McDonald's is getting ridiculously expensive! €4.25 for a croquette or over €6-8 for a burger. The prices are practically the same as a sandwich at Laplace or De Bijenkorf. Ultimately, it's cheap junk food.

The potatoes were very crispy, the burger was decent, and the service was very fast even though it was quite busy.

As usual with McDonald's, the quality is consistent, but the service was really fast. The ticket machine didn't work, but I didn't have to prove anything. They just gave me my order.

On December 11, 2025, I went to McDonald's with my children and bought Happy Meals. Since last night, my children have been vomiting continuously and clearly became ill after eating your meal. This is completely unacceptable. I expect you to investigate this incident seriously and take responsibility. Food sold to children should never lead to such complaints. I would appreciate a response and an explanation as soon as possible as to how this could have happened.

Sorry, but what I've just experienced has never happened to me before. I asked for a quarter pounder and only cheese on the burger, please. So, no sauce or onion. I got a cheese bun when I got home. A nice meal after a day at work.

We had a wonderful meal with the grandchildren! We loved it!

Alblas, tucked away in a corner. The staff is polite compared to others. Small, but big enough. The food is as expected. The service is excellent. The atmosphere is less appealing due to the decor.

Fries were often cold. We ordered the McWrap, but it was only half full. We went to the staff to tell them, and they simply told us it's better to order two sandwiches. The staff was extremely rude; there were some good ones, but there were also some real idiots. Your order often arrives within 5 minutes, so that's a good thing. I strongly recommend NOT getting the McWrap; they even admitted it's a scam! Please just order two sandwiches that are full!

At the McDrive in Alblasserdam (and many other locations as well), the aisle is very narrow. It's almost impossible to drive through with a larger car, like a Dodge Ram. That's a shame, because there's often plenty of space on the lot to make the driveway a bit wider. It would be great if this could be addressed in the future, so larger vehicles can also use the McDrive without any problems.

The McKroket without sauce was nice and hot and delicious! The sundae ice cream had plenty of warm caramel sauce!

The taste of the meat is not that nice

Wow… What a disappointment. We were sitting outside to order food and were plagued by wasps. After confronting a staff member about it, we were told the wasps would disappear. We mentioned that the trash cans needed to be cleaned thoroughly, and were simply told that guests were making them dirty. When we pointed out that they unfortunately had to clean them again to keep the wasps at bay, his response was that they spend all day doing this, but they were so busy they couldn't free up a cleaner. Disappointed, we went inside, and things weren't much better. Someone next to us approached a staff member about their table being very dirty and asked if someone could clean it. The answer was that they would bring a cloth so they could do it themselves; it was very busy. It might be our fault, but when several staff members are talking to each other in the kitchen… well, that's when you're very busy. Our neighbors had finished their entire meal, and finally, a cloth arrived, but it was too dirty to hold. They won't be seeing us here for a while.

It's filthy outside, so there are lots of wasps. A (small!) dog that's perfectly quiet isn't allowed inside anyway. Last time; I'll drive to the next one from now on.

We ordered two salads with chicken fillets and honey mustard, but the chicken was nonexistent; the salad was sprinkled with a few fried crumbs that looked like chicken "breading." It was the first time I'd ordered this dish, but I honestly don't think this is what McDonald's intends for this menu. From the photo, the chicken fillets are clearly whole pieces and not crumbs. It's absurd... this restaurant must have run out of chicken portions 🤣🤣, but delivering a mixed salad with crumbs is the height of absurdity!!

I am not a fan of McDonalds. Portions are getting smaller. Toilets horrible.

Of all the macs we visited, this is the most relaxed. Fast service even in a full restaurant on King's Day And a committed manager who shows up everywhere. Then he speaks to a customer, then he clears the table and when we walked back to the car it turned out that he also cleaned up the litter.

Chicken Nuggets with chili sauce, ChiliChicken and Mcflurry KitKat caramel. The chicken nuggets were very tasty with chili sauce. I was disappointed with the chili chicks. Fries are often cold (or this is because we always arrive at exactly the wrong time) Otherwise the service is good and if you forget the sauce or cup, action is taken immediately. The prices are also on the high side, but that has increased everywhere.

I have bought food here 4 times, through the drive you come home and 4 times you miss a quarter of your order, how difficult can it be!! Children who are without fries and drinks. If you call them, they come up with arguments, yes, new people are working there and if we want to drive back and forth, well, I'm not going to sit in the car for 20 minutes again. Just waited for more than 10 minutes because the food had to be made. In the end I received food that was not even warm anymore, fries were cold and wilted. Almost 50eu for 4 people. Truly ridiculous. Last time I get food from a mac. Worst price-quality ratio ever.

Hamburgers are always the same, the important thing for me was that the fries were hot and the fries arrived wonderfully hot, they were delicious.

We have been to different branches a few times recently. McDonald's Alblasserdam was the first where the food was hot and where the entire order was correct. In addition, a very attentive & friendly branch manager.

After a long day of work I walked past McDonald's Ablasserdam to eat a Big Mac. I ordered everything at the drive-through and when I got home I started eating my sandwich. I noticed it was strange. When I looked closer I saw that something was missing. They just didn't put any meat on my burger. Very disappointing. I was hungry and paid for something I didn't get. So my tip is... Look carefully at your order before you leave. Otherwise you will have a surprise at home. 😣
