We called McDonald’s and suddenly we were called a *cancer*! What terrible service, we just wanted to order something…

We stopped here on Saturday on our way to the beach and we weren't disappointed. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff was very friendly. Of course, all McDonald's restaurants are the same, but few are as well-kept as this one.

Food is served cold The order is incorrect, and that at a quiet time of the day

The ice cream had already melted. Half a serving of fries. The chicken nuggets tasted like they were from yesterday. Sloppy and inedible. A shame again.

Good McDonald's. The food is served very quickly. 4 menus were at the table within 5 minutes. Fast food as gourmet food should be. Fast.

The food itself is fine, but unfortunately, things are regularly forgotten. Something is missing from almost every order, such as a hamburger or another part of the order. That is a real shame and means you constantly have to check if everything is complete.

It was very crowded and very dirty inside.

Fries less than 80g for 3.55 euros. A total fat disgrace !!!!! At the local cafeteria almost 225g for the same price. Was here once and NEVER AGAIN. The hamburger was tasty though.

Helped quickly, order complete and nice and warm

We love your Oreo Iced Frappé, but unfortunately, I have already been disappointed twice. I often work late and, as a result, can usually only stop by after 11:00 PM. Both times, the machine was unavailable, likely because it was already being cleaned. I fully understand that such a machine needs to be cleaned at the end of the day, but I find an hour before closing time to be very early. Last time, I asked why the machine was already out of order and received the answer: “We want to go home too.” To be honest, I didn't find that a customer-friendly response. Hopefully, something can be done about this, because otherwise, we enjoy coming to you.

All in all, the servers were polite and the burgers were good. One criticism is that the sauce could have been distributed a bit better on the chicken burger. There was also a play area for children.

Last week I bought a crispy burger at the McDrive; they don't need to be crispy at the McDrive in Heerde on the Eperweg, truly worthless. Update 22-7 Contacted McDonald's and they deeply regret it! Received a voucher for a medium menu of my choice, to be spent as I choose. Thanks, it was resolved so well and I won't let it happen again.

Things were forgotten twice when the order was brought. One person was missing half, and the other menu item simply wasn't there at all. So that person was the last to finish, while others had already finished 15 minutes earlier.

Iced coffee is bad, more ice cubes than coffee

It was quiet when we were there. The food was served quickly and the quality was what you would expect from a McDonald's. Fine if you want a quick bite to eat.

Had a great experience. Friendly service and everything went very smoothly. A small mistake in the order, but that was resolved immediately and 5 minutes later we had the complete menu. No discussion. Very nice. But to top it all off, our little dog had jumped out of the car again and we were already on the highway when we noticed it. So, panic! Called them immediately and sure enough, she was still walking around there and they were going to take care of her. Took the exit right away and drove back. And sure enough, a member of staff was waiting for us outside with our Bibi. What service!! Compliments to such a nice, efficient, and friendly team at the McDonald's in Heerde!! The MasA branch is wonderful, and the attentive staff does everything they can to make you feel comfortable. There's also a good chance you'll have someone available who speaks Ukrainian or Russian. I don't see the point in taking photos of MasA. MasA is MasA in Africa, too. 😉✌️

Great McDonald's. Spacious restaurant with plenty of seating both inside and outside. Easily accessible by car. The only downside: on the two occasions I’ve been here, something went wrong with my order and I received the wrong product. In both cases, this was otherwise resolved properly.

We were there on a Tuesday at 1:00 PM. It was nice and quiet. Our order was brought quickly. We noticed that the bun was nice and fresh and the meat was nice and hot. We were able to sit there in peace. Cleaner than many other McDonald's. Keep up the good work!

Good service, my first time at McDonald's with service that was super nice, helpful, and smiled when leaving, making it a bit more personal. Someone like that fits perfectly in a regular hospitality establishment.

Two set menus, a double cheeseburger and chicken 6. All dishes lukewarm to almost cold. Although the predominantly young staff is friendly and the tables are cleaned frequently, they lose sight of the quality standard. This is unacceptable for an establishment of decent size and location, especially on a Friday night.

Always worth a stop for a coffee and a treat.

We come here for the milkshakes. I love them.

You order reusable cups, but you just get disposable cups. That is simply greenwashing, because the system states that we did not use any disposable plastic. Additionally, the McFlurry was not stirred properly and the Oreo frappé is watery.

Swearing at each other liberally with “cancer”. You’re sitting there eating peacefully? Not really. The fries were soggy and cold. No more McDonald’s Heerde for us.

Apparently, there is a difference between the various McDonald's branches. A Big Tasty without a wrapper, so more mess. No refreshing wipe. Otherwise, it was good.

Booked PEC Zwolle/McDonalds. The party was organized perfectly! At McDonald's, there was a separate room for the party, which the kids thought was really cool, and the service was top-notch. The food was ready quickly and tasted just like at any McDonald's. Compliments to the employee who helped us with the party.

April 16, 14:45, non-proactive, nonchalant approach to the order. Extremely rancid, limp, almost tough, rubbery fries, and cold. Crumpled, tough hamburger. Black market quality, "Temu style" Disgusting, but also remarkably clever how you make fries so disgusting. And massive sales skills for daring to sell this as well.

Good atmosphere and service, but the hamburger gave me a stomach ache for the rest of the evening. A quality check is urgently required here!

It is a pity that there were only 2 charging stations for our electric car, one of which was broken.

McDonald's Heerde had a breakdown... too bad! We drove on to Zwolle North... and as a surprise after dinner, the children were allowed to scoop their own ice cream, super fun...

If you pick up your food here, you really always have to double-check it. I come here regularly, and when picking up, something is missing from 50% of the orders. The food is good, but the staff is exceptionally sloppy.

Good service, and a well-known quick bite

Not all McDonald's are created equal.... In this case, we were here in the morning for "breakfast" after a hard day's work on our way from Germany. I had almost forgotten how delicious the McMuffins were; as they say, it was like a little angel peeing on your tongue. A friendly lady behind the counter, and everything was literally delivered fresh from the kitchen! Great branch!

It's a shame you can't get fries if you arrive at a quarter to 10... especially when you're looking forward to it so much, but the service here is always good and friendly.

When you come here to get an ice cream (McFlurry), it takes ages, and then they come to your table to tell you they're out of ice cream, even though the people next to you do have it. Very strange! I did get my money back, but that's the only positive thing I can give this review at the moment.

The food was perfectly prepared. Not too much or too little of anything.

The food itself was fine, and it was ready quickly. I ordered large fries for myself, and they weren't even half full. They were even less than a small fries (my son's). Considering the prices, I think that's really bad.

Just like you expect from a McDonald's. Great McDrive. Despite the hour, I got served quickly!

The food is really good, just like a regular McDonald's you'll find everywhere. But there's one thing that really bothers me... the people working at McDonald's in Heerde always, and I mean always, forget to give the entire order at the McDraw. I've been going to McDonald's in Heerde my whole life, and in recent years, they've increasingly forgotten part of the order. I think the managers should pay more attention to ensuring customers get their entire order at the McDraw. I've even heard from sources that the kitchen staff are working under the influence. This is ridiculous; it has to stop!

Eating as usual. Order fries without salt, so they're nice and hot. You can ask for a bag of salt at the counter. Normally, all the food at McDonald's is lukewarm. Heerde has an annoying ordering kiosk setup, in front of the entrance, exit, and near the garbage containers. You always have to wait before you can even get through. They didn't think this through. However, ordering via the app works perfectly.

I've avoided McDonald's for a long time. I think it's a rip-off for what you get for your money. And again, it's inedible. They also ask in the review what you had. "Dinner" is too fancy a word for a mess on a red tray.

The very best! Friendly, efficient, and very clean. Many other McDonald's could learn a thing or two from this!

McDonald's Heerde is always a fun outing for us! Whether we come with the kids or just the two of us, it's always fun and relaxed. Friendly staff who join in the fun and make you feel welcome. I just ordered a quarter pounder, and comparing it to the one I recently had near Maastricht, it's a world of difference. I never thought there could be such a difference.

40 minutes before closing time they run out of hot drinks and much more really bad service

Absolutely terrible! We ordered 60 to 70 euros worth of food for the family. First, two children didn't get a toy in their Happy Meal, even though they paid for it. We got the toys at the counter. When we came back, there were no straws with any of the drinks. We started eating. The fries were cold, and the mini chicken wrap tasted like it had been sitting out all day—really bad! We reported this to the manager, who apologized, but we were done with it. Then, before we went to the bathroom, we had to go. And guess what, the whole floor was covered in pee and poop on the walls. Ugh, I think if the food and drink authorities had done an inspection on this day, they would have been closed. Absolutely the worst McDonald's I've ever been to in the world, and then we spent 60 to 70 euros on something that wasn't even worth 5 euros. I call this a scam!
