. Even if you eat in the store, you get the sushi in the delivery box. The staff was friendly. My Temaki Tempura crab did not have tempura but regular crab. When I reported that, they admitted the mistake and made a new one. The small piece of crab in it was indeed fried but still had no dough layer. They showed me that their crab sticks were rolled in crumbs beforehand that did not form a dense layer. Those crumbs probably came off during frying. Real tempura has a dense dough coating. You can see that on their pictures too. But not in their product. At AH you get better sushi for half the price.

After complaining about bad fish and long wait times, you receive a voucher to make up for it. Of course, the voucher doesn't work... great. After that, of course, no response via email. They advertise "the best sushi in the Netherlands," but that still needs a lot of work in Woerden.

What a shame. We waited 2.5 hours for our order. After waiting an hour and a half, we finally called. They made excuses about malfunctions, etc. They said it would arrive as soon as possible and there would be something extra for the inconvenience. We still had to wait another hour. Upon arrival, we discovered the order was also incorrect. Different items in the veggie box, with something that looked like salmon, no extra for the long wait, and no flamed tuna roll. When we called again, there was no answer. Caller ID? Also, very little for what we had to pay. We will never order from here again. The taste was fine, but that doesn't make up for the rest.

We regularly order sushi here, but every time it is (too) late. “As soon as possible” means that if you order around 5 p.m. it will arrive around 7 p.m. Always €7.50 discount to keep you as a customer, but we are slowly getting tired of this. Sushi has always been delicious until today, but this special Valentine's box was not for us, carpaccio sushi really doesn't taste good and the one with eel (?) was not tasty. The delivery people are always very friendly. Shame!

We had very little time because we had to catch the train, but SushiPoint Woerden prepared our order incredibly fast without compromising on quality. The sushi was fresh and delicious, making it a perfect quick bite. We’ll definitely go again when we pass through Woerden!

Super nice and friendly people. I had <20 minutes of transfer time on the way home and still had to arrange dinner. Whether it was possible to make sushi so quickly. Yes, it was fixed in <10 minutes. 🥳

Really that bad. Delivery would be between 6:30-6:45 PM. Call at 7:00 PM. Staff shortages, fine, can happen. I should have contacted you instead of having to go there yourself. It is now 8 p.m. and we are still waiting.

The sushi point cannot deliver on time. You can order something and by default they will deliver 30 to 45 minutes later. Sometimes it takes them 2 hours longer to deliver food. Don't recommend ordering here if you want to eat your food at a normal time.

As good as it was in Utrecht, it is just as bad in Woerden. After years of ordering almost monthly from SushiPoint Utrecht, we switched to SushiPoint Woerden because, strangely enough, Utrecht does not deliver in Leidsche Rijn and Woerden does. Not even one order from Woerden has gone well. Way too late several times (and not by 10 minutes but by an hour and even once by 2 hours). Tonight they were actually on time, but the food was really not good. The avocado was rock hard and bitter, it contained surimi instead of tempura shrimp, the tuna was dried out, it tasted as if it had already been prepared that afternoon and the salmon tartare also did not taste OK. Every time we call we are treated politely and we receive apologies and discount vouchers for the next order, but after today we are done with it. We will not order here again and would rather cycle a bit next time to pick it up at the branch in Utrecht.

As a regular customer, I will not order from here again. After placing an order with a discount code, the discount code suddenly turned out to be incorrect. The order had already been paid and fulfilled. When I want to pick up the food, I am suddenly told that I will not get it. Woerden's manager subsequently did not have any trouble solving problems with the customer, especially as a result of a system error he had made himself. Simply denying seems to be the best strategy, isn't it? This is very disappointing. So if you want to order here in Woerden, take discount codes and promotions with a grain of salt ;-). Although Woerden is now plastered with advertisements for these so-called promotions. You can just walk out the door with wasted time and no food (and hunger). Ridiculous.

I had to wait an incredibly long time for the food, even though it was indicated that my order was almost ready. When I called and asked if it was true that the food was on its way, the only answer was "Yes" and no further explanation was given as to why it arrived so late. In total I had to wait 1.5 hours for an order that was stated to only take 45 minutes. Fortunately, the food was tasty, but the service was not great.

Tasty sushi, it's just a pity that the Ebi fry comes in packs of 4 according to the brochure and website and we only got three. They were also half the size than what you are used to. Another delicious meal! UPDATE: adjusted to 5 stars because the business contacted us and resolved it very nicely. 👍🏼

We just finished dinner for two. There was a lot of noise from loud guests in the restaurant. After 25 minutes, there was still no staff at our table to order dessert. Then, no staff came to our table to let us pay. We told the cashier we wanted to pay and that we couldn't order dessert. The cashier then said, "Oh, sorry." We weren't compensated, and we weren't given the option of ordering dessert. It wasn't customer-friendly. We'll never have to worry about the bears again.

My boyfriend and I were planning to have a nice dinner here, but we left feeling dissatisfied. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and shown to a table. We had a choice of three tables. However, these were behind a wall, making us barely visible to the staff. We chose a table, but after fifteen minutes, no drinks or menus had been offered. Overlooked? It happens! I politely approached a staff member and told them we'd been waiting a while. She then came to help us, took our drink orders, and ordered the three-course menu. Unfortunately, it took a very long time for our appetizer to arrive. They had ordered at 7:15 PM, and it didn't arrive until 7:50 PM. It was delicious, though, so we held out hope. For the main course, my boyfriend and I both had the Bregje Burger. It took a good 45 minutes from the appetizer to the food... which is quite a long time. The food arrived. It wasn't a huge portion, but oh well, we still had hope. Until I touched the buns and they were very cold, just like the rest of the burger. The cheese on the burgers hadn't melted, and the burger was very soggy. As my boyfriend said, "What a waste of a cow." I normally don't like to comment on things like that, but this felt unacceptable. So we decided to skip dessert and eat it somewhere else.
