Nice park due to its small scale, though relatively expensive as a result. The quality of the food is what you would expect from an amusement park, with a reasonably extensive selection. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

There are no issues with the premises. There are issues with the service. Our orders weren't brought, and even after explaining that they weren't waiting for our order, they pretended not to understand and left. I don't recommend this establishment. Out of the three sauces we ordered, they didn't bring a single one. Only when we ordered the fourth sauce did they bring it, thank goodness, and then a different person.

They don't charge for the bathroom, obviously not because we spend money 🤷🏻‍♂️.

Lately, the evenings have been terrible...coffee was cold, I got a new coffee, unfortunately, also cold. Fries were cold, hamburger thankfully warm (as it should be). We ate here in the evening on the way back from Schiphol. The order was placed quickly and correctly. Unfortunately, there was a major mosquito infestation in this McDonald's. Since my son is severely allergic to them, we couldn't eat at our leisure. So, we'll be skipping this McDonald's from now on.

Unfortunately, I had to wait a very long time for my coffee; the staff seemed overwhelmed. I completely understand if things take longer, especially during breakfast hours. However, it's really disappointing to have to wait over 20 minutes for a coffee drink, even after asking if it had been forgotten, which apparently had been the case. However, the shift manager did intervene, even offering me a cookie as compensation and apologizing. That made up for the wait somewhat. The McDonald's itself looks very new, with a nice atmosphere and is very clean.

Terrible service, stood by the window for 20 minutes, when I drove upstairs because they wouldn't take my order, they threatened to call the police and threatened me, I do not recommend it.

Terrible service. After scanning the code for points, we wanted to buy two double cheeseburgers. A big plus is the large parking lot, lots of greenery and you can eat quietly and deliciously outside.

First of all nobody’s answered at the drive thru so we had to order at the payment counter and the person was upset because we ordered at the counter and when we said there was no one there to take out orders, he said because they were busy when they should have one assigned person at the drive thru. When he took our order, he placed all the wrong items. We hope the manager of this branch will look into this matter and provide better training for the staff at this branch.

Meanwhile, there are people inside, including non-staff members, just hanging out, even though the restaurant is closed.

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to in the Netherlands. I ordered two burgers and a coffee. Even though there were hardly any people there at the time, it took over 15 minutes to get my order for two small burgers and one coffee. It was a nightmare. They were also very rude when I was served. They didn't give me my coffee, but someone else's. The person serving us was rude when we told them the drink was the wrong one and asked them to make us the right one, then he completely freaked out and left. We left too. I don't recommend it. The staff is incompetent and slow.

It's a McDonald's like many others. It has a renovated interior, so it's completely in line with the new corporate identity. Ample parking. Quite busy. A great alternative now that McDonald's Woerden is closed until the end of 2025.

Disgraceful treatment. We had to ask three times where our food was, and after 50 minutes, we asked for our money back. The McDonald's drive-thru has priority over people sitting inside. The restaurant was only half full, and four of them were complaining at the cash register about the same problem. Also, the same order in Alphen was suddenly almost €10 cheaper!

The chili chicken sandwich was absolutely terrible! The bun was stale, the chicken was tough, and it was slathered in chili sauce, topped off with a few shreds of limp lettuce.

Exceptionally slow and unfriendly teenage staff who barely speak proper Dutch. The McDonald's is so slow, you expect to be helped in turns, not that three others arriving later are helped first. Then a rude kid came through the intercom (a teenager with a bag), and even at the checkout, he couldn't manage anything more than the amount due. A simple "see you later" would be enough. Well, never again.
