What a mess there. Trash everywhere on the floor and tables not clean.

I wanted to place an order at the regular checkout and pay cash, but the staff seemed to ignore us. We stood there for about half an hour, trying to get their attention several times, without any response.

I regularly order and pick up my own food. (Driver) Food is often a bit lukewarm/cold, and milkshakes and ice creams are often only filled halfway. (Regardless of the time.) I regularly mentioned that they could be more considerate of this; after all, you're paying full price. The staff themselves are usually very friendly and helpful. For a quick bite, "in between work," it's a good location.

Waiting for cold food, fries, and a burger. The burger looked like it was from the day before. Yes, the extra snack was warm, which I appreciated.

Ordering went smoothly through the drive-thru until we had to wait for our food. We stood there for over 30 minutes with the wrong order twice—this is unbelievable! Finally, we walked inside and reported it, and they gave us five extra burgers, which was a good thing. You're probably thinking, "The manager is watching, so it'll be alright," but no, we're still missing burgers! This is absolutely unacceptable.

I see the employee walking by with my order, and he's handing it to someone else, so I ask, "Is that my order?" The employee laughs and says no! Final score: yes, it is! My order. Thanks for checking, mate. Hey, and thanks for spilling coffee on our upholstery because you're too incompetent to put the lid on properly.

No one speaks proper Dutch (not even the manager). They even forget what you ordered, and then you're expected to wait at the Balinese for the whole time. If you don't, you get blamed for having to wait while THEY forget your food.

I placed an order and it never arrived. What a lack of respect! This has happened to me twice now.

Today my order was somehow forgotten, and I waited a long time for nothing. Very frustrating! Luckily, an attentive employee (Kevin, I asked for his name) noticed me and came over on his own initiative to fix my order. His careful work ethic had already been positively noted during a previous visit. Give this guy a raise or at least an extra-large Christmas gift. These 5 stars are for Kevin.

By far the slowest MC in the Netherlands, where I have to wait fifteen minutes on a Sunday morning for a tasty and mckroket, I can drive on almost immediately in Harderwijk at the same time, unworthy of MC.

6 nuggets and you get 4! The lack of education in the US is already noticeable. 16-year-olds can't count. And there's no supervision!

It feels like you're talking to a broomstick. The staff stood there as if they hadn't slept for three days. No energy, no desire, no sign of even realizing there were customers. Their motivation seems to be somewhere in the back of the freezer, right next to the forgotten McFlurry cups. And then the management... well. That day, the management was about as alert as a phone on 1% battery. I seriously felt like I was looking at some kind of living museum exhibit. The best part is: you stay polite. You say "Thank you," while simultaneously thinking: why am I trying harder than the staff who are paid to function here? So yeah, want food? You can. Want service? Talk to the menu boards or the toilet seat.

According to the website, it was open until 8:30. But I still wasn't allowed in at 8:30.

Ordering was easy via the kiosk. The food arrived quickly, was hot, and tasted great.

Fries cold. Chicken nuggets cold. You order a medium banana milkshake and get a large vanilla. They don't listen to what's asked and are not friendly when you ask about your order.

Fries were so salty it looked like I was drinking (eating) from the sea, Cola Zero had no fizz in it at all, and the Korean burger was good, but the lettuce was starting to rot

The worst mac and cheese in Deventer. I only go there when it's my last resort for a late-night snack. Often the food is cold, arrives very late, or you don't get part of your order. My salad was fine this time! This time, I did see the price of a small water bottle because the receipt was included... €3.55 excluding deposit.

A different manager every time, and the order is always wrong. Because apparently, if you work here, you simply can't read, and then the order was prepared by a manager. And the best part is, you have to put it in your own bag. And that great slogan, "Come work at McDonald's"...

A small milkshake already costs 4 Euro, which is truly scandalous.

What a crap place now for the second time a wrong order. Last time in the happymeal no hamburger. If you order a quarterpounder now you only say the hamburger no menu. What do you get a bun with only a hamburger on it. No cheese, onion, pickle, sauce etc. And also just pay 6.25 for the burger. Crazy people!!!

Cozy McDonalds. Despite rush hour, food was quick and hot. First time at this McDonalds, and for the first time in a long time had a Big Mac that was good and neatly stacked, easy to eat. ☺️

Today I had a very good experience at this McDonald's. Nice and quiet, friendly staff and the food was all deliciously fresh and super hot, you don't see that often at McDonald's. Also everything looked clean and tidy, as well as the toilets.

The food was fine, but many things need replacing. The table was broken, chairs with pieces missing etc.

Last week a quarter pounder was missing at the mc drive and today I ordered 20 nuggets and when I got home they were spicy nuggets which I didn't order and don't like. Tried calling but that's impossible and it was too far to drive back so will do this when I'm in the area again.

It's a Mac. Reason for the visit was the fast charger they have there.

In all honesty, 1 star is still too much for this establishment. One of the main reasons to stop at this yellow M on this Sunday afternoon is because of the concept of ‘FASTfood’ that is supposed to apply here. Nothing could be further from the truth. Been here before, was always good but now really bad. Have been waiting for coffee and a sandwich for half an hour now, been to the counter twice, ha is being remade, do get money back. People after me are now provided for, some people have also left.

McWrap was half empty with two small chicken tenders, the fries were cold, and my cup with a drink was completely sprayed by soda from the outside. McDonald's quality is going down but the prices are going ridiculously up. 14 EUR for a wrap that's mostly just bread with nothing, cold fries, and drink without refilling is a robbery, not mentioning the fact that I have to pay extra for sauce! To properly fill myself, I got an extra burger for free points. But that was a dissapointment as well; the cheese was half out and the pickle and onions were also out of the burger. Is it that difficult to properly assemble a burger? I am seriously disappointed. McDonald's has no longer been neither cheap nor fast, but if the quality also goes down like this, there is no advantage in going there. Seriously. Time to move on and skip visits of McDonald's in the Netherlands.

I love the view, kid gets to see trains. And venue well laid out. Service is friendly, but the frequency I have experienced mistakes I.e. my order gets lost, apple instead of carrots ordered etc...is too high. I go there probably 2 times a month and it feels like I am more likely going to experience an issue with my order than not. They are working on it, and the people are friendly but issues has been repeated enough times that I feel this review is fair.

They don't have things in order at all. Sunday afternoon 4:00 PM, restaurant is maybe 25-30% full and we had to wait almost 20 minutes for our food. Then also 2 cold burgers (which we sent back) and all sauces were missing, as well as the bag of herbs, straws and napkins. I had to walk to the counter 3 times to sort things out (and in the meantime the rest of your food is also getting cold). If things are so bad during a quiet moment, what is it like during busy moments?!! And that next to a busy location like the skeg... That's really impossible! Place a strict manager here and other staff where necessary. The only plus point is that they were customer friendly and solved the problems without any hassle.

Worst McDonald's around. Order columns are almost all broken. The woman behind the cash register is deaf, half the order was wrong. WORTHLESS, previously poor and slow service in the restaurant, now I finally got something in the drive. Came home disappointed by the missing dishes and wet fries.

Ordered Happymeal with booklet, but received a toy. Was only suitable from 3 years. Child had no use for it. When I walked up to the counter she ignored me.
