The food was very tasty, served very quickly, and was also quite cheap; I spent 7 euros for 6 chicken nuggets and a double cheeseburger. The atmosphere was a bit better though.

I like McDonald's but I have a question. Do you have a new rule about salt, because pomes is not salted enough sometimes. It's not criticism I take extra salt if that happens.

Lumberjack toilet on the 1st floor, little space downstairs, not recommended for people with mobility issues.

The best McDonald's I've ever been to. Super clean and well-maintained. From the entrance to the restrooms! The food arrived quickly and was hot. Amazing! Keep it up! All other operators could take a leaf out of their book!

Go to the restroom first, because at this McDonald's you have to pay 80 cents and you get a 60-cent voucher that you can redeem with your order (at the cashier, not at the terminal). The order must be over 1.50.

I have been living in Lisse for 8 years and the quality and cleanliness of this place leave a lot to be desired... the men's toilet leaves a lot to be desired. The sink was clean only on the opening day, I think.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at McDonald’s Hillegom. I ordered a Latte Macchiato, but the milk seemed spoiled. After drinking it, I got a stomach ache and felt unwell. Additionally, I noticed that the manager did not come across as very customer-friendly. She also seemed to frequently address employees sternly in front of customers, which did not create a pleasant atmosphere. I hope that more attention will be paid to the quality of the products and to a friendlier approach towards both customers and employees.

You know what you're eating (at least the taste), then the ingredients... If you like it, go!

I ordered at the drive-in in the parking lot and discovered that parts of my order were missing. I went back and had the order checked. When I got home, even more parts of my order were missing. This is the 3rd time in a year that things are incorrect. When you point out that they need to pay better attention when assembling an order, you get the blunt answer: "Yes, we all work hard." A terrible excuse!!!!!! After all, it costs top dollar. After mentioning that we were going to write a negative review, they said: "If you think that is necessary, go ahead and do it"!! So, for service, a big fat ZERO!!!!

Nice, clean location; the speed of service could be slightly better but is still more than sufficient. The food was hot and the order was served correctly.

The burger meat was cold and the burger bun was stale.

So when you’re craving a McFlurry in the warm weather, you get a McFlurry that is completely melted. You go back and get the response: "Yeah, the ice cream machine has been broken all day, so why are you selling it then?" And mixing it was too difficult for them too.

What a worthless McDonald's this is! The food isn't bad, the drinks are. But what actually works! We are at the drive-thru. Next to us, they are being served one by one. Nothing on our side. We had a woman. At the first stop, there was a gentleman; yeah, that's not my pole. The lady with the headset was in the kitchen and she was having a good time with her colleagues! Lots of laughter and fun!!! Not with the customers, in any case; I thought that was what she was there for? Don't go here!

Fantastic McDonald's. Best experience inside a McDonald's in the Netherlands. The burger was good, fries warm!!! And the frappé was incredibly well-filled.

It's just a normal McDonald's, but come on, make it fun for a bit. The specialties aren't available, though the playground is amazing and the water next to it. All in all, good food and tasty drinks, just sometimes a bit too crowded.

The team from over six years ago, led by a very good supervisor, was top-notch. Of the six times we visited, five times we were given too few of our ordered items. Ordering via the kiosk simply doesn't work, apparently. If you return, don't give an extra item as an excuse to your customer; totally uninterested staff who are due for an upgrade. They all seem to have no desire to work there and just do it dutifully. Take a cue from your predecessors, or take a look at branches like those in Joure, Lemmer, and Sassenheim... we won't be coming back. The food is also ridiculously expensive for what you get, but that is generally the case.

Simply cannot handle its own capacity. Way too busy. Eventually left without food because it took at least 20 minutes just to order.

It's just that you can't get a quick bite every now and then... but for those insane prices and the taste, you really can't justify it.

There was very little seating because the upstairs area had been closed off, making it very difficult to find a seat in a wheelchair.

Poor service. The people at the kiosk couldn't even understand or speak proper Dutch. Then, they didn't touch items we ordered, and then we were told to go back to the drive-through for the nuggets the kiosk hadn't touched, even though we had to repeat five times. We only ordered two McSmart menus and two spicy nuggets with sauce. A terrible McDonald's to go to, not recommended, and the staff isn't friendly either.

I went to this McDonald's yesterday and wasn't very satisfied. I ordered a couple of hamburgers without pickles, because I really don't like pickles. My first observation was that there weren't many onions, probably because the person at McDonald's ordered a hamburger with pickles and then removed the pickle, which was probably where the onions were. I order a hamburger without pickles not because I expect something to be freshly made for me, but because I don't like pickles. Not only that, but the hamburgers also had a strange taste, like they had detergent on them (perhaps a residue from someone's gloves). I feel increasingly/more often ripped off at McDonald's.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and ready to assist with any questions. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Its central location is also ideal for exploring the city. We would definitely choose this hotel again. I highly recommend it!

By far the cleanest and nicest McDonald’s in the area, much better than the ones in Leiden, Oegstgeest, or Sassenheim. The restaurant is spotless: tables are cleaned thoroughly after each use, and both the indoor dining area, toilets, and outdoor seating are very well maintained. Service was fast, and the food arrived very quickly. Very satisfied with this McDonald’s, and I would definitely choose to come back to this location whenever I’m in the area.

We all know McDonald's. The food is decent, the atmosphere is decent, and the service at this branch was excellent. The only thing is the price. 38 euros for two people. A bit too expensive for fast food. A hamburger used to be 1.75 guilders and is now 2.5 times more expensive. That's completely unnecessary.

We received super friendly service from Jelle at McDonald's. It's a service you don't often receive as a guest. After a busy day at Castlefest, it was wonderful to relax at McDonald's. The burgers and fries were nice and hot! There's an outdoor playground and a working play table for the kids.

Drive through has a sharp turn after ordering with a huge concrete block that you have to “maneuver” around. The parking lot is quite small, the parking spaces for most cars too narrow.

How it has gone downhill. I used to love coming here with my family. Picked up an order yesterday. Employee claimed the app didn't work at the McDrive, all other times it worked. Employee didn't understand how the system works. Took the order home. I live 5 minutes away from here. The bun felt dry. When I took the first bite out of my Big Mac, a long hair came out with it. Really gross. I threw the burger away right away. I've never experienced anything like this at any McDonalds. The only thing that was still good were the fries. I won't be coming here again in the near future.

Used to be great. They forget to give almost EVERY order something! Wake up and just calmly look at what someone ordered. When you go back the manager has a big mouth. Firing everyone and hiring good staff would make things a lot better.

I usually only eat Big Tasty and coffee at McDonald's. Ever since McDonald's in the Netherlands started charging for plastic, the coffee cups have become smaller, the big ones have become smaller, the plastic cups have a smell, and the paper cups are only half the size of before, so I no longer buy coffee, and only buy a Big Tasty every time.

Simply fantastic. Stopped there after a three-hour drive. Excellent service at the terminals. They even have language options. The food was at the table within five minutes. Very fresh and hot. With parking right outside, no fees, etc., it's a great place to stop.

Where I first gave this McDonald's 3 stars, I have now given it 4 stars. The place is clean, the clean tables in particular are very noticeable; these were previously dirty on a regular basis. The fries were always lukewarm and now just warm, first you got a cup of ice with coke and now just coke with ice, as it should be. I like to go to this McDonalds with the kids. Why 4 stars: the food is expensive. The location can't do anything about that, McDonald's in general determines that of course.
