Great food, but wow, the dirtiest toilets I've ever seen. Vomit on the wall, beer cubes on the sink. Vibrator wrapper... on the floor. Next time I'll just leave it at that!

I've never had to wait so long for a cup of coffee. There were only six other people in the shop.

I went there today and ordered my food using the QR code on the table with table service. Once the food was ready, they put it on the counter and called my number. I heard it, but I just stayed there since it was quiet, so I didn't use table service for nothing. When my food was brought, it was already cold, so my friend went back. They saw her coming and started making excuses about it. We eventually got a new Big Mac, but now... since we pointed it out, we got the feeling they were talking to us behind the counter. We did get a new Big Mac with the excuse that we didn't have a tray anymore, so we'd put it in a takeaway bag. If it wasn't right again, we could come back. Once we were eating, they kept walking past us. Then my friend kept glancing at the counter, and a guy came over and asked, "Are you missing anything?" My friend replied, "What is it?" He said, "Because you keep looking." To which my friend replied, "I can look wherever I want." Then he walked away and took the headphones off again. In my experience, they could use some instruction here on how to interact with customers.

It's filthy inside, and the drive-thru takes ages! Even I, without any cooking experience, am faster than them. And when I do get my order from the drive-thru, it's 9 times out of 10 wrong.

Horrible! Especially the McD's.... Multiple times, the order was wrong, food was missing, or something completely different. Cheeseburger without cheese, orange juice in your cup instead of a banana milkshake... to a complete lack of food that you did order and pay for. Very annoying!

This is a truly filthy snack bar. The tables are greasy, the benches, and the floor are covered in food scraps. It smells of old grease inside. And this at 11:00 in the morning. It simply wasn't cleaned. The order arrived in two parts, so we couldn't eat together. I'm considering contacting the Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (VWA).

What a disgusting McDonald's. Time and again, things are made wrong, or there's hair in your food. The quality has really gone downhill at this McDonald's!

This is such a crappy Mac! They literally made me wait in the drive-through for 14 minutes, and then the guy who just pulled up gets served first. Double cheese is just soggy and soggy, and the double QP is just as disgusting. After two bites, I threw it in the trash. From now on, we'll be driving to Haaksbergen or Doetinchem because this is truly awful.

McDonald's the way it should be. Order at the kiosk inside or at the cash register itself. Ordering is done via pictures, so even I managed it 😝. The Duty Manager was busy in the kitchen, but she still managed to have a chat. They should do more 👍🏻

When you go through the drive-thru at night, you always get your burgers missing something. No onions or pickles tonight. It's a real shame that you're always missing ingredients, if you even get everything you ordered.

The drive works incredibly slowly; 10 to 15 years ago, it was literally three times as fast. A full drive used to go through in under five minutes.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was typical McDonald's. The store was clean and tidy.

The order is completely wrong. When you go to the counter, everything is difficult and they don't understand it. Not everyone can give a 10, but this is dismal. Poor service and everything is cold.

It's small compared to other Macs. This one is dirty. The tables are dirty, the play area has a lot of potato waste, and the table is also dirty. The craft corner is messy. No art supplies for the kids. The food is lukewarm to cold.

When ordering at the kiosk, no receipt was issued, nor was the receipt issued by the people at the kiosk next to me. Both of us reported this to the counter, but nothing was done about it. Guests who arrived a while after us also experienced the same problem and reported it. After the third time, no attention was paid to it; apparently, this isn't a priority for the young employees. There are fries under the table, on the floor inside, and on tables, menus left on tables, and food scraps on tables and benches. In the 45 minutes I was there, the woman working cleared the empty trays from the trash cans once. NO ONE checked the restaurant's hygiene. Several employees clearly had plenty of time to maintain good social contact. The young employees in question clearly need some guidance. They don't see their priorities; I almost got the impression they came to relax. Work needs to be done on their work ethic.

The floors are dirty and the tables are a bit sticky, but otherwise, the food was excellent and tasty. Minor errors are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Food as usual. Staff very inattentive. Tray cart overflowing, order not brought to the table in its entirety. The second order (ice cream) wasn't brought to the table at all. We had to pick up the ice cream at the counter. It had been sitting there for a very long time and had melted.

Long wait for a small order. Happy Meals these days often contain spicy chicken nuggets. Not recommended for children, and they're not very smart in the kitchen.

If you want to break the habit of eating at McDonald's, this is the place to go. Lukewarm fries, milkshake so thick you can't even drink it through the paper straw. The place is a disaster. Very dirty. The food was just thrown together and slammed onto the table. Half of the burgers were missing, and one of the chicken burgers was missing the bottom piece of bread. The staff was very unfriendly.

Half of it was forgotten, the other half were the wrong burgers. And then you have to wait another half hour until you can pick up the burgers at the front. Never again.

The food was tasty, but I had to wait an hour for my McFlurry; it could have come a bit faster.

We were at that McDonald's an hour ago, and there was no order, so the kitchen staff had plenty of time to prepare my food. I ordered three hamburgers – I only got two!!! I didn't realize it until I got home after opening the order. Hire better staff or deduct every mistake from their paychecks; maybe they'll learn from it!

The tables were dirty, and the food wasn't delivered but was taken back inside and placed on the counter. There were plenty of staff, and there was hardly anyone there except for loitering teenagers. It was my last time there. McDonald's should have closed this place. The patio was unkempt, and not a single table was clean. And there was hardly anyone there. I went inside and asked for a cloth. After searching, I finally got one and some cleaning supplies. I was able to clean my own table.

Sunday afternoon, hardly anything to do, yet incredibly long wait times. The burgers are dripping with grease, and even when asked, there are no servings. Terrible.

I've never experienced anything like this before. My mac and cheese wasn't even 2 centimeters full. I wasn't allowed extra ice cream or anything really bizarre. I think it's unacceptable.

This is bizarre, I've never gotten so little ice cream. My McDlurry wasn't even 2 cm high. This was just insane. I didn't even get more; she got pissed off that I asked...

It couldn't be worse than this, because of the drive, 15 minutes with 6 cars in front of us and cold fries

For such a small McDonald's, it should be much cleaner compared to other very large McDonald's restaurants. The food was good, of course. You pay a pretty penny for it these days, too. The staff? A very disinterested, grumpy girl put the food on the table. The same girl was later instructed to clean the tables. She did so with considerable reluctance. She walked past a straw lying on the floor several times. She almost tripped over it. I'm not used to that. Sorry. The food was delicious, though. 70 euros for 3 people.

I ordered a double Big Tasty, but it came with a small bun. Everything was sticking out the sides or falling off. It was a mess to eat it properly. When I asked at the counter, the staff said that's how it's supposed to be... Maybe here, but definitely not in the rest of the Netherlands. A bit of a shame...

After waiting almost 45 minutes, we still hadn't received our food. The staff were all chatting with each other and doing very little. We walked over and asked where our food was. No apology, but oh yeah, it was being made now. We received it fairly quickly afterward, and the food was fine so far.

A bit of a shame, they were just put out, we had to order by bike via the MC drive, a shame again no understanding

I was there at 8:45 PM on July 19th. Citizens were simply thrown out. My name wasn't called, the food was simply placed on the counter, and I waited until I asked for it myself. None of them spoke Dutch to each other, and the gentleman in front of me just got free food from his daughter or something. He called her by name, and she simply went to get him food, all in Surinamese or something. I could tell from the gestures what was happening... it was all a bit third-worldly, no decency. The rest of the times I've been there were fine.

Today 22:27 November 12, 2022. Come to eat in the restaurant. There were 3 tables with people. 7 staff members. But no clean table to be found. Also reported this to the manager. Customer who sits with his butt on the table where someone else has to eat from. Nothing is said about it.

Very dirty! Dirty everywhere outside inside, toilet! The staff is a separate story, the guy collected trash from the street, changed bags in trash bins and immediately went to the kitchen to work without gloves.

I think I picked the wrong day. Not clean, squeaky and wobbly tables, not cheerful staff (we didn't see everyone) unkempt appearance. We had a few tough chicken burgers with hard pieces, complaints are hardly responded to; "is normal" is not a normal response. The fries were fine. No recyclable cups, no coffee. It's because we were hungry, but this could be so much better! Location is right next to a busy road and train track. We drove on as soon as possible.

We went to McDonald's for breakfast. The selection is largely the same as in all the other branches. The atmosphere is also almost the same, of course. But unfortunately, this McDonald's doesn't know what fast food means. We were practically alone and waited half an hour for our breakfast. One employee was constantly on her personal phone, another fell asleep while working, and the "boss" couldn't understand at all why we were annoyed after half an hour. So if you're craving fast food here, you should go to a different McDonald's.

Cant even go with motor/scooter/bike on mac drive while in other places no problem.. to much ketchup on burger (maybe they fixed that now)

Open until 4am well no was at 1am in the mac drive with the bike had to let a car behind me go ahead well no way. Close the restaurant and then let cars go ahead nice and easy 3 cheeseburgers and a chocolate milkshake order I then get a big mac 2 cheeseburger and a banana milkshake thank you once never again!!!!!!

HR department doesn't solve problems. Not enough cleaning supplies - low working hours! Colleagues and managers are great, but McDonald's saves on everything, that's the problem with this company!

Unfortunately, we've only had the pleasure of working with the Umlaut crew so far: boring processes, long wait times, and leftover cheese in the packaging. In defense: The burgers are definitely fresh – the McDonald's concept is to prepare them only when ordered. However, the cheese regularly seems to jump off the burger, the sauce migrate, or the bun develops a life of its own. Anyone who enjoys a game of culinary Mikado will be happy here. But what really becomes a test of patience is the speed: Two burgers take longer than a Netflix evening. Three large meals? Expect your kids to graduate before the McDonald's Drive-In spits you out. In short: If you have time and a certain love of chaos, you might find it charming here. Everyone else – hope for shift A.

Fortunately, there is often a very friendly boy at the Mac Drive, the coffee is good, but… for the rest the restaurant is unkempt, messy, dirty on the floor, full garbage bins, not really great.

All tables were dirty. And as I asked for cleaning our table the guy hasn‘t cleaned it well. And all other tables weren’t be cleaned. No soap at the restrooms. If they work with the same quality in the kitchen… We will never eat there again.

The food is as you are used to, good to eat and it is McDonald's, you like it or you don't. But always check your order here, in the past 7 times there has been something wrong with the order 6 times. No straws, forgotten sauce, no spice bag, wrong milkshake, etc.

If you come for breakfast, EQUIPMENT is broken. They cannot offer you a replacement because it is not possible at the cash register. Very customer unfriendly

Little McDonalds. It was very busy and there was a smoky smell. Floor not clean. Ordered food via table and arrived quickly. Unfortunately 1 Milkshake too little, but that was quickly resolved.

Bij McDonald's Winterswijk werkt zeer onbekwaam personeel. Ze kunnen een bestelling nooit compleet afleveren. Ook vandaag: alle sauzen niet in de zak gedaan. Ze geven de bestelling af door het raampje en klikken dan snel hun eigen raampje dicht. Tip: kijk altijd in de zak na of je alles wel hebt, want bij de McDonald's in Winterswijk is het 9 van de 10 keer niet compleet. En die keer dat het misschien wel compleet is, is het eten vaak koud. Dus let op!

You eat the right amount, it depends on your menu. The prices ... seemed in line with the reality of the area and I would say almost similar to Italy. Discreetly clean. However, if you want to eat quickly, you can stop.

Extremely bad. The self-order counter had run out of paper, so they didn't know which order was for whom at the counter. The 5 of us hang out at the counter and talk dirty about "yellow" ice cream. Forgot to add sauces to my order and received the wrong burger. 6 months ago it wasn't too bad here, but I will definitely never come back here.

Made another attempt tonight and made the wrong choice by going through the MCdrive in Winterswijk! It's unimaginable that you simply miss a big mac and fries in your order. We have never had an order that was correct here! I once sent an email about this, but they promised a voucher as a sweetener and you didn't even get that! I advise everyone not to go here, your order is never complete!!! Strangely enough, always too little and never anything extra for us, now never again!!!!

It has a very nice interior for an MC Donalds, the food is really good and there is a difference between the MC in Germany and the MC in the Netherlands.

The only MC Donalds ever visited; Upon entering we saw that the restaurant was very dirty; dirty floor, food scraps everywhere and sticky tables. There were about 5 (staff members?) people walking through the kitchen in their own clothes and continuously taking food for themselves from the containers; very strange..

It was horrible. The toilets are too dirty to go into. We wanted coffee with oat milk and cheeseburgs. After waiting 30 minutes it still didn't work. The staff didn't understand it. Finally they understood that I wanted the money back for the coffee. The cheeseburger was cold and chewy after 30 minutes of waiting. Never never never again. Kick out staff and replace them with skilled people.
