The food was perfectly prepared. Not too much or too little of anything.

The food itself was fine, and it was ready quickly. I ordered large fries for myself, and they weren't even half full. They were even less than a small fries (my son's). Considering the prices, I think that's really bad.

Just like you expect from a McDonald's. Great McDrive. Despite the hour, I got served quickly!

The food is really good, just like a regular McDonald's you'll find everywhere. But there's one thing that really bothers me... the people working at McDonald's in Heerde always, and I mean always, forget to give the entire order at the McDraw. I've been going to McDonald's in Heerde my whole life, and in recent years, they've increasingly forgotten part of the order. I think the managers should pay more attention to ensuring customers get their entire order at the McDraw. I've even heard from sources that the kitchen staff are working under the influence. This is ridiculous; it has to stop!

Eating as usual. Order fries without salt, so they're nice and hot. You can ask for a bag of salt at the counter. Normally, all the food at McDonald's is lukewarm. Heerde has an annoying ordering kiosk setup, in front of the entrance, exit, and near the garbage containers. You always have to wait before you can even get through. They didn't think this through. However, ordering via the app works perfectly.

I've avoided McDonald's for a long time. I think it's a rip-off for what you get for your money. And again, it's inedible. They also ask in the review what you had. "Dinner" is too fancy a word for a mess on a red tray.

The very best! Friendly, efficient, and very clean. Many other McDonald's could learn a thing or two from this!

In my opinion, one of the better McDonald's. The staff was friendly and the food was hot. That's not always the case.

McDonald's Heerde is always a fun outing for us! Whether we come with the kids or just the two of us, it's always fun and relaxed. Friendly staff who join in the fun and make you feel welcome. Always a great atmosphere and delicious food — absolutely fun! Who says fast food can't be full of love and fun? 😋❤️🍔

I just ordered a quarter pounder, and comparing it to the one I recently had near Maastricht, it's a world of difference. I never thought there could be such a difference.

40 minutes before closing time they run out of hot drinks and much more really bad service

Absolutely terrible! We ordered 60 to 70 euros worth of food for the family. First, two children didn't get a toy in their Happy Meal, even though they paid for it. We got the toys at the counter. When we came back, there were no straws with any of the drinks. We started eating. The fries were cold, and the mini chicken wrap tasted like it had been sitting out all day—really bad! We reported this to the manager, who apologized, but we were done with it. Then, before we went to the bathroom, we had to go. And guess what, the whole floor was covered in pee and poop on the walls. Ugh, I think if the food and drink authorities had done an inspection on this day, they would have been closed. Absolutely the worst McDonald's I've ever been to in the world, and then we spent 60 to 70 euros on something that wasn't even worth 5 euros. I call this a scam!

It was very busy, but our table order was delivered very quickly. The food was nice and hot. The staff was very friendly, and the restaurant looked very neat and clean.

It was quiet, service was quick. The food was hot. The tables were clean. There was also a play area. There was a nice parking area for the caravan.

If you can't eat certain things, they're too lazy to think along with you. You have to download the app and figure it out for yourself.

What terrible service. Items were forgotten from the order. The hamburgers were cold. The fries, however, were freshly made and warm. The milkshake was bland and too thick to drink.

Convenient and pleasant stopover While our car was charging at the charging station, we took the opportunity to take a short break at McDonald's. We only had a coffee and an ice cream – both were fine. This made the wait a relaxing experience. Everything was clean and the process was straightforward. Perfect for a quick stop while passing through.

As a McDonald's fan, I was disappointed. All salads sold out, except for the small one. It was missing a tomato. Instead of the drink we ordered, we got another one. 2x Wrap, both practically without salad. No dressing for the salad. Hot nuggets dry as a biscuit. The whole family left disappointed.

Mc donalds right by the highway exit, but outside the terrace you don't notice any of that hustle and bustle. In fact. In the evening rush hour when all tables were filled and all parking spaces were full you could still eat wonderfully quietly and it was ready quickly too (and fresh!) I have seen other locations that can learn from this! I will remember this one for more often on the road.

Illegally broke, dehydrated and tired I arrived here. Then I ordered Big Tasty Bacon menu. I thought I was leaving my body at the first bite. Heroes of the people, until the end of time.

This is by far the most worthless McDonalds I have ever been to. Order a McSmart, coke without ice, fries without salt and a cheeseburger without onion and pickle. You get: A coke with ice, fries so limp they are barely cooked, with salt and a cheeseburger with onion and pickle. How difficult was this order... I asked at window 1 and it was fine.. unfortunately! Not to mention the plastic surcharge on the completely paper cup with paper lid and paper straw. Outrageous.

The toppings, especially the cheese, were only halfway on the TastyBurger, the rest was hanging off, and you couldn't even move the cheese. It was a total disaster! The fries were cold and not crispy or tasty. I rarely eat fast food, and I always look forward to it when I do, but I was disappointed.

Toilets were very dirty and the sink was clogged and full of water!! The tables were also not clean. Not recommended.

I go there for toilet and relax parking with a trailer. The Mc foods are of course the most terrible foods in the world.

Food as you would expect from fast food. A nice guy brought the food quickly. Terrace was neat, view of parking lot too bad but you know that at MC in advance.

Had to wait a very long time before I could order and the staff also got my order wrong. There's always something wrong with ordering from McDonald's via the Tru drive. You must always check your order immediately upon receipt. Because 0 times out of 10 your order is not done correctly.

After a long drive of 3 hours, we decided not to drive to Apeldoorn Masr and get some food here for the road. Ordered food inside to stretch my legs. Ordered 4 burgers and a small Milk shake. The hamburger and cheeseburger were all cold and the cheese had not even melted. The Milk shake also contained very little and at the bottom it also contained coffee. A big disappointment and it wasn't even busy.

The food was almost ready before we even chose a place, and the fries were not as cold as my own freezer.

Today I received the wrong order for the umpteenth time. Reading correctly is apparently becoming increasingly difficult. When ordering they were friendly, but when I came to say that something had gone wrong (again) it became very cold and I don't talk about the food. Will not come to this branch again!

Ten eerste gaven ze aan dat de koffie machine kapot geen koffie dus. Toen wouden de mac egg beef, en toen we wegreden en de bestelling open deden op de snel mac egg bacon. Terwijl er 2 keer gevraagd hadden of het klopte ja hoor gaven ze nou noet dus. 1 keer nooit meer . Snap wel dat het slecht met de mac Donalds gaat

I had left my bag behind, when I found out I immediately called and they immediately searched, found and put it safely, so that I could pick up my bag properly. Very friendly.

Worthless action that they CANNOT or will NOT deliver MAC is already ridiculously expensive. Now great offer: 20 nuggets for 4.50, children happy. Unfortunately you will be disappointed! Helped quickly, food met expectations.

At the Mac. After the piece on TV yesterday that things are going so badly with the Mac, I immediately started to express my support. After all, coming to the mac is a childhood memory. Unfortunately, that price was correct and then you understand why people stay away. Well not here. At 6 o'clock in the evening the place was almost full with all kinds of families at the Maccen. Delicious burger and fries, made by hand from cardboard on a tray. Just like before. But without sauce cup and much more expensive.

Went to the drive today I quote the conversation verbatim: Employee: What is the order? Me: product Him: anything else? Me: no Him: okay, you can pay for window 1 Me: pay at window 1 Him: okay you can go to window 2 Window 2: look tasty and not a second later window And really all tones are heavily irritated, grumpy and anything but cheerful Is this seriously the way you are trained to communicate? Where is the "good morning welcome story". Or enjoy your meal? Please... if you don't feel like working then please resign. I am still so negatively impressed that I have decided to write a negative review. Worst service at a McDonald's in my 37 years of existence
