Good McDonald’s I’ve gone 10-20 times and they have never messed up my order

The food is exactly as you’d expect from a McDonald’s, which is a good thing when you’re craving it! They’re employees are always very friendly, even when it’s very busy. I once forgot my bag when I ate something there - they noticed it immediately and put it away neatly behind the counter. They knew exactly what I called for 10 minutes later and I was able to pick it up swiftly. Was reallly scared I lost my bag and everything I bought that day - fortunately I did not. :)

You pay €1 for a dirty toilet. Be careful sitting down; the seat is loose, so it's best to lean over it, otherwise you'll end up next to it. I mentioned it to a staff member, and she didn't care. AND I recently picked up a burger. When I got home, it turned out to be chicken nuggets. I think the order was accidentally mixed up, so I hope the other person was happy with their burger. I wasn't so happy; the price was cheaper than what I paid for. I then called and they said they'd send me a coupon, which I never received for a few weeks. Poor service, and always check your order because they don't pay attention.

A very sad McFlurry. Paying €3.50 for a 2-centimeter filling in the container is the epitome of shrinkflation. Never again McDonald's for me.

This is the worst mcd I've ever tried! The service was terrible. I tried to redeem french fries but it didn't work. Then I asked the staff but they said I had to wait. I was waiting for more than 10 mins but then they said "I didn't know what to do, you should I ask yourself." Then I asked to whom? where? Then the manager or whoever that lady was, she said "I don't know" but the way how she answered was so annoying and arrogant. TERRIBLE!!!!!! At the end I didn't get my fries at all. Which I don't mind but they didn't really helpful.

It's dirty dark and ugly I buy a macflurry and it's a quarter full and don't get a new one and says I have a big mouth and sent us away

I usually don't rate McDonalds but the staff here is to nice not to! We were looking for a place to change our baby's diapers and they gave us a coin to use the splendid clean toiletts and changing table before we even consumed anything. Thanks a lot!

They have packs of pokemon cards in the display case which makes it look like they are in the Happy Meal, but when we ordered 3 Happy Meals there were Squishmallow plush toys in them. When I went to the counter to ask, they said that they are out of pokemon cards and that they only have squishmallows now. I said that it is misleading because the cards are in the display case and no squishmallows and I asked for 1.75 euros back if I would return the unopened Squishmallow (that is the price of a toy) but that was not allowed. We ordered 3 happy meals for nothing, because we really came for the pokemon cards. The fries were cold and limp.

Waste of money. The "new" quarter pounder is just a joke.

The quality was noticeably worse than in Germany—there seems to be no such thing as a global standard. The espresso wasn't good. The stairs to the washroom were a real adventure.

The food was cold. The hamburger only had the meat and a single pickle, no sauce, no nothing. The McChicken was not good, the sauce was going bad, it was literally sour The Mcflurry was all melted since the beginning.

Pay 30,- for soggy fries and a dry burger and then they’ll charge you another euro to use the toilet. Place is dirty and staff is rude.

Waiting for an order for half an hour is definitely not according to McDonald's standards. Workers reset the order on the monitor so that everything is fine in the system, and then simply do not bring the order. Request top managers to respond to this!!!

Small, but when we arrived it was quiet. Not much else can be said about McDonald's quality. Service was smooth and impersonal as usual at McDonald's.

The food is normal, it is well located but the umbrellas outside were closed, invalidating the use of the tables outside. I also don't agree with the € they charge, but if you have your receipt they will open the toilet for free.

This is the least clean mac I've been to. Tables not clean floor not much cleaner. Drink was cup full of ice supplemented with flavor, when I asked the manager she did not understand me, only speaks poor English. Overall bad experience

Terrible service. I watched as the person in front of me was served inefficiently (an older woman who did not speak Dutch, but the employees refused to speak another language). Then I was 'helped' in a very unfriendly and unhelpful manner. I don't think they've ever heard the word customer friendliness here.

Ladies toilet dirty and defective. Men's toilet also dirty, no toilet paper available. But they do charge 1 euro to sit on a toilet as a lady. Shame on a multi-million dollar company, you can expect good hygiene... or is this a franchisee??

Great McDonald with great food, but often too busy with annoying kids 💀

After a hard day I decided to treat myself to a Big Tasty at McDonald's. From the first bite it was clear that this was the tastiest Big Tasty I had ever eaten. The juicy beef, the perfectly melted cheese, and the smoky sauce were all in perfect harmony. This delicious burger really made my day. Congratulations to McDonald's for this great experience!!

Mcflurry less than a quarter full, you easily pay 4/5 euros for it. Hair from the man who gave it was also in there. Paying for the toilet, isn't it legally required that if you serve food and drinks you must provide sanitary facilities to customers???

Had some coffee, that was fine. Layout unpleasant. Tables not clean. The door on one side opens every time when people walk past. But the toilets are really bad. You pay 1 euro for the toilet, but the toilet seat was loose. Hook for coat and/or bag was missing. Door barely locked and no soap... they really need to do something about that.

Have it delivered. It was cold, the chicken was dry, the nuggets were no longer crispy and the fries were limp. Very disappointing. Had to wait an hour. I suspect that our order had been ready for some time before it was taken by the delivery person. Or Oegstgeest is too far to get excited about. Could they better adjust the fact that delivery is not possible there? Wasn't tasty anymore.

Ordered food for over EUR 55, but the staff were unfriendly and then my 4-year-old son had to go to the toilet and yes, you can pay another 1 euro. Instead of the receipt with QR that you can use to go to the toilet. No, you can dock again. And the toilet is filthy.

I just ordered a delicious CHEESE BURGER. I had a craving for that at the time....LEKKAH LEKKAH HÒÓRRRR (if you happen to REALLY FIND INTO IT).

I'm going to systematically downscore and boycott every fast food restaurants which charges customers for washing their hands, even after 2yrs of covid. Very toxic and harmful practice. (Please always remember, it is not the responsibility/decision of the staff serving there)

It's just fast food. I make much better burgers at home. I guarantee you that! But I don't always have time or plain patience to get everything just the way I like it. Well, just for those incidents, I really enjoy going to Macdonald's. Everything is (usually) just right there. I really like the self order stations. (Much better than the rival's..) The service is quick and ON THE SPOT. They work really hard to maintain the standards. They deserve a good word from time to time.

Relaxed McDonald's with a large terrace outside behind the business. It is never really busy and the food is always hot. Highly recommended

If you dare to charge a euro for the toilet, you could also keep it a little bit cleaner. Toilet paper everywhere on the floor, lame hooks that allow the door to open. No list of cleaning times. And you have to go to the toilet before placing your order, because you can still hand in the receipt at the cash register (not via the order post). If you go to the toilet afterwards, you are very unlucky. Dear McDonald's, this could really be different and more customer-friendly.

Ik weet het, Mc Donald’s is geen hogere wiskunde, toch is de som van ons bezoek een kleine voldoende. Deze zaak is donker, beetje vies op de vloer, wel aardig personeel dat het onderling goed kon vinden. Wel wat traag, patat beetje koud maar verder ok. Ik weet niet of het voor alleen deze zaak geldt maar Mc probeert niets voor kinderen gezellig te maken. Geen vrolijke inrichting meer, het lijkt wel een puber hol. Enfin Mc Donalds zoals er wel meer van zijn maar van mij mag er wel even een beetje meer opgeruimd worden en iets meer aankleding zijn……. Ohja plassen kost een euro….. daar zijn er onderdoor gekropen.

Standard McDs in the center of Leiden. New decor is nice. They did not have table service. Busy mcD. The small indoor kids center is fun for the little ones.

Why on earth did I have to wait 25 minutes for 1 smoothie, and eventually get it myself

The staff is pretty lousy. They threw my drink on the table with all the food and they didn't clean the table or bring me the new drink. I had to ask for another drink and I went to eat at another table because no one came to clean it.

"Erg gemotiveert" personeel. Smal, ongezellige inrichting. Concept is natuurlijk ook snel opeten en wegwezen zoals elke mac dat eigenlijk ook heeft.

Het is ieder keer wat. De ene keer bestel je een large menu, en krijg je nog minder dan dat je zou krijgen als je het kleinste formaat frietjes besteld, dan zijn ze de sauzen vergeten, en nu kom ik thuis, heb ik ipv een quater pounder, een cheeseburger gekregen.

Wanneer de mensen achter de kassa openlijk, voor bestellende klanten, gaan lopen klagen hoe slecht ze het wel niet hebben als medewerker van McDonalds, dan zit er iets al niet goed. Verder stond er ook een jongen achter de kassa, die volgens mij zijn dag niet had. Continu klagen en heb nog nooit iemand zo chagrijnig zien kijken. Dan het eten… tja.
