No food, so no service. They slam the doors shut with a few customers inside, while the staff is dancing and doing nothing in the kitchen. They were too busy… slamming the door shut around 7:30 PM is obviously not customer-friendly at all.

The food was quite cold and it seems like it never gets cleaned here.

1 star is still too much for this ultra slow food restaurant. That one burger only arrived after 22 minutes, by which time it had cooled down. Not recommended!!!!!

I was at McDonald's today and I wanted to give a tip to a boy named Jelle, so I walked up to him after my meal and pointed it out, and he just walked right past me and said angrily, "No, it's not necessary." I felt really humiliated in front of other people and I found it very rude. That is not how you treat other people. If someone offers you a tip, that is a nice gesture, and if you react like that, I find it very unfriendly and impolite. But the service from the other employees was very good and they were very sweet, especially the girl with the somewhat orange hair, a real top employee! And Jelle is very unfriendly and impolite.

I just received a truly 10/10 service from Martijn at McDonald’s Scheg. 🙌 My friends and I think this staff is truly amazing. A McDonald's like all the others, so good.

I have ordered here often, and just as often have had problems with forgotten items, wrong items, or items not being included in the order. The fries are also frequently cold. I don't post reviews often, but by now you do get tired of it. If you order or pick up here, double-check your order.

This is definitely the standard for a Flurry (mini) ice cream, just received it! :-O I'm afraid it'll be gone in no time.. Naturally, they didn't want to provide any service regarding this because it's a structural problem. It's a good thing I managed with a special offer, otherwise you'd easily be paying 4.50 for a Mc Mini Flurry! It's pretty sour when you get almost nothing in return.

Today, we were standing inside waiting for our order. At that moment, an angry gentleman entered because his order had been delivered incorrectly. Instead of resolving the situation calmly, the manager stood there looking quite cocky. He offered absolutely no solution or understanding, which only made the gentleman angrier, and he eventually left. Subsequently, the manager went to gossip and laugh about the whole situation with the kitchen and cashier staff. Very professional, huh. A little later, our order also took a very long time. I politely asked an employee if I could get my drink in the meantime, as I needed to take my medication. The employee didn't seem to understand me properly, so I repeated my question a few times. Not because I was being rude, but because I thought he didn't hear me. To my surprise, the manager then came towards me shouting and intimidating, with the remark that I “shouldn't talk to his staff like that.” What exactly? I simply asked the same question again. He didn't even know the context and jumped to conclusions immediately. Tone your tone, Mr. Manager. What struck me most is that, unlike before, he hadn't been so decisive or tough towards the angry male customer for a single moment. But with me, he suddenly started acting like the big, loud-mouthed manager. He didn't have the guts to stand up to a male customer, but instead took his frustration out on me. A good manager de-escalates situations, listens first, and addresses people with respect. I didn't see that at all here. Next time, listen first before you start shouting and acting smart.

An employee came to the car and asked what we were doing there, even though he could have simply asked normally. He said that I hadn't paid, even though I clearly showed my receipt and didn't even believe him. One of the managers is not acting in accordance with his position, and this needs to be addressed immediately. I propose scheduling an evaluation meeting from headquarters regarding his behavior towards customers.

An advantage of this branch is that it looks well-maintained and is usually not busy. There is also ample parking space and it is easily accessible.

It's McDonald's. It's cheap. It's pretty okay food. The restaurant is cheap, it's not really clean, it's really really not clean, you have to pay for the toilets, it's really busy because it's in a busy place, you can sit outside, which is pretty nice and warm. The location is pretty nice, the Palazzo de Duomo is pretty cool and beautiful and gorgeous so i definitely recommend you go and visit it

Disorganized chaos. Tuesday evening, 9:00 PM: waited 35 minutes for 2 burgers and 2 McFlurries. Several people came out of the seating area because the order was incorrect or cold. After me, someone ordered a Coke. The simplest order. After 15 minutes, still nothing. After asking 3 times, a Coke was brought. Order not checked off because 10 minutes later another Coke was placed down. Half orders are put in warming trays and sit there for 10 minutes. A McFlurry sat there for 10 minutes because the rest wasn't ready. Once is enough, never again.

I'm used to better. It wasn't busy at the time, yet the order wasn't delivered completely and the fries were soggy and lukewarm, as was the QP.

What a disaster McDonald's is. Never again, what junk you get served: cold fries, ground-up something those guys call 'chicken nuggets', tasteless hamburger junk, and then not even getting what you ordered. Tear that place down quickly, turn it into a parking lot!

Placed an online order at 20:50 for the delivery of a burger and chicken nuggets. It is now 22:30 and still nothing has been delivered. No email and no phone call regarding the delay. Terribly organized. Never order from here!!!

We had a small order and had a deal (discount) via the app. This didn't seem to work at the first window. The employee asked for the code four times, but it didn't work. Then the manager came over, didn't even say hello, indicated it wasn't working, and then pulled the window shut again. In the meantime, we had already been waiting at the first window for 5 minutes. At the second window, the order wasn't ready yet. We were expected to wait a little further down the street. Upon bringing the order, there was no greeting and no "enjoy your meal." If I had been a mystery guest, the score would have been well below par.

We ordered 3 single Big Tasty menus and 1 x 20 chicken nuggets plus 1 x 9 chicken nuggets on May 18th around 11:00 PM. When we got home, we discovered that 1 Big Tasty menu and the 9 chicken nuggets were missing. We drove back to McDonald's, but the staff refused to do anything about it, even though we showed them the receipts.

I ordered three burgers and all three are not up to par. It is a big problem that this vegetable is on my bun because of my allergy. I don't feel like I am being taken seriously.

4 Euro 50 for a large fries...sick

Great eggs and bacon for breakfast, and I even redeemed points for a simple hamburger with a free Chery Coke. I was there Thursday morning between 9 and 11 a.m. Plenty of parking (at that time, anyway).

We waited almost 15 minutes before asking where our ice cream was. The ice cream machine was broken or acting strangely. After 20 minutes, we received our ice cream and one milkshake. The ice cream was soft/almost liquid. They couldn't do anything about it; it was the machine. It happens. But then they should give the customer their money back. The staff wasn't friendly.

This McDonald's is a great stop if you're on the go or shopping in Deventer – De Scheg. Your order is taken and served quickly, with classics like the Big Mac always reliably delicious. The restrooms are kept clean, which is nice if you need a break during the day. Last week a quarter pounder was missing at the mc drive and today I ordered 20 nuggets and when I got home they were spicy nuggets which I didn't order and don't like. Tried calling but that's impossible and it was too far to drive back so will do this when I'm in the area again.

McWrap was half empty with two small chicken tenders, the fries were cold, and my cup with a drink was completely sprayed by soda from the outside.
