The food was good but had to wait a very long time

Like almost every McDonald's. The food and drinks never surprise and almost never disappoint. Only, the staff themselves don't understand how orders and their corresponding numbers work. Time and again, they mislead customers. And they keep pretending they're not doing anything out of the ordinary.

I ordered five burgers for my family, and when I got home, I discovered only four were included. They were dry and unappetizing. I've never tasted anything worse than this McDonald's in my life.

Once again, I waited a long time for a cold (incomplete) order. The manager was terrible and the staff disinterested. The quality of the food and staff were better in the past.

This morning I was helped to the drive by a young man, he's a great guy, great spirit! He's a great listener. I don't know him personally, but he deserved a positive review. He's a great addition to the team!

Nice McDonald's, we have been here several times when we were on holiday.

Strange taste for that rubber on a dried-out bun... for 8 euros you get a flattened, fucked-up hamburger. And if you order some fries, you'd be better off eating out somewhere... that way you'd have a nice atmosphere instead of sitting in a crematorium.

I went to McDonald's today and was unfortunately very disappointed. The soda was spilled, I didn't get a straw with my milkshake, and the sweet chili sauce was completely missing. These are minor things, but together they make for an unpleasant visit.

I've been here a few times now, and unfortunately each time the food has been lukewarm/cold.

Coffee cold and had to wait a long time

ONLY 8 CHICKEN NUGGETS WHILE I REALLY ORDERED 9. Otherwise, the service was great!

I have never been on such a dirty site !!Food and rubbish debris everywhere and struggled yo find a clean table , even though it wasn't that busy.

The Red Fruit Lemonade drink was delicious. However, the large size had about 80% ice in the glass. When we inquired about this, we were told it was "according to the rules." I can understand that, but compared to the other people at our table who had the same drink, it just doesn't add up. It's a shame, because otherwise, it was a nice venue.

Ordered a Big Mac menu and a hamburger, had to wait a long time and the Fanta had yet to arrive and it was not included

Excellent speed despite the crowds. A bit messy though, and the cleaning was overdue.

Delicious, fast and friendly staff

After getting seriously ill from the food there last year, I went for ice cream and frappe. It took way too long, and then others got our orders? I was told, "Yes, ma'am, it's busy." Incidentally, the interior is filthy. Not a third time's the charm for me, anyway.

The food is bland and after half an hour you are hungry again. The taste is fine but can be a bit chemical. The service is always fast and the atmosphere is nostalgic but solid.

The restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly. Our large order was ready relatively quickly. The only minor complaint, and therefore the one-star reduction, was that some of the burgers weren't quite warm anymore. I think this is due to the crowds, but it shouldn't be.

Bought 2 strawberry milkshakes, tasted like nothing, bought at the MC drive, unfortunately no time to go back again 8.20 gone

Update: this time, another order error. After specifically asking for a sticker on the Coke Zero (that usually doesn't happen, and you then have to throw away two Cokes at home), it was fine this time. But then again, the sauce was wrong. And not a big deal, but annoying, one napkin. So, the last 4 visits! Delivery errors. It's a shame, because there are super sweet staff who really try their best, and a bunch of others who aren't friendly and cut corners. Such a shame! Somehow always cold when you're at home. While McDonald's much further away always delivers hot food. Also a shame: if you have to wait for your order, they always bring you the ice cream first. And then it melts. Even complaining doesn't help. It's a minor annoyance. Besides, there's often something wrong with the order. So always double-check that you received what you ordered (and paid for).

A milkshake had been spilled, but it was cleared up quickly and neatly, and to my surprise, we received a new one without extra charge, what great service.

Dirty toilet, covered in urine, toilet paper holder broken and half off the wall. The coffee was good, but this is the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever been to.

Only had 1 item, it was ready fairly quickly, but the staff couldn't even say hello.

We were here today around noon. I've never seen such a filthy McDonald's. The restrooms were absolutely disgusting. The floors were slick with grease, and there was trash everywhere. Dirty tables and chairs. Once and never again!! Yuck!

Who the hell closes the shop at 2 o'clock? Standing here at a quarter to three, with my mouth wide open, craving a double big tasty, in front of closed doors. You guys are fantastic. Shameful.

We arrived there at 7:58 and the smoking service staff at the entrance mentioned, that it will open at 8:00. No Problem so far but would have been nice being a bit more flexible. At 8:00 the floor cleaning just began, the doomat at the entrance was not in place everything looked as they initially started the business for today what means they are not 100% ready for customers. We ordered some typical things for breakfast. The quality of the food was normal Mc Donalds standard, nothing to complain here. It was remarkable - in a negative way - how unfriendly the waitress served the food and still forgott the fork or spoon for the cheese cake. We ate it by fingers as we simply weren't in the mood for any further contact. All in all it was such an inferior Mc Donalds experience.

This was one of the best McDonald's I've ever been to! The food was delivered quickly and was delicious! Definitely recommended!!

Dirty rancid McDonalds everything too dirty and greasy to walk or sit in, dirty and cold food everywhere

Never been to such a filthy McDonald's! The floors were incredibly greasy upon arrival early in the morning, and not a single clean table, even the patio was too dirty to sit on. A 25-minute wait for cold food! Absolutely terrible!

The dirtiest McDonald's I've ever seen. All the trash cans outside are full. Trash is flying everywhere. The tables aren't being cleaned. It's no different inside. The trash cans are so full you almost consider just leaving your trays on the table!! Sorry, but a report to McDonald's in Munich will follow. The restrooms don't look any better. They're definitely not being cleaned every hour. Sorry, but you won't see them again.

Mac is always a great restaurant to eat at with the kids. Although the quality of the food in Hardenberg has been declining lately.

McDonald's Hardenberg wasn't far from Slagharen holiday park. We went there for dinner because nothing was open at the park itself. Friendly staff, and service was quick.

Tonight we thought we would quickly get something to eat via the McDrive. We got the wrong order there so we went inside anyway. The order was lukewarm. The bins were overflowing, the tables and floor were dirty.

Unfortunately, as almost always, it disappoints again. Limp, saltless, lukewarm fries.

Rarely seen such a filthy Mac. We came in just after opening time in the morning and everywhere you slid away because of the greasy floor. Tables not cleaned, terrace a mess with garbage everywhere. Toilets without paper and visibly not cleaned since at least the previous day. This does not make us happy.

MC Donalds like many people order online which is a hassle and very expensive, not for me

The staff were very helpful and friendly; one of the nicest McDonald's branches I've ever visited. I highly recommend it.

I order 2 mcflurrys, I drive 2 minutes home and find no mcflurry in my cup but some kind of concoction as if it were 35 degrees. It is 10 degrees so that can't be it. I don't know what's wrong with your machine but if you can't serve up a decent mcflurry then you better close your franchise store. 1. Big. Fiasco. Of. The. Top. Shelf.

Fries were limp. You have to pay extra for the sauce and it is packed in bags. Quite impractical for mc nuggets.

Nice tent but only for once in a while

Had a nice breakfast early in the morning and everything looked spick and span.

The guest room and toilets were clean. We eat as usual at this chain, but only came to the table lukewarm.

Super nice, we were here by chance because we were going away for Easter and stopped here for something to eat, fast service, nice staff and an Easter bunny for kids

Got an MC flurry here. Their machine had a malfunction, we had to accept that it was the case... and were looked at with a cold look. This made us very angry,... after which another colleague asked if something was wrong. We said yes. Story explained, it turns out that the machine was not wrong and we were able to get decent ice cream. So we were snubbed, lied to. And they didn't have to appoint us. I think it's a shame that this happened to us. 1 star is still too much for this Mac,.....

Busy but it was also 5:15 pm. Food came quickly. A forgotten item was delivered without any problems.

Food generally fine, sometimes lukewarm, but friendly staff solves the problem immediately. But the big downside is that it is always so dirty. Chairs, tables and even the windows. With so many staff, it must be possible to keep it somewhat clean, right? I'm really not very precise myself, but it's getting more and more disgusting around here by the week.

In general ok, but often one of the dishes was luke warm. Either the burger or the fries, but almost never both hot.

Waiting 45 minutes for an order for 4 people, which is normally ready in 10 minutes at the drive

Order your cheeseburger without onion and pickle in a happy meal you come home there is only ketchup on the bun. They always mistake what we oder... sometimes no sauce, sometimes no burgers and this time, they gave us completely wrong oder. This MC is closest MC, but we never use Hardenberg MC ANYMORE!

Great place to have something to eat, order was neatly delivered to the table, this was for 4 people, unfortunately it was not completely correct, but after reporting this, it was resolved quickly and efficiently, nice employees.

Long wait inside and MC drive, order incomplete and cold food

Nice location with several restaurants around

Just went back to the Mac in Hardenberg and for the umpteenth time I did it wrong again. I ordered a Big Taste Double. I come home with the order wrong again instead of a double you get a single but you pay for a double you can go back again but then the food is cold and the rest has already eaten I think the staff needs to be better trained if you have this every time they don't respond to the Reviews I think they are fine with it and this is not the 1st time this has happened but Every time you order you can have one I will start thinking about this, can this continue? I hope for a response from Mac Hardenberg, but probably not

Due to the corona regulations nothing is happening

It was quite busy, but it was well organized with the gluten-free sandwiches. And it was very neat and clean.

We live in Hardenberg but nowadays we prefer to drive a little further to Almelo or Emmen because the food at this MC Donalds in Hardenberg is almost always lukewarm/cold. Whether it is busy or quiet. I have the feeling that they don't put the sandwiches under the grill for long enough; they are always cold. I recently went through the Drive again; received the wrong order (from the car in front of me). That can happen. But how they wanted to solve this left a lot to be desired; I was allowed to pass on what was missing; then I could wait a little longer for that. (and let the rest that matched my own order get cold)

Good Mac, enough space, fast service, clean.

For us, a Mc is a bit on the busy side, but for a quick savory snack you can of course look past that and we were helped in a friendly and patient manner!
