McDonald's in Hardenberg

Lots of mess, delivery vans broken down, just dirty. Luckily the food was okay.

I was not served properly, my chicken nuggets didn't arrive, and the atmosphere is rubbish, just the same music, the food wasn't good.

Little to nothing is cleaned. Tables are dirty and there is a lot of mess on the floor.

Nice McDonald's. Friendly staff. What we ordered was good.

Drinks were sparsely filled, a small drink was only half full and had ice cubes in it to boot, and my quarter pounder wasn't really warm anymore when it was served.

Meh, I've seen better McDonald's. The hamburger was cold and the fries were soggy.

Well, it's still McDonald's when it comes to food. Everyone has their own taste, of course, but the kids like it. The staff are friendly and attentive.

I just received the wrong order three times. It's time they hired people again who actually master the Dutch language, both written and spoken. What a disgrace. They just walk past you without a greeting.

I ordered food, long wait! And I also ordered a double burger, but only got 1 burger! I am never going back! Super bad experience ever, no play space for my children either, really a disgrace!

A McFlurry that was minimally filled. Almost no ice cream and almost no filling was really sad. I have never had anything so disappointing at a McDonald's. I really do not recommend this place.

Received a burger with gluten after ordering one without. Sick for a week. The process is incorrect. You can't tell by the wrap or the burger.

It was so nice that I, as a gluten-free customer, could also order a modified FIFA Cup menu. They're the best there, very nice.

I've gotten things done using English everywhere in the world, but this time it was different at McDonald's.

I'm not a fan of fast food, but 1-2 times a month we choose to eat out, and then we always go to McDonald's, no matter where we are. The nearest branch is currently yours, so we visit that one most often... the coffee is highly recommended.

There was just a boy who brought us the ice cream, but I had the feeling that he brought an incredible smell of sweat with it as well.

Pay attention when ordering a large milkshake; 9 out of 10 times the cup contains the amount of a small milkshake. Now, 5 years later, the problem persists. The only difference is that they now just check with the manager to see if they are allowed to refill. There is simply a line on the cup indicating the minimum fill level. Now a 1-star rating.

Some employees should practice being friendly again.

Got home from work at 11:15 PM. Just grabbed a Kip20. Came home with only one sauce. That's just sad.

Why do you call it chicken wings? When there are legs in it too? Call it chicken mix then, or just chicken snack or something similar.

Every time I order takeout, they always leave one burger out. I have to check at the cashier and say they're missing one.

Rarely have I met such friendly staff at McDonald's. All the more regrettable that both the McKroket (way too much sauce) and the vegetarian wrap (half-filled with some vegetarian chicken, one piece of lettuce, and *lots* of chili sauce) were so bad. We both eat often, so we know what we're talking about. They must have been having a bad day. Such nice people and such bad food simply don't exist!

The food was familiar, nothing out of the ordinary. The restaurant itself is quite dirty during peak hours, and some of the seat cushions could use replacing. However, the service was excellent. Despite forgetting our Happy Meal, the friendly manager immediately took care of everything himself to ensure we received it.

Constantly a wrong order. The staff are flirting with each other more than they are getting the orders right. And the food is just cold.

Frappé was out of stock, so I settled for a small milkshake for 4 euros.. The cup was only half-filled and there was also way too much syrup in proportion, making it far too sweet. Undrinkable and a waste of money.

The food was lukewarm, the staff not very friendly, and it took almost 10 minutes before I was served at the counter. I had a question, which is why I wasn't at the self-order kiosk.

There is no soap in the toilets; it is impossible to wash your hands. When I contacted the staff about this, I received no response, and the soap never appeared.

McDonald's drive-thru......could be friendlier when taking the order. Definitely don't feel like working.

Like almost every McDonald's. The food and drinks never surprise and almost never disappoint. Only, the staff themselves don't understand how orders and their corresponding numbers work. Time and again, they mislead customers. And they keep pretending they're not doing anything out of the ordinary.

I ordered five burgers for my family, and when I got home, I discovered only four were included. They were dry and unappetizing. I've never tasted anything worse than this McDonald's in my life.

Once again, I waited a long time for a cold (incomplete) order. The manager was terrible and the staff disinterested. The quality of the food and staff were better in the past.

This morning I was helped to the drive by a young man, he's a great guy, great spirit! He's a great listener. I don't know him personally, but he deserved a positive review. He's a great addition to the team!

Strange taste for that rubber on a dried-out bun... for 8 euros you get a flattened, fucked-up hamburger. And if you order some fries, you'd be better off eating out somewhere... that way you'd have a nice atmosphere instead of sitting in a crematorium.

Nice McDonald's, we have been here several times when we were on holiday.

I went to McDonald's today and was unfortunately very disappointed. The soda was spilled, I didn't get a straw with my milkshake, and the sweet chili sauce was completely missing. These are minor things, but together they make for an unpleasant visit.

I've been here a few times now, and unfortunately each time the food has been lukewarm/cold.

I have never been on such a dirty site !!Food and rubbish debris everywhere and struggled yo find a clean table , even though it wasn't that busy.

The Red Fruit Lemonade drink was delicious. However, the large size had about 80% ice in the glass. When we inquired about this, we were told it was "according to the rules." I can understand that, but compared to the other people at our table who had the same drink, it just doesn't add up. It's a shame, because otherwise, it was a nice venue.

Delicious, fast and friendly staff

After getting seriously ill from the food there last year, I went for ice cream and frappe. It took way too long, and then others got our orders? I was told, "Yes, ma'am, it's busy." Incidentally, the interior is filthy. Not a third time's the charm for me, anyway.

The food is bland and after half an hour you are hungry again. The taste is fine but can be a bit chemical. The service is always fast and the atmosphere is nostalgic but solid.

Update: this time, another order error. After specifically asking for a sticker on the Coke Zero (that usually doesn't happen, and you then have to throw away two Cokes at home), it was fine this time. But then again, the sauce was wrong. And not a big deal, but annoying, one napkin. So, the last 4 visits! Delivery errors. It's a shame, because there are super sweet staff who really try their best, and a bunch of others who aren't friendly and cut corners. Such a shame! Somehow always cold when you're at home. While McDonald's much further away always delivers hot food. Also a shame: if you have to wait for your order, they always bring you the ice cream first. And then it melts. Even complaining doesn't help. It's a minor annoyance. Besides, there's often something wrong with the order. So always double-check that you received what you ordered (and paid for).

A milkshake had been spilled, but it was cleared up quickly and neatly, and to my surprise, we received a new one without extra charge, what great service.

Dirty toilet, covered in urine, toilet paper holder broken and half off the wall. The coffee was good, but this is the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever been to.

Only had 1 item, it was ready fairly quickly, but the staff couldn't even say hello.

We were here today around noon. I've never seen such a filthy McDonald's. The restrooms were absolutely disgusting. The floors were slick with grease, and there was trash everywhere. Dirty tables and chairs. Once and never again!! Yuck!

Who the hell closes the shop at 2 o'clock? Standing here at a quarter to three, with my mouth wide open, craving a double big tasty, in front of closed doors. You guys are fantastic. Shameful.

We arrived there at 7:58 and the smoking service staff at the entrance mentioned, that it will open at 8:00. No Problem so far but would have been nice being a bit more flexible. At 8:00 the floor cleaning just began, the doomat at the entrance was not in place everything looked as they initially started the business for today what means they are not 100% ready for customers. We ordered some typical things for breakfast. The quality of the food was normal Mc Donalds standard, nothing to complain here. It was remarkable - in a negative way - how unfriendly the waitress served the food and still forgott the fork or spoon for the cheese cake. We ate it by fingers as we simply weren't in the mood for any further contact. All in all it was such an inferior Mc Donalds experience.

Never been to such a filthy McDonald's! The floors were incredibly greasy upon arrival early in the morning, and not a single clean table, even the patio was too dirty to sit on. A 25-minute wait for cold food! Absolutely terrible!

The dirtiest McDonald's I've ever seen. All the trash cans outside are full. Trash is flying everywhere. The tables aren't being cleaned. It's no different inside. The trash cans are so full you almost consider just leaving your trays on the table!! Sorry, but a report to McDonald's in Munich will follow. The restrooms don't look any better. They're definitely not being cleaned every hour. Sorry, but you won't see them again.
