Had a delicious meal. Good concept. Ordering two small dishes every time. Lots of choice.

Delicious food and nice and warm too. The air conditioning is set a bit on the low side, though. Towards the end of the evening, it got a little chilly.

Years ago this was a nice place, but now it is way too massive. The restaurant is completely packed with tables and gives a stuffy impression. The food is loveless and very mediocre (e.g., for ‘eel toast’ you get a toast with a kind of potato salad and a tiny sliver of eel on top; salmon is plain with a dollop of sauce over it, etc.). Long waiting times (20 minutes) if you want to order a drink. The staff are running around like crazy, but there are too few staff members you can take orders from. We only heard music at the very end, when it got a bit quieter. Before that, due to all the crowds, you couldn't even hear that music was playing. For us, Heinde is unfortunately a shadow of its former glory.

Great food (small bites) in an "all you can eat" concept where you order from your table. Food was fine. Drinks are included (except for some spirits). Service and setting were good. Excellent value for money! We will be back!

On Saturday, August 8, 2026, we dined at this restaurant in Woerden with a group of 7 people. Unfortunately, this evening unfolded in a very unpleasant manner. Fairly early in our dinner, we had an entire tray of food spilled all over us, including the hot pans. As a result, both my husband and I were completely smeared and soaked. Despite this unpleasant incident, we continued with the rest of our dinner, as this was to celebrate my mother's birthday. Unfortunately, with dirty and wet clothes, this was not a pleasant experience for us and certainly not the course of events we had expected from this evening. What particularly surprised us was that the staff did not offer a suitable solution after this incident. The only thing we were offered was a wet cloth and the statement that this unfortunately happens often and that we could claim the cleaning costs. Given the seriousness of the situation (what if it had been hot drinks?!) and the fact that our clothes had become completely dirty and wet, we found this particularly disappointing. Unfortunately, my husband's (new) shirt and my dress have become so soiled that they can no longer be cleaned. As a result, we are left with clothing that is no longer wearable due to the incident at your restaurant, and my mother's birthday has unfortunately been ruined. The response I received after more than a week was an email in which the facts were presented in a rather "peculiar" manner. Subsequently, I tried to call the manager again, to which he indicated that he did not have time. People, be warned: never go here.

I went last week after a long time, but the food isn't as good anymore compared to a few years ago. Back then, everything was so tender and flavorful it was practically sucking me back. I don't understand why it gets so full there. I'm used to better here.

We had made a reservation for 6 people, but the Heinze computer said no. When I told them where we were from and that we really had made a reservation, the waitress managed to arrange a table for us in no time, and we had a delicious meal from an extensive menu. Highly recommended!

-1000 stars. A complete disaster. I have truly never experienced such ridiculously bad service. I have been trying to arrange a reservation for Christmas for a group of 30 people for 7 months. All that time, I was given the runaround. Time and again, I had to wait, call back, or received vague answers. We were never honestly told where we stood. After seven months, I am simply told that there is no availability. Seven months for absolutely nothing. Due to this worthless communication and the total lack of responsibility, we are now without a venue for Christmas. Letting a group of 30 people suffer the consequences because you don't have your affairs in order is simply unacceptable. For me, this is the low point of customer service. No respect for customers, no clarity, no decent communication, and absolutely no awareness of the consequences for others. A huge disappointment and a massive waste of time. I advise everyone to think very carefully about this before making a reservation. If you have important plans, don't take any risks and choose a place that actually takes customers seriously. For me, this is the worst experience I have ever had with a reservation. Never again. -1000 stars.

On the recommendation of an acquaintance, we visited Heinde Woerden. It is not really a restaurant you go to for the atmosphere; it looks more like a company canteen. It is an all-you-can-eat concept including drinks. You could probably make the best of it with a group, but it is less suitable for just the two of you. Some dishes were freshly prepared, others were lukewarm and not really tasty. The dishes are served simultaneously from a large tray to multiple tables without much care. The concept is popular, though; the restaurant was almost fully booked. It is less suitable for us; we prefer a simple two- or three-course dinner.

Nice food in a quiet spot. Coffee and drinks included for 37.5 is not bad. Warmly set up. Unfortunately, there are only 2 choices + side dish per round. Side dishes are quite large in contrast to your normal choices (small portions). 3 choices every 10 minutes would be better. If you cannot park here (there is only room for 10-15 cars), there is a free parking lot across the street.

Super fun, tasty, cozy, and a really nice concept. Just like its sister restaurant, but including the drinks! Always a nice bonus. Had a delicious meal. I will definitely be back.

The restaurant is close to the station, making it easily accessible. The concept is excellent: a fixed price for all-inclusive meals. A wide selection of delicious dishes, which change periodically. The service is quick and friendly. The atmosphere is cozy. We'll definitely be back.

We visited this restaurant on Whit Sunday. The food was good, though not everything was equally tasty, and some dishes that were supposed to be hot were lukewarm. The first four rounds of orders arrived every fifteen minutes. After that, every half hour. The last hot order took almost an hour; an apology was made, but the impression arose that unlimited food isn't really unlimited after all. We wanted a coffee to finish, but that wasn't possible. Both coffee machines were broken. We will not be returning to Heinde Woerden.

It was a successful evening together like that; highly recommended if you want to eat at your leisure. Super!

What an amazing restaurant this is! We received terrible service at Bregje, but were welcomed with open arms here! There wasn't a table available yet, so we had to wait, but the manager just came to get us while we waited because there was a table free. Served drinks immediately and with a smile! Perfect. We recently dined at Heinde with a group of 7 people and are incredibly positive about our experience. From the moment we entered, the pleasant, relaxed atmosphere immediately stood out. The staff was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. What we found particularly pleasant was that we were regularly asked if we wanted another drink. This happened in a natural way and was not intrusive, which really contributes to a good evening out. Additionally, we were asked several times if everything was to our liking, which shows that there is genuine attention paid to the guests. The concept of being able to order every 15 minutes works surprisingly well. The pace is pleasant, allowing you to calmly enjoy each dish without feeling rushed. The selection is extensive and varied, ensuring there is something tasty for everyone. We can be brief about the food itself: it is simply really good. The dishes are flavorful and neatly presented. Just one small point of feedback: we found the fries to be slightly on the hard side. However, this did little to detract from the rest of the experience. We sat at a round table with 7 people, which we found to be very pleasant. Everyone could easily look at each other and talk, which really enhanced the experience. What also stood out was that you don't feel at all pressured to rush or that you are being "shoved off." On the contrary, the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. At the end of the evening, they politely came by to let us know that the kitchen was running its final round, which we found to be very polite and professional. All in all, we had a wonderful evening and will definitely be back here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a delicious and casual dining experience in a cozy setting! 👍

Visited on April 7th with 11 people. The food is fine, but the tables weren't cleared for a long time and we had to wait a long time for the dishes, even though the place was quite empty around 10 PM. We were used to better.

We were a group of 14. The service and the food were okay. We decided to come again for my husband's birthday. We stopped by by bike on Sunday afternoon to make a reservation. The manager was truly unpleasantly surprised. I said that we were only there to make a reservation and asked if I could use the restroom. After this, I asked my husband if everything was arranged, but he said that he hadn't been asked anything. He stood there for quite a long time without being spoken to. So, unfortunately, no reservation! Definitely no need for their business again! Very rude attitude!

We ate here last Friday evening with 8 people. The welcome was friendly and the first drinks were on the table in no time. Overall, there is nothing to fault regarding the large staff, who try their best to make everyone happy with full dedication all evening; it takes some doing to keep a smile on their face all evening despite the crowds. The atmosphere can be described as cozy until it gets really full; you can't really have a normal conversation with the other side of the table anymore. I think it might be more convenient for larger groups to seat them at a round table. We sat at square tables pushed together, meaning the other side was actually too far away to have a conversation at a normal volume. The concept is great: food and drinks for a fixed price—certainly not high—and without a time limit. However, we found the quality to be very mediocre, but I don't know if our expectations were too high after a previous visit to a Heinde elsewhere (Zoetermeer), or if we were lucky there and you really can't expect more for this price. In any case, considering the quality, no real effort was made to further build customer loyalty during this visit to this chain. I would like to emphasize this point: a big thumbs up to the staff, absolutely nothing to complain about!

This small plates concept was a great experience. And the food was delicious. The decor is quite atmospheric, but even on a typical Tuesday evening, it was almost completely full. That's impressive considering how many tables there are. Despite the hustle and bustle of all the people around, it was thankfully no problem at all to hear each other. The service is attentive and very friendly. In short, highly recommended, definitely worth a try!

I had a delicious meal at this restaurant, with good quality and a relaxed atmosphere. There were also many vegetarian options and surprising dishes. I especially enjoyed the grilled vegetables, the carrot and beet tartare, and the Dame Blanche, red velvet cookie, and tiramisu. I was less impressed with the following: the vegetarian chicken waffle and the apple pie for dessert. The vegetarian chicken was delicious, but the waffle underneath was thick and dry. The apple pie was very factory-made. But those were really the only two minor drawbacks for me. The food was truly delicious, varied (and plentiful!), and the drink order went perfectly. Despite the restaurant being full, everything went quickly and professionally. The service was also very pleasant and friendly. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys all-you-can-eat in a relaxed atmosphere!

Had dinner here with friends, following the familiar "Heinde" concept. There's plenty of choice, and even more would be welcome. Because the appetizers are small, you always want to try something different. But there's something for everyone. The package includes drinks as standard. That's not always ideal. But the atmosphere is good, they're generous with the drinks, and the food is truly superb. Highly recommended.

Delicious varied food and fast service

Six people ate here on a Sunday evening in a packed restaurant. All the dishes were good or very good, nothing was bad. The service was fast and well-balanced despite the crowd. All our dishes were always delivered to everyone at the same time, and everything was still nice and hot. No impersonal hassle with one or two dishes being brought to the table, like at some other chains. If I had to find a complaint: The (wine) glasses weren't exactly clean. I suspect there was a lot of limescale in the water. And the restaurant isn't particularly cozy, as it's one large space. But this is absolutely no reason for me/us not to return. We've been to several Heine restaurants, but the food in Woerden really stood out. For this budget, this is simply a fantastic restaurant with delicious food and excellent service. Highly recommended!!

Everything was more than excellent. Everyone loved the food. The service was fast and friendly. They also frequently asked if we wanted drinks. The red velvet dessert was the absolute best. It was incredibly delicious. We were there on a Monday evening and it was packed. I think that speaks volumes.

We went here for Christmas dinner as a family of four (2 kids). We didn't want to go to an all-you-can-eat snack bar, so we chose this style. We didn't regret it! We were greeted with a glass of bubbly. We all had a delicious meal, even the picky kids. The food arrived quickly, hot, and we were constantly refilled. We had plenty of space around us. The atmosphere in the room was warm and cozy. Santa even stopped by with a candy, which the kids loved, of course. Parking could be better, but maybe I didn't see that correctly. There's limited space in front of the building.

For the umpteenth time, we had a wonderful evening out for dinner at Heinde Woerden. There was a busy but cozy holiday atmosphere; we really wanted for nothing. Starting with a glass of cava, we tried various new items on the menu, and they were all equally delicious! Our orders came through quickly, and we were regularly asked if we wanted another drink. We found all the staff to be friendly and helpful and rewarded that with a fair tip! Top marks, keep up the good work ladies and gentlemen, and until next time.

It was a very pleasant experience. The staff were very helpful, even though there were 45 of us. The food was good. The restrooms were clean. The food was reasonably priced. Spirits, an additional €1.50, are also a fair price. It seems a bit cramped for people with disabilities, but I think they'll figure it out. There are limited parking spaces on-site, but I'm sure you can find one across the street.

You came here with 15 people for nothing. Due to a malfunction, we were all sent away. I already regretted it while parking. Organization-wise, we will never, ever come here again. We just arrived to find a closed door. Thanks for communicating. So no!

I would like to express my displeasure that Heinde was unable to host us at the last minute due to a technical issue on your side. We organized our meeting entirely under the assumption that everything would go according to plan. This unexpected cancellation has rendered all our preparations in vain. This not only cost us a great deal of time and effort, but also led to great disappointment for everyone involved. We had trusted Heinde to fulfill its obligations and find it deeply dissatisfying that this did not happen due to an internal malfunction. We request an appropriate solution and compensation for the damage and inconvenience caused. I would appreciate receiving a response with a proposal from you as soon as possible.

We had a wonderful meal, with all sorts of small bites, as much as you can eat. We spent over four hours there, enjoying ourselves, and it was definitely worth the effort and money.
